51. Education Status and Wages System: Influencing Worker's Satisfaction in Rural Industries of District Dir Lower, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa-Pakistan.

Abstract

The current study was conducted to know about the perception of the worker's satisfaction regarding the wages system in rural industries of District Dir. Lower, KP-Pakistan. For this purpose the primary information was collected from 279 industrial workers of specified industries (Crush Plants, Marble and Furniture Industries), due greater availability of work force in three main stream stratum i.e. Samarbag, Timergara and Chakdara of Dir, Lower. Further a multistage random sampling was followed for collection of information from sampled workers in study population. The nature of the study was quantitative and cross sectional based on Uni-Veriate analysis with their relevant frequencies and percentages and at Multivariate analysis in context of education status of the respondents. The result of the data show that majority of the sampled workers (55%) were disagree to the statement of fair amount in their working sector. Similarly, majority of sampled workers agreed that their wages has direct impact on the out-put performance of the workers. Moreover, greater no of workers negated the equitable amount of wages in local industrial sector as well as comparative to other working sector of the region. further, 52 % of sampled were found disagree for statement of overtime wages for their services, where 45.2 % negated for timely payment system and once again 124 out of 279 workers were in search of good gob with better payment somewhere else in the region. Similarly, Based on variation in chi-square and Kendal Tc values for both literate and illiterate education status the association between perceptions of the workers regarding wages system in context of education status of the respondents is spurious. As a whole the workers were unhappy for fair amount, overtime, equitable and timely payment system in rural industrial sector in the study universe. The local company manager as well as government agencies must ensure the minimum wages, and strictly adopt the wages laws' in line with national and international labor's right in the country. 52. Age and Water Rights Awareness: Influences on Farmer Satisfaction with Irrigation Water Distribution in Central Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Abstract

This research study was conducted in three districts i.e. District Malakand, District Charsadda, and District Mardan in central Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to assess farmer's satisfaction and awareness about irrigation water rights. For this purpose, multi stage stratified random sampling techniques was used for the randomly selection of 466 farmers. This study sheds light on the critical dimension of water rights awareness among farmers and its profound impact on irrigation practices. The research highlights a concerning lack of awareness regarding water redistribution following land transactions, as well as the fundamental understanding that water ownership is tied to the land itself, rather than the proprietor. This study also examines the relationship between farmers' awareness of water rights and their satisfaction with irrigation water distribution, taking into account different age groups. Results indicate a positive and statistically significant association between water rights awareness and satisfaction for young adults (20-40 years, Tc = 0.101, P = 0.023), middle-aged adults (41-60 years, Tc = 0.303, P = 0.000), and older adults (above 60 years, Tc = 0.269, P = 0.007). Overall, the study reveals a highly significant and positive correlation (P = 0.000, Tc = 0.59) between water rights awareness and farmer satisfaction with irrigation water distribution. Age emerges as a key factor influencing this association, with middleaged farmers exhibiting notably higher satisfaction due to their heightened awareness of water rights compared to their younger and older counterparts. Abstract

Energy consumption in human society has increased as more energy supplies are required to meet the needs of the world’s growing population. However, there is a major concern about fulfilling energy demand while reducing reliance on fossil fuels. Bamboo-based biomass has great potential for use as a raw material for the production of biofuels and bioenergy. Bamboo possesses excellent fuel qualities that can be converted into solid, liquid, and gaseous biofuels. Hence, the cultivation and harvesting operations must be performed efficiently to ensure that the availability of this biomass is sufficient to meet the demand for biofuel production. Several studies have shown that the micropropagation technique has increased bamboo production and that proper bamboo plantation management can benefit both the environment and society. Nevertheless, there are several challenges in bamboo cultivation and biofuel production, such as environmental impact from land management and economic risk from the industrial supply chain. Bamboo-producing countries, including Malaysia, have initiated several policies to propose strategies for sustaining the bamboo industry.

Abstract

The term waswas appears five times in the Quran and seven times in seven Hadith books collections. Its interpretations by exegetes and scholars in Islamic studies vary, but one is associated with obsessive-compulsive disease (OCD). This is a study of the term waswas with the express objective of identifying its components that correspond to a contemporary understanding of OCD. This is a qualitative study that employs content and document analysis to examine chosen Islamic interpretation of the al-Quran, Hadith and traditional scholar viewpoints, with an emphasis on three characteristics of OCD: obsession, compulsive behaviour, and causation. The Quran and Hadith constitute the final miracle, transcending geographical and generational boundaries. Kegiatan menulis merupakan salah satu cara agar ide atau gagasan yang ada di pikiran dapat dikenal oleh orang lain. Dengan menulis pengembangan ide dan gagasan akan lebih terarah dan terorganisir. Bangsa yang maju ditandai dengan berbagai hasil risetnya yang ditandai dengan banyaknya tulisan-tulisan. Hal yang berlawanan dialami oleh Indonesia. Saat ini, Indonesia masih kurang menerbitkan karya ilmiah dibandingkan dengan negara Malaysia dan Singapura. Untuk itu diperlukan workshop penulisan karya tulis ilmiah bagi mahasiswa UNCP. Karya tulis ilmiah yang akan dilatihkan adalah PKM-GT dan PKM-AI yang diselenggarakan dan dikompetisikan oleh Dikti.Target dari pelatihan ini adalah 1) Meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam membuat sebuah karya tulis ilmiah khsususnya PKM-GT dan PKM-AI. 2) Terjadi tukar informasi antara mahasiswa maupun dosen dibidang ilmu pengetahuan khususnya pengetahuan mengenai penulisan karya tulis ilmiah, format, dan jadwal kegiatan. 3) Setelah melalui pelatihan ini diharapkan permasalahan-permasalahan yang dialami oleh mahasisa dalam hal menulis sebuah karya ilmiah dapat diselesaikan dengan baik.Sementara luaran yang diharapkan pada program ini adalah peningkatan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam menulis sebuah karya ilmiah. This paper focuses on the reliability of calculating the reduction in oxygen supply ROSS spacecraft computed as a complex system using probability theory. The genetic algorithm (GA) was employed to tackle the problem of reliability assignment and optimization, as well as the capacity to handle complex problems that are common in engineering systems. Having a high cost of execution usually requires a larger number of duplicates. We applied the particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm in addition to GA. This technique is based on the behavior of accumulating organisms. This paper use two contemporary optimization algorithms inspired by nature to optimize the reliability of complex networks. The first one is the Bat (BA) algorithm that simulates the behavior of bats to echo-locate prey and barriers while the second simulates the command hierarchy and style of hunting mode of gray wolves which is called Grey wolf optimization (GWO) algorithm. To find out the best reliability with the lowest cost, we used five different cost functions whose are logarithm, exponential, exponential with feasibility factor, power and tan functions with these two algorithms, and we got different results. In this paper the inclusion and exclusion approach was used to calculate the reliability expression for the Advanced Research Projects Agency Network (ARPANET). The policy entails the use of either a path group or a segment set. Additionally, the paper deals with a computationally efficient and easy-to-concept method for obtaining minimum path sets using the powers of a network connection matrix. The method is simple and computationally efficient, and it can be used on graphs with finite non-zero failure probabilities in both nodes and branches. In our research, we will present three reduction strategies for calculating the reliability of complex networks. In the first method we systematically update every parallel path via an equal single path, and ultimately lessen the given system to one together with most effective series detail, which is called reduction to series elements. The second is the decomposition method which is an application of the law of total probability that includes choosing a key component and then calculating the reliability of the network when the key failed once and the second time the key succeeded. These two probabilities are then blended to obtain the reliability of the system. And the third method is the delta-star transformation.
