We have studied the general properties of the energy thresholds of stability for a three-particle system with short-range interaction. A wide region of the interaction constants and various ratios of the masses of particles are considered. The specific effects characteristic of the near-threshold stationary energy levels of three particles are revealed. A precise study within variational approach of the basic properties of the three-particle spectrum and structure functions with Gaussian potential near the critical coupling constant of interaction where the Efimov effect takes place is carried out. A method is developed to calculate highly excited states with very small binding energies, and numerical analysis is carried out for the ground and three excited energy states. For these states, one-particle density distributions, formfactors, pair correlation functions, and momentum distributions are calculated. It is found that the second excited state has already all the basic features of a level from the infinite Efimov series. An essential asymmetry is found in the position of energy levels with respect to the critical constant point. A halo-type structure is revealed in the one-particle density distributions, and formfactors are shown to have specific dips of finite depth, the number of dips being equal to the number of the state. 114. Precise Study of Three-Nucleon Systems within a Representation without Explicit Use of the Isospin Formalism

A representation without explicit use of the isospin formalism is developed for the precise study of few-nucleon systems, and the advantages of the proposed approach are demonstrated. Using the example of three-nucleon systems with central exchange NN-interaction potentials of the general type, the complete equivalence is shown for the both approaches with and without the isospin formalism. The new systems of equations contain a less number of components as compared to the commonly used ones and are more suitable for precise study of few-nucleon systems, in particular, within variational approaches. Optimal variational schemes are developed with Gaussian basis, and the binding energies, r.m.s. radii, density distributions, formfactors, and pair correlation functions are calculated with a high and controlled precision for 3H and 3He nuclei., Comment: Text in LaTeX and 3 figures in EPS

Наведено результати проведення подеревної інвентаризації зелених насаджень парку відповідно до наявних методів з використанням сучасних технологій. Інформацію про місцезнаходження кожного дерева отримано за допомогою GPS Garmin GPS Map 64S з наступними коригуваннями в геоінформаційній системі ArcGis 9.2 на підставі ортофотоплану, який отримано за допомогою квадрокоптера Phantom 4. Після цього створено геоінформаційну базу даних дерев і чагарників, де координати розташування дерев поєднуються з інформацією про видовий склад, фітосанітарні та основні таксаційні показники рослин. Візуалізація створеної бази даних деревно-чагарникової рослинності на підставі цифрової моделі території дало змогу створити 3-вимірну модель території у програмі Realtime Landscaping Architect 2016 (RLA 2016). За результатами виконаних робіт встановлено таксономічний склад дендроценозів, проаналізовано стан насаджень парку та проведено їх оцінку з точки зору фітосанітарного, продуктивного та естетичного стану, встановлено типи садово-паркових ландшафтів об'єкта. Аналіз фітосанітарного стану зелених насаджень в Чортківському парку показав, що переважна кількість дерев належить до категорії стану "добрий", а майже четверта частина облікованих дерев потребує здійснення оздоровчих заходів, або видалення.

The article presents a case of acute uremic neuropathy. Without any visible cause, a 71-year-old patient felt weakness in legs and numbness in feet. Her neurological status assessment on admission to the hospital showed peripheral tetraparesis and impaired sensitivity of the polyneuropathic type. Neurological symptoms appeared due to renal dysfunction, which had been confi rmed with laboratory test. Electroneuromyography revealed signs of acute demyelinating polyneuropathy. Аt the hospital, the patient was diagnosed Alzheimer’s disease. The treatment provided at the hospital led to normalization of her laboratory parameters and complete restoration of motor functions. The peculiarity of the presented clinical case is that the patient started violating drinking regime due to her cognitive impairment which resulted in renal dysfunction and acute uremic neuropathy. The other peculiarity of the case is that it was enough to correct the water-electrolyte disorders to fully restore the patient’s motor functions within a month, without the use of dialysis. Finally, the article discusses the issue of pathogenesis and diff erential diagnosis of other types of polyneuropathies.

The phase state of Cu
2+ complexes with acrylamide and sodium acrylate copolymers at different copolymer concentrations and components molar ratios was studied. The change in complex stoichiometry from 2 to 3 carboxylate groups per Cu2+ ion was detected with an increase of copolymer concentration. In the concentrated solutions of copolymers, gelation is observed upon addition of Cu2+ ions, with the lowest concentration of copper required for gelation decreasing with the increase in copolymer concentration. These hydrogels are attributed to the formation of meta-stable inter-polymer metal complexes, which are able to persist due to a low segment mobility. The phase separation of complexes is shown to be associated with the bidentate coordination of carboxylate groups to Cu2+ ions, while the hydrogels formed in concentrated solutions mostly consist of bridging structures. Gelation threshold corresponds to the second critical concentration of poly(acrylamide-co-sodium acrylate) and is lower for copolymers with the higher molecular weight. Low acrylate content in the copolymers prevents collapse of the hydrogels caused by the salting-out effect. A higher gel content can be reached by increasing the copolymer concentration or the molar ratio of copper ions to carboxylate groups, with the latter reducing the swelling degree. Isolated oculomotor disorders caused by central nervous system damage are quite rare. As a rule, they are combined with other signs of cerebral trunk damage. A clinical case with the focus of amyelination in the cerebral trunk area, which manifests itself in the form of bilateral horizontal gaze palsy in the absence of other focal neurological symptoms is presented. The paper considers the relationship between pain threshold and blood pressure (BP) in acute and chronic pain syndrome. Both experimental and clinical studies have established that elevated BP is accompanied by a higher pain threshold in acute pain (hypertension-related hypoalgesia). Epidemiological findings have shown that the prevalence of different pain syndromes is significantly lower in hypertensive patients than in individuals without hypertension. At the same time, there is evidence that elevated BP can, on the contrary, reduce pain thresholds and make prognosis worse in patients with chronic pain syndromes.

Hypertension is one of the most common vascular diseases. The brain as target organs in hypertension is damaged more often and earlier. Neurological complications due to hypertension are frequently hyperdiagnosed in Russian neurological practice. Thus, headache, dizziness, impaired recall of recent events, nocturnal sleep disorders, and many other complaints in a hypertensive patient are usually regarded as a manifestation of dyscirculatory encephalopathy. At the same time headaches (tension headache and migraine) in hypertensive patients are predominantly primary; headache associated with dramatic marked elevations in blood pressure is encountered in only a small number of patients. The role of cerebrovascular diseases in the development of dizziness in hypertensive patients is also overestimated. The vast majority of cases, patients with this complaint are in fact identified to have benign paroxysmal postural vertigo, Mеniеre’s disease, vestibular neuronitis, or vestibular migraine. Psychogenic disorders or multisensory insufficiency are generally responsible for non-systemic vertigo in hypertensive patients. Chronic cerebral circulatory insufficiency may cause non-systemic vertigo as a subjective equivalent of postural instability.Cognitive impairments (CIs) are the most common and earliest manifestation of cerebrovascular lesion in hypertension. In most cases, CIs in hypertension were vascular and associated with cerebrovascular lesion due to lacunar infarcts and leukoaraiosis. However, mixed CIs frequently occur when hypertensive patients are also found to have signs of a degenerative disease, most commonly in Alzheimer’s disease.

The Tunka-Grande array is a part of unified experimental complex, which also includes Tunka-133 and TAIGA-HiSCORE (High Sensitivity COsmic Rays and gamma Explorer) wide-angle Cherenkov arrays, TAIGA-IACT array (Imaging Atmospheric Cherenkov Telescope) and TAIGA-Muon scintillation array. This complex is located in the Tunka Valley (Buryatia Republic, Russia), 50 km from Lake Baikal. It is designed to study the energy spectrum and the mass composition of charged cosmic rays in the energy range 100 TeV–1000 PeV, to search for diffuse gamma rays above 100 TeV and to study local sources of gamma rays with energies above 30 TeV. This report outlines 3 key points. The first is the description of the Tunka-Grande scintillation array. The second one presents the strategy of the search for diffuse gamma rays based on a computer simulation of the Tunka-Grande array. The third one is devoted to the prospects for future research in the field of gamma-ray astronomy using simulation results., Сцинтилляционная установка Tunka-Grande входит в состав астрофизического комплекса TAIGA (Tunka Advanced Instrument for cosmic rays and Gamma Astronomy), который также включает в себя широкоугольные черенковские установки Тунка-133 и TAIGA-HiSCORE (High Sensitivity COsmic Rays and gamma Explorer), сеть атмосферных черенковских телескопов TAIGA-IACT (Imaging Atmospheric Cherenkov Telescope) и сцинтилляционную установку TAIGA-Muon. Данный комплекс располагается в Тункинской долине (республика Бурятия, Россия) в 50 км от озера Байкал и нацелен на изучение энергетического спектра и массового состава космических лучей в диапазоне энергий 100 ТэВ - 1000 ПэВ, поиск диффузного гамма-излучения с энергией выше 100 ТэВ и исследование локальных источников гамма-квантов с энергиями более 30 ТэВ. В работе приведено описание сцинтилляционной установки Tunka-Grande и метода поиска диффузного гамма-излучения на основе проведенного компьютерного моделирования. Также указаны перспективы будущих исследований с использованием результатов этого моделирования.

The Tunka-Grande scintillation array is a part of a single TAIGA experimental complex located in the Tunka Valley, 50 km from the Lake Baikal. It consists of 19 observation stations deployed on an area of about 0.5 km^2. The main aim of the Tunka-Grande facility is a detailed study of the energy spectrum and mass composition of cosmic rays in the energy range from 10 PeV to 1 EeV by detecting the charged and muon component of EAS. The article presents a method for reconstructing the parameters of the EAS and primary cosmic rays, the cosmic rays energy spectrum based on 4 measurement seasons, and compares the results obtained with the data of the Tunka-133 and TAIGA-HiSCORE Cherenkov arrays., Сцинтилляционная установка Tunka-Grande является частью единого экспериментального комплекса TAIGA, расположенного в Тункинской долине, в 50 км от оз. Байкал. Она состоит из 19 станций наблюдения, развернутых на площади около 0.5 км^2. Основной целью установки является детальное исследование энергетического спектра и массового состава космических лучей в диапазоне энергий от 10 ПэВ до 1 ЭэВ методом регистрации заряженного и мюонного компонента ШАЛ. В докладе представлены методика реконструкции параметров, зарегистрированных ШАЛ и первичного космического излучения, энергетический спектр космических лучей, набранный за первые 4 сезона измерений, а также приводится сравнение полученных результатов с данными черенковских установок Тунка-133 и TAIGA-HiSCORE.

In this domain, the long-sought Pevatrons can be detected. Currently the hybrid TAIGA detector combines two wide angle shower front Cherenkov light sampling timing arrays (HiSCORE and Tunka-133), two 4m class, 10° aperture Imaging Air Cherenkov Telescopes (IACTs) and 240 m2 surface and underground charged particle detector stations. Our goal is to introduce a new hybrid reconstruction technique, combining the good angular and shower core resolution of HiSCORE with the gamma-hadron separation power of imaging telescopes. This approach allows to maximize the effective area and simultaneously to reach a good gamma-hadron separation at low energies (few TeV). At higher energies, muon detectors are planned to enhance gamma-hadron separation. During the commissioning phase of the first and second IACT, several sources were observed. First detections of known sources with the first telescope show the functionality of the TAIGA IACTs. 149. Influence of light indicators on the development of Clarias gariepinus during early ontogenesis

- Abstract
High-quality and fast fish farming is very relevant and in demand nowadays. The african clary catfish is one of the representatives of aquatic organisms, which makes it possible to study complete embryogenesis in a short time in order to understand what favorable environmental conditions are necessary to obtain a larger volume of marketable fish. The aim of our study is to study the early stage of ontogenesis of Clarias gariepinus under the influence of changes in the degree of illumination of the environment. The material for the study was eggs obtained from females at the age of 2 years. The incubation was carried out on special mesh trays located on the surface of the pools. A total of 91000 eggs were laid for incubation. The eggs were fertilized by artificial insemination. The fertilized eggs were kept at an optimum temperature of 28,5°C. The first group was incubated in the dark, and the second under fluorescent lamps. Every 5-15 minutes, eggs were placed in a Petri dish and the material was counted and photographed using a digital camera.The results of our research showed that 20 minutes after fertilization, the onset of blastodisc formation was recorded in both groups. After 35 minutes, cell cleavage begins. The duration of this period is considered from the moment of cleavage until the complete overgrowth of the embryonic disc with cells. After 80 minutes, further division of the embryonic cell occurs with the formation of a spherical structure - morula, as well as the overgrowth of the yolk with the embryonic layer. Later 15 hours, after fertilization, we found that the development of the embryo occurs evenly, with positive dynamics, regardless of illumination.An analysis of the results obtained allows us to conclude that changes in light parameters do not have a negative effect on the rate of development of the Clarias gariepinus eggs.

This article discusses an approach to creating a complex of programs for the implementation of cluster analysis methods. A number of cluster analysis tools for processing the initial data set and their software implementation are analyzed, as well as the complexity of the application of cluster data analysis. An approach to data is generalized from the point of view of factual material that supplies information for the problem under study and is the basis for discussion, analysis and decision-making. Cluster analysis is a procedure that combines objects or variables into groups based on a given rule. The work provides a grouping of multivariate data using proximity measures such as sample correlation coefficient and its module, cosine of the angle between vectors and Euclidean distance. The authors proposed a method for grouping by centers, by the nearest neighbor and by selected standards. The results can be used by analysts in the process of creating a data analysis structure and will improve the efficiency of clustering algorithms. The practical significance of the results of the application of the developed algorithms is expressed in the software package created by means of the C ++ language in the VS environment.
