Gastric cancer (GC), characterized by its high incidence and mortality, poses a great threat to public health worldwide. Although various advanced treatments have been developed for GC, the cure rate remains poor. Docetaxel (DTX), a broad-spectrum antitumor drug, has been widely used for the treatment of GC. However, its use in clinical practice is limited by its low water solubility and severe side effects. Our previous work developed a pH/ROS dual-responsive nanoplatform to deliver DTX (DTX/FA-CA-Oxi-αCD NPs) for the targeted treatment of breast cancer. These nanotherapeutics displayed desirable therapeutic effects for breast cancer without obvious adverse effects. On the basis of the treatment potential of DTX/FA-CA-Oxi-αCD NPs, these nanoparticles (NPs) were used for the targeted treatment of GC. In vitro experiments demonstrated that DTX/FA-CA-Oxi-αCD NPs can be efficiently internalized by HGC-27 cells and deeply penetrate tumor spheroids. Moreover, DTX/FA-CA-Oxi-αCD NPs effectively hindered GC cell migration by approximately 60.1% and decreased GC cell invasion. In vivo experiments revealed that DTX/FA-CA-Oxi-αCD NPs obviously accumulated at the tumor site and that the released DTX significantly blocked tumor growth by approximately 79.6%. Introduction: Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) is a major pathogen that has caused severe economic losses in the swine industry. Screening key host immune-related genetic factors in the porcine alveolar macrophages (PAMs) is critical to improve the anti-virial ability in pigs. Methods: In this study, an in vivo model was set to evaluate the anti-PRRSV effect of tylvalosin tartrates. Then, strand-specific RNA-sequencing (ssRNA-seq) and miRNA-sequencing (miRNA-seq) were carried out to profile the whole transcriptome of PAMs in the negative control, PRRSV-infected, and tylvalosin tartrates-treatment group. Results: The ssRNA-seq identified 11740 long non-coding RNAs in PAMs. Based on our attention mechanism-improved graph convolutional network, 41.07% and 28.59% lncRNAs were predicted to be located in the nucleus and cytoplasm, respectively. The miRNA-seq revealed that tylvalosin tartrates-enhanced miRNAs might play roles in regulating angiogenesis and innate immune-related functions, and it rescued the expression of three anti-inflammation miRNAs (ssc-miR-30a-5p , ssc-miR-218-5p , and ssc-miR-218) that were downregulated due to PRRSV infection. The cytoplasmic lncRNAs enhanced by tylvalosin tartrates might form ceRNA networks with miRNAs to regulate PAM chemotaxis. While cytoplasmic lncRNAs that were rescued by tylvalosin tartrates might protect PAMs via efferocytosis-related ceRNA networks. On the other hand, the tylvalosin tartrates-rescued nuclear lncRNAs might negatively regulate T cell apoptosis and bind to key anti-inflammation factor IL37 to protect the lungs by cis - and trans -regulation. Conclusions: Our data provides a catalog of key non-coding RNAs in response to PRRSV and tylvalosin tartrates and might enrich the genetic basis for future PRRSV prevention and control. There is still controversy over the influence of no-tillage (NT) on CO2 emissions in farmland soil. Few studies focus on the impact of monitoring hours on the response of soil CO2 emissions to NT. Therefore, an in situ experiment was conducted in maize cropland in the Shandong Yucheng Agro-ecosystem National Observation and Research Station in the North China Plain. The soil CO2 emissions, soil water content (SWC), and soil temperature (ST) were automatically monitored using the morning sampling (MonS) and continuous sampling (multi-hour sampling in one day, DayS) methods during the whole maize growth stages. The results showed that the MonS method decreased the sum of soil CO2 emissions by 146.39 g CO2 m−2 in the wet year 2018 and increased that by 93.69 g CO2 m−2 in the dry year 2019 when compared to the DayS method. The influence intensity of NT on soil CO2 effluxes was decreased with the MonS method. In contrast, the MonS method had no significant effect on the differences in SWC between NT and conventional tillage. However, the MonS method increased the variance in ST between NT and conventional tillage by 0.45 °C, which was higher than that with the DayS method (0.20 °C) across years. Compared to the DayS method, the MonS method increased the regression coefficient of soil CO2 emissions with SWC but decreased that with ST. This study is beneficial for reducing the artificial impact of monitoring hours on the data accuracy of soil CO2 effluxes and deepening the understanding of the influence of NT on soil CO2 emissions. This study investigates the impact of enterprise digital transformation through information and communication technology (ICT) on auditing fees. Based on data from publicly listed companies in China and employing information asymmetry theory, the research finds that the adoption of three factors associated with digital transformation—artificial intelligence (AI), cloud computing (CC), and big data technologies (BD)—exhibits a significant inverted U-shaped effect on auditing fees. Further analysis reveals that this effect is moderated by the quality of internal controls, the level of corporate governance, and discretionary accruals. These findings underscore the necessity for a nuanced understanding of the relationship between technology and auditing, as well as the importance for audit organizations to integrate new technologies into their practices to effectively respond to the rapid adoption of digital technologies by enterprises. Objectives: This study aims to evaluate the efficacy of local treatment (LT), including radiotherapy (RT) and cytoreductive prostatectomy (CRP), in improving outcomes for patients with oligometastatic prostate cancer (OmPCa). Methods: A systematic review and meta‐analysis of articles from PubMed, Embase, and Web of Science published between 2010 and November 2023 were conducted. The study included 11 articles, comprising three randomized controlled trials (RCTs) and eight retrospective analyses. The study assessed overall survival (OS), radiographic progression‐free survival (rPFS), prostate‐specific antigen (PSA) PFS, cancer‐specific survival (CSS), and complication rate (CR). Results: OS was significantly improved in the LT group, with both RCTs and non‐RCTs showing statistical significance [hazard ratios (HR) = 0.64; 95% confidence intervals (95% CIs), 0.51–0.80; p < 0.0001; HR = 0.55; 95% CIs, 0.40–0.77; p = 0.0004]. For rPFS, RCTs did not show statistically significant outcomes (HR = 0.60; 95% CIs, 0.34–1.07; p = 0.09), whereas non‐RCTs demonstrated significant results (HR = 0.42; 95% CIs, 0.24–0.72; p = 0.002). Both RCTs and non‐RCTs showed a significant improvement in PSA‐PFS (HR = 0.44; 95%CI, 0.29–0.67; p = 0.0001; HR = 0.51; 95% CIs, 0.32–0.81; p = 0.004). For CSS, RCTs demonstrated statistical differences (HR = 0.65; 95% CIs, 0.47–0.90; p = 0.009), whereas non‐RCTs did not (HR = 0.61; 95% CIs, 0.29–1.27; p = 0.19). Regarding CR, the risk difference was −0.22 (95% CIs, −0.32 to −0.12; p < 0.00001). Conclusion: LT significantly improved OS and PFS in patients with OmPCa. Straw mulching (SM) plays an important role in promoting the grain yield (GY) of maize under no-tillage conditions. However, there is still a lack of deep understanding on the interactive impact of SM and weather conditions on agronomic traits and the contributions to GY. This study selected a cornfield in the North China Plain as the research object and set up a straw management experiment, including SM and no straw mulching (NSM). The GY and agronomic traits of maize from 2018 to 2020 were monitored, and the relationship of agronomic traits with GY and the weather conditions were analyzed. The results show that SM promoted maize GY by 20.44%. Straw mulching increased the plant height, ear diameter, and ear height by 8.43%, 1.99%, and 12.65%, respectively. A correlation analysis showed that the ear length and ear height were the main factors affecting maize yield. Ear length was significantly correlated with kernel numbers per ear in SM. Growing degree days, hot dry wind, and air temperature significantly affected kernel numbers per ear and plant growth. This study highlights the contributions of agronomic factors to maize GY under SM and variable weather conditions and is helpful to improve cropland management. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

To meet the requirements of future aircraft for power systems, the turbine inlet temperatures of aero engines are gradually increasing. Ceramic matrix composite (CMC), with its higher thermal limit, has become the preferred material for the turbine blades of variable cycle engines (VCEs). However, the impact of CMC turbine blades on the performance of a VCE is still unknown. In this research project, the comprehensive cooling-efficiency characteristics of CMC are determined through a fluid–solid coupling calculation; a cooling calculation model for turbine blades is established, and cooling airflow solution and control technology (CSCT) for an air system is developed. Additionally, a VCE simulation model is established to analyze the influence of CMC turbine blades on the cooling airflow of the air system and the overall performance of the engine. The results show that, for the design condition, the CMC turbine blade can reduce the cooling airflow of the air system by approximately 10%, and the net thrust is increased by 6.07–7.98%. For the off-design conditions, with the CSCT, the specific fuel consumption can be reduced by 3.06–5.73% while ensuring that the engine net thrust remains unchanged. A comprehensive analysis of the performance for both the design point and off-design points indicates that the use of CMC for high-pressure turbine (HPT) guide vanes and rotor blades yields significant performance benefits, while the performance improvement from the use of CMC for low-pressure turbine (LPT) rotor blades is minimal.
