- Abstract
This badge is made of brass and was worn by London Rifle Brigade cadets beginning in 1908. It features a wreath with crossed sword and mace behind a shield bearing the Royal Standard of the United Kingdom (with the Irish harp, Scottish lion rampant, and English lions passant guardant), all underneath a royal crown. Around the shield are the words, "LONDON RIFLE BRIGADE", with the unit's Latin motto "PRIMUS IN URBE" ("First in the city" in English) below, which refers to the fact that it was the first volunteer rifle corps in the City of London. Beneath this motto is a shield bearing the City of London's arms (a cross with an upward-facing sword in the upper-left quadrant) with "CADETS" below.

- Abstract
The case is made of a silvery metal with a hinged lid, and is lined with red felt. Pressing a button on the bottom portion of the case releases the lid, and the same mechanism allows the lid to snap shut. The lid has been stamped with three different military insignia; in the center is a spread eagle bearing a shield, similar to U.S. Navy captains' badges. To the left is a castle overlaying a crossed sword, rifle, and what appears to be a club of some kind; the castle suggests this insignia relates to the Corps of Engineers. To the right is a crossed sword and what appears to be a staff, overlaid by a fouled anchor, suggesting that this is a U.S. Navy or Marine Corps insignia., Inside the case is a blue, gold, and white cardboard package of razor blades, labeled, "Ever-Ready Safety Razor BLADES" and "REG. U.S. PAT. OFF." on the front, with an image of the Ever-Ready shaving man. The sides of the package have been labeled "2 Ever-Ready Radio Blades" and "Special Package". The back of the package reads, "This package contains two guaranteed triple-tested blades. Advise makers if Ever-Ready razor or blade ever fails to shave perfectly. MADE IN U.S.A.". Also inside the case is a Gillette safety razor, separated into its handle and head components. On the back of the head is stamped, "GILLETE", "MADE IN U.S.A.", and a series of patent information: "PAT. NO. 1633739", "PAT NO. 1639335", "OTHER PAT. PEND.", and "REISSUE PAT. NO. 17567". Around the edge of the handle is a faded and partially-obscured stamp: "PAT. JAN 13 1920 U.S.A. OTHER PATENTS PENDING".

- Abstract
Williams' Shaving Stick boxes originally came with a stick of shaving soap, absent here. This particular design was called the 'hinged-cover nickeled box' in magazine advertisements to distinguish it from the company's other similar products. The lid can be popped open with the aid of a small protrusion opposite the hinges. "Williams' Shaving Stick" and "Pat'd Nov 19 1907" are stamped on the lid, while "THE J.B. WILLIAMS' CO.", "EST. 1840", and "GLASTONBURY, CONN. U.S.A." are stamped on the bottom, along with a brand logo consisting of a rooster perched on top of the letter 'W' shaped like a shield.

- Abstract
The cup base and lid are circular and shape and made of an unknown metal that is silver and brown in places. The lid bears an appliqué of the United States Seal, this includes: a bald eagle wearing the U.S. coat of arms, and clutching arrows in its left talon, an olive branch in its right, and a scroll in its beak reading, "E PLURIBUS UNUM", all below a starry crest. The lid releases from the base by turning the lid counterclockwise, which aligns the two interlocking sections on either side. When collapsed, the cup consists of four separate but each slightly larger metal bands resting inside each other and attached to the base, and when the lid is released, these bands spring up on top of each other to form a watertight metal cup. The top edge of the cup is slightly flared outward. The metal bands that form the cup appear less worn than the lid, and are silver colored on the outside and gold-colored on the inside.

- Abstract
The majority of the box is painted black, and made of wood that has become warped over time, preventing the hinged lid from closing properly. Carved on the lid of the box is a Cross of Lorraine within a shield that is painted with the red, white, and blue stripes of the French flag. Around the shield is a carved border, with the carved-out sections pained yellow and orange. The rest of the lid has been decorated with zig-zag, criss-cross, and chevron patterns painted orange, yellow, and green. On the underside is inscribed "UNRRA" and "1945". UNRRA likely stands for United Nations Relief and Rehabilitation Administration, an international relief agency active during World War II. There is also an abstract or unidentifiable image carved below these inscriptions.

- Abstract
Box is made of metal, and has a removable lid that rests atop the body of the box. "1914" is inscribed at the center of the lid, within a laurel wreath. Below is inscribed "CHRISTMAS 1914". Around the edges of the box are abstract designs and images that include arrows and what appears to be a scepter. Within these images are roundels inscribed with the names of various Allied countries during World War I: "BELGIUM", "JAPAN", "RUSSIA", "MONTE NEGRO", "SERVIA", and "FRANCE". On the bottom of the box is a stamped coat of arms, including a shield with a chevron and star, a crest with leaves, more stars, a lion rampant, and a scroll underneath bearing the inscription, "ROYAL SHEFFIELD". This manufacturer's stamp, along with the fact that the box is made of metal other than brass and does not bear the profile of Princess Mary, suggests that this has been produced later than the original boxes produced for Christmas 1914 that were paid for by the "Soldiers and Sailors Christmas fund."

- Abstract
Box has been carved out of wood and exhibits several abstract designs and decorative borders. On its lid is the carved inscription "SZOKOL", flanked by "19" and "45", with "ELZL" beneath. The words are Hungarian and are likely names. Underneath the words are two four-leaf clovers with additional leaves. On the reverse side of the lid is a hammer and sickle, leaves and flowers, a star, and a shield with horizontal stripes on the left side and a Patriarchal cross on the right side. This is the coat of arms of Hungary without the crest. The lid has been attached via a strip of leather stapled to the box, acting as a hinge. There are also four black wooden "feet" stapled onto the bottom of the box.

- Abstract
Table is made from a circular piece of brass that has been hammered to create indentations along its edges. Forming the table legs are three rifle shells along with their projectiles, soldered together diagonally where they meet and again to the table. These shells appear to be .303-inch. Three bullet shells have been cut down to act as beer steins, while another rifle shell has been cut down diagonally to resemble a pitcher. Due to its size, appearance, and markings, this last one is likely an 8 mm Lebel rifle shell, used and manufactured by the French in World War I. The pitcher has a Verdun crest appliqué affixed to its side, which includes: a crown bearing the inscription "VERDUN" above a shield with a castle on it, along with small images that appear to be the Croix de Guerre and Legion of Honour medals. Metal handles have been soldered onto the steins and pitcher.

- Abstract
Candle holder is made from three rifle shells along with their projectiles, soldered together. The projectile of the middle shell has been soldered to a circular base, while the projectiles of the two other shells have been bent outward. The base is decorated with an overlapping leaf pattern. The end of each bullet shell has been cut off to accommodate a small candle, and their size suggests that they are .303-inch caliber shells. Affixed to the body of the left shell is an image of the royal coat of arms of the United Kingdom. This consists of: a royal crown above a shield divided into quarters, with a scroll below. Flanking the shield on the left is a lion, and on the right is a unicorn. Affixed to the body of the middle shell is a cross with arms of equal length, also known as a Greek cross, and on it a bird, possibly an eagle, clutching something in its talons, stars, and leaves. Affixed to the body of the right shell is an image of a royal crown.

Affixed to the center shell is an Iron Cross appliqué overlaying a wreath of leaves and berries stretching across all three shells. There is a small metal link attached to the Iron Cross, suggesting that the candle holder may have been hung on a hook or otherwise attached to something else. The shells themselves have been pebbled, creating abstract flower shapes. The edge of each shell also has a thin border.

- Abstract
Ashtray is made of cast iron and shaped like a shield. There are two depressions at the top that could act as cigarette holders. The ashtray features elements from the U.S. Seal, with an eagle perched on a shield bearing stars and stripes like the U.S. flag. Above the eagle on a scroll is inscribed, "E PLURIBUS UNUM". To the left and right of the eagle are a sailor and soldier, respectively, both holding guns. Their uniforms and guns suggest that they are World War I-era figures.

Lighter is made of a polished brass shell with attached projectile. It has been bisected so that the top half can be removed to reveal a flint wheel and wick, attached to a metal disc that has been soldered to the inside of the shell. On the outside of the shell around the top half is an engraved inscription in Hungarian, "EMLÉK", which roughly translates to "souvenir" in English. On the lower half is the inscription "A. DON PARTRÓL", which may be a name, next to an engraved image of the Hungarian coat of arms. - Abstract
Hat is made from the bottom section of a polished brass 75 mm artillery shell. The shell has been cut down from its original height, with one longer curved edge that has been flared slightly outward to form the visor of the hat. The shell retains part of its primer inside. Decorating the outside of the hat are two small U.S. Seals at each of the temples, and a larger U.S. Seal at the center above the visor. Each Seal includes: a bald eagle wearing a shield and clutching arrows in its left talon, an olive branch in its right, and a scroll in its beak, all below a sun crest. A copper-colored band runs between the two smaller Seals above the visor, and this may be the driving band of an artillery shell. The hat may also be designed to function as an ashtray when turned upside down.

- Abstract
The crucifix is composed of a metal base, bullet cross, image of Jesus, and crest. Two bullets soldered together end to end form the vertical part of the cross, while two more bullet projectiles are soldered to each side near the top to form the horizontal part. The pointed end of the bottom bullet fits into a whole at the center of the metal base, which is circular and cut into a scalloped pattern around the edges. The base has stamped abstract fleur-de-lis and leaf patterns, as well as berries. The image of Jesus, including a halo, has been stamped out of a thin piece of metal. Above this image is a crest, with a crown bearing the inscription "VERDUN" above a shield with a castle and grenade. Below the shield is a small flower, and a curved shape with leaves meant to be a wreath with another "VERDUN" inscription and stars. Both the crest and image of Jesus have been soldered to the cross.

- Abstract
Jar is made of polished brass, and composed of two separate artillery shell sections, one functioning as the lid. The top of the lid has been soldered on and decorated with a hatched striped pattern, while a bullet projectile has been affixed to the center to act as a handle. The body of the jar has been decorated with hatched and engraved flower and leaf patterns. There is also an image that appears to be a shield. The lid fits on snugly due to alterations made in the inner surfaces of the lid and body where they meet.

- Abstract
Shell is made of dark, polished brass, and has been cut down to act as a receptacle of some sort, although its intended purpose beyond that function is unclear. It may have been designed to look like a still. The sides have been hatched and engraved to reveal ribbons, leaves, branches, flowers, and a shield with two stars underneath. On some of the ribbons are the engraved inscriptions, "1914", "FRANCE", "SERBIE", and "1". The last inscription may be an unfinished year. The top of the receptacle features a tab that can be unscrewed to reveal an spout which would allow access to its contents. There is also a handle composed of a metal tube that has been looped in the middle to form a curlicue shape. The handle and spout have likely been soldered or welded to the surface of the shell, and the base has likewise been affixed to the shell in a similar manner.

- Abstract
Shell is made of dark, polished brass, and has been cut down to resemble an ashtray. The majority of the bottom portion has been cut out, except for three sections that have been pebbled and flared slightly outward to act as "legs" for the ashtray. Above the "legs", the shell has been engraved with a crisscrossing pattern of lines around an appliqué with the inscription "U.S.", as well as two U.S. Seal appliqués that each include a bald eagle wearing a shield and clutching arrows in its left talon, an olive branch in its right, and a scroll in its beak, all below a sun crest. Three semicircles have been cut out of the top edge of the ashtray. The base of the ashtray appears to be a separate piece, inserted into the interior of the shell and likely attached via soldering.

- Abstract
Lighter is made of polished metal and has a hexagonal shape. The flint wheel is located on the top, next to the wick which has a screw-on cap. One side of the lighter has been stamped with an image of the Great Seal of the United States. This includes: a bald eagle wearing a shield and scroll with the words "E PLURIBUS UNUM", and which also clutches arrows in its left talon and an olive branch in its right. Around the eagle's head are stars. The other side of the lighter has been stamped with an image of a cannon bearing the number "75", which may indicate that this is a Canon de 75 modèle 1897, also known as the French 75 mm field gun. The cannon overlays two crossed flags, each with three vertical stripes. Their textures indicate that the middle stripe is white or a lighter color, while the two outside stripes are a darker color (they are likely French flags). Below the cannon are flowers and leaves. A seal has been applied to the bottom of the lighter, bearing the inscription "MINISTERE DE FINANCES" around what appears to be a coin with the head of an unidentified figure. On either side of this coin are the letters "C" and "I" intertwined.

Shell is made of dark, polished brass, with a stripe of discoloration down one side. Its top edge is crimped to resemble a pie crust. Applied to the surface of the shell is an image of the royal coat of arms of the United Kingdom. This consists of: a lion atop a crown, above a shield with quarters representing England, Scotland, and Ireland. Around the shield is the motto of the Order of the Garter, "HONI SOIT QUI MAL Y PENSE", and beneath are Tudor roses, shamrocks, and thistles above a scroll bearing the motto of English monarchs, "DIEU ET MON DROIT". Flanking the shield on the left is a lion, and on the right is a unicorn. The mottoes are partially obscured by the other imagery. Near the bottom of the shell is stenciled in black, "POWDER LOT NO. - Abstract
Shell is made of brass, which has since become dull and discolored, with a fluted corset 11 cm from the base measuring approximately 5 cm in diameter. The top edge is slightly flared, and scalloped to create a rounded pattern. On the upper portion of the shell are images created by engraving and embossing. On one side is a coat of arms including the inscription, & quot;1918-1919 2nd LT. F.M. Barnard, France & quot; within a shield framed by an eagle and what appear to be olive branches. On the reverse is a soldier waving an American flag framed by oak leaves and acorns. There are also engraved designs that border these images on the upper portion of the shell, as well as bordering the bottom portion below the corset.
