Abstract

ÖZETİNŞAAT SEKTÖRÜNDEKİ ERGONOMİK RİSKLERİN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ VE BİR UYGULAMAİşi, ekipmanı ve işyerini işçiye uyacak şekilde tasarlama bilimine “ergonomi” denir. Günümüzde ergonomi; endüstriyel şirketler tarafından, işçilerin görevlerini ve çalışma alanlarını tasarlamak için yaygın olarak kullanılmaktadır. Bununla birlikte ergonomi; insan vücudunun fiziksel yetenekleri ve insan vücudundaki kısıtlamalar, iş görevleri, araçlar, donanımlar, malzemeler ve iş ortamı ile nasıl ilişkili olduğuna bakar. Ergonominin amacı, insan-makine etkileşimini geliştirerek sistemlerin performansını iyileştirmektir. Bu hedef ise, “daha iyi bir arayüz” tasarlayarak veya iş ortamındaki, görevdeki veya insan-makine performansını düşüren işin organizasyonundaki tasarım faktörleri ile yapılabilir. Bu kapsamda görev ve kullanıcı ile daha uyumlu hale getirmek için, kullanıcı arayüzü tasarlanarak ilgili sistemler geliştirilebilir. Ergonomi ile hedeflenen, sistemi geliştirmek adına verilen görevi kullanıcı özellikleriyle daha uyumlu hale getirmek için değiştirerek, çalışma ortamının iş için daha güvenli ve daha uygun hale getirilmesidir. Ergonominin temelinde; insan ve çevre çalışmalarında antropometri, biyomekanik, genel mühendislik, fizyoloji, psikoloji ve fizik gibi birçok disiplin bulunmaktadır.Risk değerlendirilmesinde kullanılan metodlar; “REBA Metodu”, “RULA Metodu” ve “Hızlı Maruziyet Değerlendirme Metodu”dur. REBA Metodu, Hignett ve McAtamney tarafından işe bağlı kas-iskelet sistemi hastalıkları riskini ve tüm vücut duruşunu değerlendirmek için bir araç olarak geliştirilmiştir. REBA, sağlık hizmetleri ve diğer hizmet endüstrilerinde bulunan öngörülemeyen çalışma duruşlarının tipine duyarlı olması için özel olarak tasarlanmış bir uygulayıcıdır ve alan aracına yönelik olarak algılanan bir ihtiyacı doldurmak için geliştirilmiştir. Diğer metod olan RULA Metodu; ergonomik değerlendirme aracı, boyun, gövde ve üst ekstremitelerdeki iş görevlerinin/taleplerinin biyomekanik ve postural yük gereksinimlerini dikkate alır. Hızlı Maruziyet Değerlendirme Metodu (QEC) ise; sırt, omuz/kol, bilek/el ve boynu ve aynı zamanda titreşimi etkileyen işle ilgili kas-iskelet sistemi risk faktörlerine maruz kalmayı değerlendirmek için geliştirilen, genel bir gözlemsel yöntemi anlatan metoddur. Today ergonomics; It is widely used by industrial companies to design workers' tasks and work areas. However, ergonomics; examines how the human body is related to physical abilities and constraints in the human body, work tasks, tools, equipment, materials and work environment. The purpose of ergonomics is to improve the performance of systems by developing human-machine interaction. This goal can be achieved by designing a "better interface" or by design factors in the work environment, in the task or in the organization of the work that reduce human-machine performance. In this context, the relevant systems can be developed by designing the user interface in order to make it more compatible with the task and the user. The goal of ergonomics is to make the working environment safer and more suitable for the job by changing the task given to develop the system to make it more compatible with the user characteristics. On the basis of ergonomics; There are many disciplines in human and environmental studies such as anthropometry, biomechanics, general engineering, physiology, psychology and physics.Methods used in risk assessment; “REBA Method”, “RULA Method” and “Rapid Exposure Assessment Method”. The REBA Method was developed by Hignett and McAtamney as a tool to assess the risk of work-related musculoskeletal diseases and whole body posture. REBA is a specially designed applicator to be sensitive to the type of unpredictable work stops found in healthcare and other service industries, and was developed to fill a perceived need for the field tool. The other method, RULA Method; The ergonomic assessment tool takes into account the biomechanical and postural load requirements of work tasks/demands on the neck, trunk, and upper extremities. Quick Exposure Check Method (QEC); It is a method describing a general observational method developed to assess exposure to work-related musculoskeletal risk factors affecting the back, shoulder/arm, wristhand and neck as well as vibration. Abstract

Present study is designed to analyze relationship between poverty and health. It has been rightly said that poverty is a mother of all social evils. Poverty is a major social problem of Pakistan. It has adverse effects on health. For the study of this problem a survey method was used to collect data. A questionnaire was administrative in 35 villages of Taluka Manjhand. The related literature is carefully reviewed and incorporated in this paper. Results and conclusions are drawn from primary data which are presented in frequency and percentage based tables and diagrams are used to make data more understandable. 143. Health and Hygiene Importance for the Improvement of Tourism Sector Competitiveness in Serbia and the South-eastern Europe Countries.

Abstract

Tourism and travel are important stimuli of the economic development, as well as of countries’ tourist competitiveness. Taking that into account, it is necessary to include wide spectrum of information which influence tourism competitiveness. For that purpose, the Travel and Tourism Competitiveness Index (TTCI) has been developed, which does not show the list of countries attractive for the tourists, but stands for the index for the measuring of factors which contribute to the travel and tourism development. On the basis of this index, this paper analyses the travel and tourism competitiveness, in relation to the countries in the South-Eastern Europe. According to the last TTCI report of the World Economic Forum, in 2013, Serbia occupied the unenviable 89 th place. The subject of this article is the travel and tourism competitiveness recognition in Serbia, on the basis of health and hygiene as one of the TTCI pillars. Health and hygiene are of crucial importance for many tourists choosing the destination and planning to visit one country. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
