Introduction: Medication prescribing is a complex and error-prone process in clinical practice1. Using electronic prescribing systems (EP) allow healthcare providers to prescribe medications electronically. However, many factors can affect the implementation and utilisation of EP systems, including factors related to the end-users, system, and organization2. Aim: This systematic review aimed to explore and synthesise the literature on the impact of EP system factors on prescribing decision-making. Objectives were to: map the current evidence for EP system factors that inhibit or facilitate prescribing decision-making; identify the positive and negative impact of different design features or data integration of EP systems on prescribing decision-making; identify evidence on the most effective ways to display patient-specific data to aid prescribers in making their prescribing decisions; and make recommendations for future clinical practice and research in designing EP systems. Methods: We searched PubMed, Medline, Embase and the Cumulative Index to Nursing Allied Health Literature databases for studies published from January 2000 to February 2023 We included all types of primary studies (both evaluative and descriptive study designs) that explored the effect of EP system factors on prescribing decision-making in any healthcare setting. Methodological quality was assessed using the Mixed Methods Appraisal Tool (MMAT)3. Emergent themes were identified and subjected to narrative synthesis. The protocol was registered with PROSPERO (registration: CRD42021235988). Results: Searches identified 6752; after deduplication, 4925 articles underwent title and abstract screening, and 227 underwent full-text review, of which 54 were included from 13 different countries. There were a range of study designs; most (n=30) adopted quantitative methods such as retrospective evaluation by extracting the data from an EP system, nine adopted qualitative approaches such as interviews, and a further 15 used mixed methods. According to MMAT, 32 of 54 studies were deemed to be of high quality. Based on the findings of included studies, three key EP system factors were derived that could affect medication-related decision-making during prescribing processes: (1) design features of CDSS within EP system (how the EP system design interact with the prescriber at the point of prescribing and which design feature has been used), (2) displayed information at the point of prescribing (what and how data displayed to the prescriber at point of prescribing) and (3) Type of EP system based on the system developer (a commercial vs. a homegrown EP system). Discussion/Conclusion: A total of 18 EP system factors were found that have either positive or negative effects on influencing prescribers' decision-making and prescribing workflow. The end-users of the EP system played essential roles in system acceptance, and its success in real practices. However, there is a need for more consensus within the literature on designing, implementing, and evaluating EP systems regarding how and when to evaluate any new modifications within the system. Future research should explore the different used design strategies which result in a positive impact on prescribing decision-making and learn from those that have not been successful to develop guidelines/standards for designing EP systems. This study aimed to analyze the production and financial risks of paddy rice farming in Pronojiwo district, Lumajang Regency, East Java, Indonesia. The research was conducted in March to May 2021, after the case of Semeru eruption in December 2020. The villages sample were Oro-Oro Ombo and Supiturang, the two most affected by the Mount Semeru lava flow. Primary data were obtained from the amount of 95 respondents chosen randomly. The risk of production and financial were analyzed by Coefficient of Variation (CV). Meanwhile, the factors affecting farm risk is analyzed by using regression method. The result of production risk on paddy rice farming in Pronojiwo, Lumajang Regency shows a low risk, namely indicated by CV of 35.38 %. However, the farm income risk is much higher, indicated by CV of 79.08 %. The factors affecting production risk is usage of chemical fertilizer. The increased number of chemical fertilizer will increase production risk of rice farming.

Bojonegoro Regency has an oil mining location where it is estimated that Indonesia’s crude oil reserves are 25 % of national needs. The location is in Forest Management Unit (Kesatuan Pengelolaan Hutan - KPH) Parengan which has a teak forest (Tectona grandis L.) with a very close oil mining radius. The aim of the research is to determine the differences in the characteristics of teak growing places and to determine the types of petroleum fractions in active oil mines, former oil mines and those without oil mines. The research method uses a circle plot (17.8 m) with a Sampling Intensity (IS) of 20 % with data analysis results using a one sample test and a Least Significant Difference (LSD) alpha test of 5 %. The characteristics of the teak growing area at each location have different values for height, P content, C content, number of oil fractions and temperature. The types of petroleum fractions in active oil mines are naphtha, kerosene, fuel oil and wax. Ex-oil mines contain gasoline (premium), kerosene, aviation fuel, light gas, fuel oil, lubricating oil, wax and asphalt. In locations without oil mines there is kerosene, aviation fuel, gasoline (premium) and light gas.

Informatics and Communication Technology (ICT) provides relevant agricultural information, which is essential in agricultural development attempts, in timely fashion. Aiming to find out if it is able to improve the efficiency of agricultural counseling agents, this study examined agricultural counseling agents in Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. As explanatory quantitative research, simple random sampling was applied to respondents of google form questionnaire and the data were analyzed as per Structural Equation Model (SEM) and supported by smart PLS application. The result came out with R2 value of 0.868, representing the agricultural counseling agent’s proficiency and ICT application signified agricultural counseling agent’s efficiency at 86.8 %. It is therefore conclusive that agricultural counseling agent’s efficiency in extension activities relies on both their proficiency and ICT application.

Sheet Glass Industry is one industry that uses 75 % natural gas energy and 25 % electricity. Using the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, IPCC-2006 emission calculation method, the average greenhouses gas (GHG) emissions obtained from the calcination process obtained 112 211 t CO2 yr–1 per plant and an average emission factor (EFkl) of 0.18 CO2 t–1 yr–1 of pull. With the technology of converting heat into electrical energy, residual combustion as flue gases has the potential to be used to produce electrical energy. Referring to the analysis and calculation; one of factories has potential to generate 0.8 MW to 3 MW electric energy. It’s efficiency of 10 % to 40 % so that it can be calculated as a component of GHG emission reductions whose value is 4.6 t CO2 yr–1 to 18.7 t CO2 yr–1 per plant. With this reduction, each of the GHG emission and emission factors per plant dropped to 93 442 t CO2 yr–1 and 0.16 CO2 t-pull–1.

Indonesia is a country consisting of thousands of islands surrounded with straits and seas. Along with the increasing online businesses, the number of shipping expeditions is growing as well. In order to win the competition, many shipping expeditions offer various conveniences and services. This research is testing the impact of service conveniences and service quality to customer satisfaction in shipping expedition businesses in Surabaya. The data are collected by questionnaires because this is a quantitative research. The questionnaires are distributed to 100 respondents who are selected from the consumers using a non-probability sampling technique. Then, the data are processed using a SmartPLS program to obtain the results that service convenience does not bring any effect on customer satisfaction, but service convenience has a positive significant effect on service quality and service quality also has a positive significant effect on customer satisfaction

The photovoltaic (PV) panel can produce electrical energy that is very environmentally friendly and easy to use. The use of PV panels is suitable for supplying peak loads or at night using batteries as energy storage. However, the battery needs to manage for control, and the battery can last long. The solution to battery management problems is through research about the battery charging system. The DC-DC converter used is the Single Ended Primary Inductance Converter (SEPIC) type. Voltage Control of the battery charging using Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS). In the simulation of bright conditions, ANFIS controls can track the charging point set point and obtain a voltage response with a rise time of 0.0028 s, a maximum overshoot of 0.027 %, a peak time of 0.008 s, and a settling time of 0.0193 s. When charging a solar tracker, PV battery gets a 0.25 % increase compared to a fixed PV panel. PV solar tracker can follow the direction of the sun’s position. The irradiation value and maximum temperature affect the input voltage and input current that enters the converter.

The need for beef in Indonesia continues to increase. In 2020, it will require imports of 300 thousand t of meat or the equivalent of 1.7 × 106 cattle a year. To overcome the problem, the biogas-energized livestock feed making machine (copper) was designed. The advantage of this copper is the process of making the livestock feed can efficient and effective. Results of the calculations, known that with increasing miller rotation output, the resulting capacity shows an increase. Also, it can use drive motors that are available on the market with a power capacity of 50 W. Hence; this machine is very efficient in the use of electricity, high economic value, convenient and easy move to other places. Electricity for the engine is designed with renewable energy, namely biogas from co-digestion substrates namely animal feed waste, kitchen waste, cow dung and excreta disposal from septic tanks. This co-generation is expected to improve the life of the breeders

World energy consumption increases with time, so that occur an energy imbalance. Many breakthroughs have developed to utilize renewable energy. The photovoltaic system is one of the easy-to-use renewable energies. The power conversion from PV fixed is still low, so the PV system is designed using the active dual-axis solar tracker. The PV tracker position can be adjusted to change the sun position to get maximum efficiency. The active dual-axis solar tracker system is integrated with the maximum power point tracking (MPPT) algorithm to keep PV operating at a maximum power point even though input variations change. Tracking test simulation had done by comparing the output power of a fixed PV system with the active dual-axis solar tracker. Type-2 fuzzy logic based MPPT successfully increased the average output power by 10.48 % with the highest increase of 17.48 % obtained at 15:00 West Indonesia Time (GMT+7). The difference in power from a fixed PV system with the active dual-axis solar tracker of 36.08 W is from the output power worth 206.3 to 242.4 W.

Millions of canned drinks are consumed everyday globally and their wastes create an enviromental issue. Fortunately, the cans are made from aluminium (Al) so that it can be recycled. There are two main keypoints existing during the recycling process of Al cans, i.e. the aluminium loss or low Al-yield and low recycling yield. This work outlines the strategies to improve the recycling perfomance for Al beverage cans, i.e. by adding drossing flux, applying improved melting strategy, and cans decoating prior to melting. Drossing flux was added to assist the detachment of Al from the slag. Another improved melting strategy was worked out by decreasing exposure time cans to the furnace atmosphere during melting. All those above strategies result in an increase of recycle yield in a range of 4 % to 5 %.

Primer extension mutagenesis is a popular tool to create libraries for in vitro evolution experiments. Here we describe a further improvement of the method described by T.A. Kunkel using uracil-containing single-stranded DNA as the template for the primer extension by additional uracil-DNA glycosylase treatment and rolling circle amplification (RCA) steps. It is shown that removal of uracil bases from the template leads to selective amplification of the nascently synthesized circular DNA strand carrying the desired mutations by phi29 DNA polymerase. Selective RCA (sRCA) of the DNA heteroduplex formed in Kunkel's mutagenesis increases the mutagenesis efficiency from 50% close to 100% and the number of transformants 300-fold without notable diversity bias. We also observed that both the mutated and the wild-type DNA were present in at least one third of the cells transformed directly with Kunkel's heteroduplex. In contrast, the cells transformed with sRCA product contained only mutated DNA. In sRCA, the complex cell-based selection for the mutant strand is replaced with the more controllable enzyme-based selection and less DNA is needed for library creation. Construction of a gene library of ten billion members is demonstrated with the described method with 240 nanograms of DNA as starting material.

Research on human enteroviruses has resulted in the identification of more than 100 enterovirus types, which use more than 10 protein receptors and/or attachment factors required in cell binding and initiation of the replication cycle. Many of these “viral” receptors are overexpressed in cancer cells. Receptor binding and the ability to replicate in specific target cells define the tropism and pathogenesis of enterovirus types, because cellular infection often results in cytolytic response, i.e., disruption of the cells. Viral tropism and cytolytic properties thus make native enteroviruses prime candidates for oncolytic virotherapy. Copy DNA cloning and modification of enterovirus genomes have resulted in the generation of enterovirus vectors with properties that are useful in therapy or in vaccine trials where foreign antigenic epitopes are expressed from or on the surface of the vector virus. The small genome size and compact particle structure, however, set limits to enterovirus genome modifications. This review focuses on the therapeutic use of native and recombinant enteroviruses and the methods that have been applied to modify enterovirus genomes for therapy.

Animal characters have been a part of the Western literary tradition since the beginning. They are also a frequent part of speculative fiction where they often perform the roles of metaphors, but also straightforward comments on the current interests. Geoff Ryman’s Air offers its own addition to this tradition with Ling, a technologically modified dog. The character and his role in the novel are discussed using posthumanism and animals studies as frameworks. While the former has been most often connected with discussion on technology’s continuing influence on humanity and the latter to animal right issues, both share an interest in discussing animals in connection with science, Otherness, and subjectivity.While Ling is only a minor character in the novel, his depiction offers interesting topics from these two approaches. The article presents their central roles for Ling. First, he is discussed as an Other, who, for example, disrupts the human/animal dichotomy. Second, Ling works as a metaphor for trepidations caused by technology’s effects on humanity and its current ones towards dogs, for example, through animal testing. Finally, the article discusses how Ling fits into the field of posthumanism. The question remains, whether he transgresses enough boundaries to be considered a postdoggie.
