espanolLa potencialidad turistica se basa en los aspectos intrinsecos que posee un recurso o destino del territorio en funcion de la actividad, para desarrollarlas por medio de una correcta gestion. En este contexto, el presente estudio se enfoca en cinco parroquias del canton Zaruma, con el objetivo de determinar las principales fortalezas o debilidades que fomentan u obstaculizan el turismo en el sector. El analisis se basa en los lineamientos de la Guia metodologia para la jerarquizacion de atractivos y generacion de espacios turisticos del Ecuador. Se empleo la primera etapa con sus dos fases iniciales, y para facilitar el analisis de los criterios, se aplico un porcentaje de ponderacion a los criterios de evaluacion para realizar graficos estadisticos de los atractivos, lo que permitio identificar que el potencial turistico radica en la modalidad turistica cultural-patrimonial y que sus atractivos complementarios, a pesar de tener muchas debilidades, pueden ser desarrollados con una gestion adecuada. EnglishThis study focuses on five parishes in the Zaruma canton, with the aim of determining the main strengths orweaknesses that promote or hinder tourism in the sector. The analysis is based on the guidelines of the Methodological Guide for the ranking of attractions and generation of tourist spaces in Ecuador. The first stagewas used with its two initial phases, and to facilitate the analysis of the criteria, a weighted percentage wasapplied to the evaluation criteria, in order to make statistical graphs of the attractions, which allowed us toidentify that the tourism potential lies in the cultural-heritage tourism modality and that its complementaryattractions, despite having many weaknesses, can be developed with proper management.

El potencial turístico es la capacidad que presentan los recursos de una localidad para lograr satisfacer turísticamente a los visitantes, este potencial se lo determina mediante un análisis que permite reconocer los aspectos intrínsecos del atractivo que den pie a desarrollar una modalidad turística específica. La investigación se basó en una metodología descriptiva, con enfoque de observación directa, empleando como herramienta de campo la Guía Metodológica de Jerarquización y Generación de Espacios Turísticos del Ecuador, a través de la cual se evaluó a los atractivos turísticos mediante criterios de valoración establecidos, con la aplicación de rangos de valoración porcentuales que permitieron establecer la potencialidad turística de la zona. Para ello, se planteó como objetivo el determinar l potencial turístico de la zona de estudio, con la finalidad de identificar los atractivos que presentan mayor capacidad para enmarcarlos dentro de una modalidad turística. Se identificó que las parroquias rurales de Uzhcurrumi y Casacay, del Cantón Pasaje poseen un potencial natural y paisajístico, es así, que de los nueve criterios de evaluación sobresalen dos, los cuales son: el estado de conservación e integración sitio/entorno con 77,14% e higiene y seguridad turística con 74,29 %, realidad que permite visualizar que la mayor potencialidad turística de la zona está en la conservación de los atractivos turísticos. No obstante, existen barreas que condicionan el desarrollo turístico local, tales como: El limitado estudio de la demanda, y la ausencia de talento humano con competencias profesionales que se encuentren laborando en el sector, además de una limitada accesibilidad hacia los atractivos. The tourism potential is the ability that presents the resources of a locality to achieve tourist satisfaction to visitors, this potential is determined through an analysis that allows to recognize the intrinsic aspects of the attraction that give rise to develop a specific tourist modality. This research work was based on a descriptive methodology, with a direct observation approach, using as a field tool the Methodological guide of hierarchy and generation of tourist spaces in Ecuador, through which tourist attractions were evaluated using criteria of established valuation, with the application of percentage valuation ranges that allowed establishing the tourist potential of the area. For this purpose, the objective was to determine the tourism potential of the study area, in order to identify the attractions that have the greatest potential to frame them within a tourist modality. It was identified that the rural parishes of Uzhcurrumi and Casacay of canton Pasaje have a natural and landscape potential, in other words, that of the nine criteria of evaluation, two stand out, which are: the state of conservation and integration site / environment with 77,14 % and hygiene and tourist safety with 74.29%, a reality that allows us to visualize that the greatest tourist potential of the area is in the conservation of tourist attractions. However, there are barriers that condition local tourism development, such as: Limited study of demand, absence of human talent with professional skills that are working in the sector and limited accessibility to attractions.

The purpose of the work: to determine the impact of Kyokushinkai Karate classes on the ability to adapt to different physical activities of boys of 10-12 years of age during classes.Material and methods. 78 boys of 10-12 years were surveyed, 27 of them expressed their desire to participate in the sports section of Kyokushinkai Karate (EG). CG (29) includes guys who do not have contraindications for playing sports. The essence of the forming experiment was to compare the growth rates of individual indicators of physical qualities, functional preparedness of children who attended the Kyokushinkai Karate training program (experimental group - EG) with children who were engaged in physical education only during physical culture lessons (control group - CG). During the year a monitoring examination of children is carried out to assess physical development, adaptation to exercise, adaptive potential of the circulatory system, the functional state of the apparatus of external respiration, the energy potential of the organism, physical fitness and methods of mathematical statistics.Results. The plan of preparation of training groups on the basis of rational sequence of use of a set and volume of means and methods of physical education of normative part of the сurriculum "Kyokushinkai Karate" is presented. Adaptation processes occurring in the body of boys, during the acquisition of knowledge and skills within the walls of the school are determined by a number of educational, behavioral, everyday and other factors, each of which has a specific purposefulness to achieve a useful end result of learning. The course of study at school is undoubtedly accompanied by the adaptation of children to the new mode of study, rest, psychological and physical activity, and the question of the dynamics of indicators of functional systems of the child's organism came to the plane of our research.Conclusion. In the course of the research, we came to the conclusion that the plan developed and implemented in the sports circles improves the adaptation capabilities of the boys of this age group during Kyokoshinkai karate classes.

The purpose of this work was to develop technology for physical therapy of flat feet by means of taekwon-do and to check its effectiveness in students of all ages.Methods: analysis of scientific and methodological literature; pedagogical observations; pedagogical methods; instrumental research methods (photometry methods using the BIG FOOT program, myotonometry and electromyography) methods of mathematical statistics. The survey involved 60 young athletes aged 8, 12 and 14 years with flat feet, who were engaged in the Taekwon-Do Sports Club in Ivano-Frankivsk.Results. After the study was the technology of physical therapy for flat feet in young athletes has been substantiated and developed, which is based on the didactic, general, organizational and methodological foundations of the process of correcting the vaulted apparatus of the foot and studying the state of muscles related to the anterior and posterior myofascial kinematic chains of the lower leg and foot. The technology of physical therapy provides for the use of taekwondo physical exercises, defines the goals, objectives and principles of corrective measures, forms and methods of conducting taekwondo classes, dosing principles and exercise parameters based on the creation of individual plans for young athletes of a particular age group. The developed technology of physical therapy provides for the implementation of appropriate measures at the preparatory, main and final stages.Conclution. Experimental verification of the developed technology of physical therapy for flat feet in young athletes of different ages with using anthropometric, instrumental (photo, myotonometric, electromyographic) research methods proved its e efficiency, which was manifested in improving linear and angular characteristics of the foot, increasing the tone and amplitude-frequency characteristics of muscles, increasing physical qualities and improving methods and techniques of taekwondo.

The purpose of the work is to assess the severity of neuropathic pain and determine the effectiveness of rehabilitation measures in people with compression-ischemic neuropathy of the upper limb in the subacute period.Material and methods. Analysis and synthesis of literature data, visual analogue pain scale (VAS), DN4 questionnaire for diagnosing the nature of pain, rehabilitation examination, methods of mathematical statistics. The study involved 73 patients with compression-ischemic neuropathy of the upper limb. Patients were divided into 2 groups: the main (37 people) and control (36 people). The duration of the disease ranged from 3 to 18 months. The age of the examined ranged from 18 to 57 years, an average of 39.4±6.7 years.Results. At the initial examination, we found that in patients of both groups, carpal tunnel syndrome was diagnosed more often than other tunnel syndromes. In patients of the main and control groups, VAS indicators were above average (6.62 ± 0.21 and 6.58 ± 0.18 points, respectively). No significant difference between the groups was found (p> 0.05). In patients of the main group, we used the following rehabilitation measures: kinesitherapy with neurodynamic mobilization, taping, apparatus physiotherapy and mechanotherapy procedures. Patients in the control group were engaged in a standard rehabilitation program - physical exercises, apparatus physiotherapy, mechanotherapy. Upon repeated examination by YOUR, a decrease in pain was observed in both groups, however, in the main group, the severity of pain was significantly lower than in the control group (p Conclusions. The study confirmed that the inclusion of kinesitherapy with neurodynamic mobilization, taping, apparatus physiotherapy and mechanotherapy in the complex treatment of copression-ischemic neuropathies of the upper limb contributed to a significant reduction in pain in patients of the main group compared with the control group, in which the standard rehabilitation program was used.

The aim of the study wos to determine the model indicators of highly qualified football players in the game based on a comprehensive analysis of competitive activity.Material and methods. The study involved players from 8 leading Ukrainian football teams. A video analysis of 8 football matches of the leading teams of Ukraine was conducted. There was a pedagogical observation of the collective actions of the players. The actions of the players were recorded in a specially developed expert card. The indicators of the quantity and effectiveness of the use of various tactical actions by the players were determined. Collective interactions of football players during the game during ball possession and during the ball were recorded. The number of interactions of 2-3 players, 4-5 players, 7 or more players was determined during possession of the ball and during the selection of the ball. The number of different types of gears (short, medium, long) was also analyzed.Results. An analysis of the competitive activity of club and national teams of high qualification allows us to state that the result of the match largely depends on the collective interactions of the players. The collective interactions of football players during the game are carried out in two phases - possession of the ball and selection of the ball. Inthe phase of possession, the interaction of 2-3 players is 71.6%, 4-6 players - 24.1%, out of 7 and more players - 4.3%. In the selection phase, the interaction of 2-3 players is 63.1%, 4-6 players - 22.9%, 7 or more players - 14.0%. It was revealed that the number of ball passes during the game, which are divided: in tactical direction - holding (29.8%), developing (55, 4%), aggravating (14.8%); in range - short (58.3%), medium (30.5%), long (30.5%); in range and coordination complexity: in 1 RCS 60.9% of short, 36, 4% of medium, 27.7% of long transfers are performed; in 2 CSWs - 32.7% of short, 49.6% of medium, 27, 7% of long transfers; in 3 CSWs - 6.4% of short, 14% of medium, 15, 8% of long transfers.Conclusions. The most important component of the collective interactions of the players is the ball passes, which are divided into tactical directions by holding (14.8%), developing (55.4%) and sharpening (14.8%).

Objective: to develop and experimentally explain physical therapy methods for vertebrogenic lumbosacral pain.Material and methods: 20 young men having vertebrogenic lumbosacral pain took part in the experiment at training motor mode, they were divided into two groups – experimental and control one, containing 10 people each. Men in experimental group had physical therapy according to original program, men from the control group – did it according to common recommendation of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. Pedagogical and medico-biological studies have been carried out since October 2019 up to December 2019. Physical therapy courses in both experimental and control group lasted for two months. Clinical methods (medical history, visual examination), assessment according to Visual Analogue Scale of pain (VAS), lumbar spine mobility investigation, life quality evaluation according to Oswes try Disability Index questionnaire.Results: The presented efficiency of physical therapy program for training motor mode using the exercises on Redcord Suspension System: dynamic exercises to improve spine mobility, static exercises to strengthen and improve core and lower extremity muscles endurance, exercises using slings to improve proprioception; therapeutic massage according to Yefimenko methods: massage of lumbosacral region of spine, glutes, favorable number of procedures – is 15-20 ones; instrumental physiotherapy methods: ultrasound (1.2 – 1.4 W-cm2), double-pole interference (25-27 mA), Trabert’s current (7-8-12 mA).Conclusions: In the course of study undertaken we have made a conclusion that physical therapy program developed and introduced at the premises of Kinezio Medical Center of Physical Rehabilitation and Sport Medicine in Kharkov for young men having vertebrogenic lumbosacral pain allowed advancing efficiency of medical rehabilitation, is accessible for all specialized rehabilitation facilities and appears worthy of practical application.

A new phenomenon in tourism in the early 21st century is overtourism, which reflects the acute nature of the problem of managing growing tourist flows, especially in urban areas. The increasing number of urban tourists increases the consumption of natural and tourist resources of cities, exerts socio-cultural influence and exerts pressure on urban infrastructure. Therefore, for urban tourism, it is now an important task to effectively manage the flow of tourists in cities to ensure the sustainability of integrated urban development. Strategies, measures and proposals for sustainable urban tourism development include mandatory consideration of logistical and socio geographical (regional) features of urban tourist destinations.

This paper approaches the topic of religious tourism among young people, starting from theoretical aspects in the literature and continuing with the presentation of the main results of an empirical study conducted among young people in Bucharest, Romania, aged between 15 and 19. Religious travel is one of the oldest types of tourism in the world (some authors even state it is the oldest). This has been a means for people to try and discover themselves and divinity as well as to validate their faith. Given that it has stood the test of time, religious travel has taken on a much more complex role within tourism, including other aspects such as, for instance, curiosity and the desire to learn about elements belonging to other cultures. The research is based upon the completion of a questionnaire in the period March-April 2019, whose findings were centralised and used with the aim of fulfilling three objectives: O1 - Establishing the youth’s perception of cultural and religious development and the role of religious travel; O2 - Identifying the respondents’ level of interest in cultural and religious sights; O3 - Obtaining information regarding the requirements for organizing and undertaking a cultural and religious journey. The findings confirm the fact that religion and its resources are sufficiently appealing to the majority of young people, and form part of the tourism they practice or of their sightseeing intentions.

Метою дослідження є вивчення шляхів оптимізації розвитку національно- орієнтованих видів туризму в контексті реалізації культурологічних проектів на прикладі подієвого туризму. Методика. Проаналізовано основні підходи щодо реалізації культурологічних проектів засобами подієвого туризму у вітчизняній та зарубіжній літературі. Охарактеризовано основні тенденції розвитку подієвого туризму в Україні. Обґрунтовано доцільність оптимізації національно-орієнтованих видів туризму. Результати. Визначено основні шляхи оптимізації розвитку національно-орієнтованих видів туризму в контексті реалізації культурологічних проектів. Наукова новизна. Систематизовано основні заходи, їх форми та специфіка культурологічних проектів, що дозволить більш ефективно розвиватись національно-орієнтованим видам туризму в Україні. Практична значимість. Запропоновано певні рекомендації та інновації, які орієнтуються на використання закордонного досвіду оптимізації розвитку національно-орієнтованих видів туризму., The purpose of the study is to optimize the development of nationally oriented types of tourism in the context of the cultural projects’ implementation on the example of event tourism. Methods. The main approaches in domestic and foreign literature to the realization of cultural projects through event tourism are analyzed. The main trends in the development of event tourism in Ukraine are described. The expediency of national-oriented types of tourism optimization is substantiated. Results. The main ways of optimizing the development of national-oriented types of tourism in the context of cultural projects are identified. Scientific novelty. The main activities, their forms and the specifics of cultural projects have been systematized, which will allow them to develop more effectively within their nationally oriented types of tourism in Ukraine. Practical importance. Definite recommendations and innovations based on the use of foreign experience to optimize the development of national-oriented tourism in the context of cultural projects on the example of event tourism are offered.

This article takes a customers’ perspective approach to reflect on the importance of innovation in the restaurant industry. Innovation in restaurants is vital for the business to remain distinct, to attract new customers, and to differentiate themselves from competitors. The aim was to identify the main characteristics and habits of restaurants’ customers, to find out what customers value in a restaurant offer, and to identify the perspective of customers on new and innovative dishes from restaurants’ menus. The focus was on the innovations that the customers expect from restaurants. The authors conducted a survey which reveled that most people dine out for dinner and lunch and have a varied diet. Image is a significant feature in choosing a dish; the combination of ingredients is the most prominent innovative aspect of a dish. In terms of dishes that people want but could not find in restaurant menus, a special mention goes to desserts such as semolina/rice pudding, or plum dumplings, followed by vegetarian options such as cashew cheese and vegan broths. Modern dishes are associated with exotic ingredients such as avocado, Chia seeds, Matcha powder, or vegetable noodles. People seem to be ready to try new things and ready to take in new offers from operators. The likelihood of picking a new dish from the menu reached the score of 3.58 out of 5, a result that completes the portrait of the contemporary client.

Tourism has experienced a spectacular boom in recent years, with over one billion people spending at least one vacation in a country other than home. This is mainly due to the increase of the standard of living in more and more countries, the increase of the duration of the leave and of the leisure time in general, but also the decreasing tariffs of the tourist services and the easier access to the tourist resources. With the development of tourism, a form of it has become widespread, namely urban tourism. This is mainly due to people's growing interest in culture and knowledge of new places. The cities also offer a full range of attractions and leisure opportunities. Cities and tourism in these are very well promoted by the ministries and tourist offices in Europe, while Romania does not promote among the potential tourists the urban destinations of our country. The present article is aimed at filling the gap related to the expectations of foreign tourists regarding Romania. The study is focused on young people, aged 25-35 years, active on the labor market, and interested in short, intense, city-break type of travelling. The results of the research are presented in the second part of the article.

Purpose. To determine the relationship between individual motor exercises and the quality of the technical and tactical actions of young football players of 13-14 years of different playing roles.Materials and methods: the study was conducted during a football competition. The study involved 11 football players 13-14 years old. Physical actions were analyzed during 10 games of the Kharkov football championship. The individual characteristics of young athletes in terms of diagnostics are analyzed, a statistical analysis of the degree of influence of various parameters of movements was carried out and relationship of indicators was carried out.Results. Our correlation analysis results allow us to take into account the influence of the use of individual exercises on the performance of technical and tactical actions of young football players of 13-14 years of different playing roles when building the training process.Conclusions. The conducted correlation analysis of the indicators of special motor actions and the technical and tactical indicators of young football players of 13-14 years of different playing roles determined that in the wing back defenders there is a more relationship between jerks at 15-20 m and dribbling; central defenders have established average correlation between the amount of jerking at 15-20m and the quality of performing short, medium and long ball passes; in wing back midfielders, the implementation of the number of jerks by 15-20 m affects all we study motor actions; in central midfielders the performance of the number of jerks affects the performance of short, medium and long passes; for forwards, a more correlation between technical and tactical actions is established between the number of types of running movements and tackles, including head games.Further research will be aimed at developing complexes of exercises of special physical preparation, taking into account the influence on the performance of technical and tactical actions of young players 13-14 years of different playing roles.

The ambiance in the hospitality industry is represented by the material, social or moral environment, where customers can enjoy the facilities. The correct perception of this has a very important role in creating a truthful experience. In the actual context, the customers are not willing to compromise anymore, accepting some services of bad quality. Because they have a various scale of restaurants and hotels, they are looking for good experiences, which means serving excellent food, sleeping in great places, living unforgettable moments in an agreeable surrounding, this way benefiting by the best services. The present paper is made of four components synthetically presented. The first one, named "Outlooks of client experience in the hospitality industry" contains the main aspects about what experience means in hotels and restaurants, the second one ”Hotel and restaurant ambiance – a tool used to outline the client experience” explains what ambiance is in the hospitality industry. The third part contains “Main components of hotel and restaurant ambiance”. In the last part named "The impact of hotel and restaurant ambiance over Romanian tourists" the results of two quantitative investigations are presented, applied to find out what characteristics related to the restaurant and hotel surroundings are influencing the creation of a positive experience. The aim of this investigation is to discover the importance of the perception of a restaurant and hotel’s surroundings has in creating the experience of customers. The success in this meaning can come from a professional landing regarding a succession of surroundings factors, which can determine the improvement of the restaurants’ and hotels’ services.

The present study aims at identifying the interest of Romanian tourists for film-induced tourism. For this purpose, an online research was carried out between 5 October and 4 November 2017. The data was collected from 463 participants through a self-administrated questionnaire. In a word, our research has highlighted that 82% of respondents are interested in practicing this type of tourism and the natural landscapes presented in movies seem to be the main reason (44%). Most respondents (83%) believe that such a vacation should last between 3 and 6 days. The interest for practicing film-induced tourism is primarily influenced by the geographic region where respondents are living and by their place of residence (urban/rural). The main limitation of this study is that the sample was not representative at national level, but nevertheless, some interesting results were obtained. These results could be used, for example, to promote domestic tourism.

Проаналізовано стан та динаміку розвитку сфери туристичних послуг України, а також наведено оцінку основним явищам і процесам, виявлено ключові тенденції розвитку цього ринку. Вказано, що недостатній рівень розвитку інфраструктури, невідповідність закладів розміщення світовим стандартам, технологічна відсталість туристичних операторів, недосконалість нормативно-правового забезпечення туристичної та курортної діяльності стримує розвиток у сфері туризму і курортів. Через коливання рівня реальних доходів населення на ринку туристичних послуг спостерігаються тотожні процеси і у платоспроможності попиту, що ускладнює планування діяльності підприємств туристичної, готельної та курортної діяльності. Зроблено висновок, що вказані причини виключають зміцнення інвестиційної привабливості об’єктів туристичної інфраструктури, а відтак – і належну конкурентоспроможність усієї туристичної сфери. Описано окремі аспекти механізму державної підтримки розвитку сфери туризму в Україні. Показано чинники формування туристичного потенціалу України. Обґрунтовано пріоритетні напрями державної політики стимулювання розвитку туризму. Внесено пропозиції щодо удосконалення інструментів підтримки розвитку сфери туризму., The state and dynamics of tourism services development in Ukraine are analyzed. The main phenomena and processes in the sphere of tourism are evaluated. Key trends in the development of the tourist services market have been identified. It is stated that the development of tourism and resorts is restrained by an insufficient level of infrastructure development, the inconsistency of establishments of accommodation with world standards, technological backwardness of tourist operators, the imperfection of legal and regulatory support of tourist and resort activity. Due to fluctuations in real incomes of the population in the market of tourist services, corresponding fluctuations in solvent demand are observed, which complicates the planning of tourism enterprises’ activity, hotel, and resort activity. It is concluded that these reasons exclude the investment attractiveness of the tourist infrastructure and therefore the proper competitiveness of the entire tourism industry. Some aspects of the mechanism of state support of tourism development in Ukraine are described. The formation’s factors of the tourist potential of Ukraine are shown. Priority directions of the state policy of stimulating tourism development are substantiated. Suggestions for the improvement of instruments for supporting the development of tourism are introduced.

Objective: to determine the effectiveness of a physical therapy program for patients with obesity by the indicators of Functional Movement Screen test exercises.Materials and methods. A total of 114 people of the second adulthood with alimentary-constitutional obesity of the I-III degrees were examined. They were divided according to the level of compliance into two groups. The comparison group consisted of individuals with a low level of compliance; they did not go through a rehabilitation program, but were informed about the risks of obesity; acquainted with the basic principles of hypocaloric nutrition and physical activity. The main group consisted of individuals with a high level of compliance; they underwent a developed program for correcting body weight using measures to maintain a high level of compliance, nutrition modification, increased physical activity, lymphatic drainage procedures, and elements of behavioral psychocorrection. The control group consisted of 60 people with no signs of obesity. A survey of the test exercises Functional Movement Screen was conducted in dynamics before and after the one-year period of implementation of the rehabilitation program.Results. During the initial examination in obese patients, all the obtained parameters of the Functional Movement Screen exercises were statistically significantly worse than in individuals with normal body weight (p 0.05). When analyzing the results of test exercises of patients with a high level of compliance under the influence of a physical therapy program, a statistically significant improvement was achieved in all studied parameters relative to the initial level (p Conclusions: Diagnostics of mobility based on test exercises Functional Movement Screen in physical therapy programs for obese patients is a modern, simple and affordable method of rehabilitation examination. To achieve the target level of the control group for the studied parameters by patients of II-III degree of obesity, the rehabilitation program should be long for one year.

The Purpose was to improve the treatment outcomes of patients who undergo ACL reconstruction under arthroscopic control through a comprehensive approach to their rehabilitation program. Materials and methods. We have implemented a system of comprehensive rehabilitation of patients after the ACL reconstruction under arthroscopic control, which relied on the phase of the clinical course of the postoperative period.Results. The study involved 40 patients who underwent anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction under arthroscopic control. Experimental group (20 people) who applied a comprehensive approach in rehabilitation after ACL reconstruction, taking into account the phase of the clinical course of the postoperative period. The second group was the control group (20 patients) in which rehabilitation was carried out under the existing program. The use of cryotherapy with adjustable pulse compression in patients of the experimental group from the first day allowed to reduce twice the use of non-narcotic analgesics. Analyzing the dynamics of flexion in the knee joint, it was found that patients of the experimental group on the 25th day performed flexion by 88.46% of the appropriate maximum. Whereas in the control group just - 69.23%. Positive dynamics were noted in the indicators of myotonometry of the quadriceps muscle and measurement of the perimeter of the knee joint.Conclusions. The program of physical rehabilitation of patients after the anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction under arthroscopic control, which was built taking into account the phase of the clinical course of the postoperative period, has been developed and offered positive results in clinical practice. The effectiveness of the program was shown by the improvement of such indicators as: decrease in intensity of pain syndrome in the early postoperative period, increase in the range of motion in the knee joint, faster restoration of the tone of the quadriceps muscle of the thighs of patients of the experimental group as opposed to the control group

This article deals with the career theme, taking as its context the changes that this concept has undergone over the years: from a traditional approach to a contemporary focus. The research revisits the theme by analyzing organizational policies and practices, as well as (re)cognizing the importance of the worker's own view regarding the phenomenon. Its objective is translated into understanding the management of careers in organizations in the state of Minas Gerais (Brazil), considering the positions adopted by the Human Resources department, and employees' perceptions regarding the possibilities for professional growth and mechanisms for career planning. Secondary data obtained from the "Melhores Empresas para Trabalhar - MEPT - 2016" (The Best Companies to Work For - 2016) survey is taken as a methodological basis. The results point to a concern of the organizations in subsidizing the career development of their professionals, although there are distinctions in this support with respect to the hierarchical levels and size of the company. Este artigo trata do tema carreira tendo como contexto as modificações que esse conceito vem sofrendo ao longo dos anos: de uma abordagem tradicional (linear) a um enfoque contemporâneo (múltipla e sem fronteiras). A pesquisa revisita o tema analisando as políticas e práticas organizacionais, e também (re)conhecendo a importância do olhar do próprio trabalhador sobre o fenômeno. Seu objetivo se traduz em compreender a gestão de carreiras em organizações do estado de Minas Gerais (Brasil), considerando os posicionamentos adotados pelas áreas de Recursos Humanos e a percepção dos empregados quanto às possibilidades de crescimento profissional e mecanismos para planejamento de carreira. Toma-se como base metodológica, dados secundários obtidos da pesquisa “As Melhores Empresas para Você Trabalhar” (2016). Os resultados apontam para uma preocupação das organizações em subsidiar o desenvolvimento da carreira dos seus profissionais, ainda que haja distinções deste apoio em relação aos níveis hierárquicos e porte da empresa.

This study sought to determine whether tourists and experts have different views on factors that impact tourism in destinations. A qualitative approach was applied using the critical incident technique, which allows respondents to express their specific needs and expectations. The data were collected through open-ended questions. The answers were recorded, and notes were taken about the interviewees and their narratives’ most relevant aspects. The data were then submitted to content analysis and examined by applying the Brazilian competitiveness model. A total of 77 interviews were processed, and 209 critical incidents were identified. The results show that half the critical incidents do not fit into the analysis categories in the Brazilian competitiveness model, so nine ‘new categories’ emerged from the process. Thus, differences exist between visitors’ and experts’ perspectives on what is more important about tourism in destinations

Цель: определить особенности формирования терапевтического альянса у амбулаторных пациентов с нарушениями ортопедического профиля после прохождения курса физической терапии и их физических терапевтов в зависимости от психотипа пациентов.Методы исследования: теоретический анализ и обобщение литературных источников, метод систематизации научной информации; опросник Working Alliance Inventory форма SF Hatcher (Оценка рабочего альянса, WAI). Группировка пациентов происходила с использованием Международной классификации функционирования и методики определения типов отношения к болезни. Полученные результаты были обработаны адекватными методами математической статистики. В исследовании приняли участие 113 пациентов, проходивших курс физической терапии в медицинском центре «ФЕСКО» в течение 2013-2015 годов.Результаты. Согласно результатам статистического анализа пациенты с нерациональным отношением к болезни (нерациональные психотипы) имели достоверно ниже баллы по восьми пунктам опросника WAI из двенадцати, а также по всем трем суммарными показателями. В частности оценка пунктов «цель» была достоверно лучше у пациентов с рациональными психотипами: показатели Ме (25; 75) составили 14 (12,75; 15) баллов, против 12 (11; 14) баллов среди пациентов с нерациональными психотипами (рВывод. Полученные результаты и проведенный статистический анализ позволили оценить различные стороны уровня формирования терапевтического альянса, определить сильные и слабые места и, таким образом, обусловили необходимость разработки путей улучшения союза пациента и физического терапевта.

Purpose: examination the sustainable tourism in sport with emphasis on spectators' contribution in environmental preservation.Material and methods. The population of the study consisted of all sports spectators of 27th Fajr Open and Esteghlal vs Tractor rematch from 15th Persian Gulf Pro League. According to Kukran formula sample size was equal to 722 persons. 920 questionnaires distributed among population that 722questionnaires were analyzed .In order to collect data a self-made questionnaire was used which it's validity confirmed by 5 sports teachers of Razi and Tehran university and variables reliability was calculated by using Cronbach's alpha coefficient which was equal to 0.89. Data analysis done by using the descriptive and inferential statistics include Kolmogorov–Smirnov, Pearson correlation, path analysis of structural equations, Regression and also AMOS-21 and SPSS-22. The results showed that environmental communication should be formed within the right framework, encourage people to Environmentally Responsible Behavior through a bonus is not necessarily effective and doesn't encourage sports spectator.Results. Result showed that spectators display more cooperation through targeting for enjoyment and are sensitive toward any perceived cost in the implementation of Environmentally Responsible Behavior. The result also showed if cooperation with Environmental Management System doesn't take too much time and totally doesn't interfere with their enjoyment of watching match, they will support it automatically. The results also suggest the need to design efficient equipment to ensure ease of use and as a result reducing the perceived cost associated with Environmentally Responsible Behavior.Conclusion. Sports event owners can encourage spectators to do the Environmentally Responsible Behavior by connecting with them and also induce this fact to spectators that associate with the event can assist them to experience higher quality events in the future.

Promoting products via Instagram is a rapidly growing phenomenon in the world of online advertising. These advertisements’ ability to stand out and obtain desired consumer outcomes has become increasingly challenging due to the enormous amount of advertisements already present on this platform. One strategy that can be useful is celebrity endorsement, which has – because of celebrities’ credibility and attractive characteristics – proven to be an effective way to create favourable attitudes and stronger purchase intentions. The present study investigated the effects of an Instagram advertisement with an (in)genuine, smiling celebrity on consumers’ behaviour. More specifically, this study examined differences between consumers from two countries: the Netherlands and Spain. An online experiment with two conditions was conducted (i.e. ingenuine vs genuine, smiling celebrity). The sample included 174 Dutch and 137 Spanish participants. The results reveal that the type of smile significantly affects consumers’ purchase intentions. Attitudes towards the celebrity also influence the effect of the type of smile on purchase intention. National background was thus found to play a moderating role.

An aim of work is research and ground of major criteria of estimation of individual tеhnikо-phizicheskоya preparedness of jumpers in length of junior and senior youth age.Material and methods. In researches took part 24 young athletes-jumpers in length, that in 2016/2017 training participated in the competitions of championship of the Kharkov area on track-and-field among youths of middle and senior age. Registration of biomechanics descriptions of technique of broad jumps was conducted by means of the speed videosurvey treated in the computer program of videoanalysis of «Kinovea», and also indexes of the электронно-оптической system, «Start-finish» and «Optical path». Research motion. The individual features of young sportsmen are analysed in relation to diagnostics of 13-и of the most meaningful kinematics descriptions of technique of broad jumps and results of their competition activity. The statistical analysis of degree of influence of different parameters of motions is conducted on their sporting result.Results. The models of multiple linear regression are made between the sporting results of young sportsmen 14-17 and by the kinematics parameters of individual technique of jumpers. For the estimation of statistical authenticity of model the coefficient of determination (R2) is used. The estimation of statistical meaningfulness of model coefficients showed that two from eleven coefficients can be considered different from a zero (meaningful). It is coefficients at factors «corner of flight of GCMB» and «pathlength of passing of GCMB in the moment of pushing» away.Conclusions. Models, rendering larger influences, are distinguished on a sporting result. Attempt of mathematical ground of criterion of rational organization of motions (СROM) of jumper is executed in length in the process of pushing away was made. The estimation of efficiency of СROM of jumper for certain is confirmed long ways of moving of GCMB of sportsman in the process of pushing away.

Цель исследования. Обосновать структурные компоненты системы контроля, направленной на повышение эффективности работы физического терапевта во время легочной реабилитации лиц с ХОБЛ.Материалы и методы исследования. Анализ и обобщение данных специальной научно-методической литературы по вопросам физической терапии при хроническом обструктивном заболевании легких; метод анализа медицинской документации; обработки интернет-источников, в том числе баз научно-доказательной медицинской литературы.Результат. Обоснованно систему контроля, которую целесообразно реализовывать на трех этапах (предыдущем, текущем, итоговом) процеса физической терапии и легечной реабилитации пациентов с ХОБЛ.Система контроля в пределах компетенции физического терапевта предусматривает проведение реабилитационного обследования (предварительный контроль), мониторинга (текущий контроль) и завершающего оценивания показателей. Выделены 5 групп основных индикаторов: качество жизни / активность и участие, течение заболевания, функции организма, структуры организма, образовательная компетентность. Для избранных групп индикаторов сделано подбор измерителей, определены особенности их применения на различных этапах, представлены величины минимальной клинически значимой разницы для избранных показателей.Выводы. Процесс легочной реабилитации лиц с ХОБЛ требует оценки и контроля ее эффективности в соответствии с ожидаемым результатам.Система контроля позволяет отслеживать все изменения в состоянии здоровья и функционировании пациента, регулировать вмешательства и их интенсивность, оценивать как отдельный сеанс физической терапии, так и результативность всей программы.Одним из критериев системы контроля является результативность ФТ и ЛР, которая оценивается на основе динамики и направления изменений исследуемых показателей, их соответствия ожидаемому результату и учете величин минимальной клинически значимой разницы для оцениваемых показателей.

El comportamiento de los consumidores como turistas, es un elemento de interés para la academia, la empresa y las organizaciones. Para ello hemos realizado una revisión de la literatura a través del buscador googlescholar, con el fin de conocer el estado de la cuestión en relación a los principales factores que intervienen en la toma de decisiones del consumidor turista. El estudio trabaja desde diversas materias propias de las ciencias sociales. El trabajo aporta un punto de partida o cuerpo teórico para todos aquellos investigadores que quieren realizar estudios sobre alguno de los factores señalados, así como es de utilidad para el mundo empresarial en el diseño de sus estrategias de marketing turístico.

El estudio de recetarios reviste la mayor importancia para comprender la evolución de una cocina. En Perú son escasos los recetarios publicados en el siglo XIX. Con más de 300 recetas, el manuscrito Copia de comidas para el uso de la señorita Isabel Gertrudis Alfaro, fechado en Huancayo en 1897, es significativo debido a que presenta una selección amplia de recetas que comprende entradas, sopas, segundos, postres y bebidas; entre las cuales una veintena de comidas andinas revisten carácter de originalidad, y cuya codificación es documentada por primera vez. El objetivo de este estudio es mostrar, mediante el registro, la influencia del centralismo culinario limeño dominante en una importante región andina; además, exponer la existencia de comidas mestizas regionales con aportes nativos e hispanos, así como, la influencia de comidas italianas, producto de la inmigración registrada principalmente en la segunda mitad del siglo XIX.

Se plantea describir, caracterizar y resaltar la importancia del departamento de housekeeping en centros hospitalarios. Para ello, en el marco teórico se exponen las particularidades de este departamento cuando se desarrolla en el ámbito de la salud. Se toma como referencia los resultados primarios del estudio titulado: Servicio de housekeeping en las habitaciones de la clínica Ricardo Palma y su relación con el bienestar del paciente - 2018 (Vizcarra, 2019). Los hallazgos permiten señalar la importancia del servicio de este departamento en los centros hospitalarios, así como del profesional hotelero para la gestión del mismo.

Se evalúa el nivel de satisfacción en turistas y visitantes de Canet d’en Berenguer, Cullera y Oliva, municipios pertenecientes a la provincia de Valencia en la Comunidad Valenciana, España, mediante una encuesta de satisfacción que se aplicó a 669 individuos. También, de forma abreviada, se presenta la oferta turística de estos destinos turísticos, basados en datos del año 2017, donde se evidencia preferencia por los destinos turísticos de playa, con una marcada presencia de turistas nacionales que desarrollan actividades familiares. Además, se comprueba que el nivel de satisfacción con los destinos es elevado, con intensión de volver, incluso en períodos hiemales. Se recomienda la incorporación de servicios durante todo el año, promoviendo la desestacionalización y el turismo sostenible.

Purpose: experimental substantiation of the effectiveness of myofascial self-massage techniques using tennis balls in fitness.Material and Methods. The study involved 20 girls aged 20-25 years, engaged in fitness 3 times a week in the evening in the same group. The control and experimental groups trained on identical programs during October 2018 - March 2019. The difference was that after training, participants in the experimental group, under the guidance of a methodologist, performed myofascial self-massage of the muscles of the back surface of the body. The following tests were used: Questionnaire on the Borg scale, method for measuring flexibility, method for changing the height of the jump, methods for determining the number of jumps, functional test Shtange. The use of myofascial self-massage using tennis balls is a unique, affordable and effective way to improve physical performance. A lo largo del tiempo, el concepto de patrimonio cultural se ha ido ampliando a medida que se incorporaban a la discusión nuevos elementos y diversidad de contextos. Con el objetivo de estudiar la evolución de este concepto, en el presente trabajo, se analizan las cartas, recomendaciones y principios doctrinarios del Consejo Internacional de Monumentos y Sitios (conocido como ICOMOS por sus siglas en inglés), enfocandonos en sus concepciones espaciales y contrastándolas con las definiciones de espacio geográfico. Además, se detectan tres etapas características con relación a las definiciones de patrimonio, adoptadas a partir del vínculo con su dimensión espacial. A partir del análisis, se pretende alcanzar una comprensión amplia de las categorías patrimoniales y consecuentemente brindar un aporte a la gestión patrimonial. Finalmente, se discute la expansión del concepto de patrimonio en el marco de las críticas desde diferentes enfoques y los procesos de patrimonialización a escala global. Over time, the concept of cultural heritage has been broadened as new elements and diversity of contexts were incorporated into the discussion. In order to study the evolution of this concept, in this paper we analyze the charters, recommendations and doctrinal principles adopted by the International Council of Monuments and Sites (known as ICOMOS), focusing on their spatial conceptions and contrasting them with definitions of geographical space. From this analysis, three characteristic stages concerning the definitions of heritage in relation to its spatial dimension are detected. As a result of this analysis, it has been possible to generate a dialogue between both types of categories and contribute to their broader understanding, which can be useful not only as an analytical tool but also as a contribution to asset management. Finally, the expansion of the heritage concept is discussed in the framework of the criticisms that are made from different approaches to heritage activation processes at a global scale. Mediante un estudio de caso, se analiza la planificacion urbana y la conservacion historica del templo de Santiago, despues del terremoto de Cusco ocurrido en 1950. Las decisiones presupuestarias y los objetivos de planificacion dieron forma a la conservacion y el desarrollo en la ciudad de Cusco. Es asi que el caso del templo de Santiago ilustra los desafios que enfrentaron los barrios afiliados a sitios historicos que no eran prioridades para la reconstruccion o el turismo posterior al sismo. Este caso tambien demuestra como el lenguaje de la preservacion historica facilito una transformacion economica que fue mas alla del alcance del socorro posterior al desastre, y las implicancias a largo plazo para los cusquenos.

El monasterio de Santa Clara es uno de los conventos de religiosas, considerado entre los más grandes y prestigiosos, que se fundaron en la ciudad de Lima durante el siglo XVII, y que continúa vigente hasta nuestros días. En este artículo se describe el rol social que cumplió con las mujeres residentes en la capital del Virreinato del Perú; se analiza el contexto político y social en el que estuvo inmerso cuando se fundó, así como las motivaciones de sus fundadores para la creación de esta institución religiosa. Asimismo, se establece como objetivo enmarcarlo en el concepto de patrimonio cultural con miras a ser patrimonio turístico.

La gestion del conocimiento en Empresas Familiares Turisticas (EFT) representa un proceso critico hacia la competitividad. Esta investigacion tiene por objetivo conocer como se relacionan las practicas de gestion del conocimiento con los niveles de competitividad en las EFT de la ciudad de Guanajuato, Mexico. Considerando el Modelo de Organizacion Inteligente, se condujo una aproximacion cuantitativa mediante la aplicacion de cuestionarios (104) a propietarios, familiares, gerentes y empleados de 18 EFT. Se contrasto dicho modelo con las evidencias de los resultados, concluyendo que se cuenta con un marco para determinar el grado de gestion del conocimiento para conducir a estas empresas hacia la competitividad, donde puedan crear, desarrollar, difundir y optimizar todas las actividades dentro, generando asi, valor al fomentar el aprendizaje e incentivando a compartir el conocimiento y la experiencia como ventajas competitivas.

El Centro Cultural de Espana en Lima es una de las instituciones mas dinamicas e innovadoras de la ciudad. Desde su creacion ha venido trabajando ininterrumpidamente por dinamizar el sector cultural, brindando una variada programacion y ofreciendo programas formativos que refuerzan las potencialidades de los ciudadanos. Es uno de los espacios culturales con mayor afluencia de publico en la capital, gracias a su politica de gratuidad y a su programacion inclusiva que se desarrolla dentro de su espacio fisico y fuera de el, tomando en algunas oportunidades las calles para la realizacion de los eventos internacionales que organiza. Ademas, su trabajo articulado con otras organizaciones publicas y privadas ha permitido acercar sus propuestas artisticas e incentivar el consumo cultural en todos los sectores de la sociedad.

Los museos son una industria cultural en constante crecimiento y su sustentabilidad es un tema que comienza a cobrar importancia por la necesidad de tener instituciones culturales más integrales y eficientes. Este trabajo es de tipo exploratorio y su objetivo consiste en analizar la sustentabilidad en los museos considerando las dimensiones cultural, económica, social y ambiental mediante el modelo de Stylianou-Lambert, Boukas, & Christodoulou-Yerali(2014). El proyecto trata de un estudio cualitativo de caso centrado en documentos y la observación del Museo de las Momias de Guanajuato con la finalidad de identificar las políticas culturales y sustentables e identificar sus fortalezas y debilidades. Este museo es el tercero más visitado de México y la segunda fuente de ingresos para el municipio. La pregunta de investigación fue ¿cuál es la situación de los elementos de sustentabilidad en el Museo? Esta primera indagación permitirá delinear mejores ejes de desarrollo para el museo. Los resultados apuntan a que el Museo de las Momias tienen un fuerte impacto económico y cultural, pero aún falta mucho por desarrollar en las dimensiones social y ambiental. Como futura línea de investigación se debe probar empíricamente los resultados exploratorios encontrados en este trabajo.

Introdução: A tematização pode caracterizar e direcionar um tipo específico de gastronomia, além de propor singulares experiências de consumo aos seus clientes. Deste modo, o estudo discorre sobre o assunto de bares e restaurantes temáticos, passando pelo conhecimento de suas quatro categorizações: a temática relicária, onde os ambientes agregam relíquias históricas; a temática paródica, onde o uso de artefatos e dispositivos decorativos nestes espaços são simulações e releituras; a temática reflexiva, que em seus locais, o tema é a marca e a marca é o tema; e a temática étnica que apresenta em seus estabelecimentos uma gastronomia voltada para a cultura de um determinado país. O estudo também discorre sobre as percepções dos consumidores nestes ambientes e as discussões a respeito da autenticidade. Portanto, essas análises têm como objetivo incentivar pesquisas que compreendam a complexidade em relação à gastronomia, aos elementos reais e simulacros e aos consumidores finais que contemplam esses lugares temáticos. Metodologia: A pesquisa de cunho bibliográfico e qualitativo observa os fenômenos ao redor dos bares e restaurantes temáticos. Para chegar aos resultados foi realizada uma revisão sistemática de textos sobre o assunto, por meio de fichamentos executados quinzenalmente e apresentados para a orientação a fim de discutir sobre o conteúdo tratado em cada leitura. Resultados: A partir da revisão sistemática de textos, foi encontrada a categorização dos estabelecimentos gastronômicos temáticos, seguindo o modelo de Beardsworth e Bryman (1999), onde divide os ambientes em: temático relicário, temático paródico, temático reflexivo e temático étnico. Na visão desses autores, os restaurantes temáticos étnicos podem usar elementos esteriotipados e fantasiosos. Porém, isso faz com que as características sejam semelhantes com a definição dos restaurantes paródicos, onde também criam uma atmosfera irreal. Desta forma, alguns étnicos parecem se encaixar melhor na categoria dos restaurantes temáticos paródicos, pois fazem uma releitura das características do país retratado. Também foi encontrada a identificação do cliente experiente e do cliente ingênuo, Ebster e Guist (2004), em relação aos ambientes temáticos étnicos e suas percepções; a autenticidade vista por duas lentes, provocando uma comparação entre a autenticidade objetiva e a autenticidade pós-moderna e a compreensão do fenômeno da “hiper realidade” e seu impacto nas culturas estrangeiras. Considerações Finais: É presunçoso tratar de autenticidade a respeito de bares e restaurantes temáticos étnicos, quando eles são uma tentativa de recriar algo fora de seu contexto original. Talvez seja preciso aceitar suas contradições e exageros lúdicos, pois o objetivo desses espaços, além da proposta gastronomia, é gerar o “eatertainment”, que é a junção de alimentação e diversão, Gottdiener (1997), para que as pessoas passem por uma experiência de consumo emocional dentro do ambiente caracterizado. Dispondo-se também das demais categorias de ambientes temáticos gastronômicos, o texto pode despertar o interesse para pesquisas que visam analisar a dinâmica nesses ambientes na prática, assim como, o comportamento dos clientes, dos funcionários e dos proprietários e suas interações perante as propostas temáticas.

Цель работы: разработать и экспериментально обосновать програму физической терапии для женщин среднего возраста после эндопротезирования тазобедренного сустава.Материал и методы. В эксперименте принимали участие 22 женщины среднего возраста после эндопротезирования тазобедренного сустава (бесцементный способ фиксации компонентов эндопротеза) в тренировочном периоде, которые были разделены на две группы – экспериментальную и контрольную, в каждой по 11 человек. Женщинам экспериментальной группы физическая терапия проводилась по авторской программе, женщинам контрольной группы – по программе физической терапии для лиц после эндопротезирования тазобедренного сустава. Педагогические и медико-биологические исследования проводились в течение 3 месяцев. При первичном и повторном исследовании применялись клинические методы (сбор анамнеза, внешний осмотр), оценка качества жизни, а также врачебно-педагогические наблюдения в процессе занятий лечебной гимнастикой и методы математической статистики.Результаты. Представленная программа физической терапии с применением лечебной физической культуры на основе степ-даун упражнений с визуальным контролем и упражнений с эластичной лентой на здоровой ноге для тренировки баланса; лечебного массажа; физиотерапии по стандартным методикам, а именно: электромиостимуляции; лазерной терапии.Выводы. В ходе проведенного исследования мы пришли к выводу, что разработанная и внедренная в Коммунальное некоммерческое предприятие Харьковского областного Совета «Областная клиническая больница» программа физической терапии для женщин среднего возраста после эндопротезирования тазобедренного сустава в тренировочном периоде позволила повысить эффективность восстановительного лечения, доступна для всех специализированных реабилитационных центров и заслуживает широкого внедрение в практику.

O presente artigo trata de uma revisão da conjuntura da gestão ambiental em um meio de hospedagem e seus benefícios para a sociedade. O objetivo deste estudo foi identificar o posicionamento ambiental de um hotel na cidade de Campina Grande – PB. A metodologia utilizada foi de levantamento bibliográfico e entrevista semiestruturada com observação não participante no local. Os resultados encontrados mostram que o hotel tem um posicionamento positivo a questão ambiental, já que foi constatado que o mesmo realiza atividades referentes a mitigação de impactos negativos dentro das quatro dimensões abordadas. Como benefícios, além da redução de custos com desperdícios, pode resultar no fortalecimento da imagem do hotel com a comunidade local, implicando numa vantagem competitiva com os demais hotéis da região. As dificuldades que podem impossibilitar a implantação de outras atividades são a complexidade burocrática, a falta de cooperação entre gestores e funcionários e custos iniciais para as mudanças necessárias.

Цель работы - разработка модели прогноза изменения функционального состояния спортсменов, занимающихся рукопашным боем, под влиянием тренировочной нагрузки с использованием психофизиологических показателей. Материал и методы. В исследовании приняли участие 24 спортсмена мужского пола, которые профессионально занимаются рукопашным боем с полным контактом с противником (фулл-контакт), и 20 спортсменов. Средний возраст спортсменов составил 19-26 лет. Методы исследования: анализ научно-методических источников, психофизиологические, математической статистики, нечеткая логика.Результаты. Проведенные исследования доказали наличие достоверных различий в значениях психофизиологических показателей и реакции на тренировочную нагрузку спортсменов с различным уровнем тренированности, которая позволила использовать эти показатели для построения модели прогноза динамики функционального состояния. Изменения функционального состояния, определенные по психофизиологическими показателями, подтвержденные соответствующими изменениями показателей вариабельности сердечного ритма. Разработанная модели прогноза позволяет по двум психофизиологическими показателями (время сложной зрительно-моторной реакции и индексом реакции на движущийся объект), полученными к нагрузке, прогнозировать изменение функционального состояния спортсменов, занимающихся рукопашным боем, с общей точностью 95,5%. Прогноз изменения функционального состояния предоставляет тренеру возможность своевременно корректировать объемы тренировочных нагрузок и режима тренировок.Выводы. Выявлены достоверные различия между группами тренированных спортсменов и начинающих по показателям состояния нервных процессов (время сложной зрительно-моторной реакции и индексом реакции на движущийся объект) к нагрузке позволили разработать модель прогноза функциональной реакции на нагрузку у спортсменов с различным уровнем спортивного мастерства. Использование полученной модели позволяет прогнозировать изменения функционального состояния спортсменов, которые состоятся под влиянием тестовой нагрузки, по психофизиологическими показателями без использования нагрузки с общей точностью 95,5%.

Purpose: To develop model characteristics of physical and technical fitness of players of 12 and 15 years of different playing roles.Material and methods. The study was attended by football players of 12 and 15 years of sport school "Areal" Kharkiv, in which the developed technologies were applied in the educational process. In total, 23 forvards, 28 midfielders, 30 defenders and 15 goalkeepers were invited for the survey. Indicators of the running time of segments of 15 m from the course, 30 m from the course and 60 m from the course were determined; shuttle running time 5 to 20 m. Determined the length and weight of the body; Heart rate at rest and heart rate after a shuttle run. From the technical readiness indicators were determined: the time of holding the soccer ball on the foot; juggling, that is, the number of shots of the ball with the foot without losing the ball; time to run a soccer ball on a mission; goal kicks for accuracy; strikes the ball at flight range.Results. Young players of 12 and 15 years of different game specializations differ in terms of physical and technical fitness. The largest number of significant differences were found in the technical readiness of football players for 15 years. Field players at speed capabilities are significantly superior to goalkeepers. Goalkeepers, on the contrary, have lower running speeds. The level of speed endurance is relatively high for defenders and midfielders, as opposed to goalkeepers. The obtained data allowed us to build models of physical development, physical and technical readiness of players of 12 and 15 years of different playing fields, on the basis of which training programs for representatives of different playing roles can be developed.Conclusions. The data obtained indicate the need for a differentiated approach in the training process of young football players, taking into account their playing role. The differentiated approach is more relevant at the age of 15 compared to the age of 12.

Objective: to identify the main approaches in the management and motivation of the staff of the center to improve the effectiveness of physical therapy in orthopedic disorders, to form ways to take these features into account in managing the process of physical therapy.Methods: theoretical analysis and generalization of literary sources, method of systematization of scientific information.Results. It is advisable to use a fairly wide range of management techniques in the management of staff to provide physical therapy services, since it is about the impact on a rather complex system - the team of physical therapists, which in turn have a controlling influence on the not less complex systems - patients. The use of management methods can potentially contribute to a number of positive changes in the activities of the staff of physical therapists. The additional impact of these methods will be directed at the patient, in particular, in improving the quality of services. The work of a physical therapist is rather debilitating both from the physical side and from the psychological one. Therefore, the motivation of the staff is important in the management of physical therapists, as well as other employees of the Center for the provision of physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic profile. The study of the problem of motivation has a significant theoretical and practical significance, since the most valuable resource in the current conditions of the market of physical therapy services is personnel, not equipment. Therefore, the responsibility of the leader of a successful center for the provision of physical therapy services is that the motivational goals of the employees are largely correlated with the interests of the center and led to the final result to success, which can be characterized as achieving a useful result immediately to all participants in the system " the head is a physical therapist - a patient. " In a team of physical therapy center, as in any enterprise, there are different types of workers, and the choice of one concept of motivation is mainly determined by the majority of employees of a certain type in the team. The paper outlines the features of the selection and use motivational concepts for the staff center physical therapy. The theory of motivation is considered. Economic and non-economic motivational factors are allocated within the framework of the center for providing physical therapy services, the model of motivation of the personnel is given.Conclusion. The quality and performance of physical therapists in today's market conditions depends not only on professionalism and competence, but also on management, motivation, satisfaction of their needs and loyalty.

Tourism is a dynamic industry, with an important potential to stimulate entrepreneurship and social innovation by creating new jobs. In this way, it contributes to a long-run smart, sustainable and inclusive local development. This paper supports the idea that the tourism industry and mostly the cultural tourism can advance through innovative entrepreneurship, by introducing new methods of production, new delivery methods or simply new products and services that will attract customers. Since innovation involves doing things in a different and better manner, the paper’s goal is to identify the available innovative methods that can be applied to the tourism industry. Special reference is given to the cultural tourism, as part of the creative and cultural industries. The paper includes a series of statistical data regarding tourism in the European Union and an analysis of the impact on the customer experience and local economy development.

The competitive advantage of a company brings together the unique elements and attributes that it owns and exploits them in order to set apart significantly from its competitors. Advantage benefit sources are multiple, and a combination thereof leads to a series of unlimited opportunities for strengths diversification against the competitors. One of the most valuable sources is the employees, whose contribution is vital to gaining competitive strengths. This paper aims to investigate the perception of the employees of the luxury hotels in Bucharest regarding their own contribution to the creation of the competitive advantage. The research was conducted using a questionnaire applied to people with work experience in 4- or 5-star hotels in the capital city, regardless of the position held, and was based on three main objectives. The first set goal was aimed to test the hypothesis according to which employees are the most important source of competitive advantage, but this was not fully confirmed by the respondents. The second hypothesis refers to the fact that all positions held within a luxury hotel can contribute to the creation of the competitive advantage, which is unanimously confirmed by the interviewees. The third objective of the research was to discover how the employees of the luxury hotels in Bucharest assess their own contribution to the creation of the competitive advantage within the hotel where they work; The conclusion for the proposed objective was that they assess on average their own contribution with a grade of 8 out of 10. The implications of this article may be found in other researches that could, for example, address the competitive advantages of luxury hotels in other cities worldwide, compared to those in Bucharest or the differences between luxury hotels in Bucharest and those located in other large cities in Romania, in terms of competitive advantage.

This study aims to analyse the tourist online purchasing behaviour through Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) (Booking.com and Expedia.com), which factors have more influence on the buying decision-making and if the degree of importance given to some factors changes according to socio-demographic, economic or travel characteristics. Results show that most tourists book their accommodation through OTAs, mainly due to the easiness of browsing and the better prices. The results also suggest that the most important factor when booking accommodation is the price, although the buying process is complex, the online reviews, promotions and photos are also important. Regarding the level of importance online tourists give to price, there are differences between age groups, income and country of residence. The online reviews are important regardless of the characteristics of the tourist, except for age. It was possible, through a cluster analyses, to find three different segments of tourists considering the importance given to price, online reviews, promotions and photos. O presente estudo tem por objetivo analisar o comportamento de compra de alojamento turístico através das agências de viagens online (OTAs) (Booking.com e Expedia.com), identificar o fator que exerce maior influência na decisão de compra, e aferir se o grau de importância dado aos fatores se altera com as características sociodemográficas e económicas ou características das viagens. Conclui-se que a preferência pelas reservas nas OTA resulta da facilidade de navegação e melhores preços. O fator mais importante na compra de alojamento através das OTA é o preço, embora o processo de compra seja complexo, e as online reviews, promoções e imagens sejam também relevantes. O grau de importância atribuído ao preço é diferente conforme a idade, rendimento e país de residência, enquanto as reviews online são importantes independentemente do perfil dos turistas, com exceção da idade. A análise de clusters permitiu agrupar os turistas com características semelhantes em três grupos distintos conforme a importância atribuída ao preço, online reviews, promoções e fotografias.

This paper aims to identify the most used ways to obtain the competitive advantage for travel agencies. Thus, following the study of the literature from the specific databases, and also following the application of a quantitative research, there were obtained information regarding the today’s trend of the ways to overtake the rivalry in the field, as they are seen by the personnel employed in different types of travel agencies in Bucharest. Based on these, there may be noticed actual trends regarding the tackle of the travel agencies in order to obtain a market share as large as possible, and to secure the loyalty of the customers.

This study’s primary objective was to examine ruminative thought style and workplace ostracism’s effects on hotel employees’ turnover intention. A secondary objective was to investigate these effects through the mediator role of organisational identification. The data were collected by convenience sampling between 1 June and 1 October 2018 from employees of 12 5-star hotel businesses in Bodrum, Turkey, yielding 432 valid survey forms. The results show that ruminative thought style and workplace ostracism increase hotel employees’ turnover intention, while organisational identification decreases it. In addition, the latter variable plays a significant mediating role between ruminative thought styles and turnover intentions. Thus, managers need to create good working environments, support and participate in social activities with their team, make employees feel that they are a part of their organisation and frequently reiterate that each team member is valued

Цель работы – изучить биомеханические свойства мио-фасциальной кинематической цепи "стопа-голень" детей 7-14 лет с нефиксированной и клинически выраженным плоскостопием.Материал и методы. В исследованиях приняли участие 14 детей, имеющих плоскостопие I-II степени тяжести и 6 детей с плосковальгусною деформацией стопы и 20 детей, у которых обнаружены только функциональные нарушения стопы. Проведено антропометрическое исследование стопы, определяли электрофизиологические показатели мышц голени, анализировали плантограммы.Результаты. В исследовании обнаружена корреляционная взаимосвязь между показателями анатомо-функционального состояния стопы и дисбалансом частотно-амплитудных показателей ипси- и контрлатеральных мышц в пределах одного звена мио-фациальной кинематической цепи, может иметь значение как один из факторов, который способствует развитию плоскостопия. Это подтверждается другими показателями и свидетельствуют о снижении высоты продольного свода, уменьшением плюсневого и пяточного углов свода стопы. Такие изменения имеют ярко выраженную взаимосвязь с возрастом. Результаты работы указывают, что возможной причиной уплощения сводчатого аппарата стопы является не только слабость ее суставно-связочно-мышечного аппарата, но и выше расположенного кинематического сегмента - голени. Проведенный корреляционный анализ выявил зависимость между показателями развития анатомо-биомеханических компонентов стопы и особенностями электромиографических показателей мышц голени у детей 7-14 лет.Выводы. Экспериментальными исследованиями установлено, что зарегистрированные изменения суставных компонентов стопы детей 7-14 лет приводят к изменению электромиографических показателей мышц голени, которые принимают участие в формировании начальных участков мио-фасциальных кинематических цепей.

This theoretical essay seeks to shed light on and synthesise the concept of resilience in relation to employees and organisations and to propose an integrated analysis model. The results include a research agenda embracing methodological aspects and thematic connections, which can contribute to an expanded debate on the construct of resilience that involves differentiated levels of analysis. A historic review of the concept’s discussion and its specificities are presented, including the following organisational resilience constructs. The first is the procedural, dynamic and ecosystemic capacity activated by people (i.e. individual resilience) and processes (i.e. systemic resilience) in the face of adversity. The second is the generation of responses that facilitate the recovery of balance. The last construct is healthy adaptation through key elements’ activation through subjective (i.e. internal) and objective (i.e. external) plans, which can be reinforced or renewed during the entire process. This approach thus ensures the sustainability of resilience-related results and/or the expansion of individuals and organisations’ capacity for resilience.
