Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) emerged in China in late 2019, which was manifested as fever, cough, dyspnea, normal level of white blood cells, decreased blood lymphocytes, and pulmonary opacities on CT scans. National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China has revised the recommendations on COVID-19 seven times, but there are still many challenges in the diagnosis and management of COVID-19. The radiological findings in a proportion of patients revealed diffuse interstitial opacities, mimicking interstitial pneumonia. Thus it is essential to differentiate the COVID-19 from the acute and progressive diffuse interstitial lung diseases in order to avoid misdiagnosis or overdiagnosis. Therefore, our study compared COVID-19 with interstitial pneumonia and tried to explore the differential diagnostic algorithm.

Abstract Background Polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) is commonly used for cement-augmented pedicle screw instrumentation (CAPSI) to improve the fixation stability and reduce the risk of screw loosening in the osteoporotic thoracolumbar spine. Biomechanical researches have shown that various dose of cement (1-3 ml) can be injected to enhance screw stability. To date, there have been no studies on the relationship between adjacent segment degeneration and the volume of PMMA. This study aimed to explore the influence of CAPSI with different volumes of PMMA in osteoporotic lumbar vertebrae over adjacent segments by using finite element analysis. Methods Seven different finite element models were reconstructed and simulated under different loading conditions, including (1) an intact model, (2) three single-level CAPSI models with different volumes of PMMA (1, 1.73, and 2.5 ml), and (3) three double-level CAPSI models with different volumes of PMMA (1, 1.73, and 2.5 ml). To improve the accuracy of the finite element analysis, the models of the injectable pedicle screw and bone cement were created by using a three-dimensional scanning machine and the CAPSI patient’s CT data, respectively. The range of motion (ROM), the stress of intervertebral discs, and the stress of facet in the adjacent segment were comparatively analyzed among the different models. Results The ROMs of the different segments were compared with experimental data, with good agreement under the different load conditions (21.3°, 13.55°, 13.99°, and 6.11° in flexion, extension, bending, and rotation at L3-S1 level, respectively). Compared with the intact model, the ROM, disc stresses, and facet stress in adjacent segments were found to be higher in the six operative models. Otherwise, with a larger volume of PMMA injected, the ROM, disc stresses, and facet stress slightly increased at the adjacent segment. However, the differences were insignificant with the biggest difference less than 3.8%. Conclusions CAPSI could increase the incidence of disk degeneration in the adjacent segment, while within a certain range, different volumes of PMMA provided an approximate impact over the adjacent segment degeneration.

Abstract Background Despite the growing literature on the efficiency and productivity of the Chinese healthcare system, less attention has been given to examining the undesirable outputs linked to healthcare services, including environmental pollution. Taking the atmospheric environmental pollution resulting from the incineration of medical waste as an undesirable output of the healthcare system, this study analyzed the growth and decomposition of Total Factor Productivity (TFP) of healthcare services across 31 Chinese provinces during the period 2005–2016. Methods The Meta-frontier undesirable super-efficiency slack-based measure (SBM) model and the Global Malmquist-Luenberger (GML) Index were employed to analyze the growth and decomposition of TFP using the Max DEA software. Results The results revealed that the years 2009 and 2015 marked significant changes in TFP of healthcare services in Chinese provinces. During the study period, the rate of technological change (TC) slowly declined, whereas the rate of efficiency change (EC) steadily increased. With the national average being the benchmark, the results indicated that: the TFP of 17 provinces and cities exceeded the average, the EC of 16 provinces and cities exceeded the average, the TC of 9 provinces and cities exceeded the average, and the value in the Technology Gap Ratio (TGR) changes of 13 provinces and cities were above the national average. Conclusions (1) The TFP of the healthcare services across China continued to decline slowly during the study period. (2) The effect of technical catch-up in the eastern, central, and western regions of China was significant across the three regions, whereas the effect of technical innovation was negative. (3) The TFP varied considerably among the Chinese provinces. These findings suggest that, under existing environmental constraints, relevant government departments should improve technical innovation in the supply of healthcare services and medical waste treatment, increase technical efficiency in the factor of healthcare production, strengthen regional health planning, and balance the development of regional healthcare.

Abstract Background The high prevalence of early childhood caries (ECC) is widespread around the world, and oral health education (OHE) plays a vital role in preventing ECC. Numerous studies on ECC risk factor assessment have assisted us in enriching the content of OHE. The objective of this study was to further assess independent risk factors for ECC at different ages to provide evidence and insights for OHE. Methods Children aged 3–5 years old (N = 1301) in Shandong Province were enrolled in this cross-sectional study. Data about oral health status and caregivers’ oral health knowledge, attitude, and practice (KAP) were extracted from the 4th National Oral Health Survey of China. The associations between ECC prevalence and various KAP variables were tested with chi-square tests, bivariate analysis and multivariable logistic regression analyses. Results The ECC prevalence in Shandong Province was 64.6%, and the dmft mean was 3.15. Abstract Background Brachydactyly type A1(BDA-1) is an autosomal dominant disorder which is caused by heterozygous pathogenic variants in a specific region of the N-terminal active fragment of Indian Hedgehog (IHH). The disorder is mainly characterized by shortening or missing of the middle phalanges. In this study, Our purpose is to identify the pathogenic variations associated with BDA-1 involved in a five-generation Chinese family. Methods A BDA-1 family with 8 affected and 14 unaffected family members was recruited. Whole exome sequencing (WES) was performed to identify the pathogenic variant in the proband, and which was later confirmed and segregated by Sanger sequencing. The significance of variants were assessed using several molecular and bioinformatics analysis methods. Results We uncovered a novel heterozygous missense variant c.299A > G (p.D100G) at the mutational hotspot of IHH gene following whole-exome sequencing of a Chinese family with BDA-1. The variant co-segregated with BDA-1 in the pedigree, showed 100% penetrance for phalange phenotype with variable expressivity. Conclusions In conclusion, this study reports a five-generation Chinese family with BDA-1 due to a novel pathogenic variant (c.299A > G (p.D100G)) of IHH and expands the clinical and genetic spectrum of BDA-1.

Sepsis is associated with acute peritonitis, which can be induced by lipopolysaccharide exposure and feces. Generally, lipopolysaccharide induces mono-microbial peritonitis, whereas feces cause poly-microbial peritonitis; the latter is a more complicated and closer to the clinical diseases. Although several reports have discussed the mechanism of immune response in peritonitis-induced sepsis, however, the role of natural killer (NK) cells in sepsis, especially the relationship between NK cells and stabilization of the vascular endothelial barrier, is still unclear. Accordingly, in this study, we assessed the roles of NK cells in an acute sepsis model in mice. NK cells were injected via the tail vein into mice with acute sepsis, and nitric oxide (NO), anti-inflammatory cytokine, and angiogenic factors were tested to explore the effects of NK cells on sepsis. The survival rate of septic model mice infused with NK cells was significantly improved compared with the control group. Interestingly, the levels of NO, interleukin-10, and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) decreased in NK cells therapy group. After the injection of NK cells, CD31 positive endothelial cells significantly increased in the kidneys and liver, although the expression of VEGF , ANGPT-1 , and ET-1 was downregulated. Consistent with our hypothesis, the transfusion of NK cells into mice with sepsis blocked inflammation and increased endothelium integrity. Overall, these findings suggest that NK cells may block sepsis by modulating the VEGF pathway.

Based on morphological methods, MODIS satellite remote sensing data were used to establish a dataset of the local roughness length (Z0) of vegetation-covered surfaces in Guangdong Province. The local Z0 was used to update the mesoscale Weather Research and Forecasting (WRF) model in order to quantitatively evaluate its impact on the thermodynamic environment of vegetation-covered surfaces. The specific results are as follows: evergreen broad-leaved forests showed the largest average Z0 values at 1.27 m (spring), 1.15 m (summer), 1.03 m (autumn), and 1.15 m (winter); the average Z0 values of mixed forests ranged from 0.90 to 1.20 m; and those for cropland-covered surfaces ranged from 0.17 to 0.20 m. The Z0 values of individual vegetation coverage types all exhibited relatively high values in spring and low values in autumn, and the default Z0 corresponding to specific vegetation-covered surfaces was significantly underestimated in the WRF model. Undergraduate teaching audit and evaluation (UTAE) plays a substantial role in the teaching quality assurance and monitoring of universities. It achieves the goal of selecting the best university for promoting the quality of higher education in China. Generally, the UTAE is a complex decision-making problem by considering competing evaluation criteria. Moreover, the evaluation information on the teaching quality of universities is often ambiguous and hesitant because of the vagueness existing in human judgments. Previous studies on UTAE have paid subtle attention towards the managing of linguistic expressions and the performance priority of universities. The interval-valued hesitant fuzzy linguistic sets (IVHFLSs) can effectively describe uncertainty, hesitancy, and inconsistency inherent in decision-making process. The ORESTE (organísation, rangement et Synthèse de données relarionnelles, in French) is a new outranking decision-making method which can show detailed distinctions between alternatives. Therefore, in this study, we propose a new UTAE approach based on the VHFLSs and ORESTE method to resolve the prioritization of universities for selecting the optimal university to benchmark. Specifically, the presented method handles the hesitant and uncertain linguistic expressions of experts by adopting the IVHFLSs and determines the ranking of universities with an extended ORESTE approach. Finally, a practical UTAE example illustrates the feasibility the proposed approach and a comparison analysis provides grounding for the superiority of the integrated approach. When the obtained results are evaluated, U2 has been determined as the best university. The results indicate the good performance of the proposed UTAE approach in evaluating and improving the teaching quality of universities.

Orofacial myofunctional therapy (OMT) is one of the therapeutic methods for neuromuscular re-education and has been considered as one of the auxiliary methods for obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) and orthodontic treatment. There is a dearth of comprehensive analysis of OMT’s effects on muscle morphology and function. This systematic review examines the literature on the craniomaxillofacial effects of OMT in children with OSAHS. This systematic analysis was carried out using PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) standards, and the research was scanned using PICO principles. A total of 1776 articles were retrieved within a limited time, with 146 papers accepted for full-text perusing following preliminary inspection and 9 of those ultimately included in the qualitative analysis. Three studies were rated as having a severe bias risk, and five studies were rated as having a moderate bias risk. Improvement in craniofacial function or morphology was observed in most of the 693 children. OMT can improve the function or morphology of the craniofacial surface of children with OSAHS, and its effect becomes more significant as the duration of the intervention increases and compliance improves. In the majority of the 693 infants, improvements in craniofacial function or morphology were seen. The function or morphology of a kid’s craniofacial surface can be improved with OMT, and as the duration of the intervention lengthens and compliance rises, the impact becomes more pronounced.

Cryotherapy is one of the most common treatments for warts; however, pain during treatment and relatively high recurrence rates limit its use. Local hyperthermia has also been used successfully in the treatment of plantar warts. The aim of this study was to compare the clinical effectiveness of local hyperthermia vs cryotherapy for the treatment of plantar warts. This multi- centre, open, 2-arm, non-randomized concurrent controlled trial included 1,027 patients, who received either cryotherapy or local hyperthermia treatment. Three months after treatment, local hyperthermia and cryotherapy achieved complete clearance rates of 50.9% and 54.3%, respectively. Recurrence rates were 0.8% and 12%, respectively. Pain scores during local hyperthermia were significantly lower than for cryotherapy. Both local hyperthermia and cryotherapy demonstrated similar efficacy for clearance of plantar warts; while local hyperthermia had a lower recurrence rate and lower pain sensation during treatment.

Objective. Glioblastoma is one of the most common malignant tumors in the brain, and these glioblastoma patients have very poor prognosis. Ferroptosis is involved in the progression of various tumors, including the glioblastoma. This study aims to determine the involvement of microRNA (miR)-147a in regulating ferroptosis of glioblastoma in vitro. Methods. Human glioblastoma cell lines were transfected with the inhibitor, mimic and matched negative controls of miR-147a in the presence or absence of ferroptotic inducers. To knock down the endogenous solute carrier family 40 member 1 (SLC40A1), cells were transfected with the small interfering RNA against SLC40A1. In addition, cells with or without the miR-147a mimic treatment were also incubated with temozolomide (TMZ) to investigate whether miR-147a overexpression could sensitize human glioblastoma cells to TMZ chemotherapy in vitro. Results. We found that miR-147a level was decreased in human glioblastoma tissues and cell lines and that the miR-147a mimic significantly suppressed the growth of glioblastoma cells in vitro. In addition, miR-147a expression was elevated in human glioblastoma cells upon erastin or RSL3 stimulation. Treatment with the miR-147a mimic significantly induced ferroptosis of glioblastoma cells, and the ferroptotic inhibitors could block the miR-147a mimic-mediated tumor suppression in vitro. Conversely, the miR-147a inhibitor prevented erastin- or RSL3-induced ferroptosis and increased the viability of glioblastoma cells in vitro. Mechanistically, we determined that miR-147a directly bound to the 3′-untranslated region of SLC40A1 and inhibited SLC40A1-mediated iron export, thereby facilitating iron overload, lipid peroxidation, and ferroptosis. Furthermore, miR-147a mimic-treated human glioblastoma cells exhibited higher sensitivity to TMZ chemotherapy than those treated with the mimic control in vitro. Conclusion. We for the first time determine that miR-147a targets SLC40A1 to induce ferroptosis in human glioblastoma in vitro.

Background: Xiaochaihu capsule is composed of seven traditional Chinese medicines. The pharmacopoeia only focuses on the quantitative detection of baicalin, which cannot fully reflect the quality of the preparation. Some medium polar components were used to establish the fingerprint of Xiaochaihu capsule, but there was no report on the strong polar components. Methods: A high performance liquid chromatography-corona charged aerosol detection technology was used to establish a fingerprint analysis method for Xiaochaihu capsules following an analytical quality by design approach. Definitive screening designed experiments were used to optimize the method parameters. A stepwise regression method was used to build quantitative models. The method operable design region was calculated using the experimental error simulation method. Plackett–Burman designed experiments were carried out to test robustness. Results: The contents of four components were simultaneously determined. There were seven common peaks in the fingerprint. The common peak area accounted for 91.72%. Both fingerprint and quantitative analysis methods were validated as applicable in the methodology study. The quantitative fingerprint analysis method for sugar components can fill the gap in the detection of strong polar components in the existing methods. It provides a new technology for the comprehensive overall evaluation of Xiaochaihu capsule.

Tryptanthrin, an alkaloid applied in traditional Chinese medicine, exhibits a variety of pharmacological activities. This study aimed to investigate the anti‐tumor activity of the tryptanthrin derivative (8‐cyanoindolo[2,1‐b]quinazoline‐6,12‐dione [CIQ]) in breast cancer cells. In both MDA‐MB‐231 and MCF‐7 breast cancer cells, CIQ inhibited cell viability and promoted caspase‐dependent apoptosis. At the concentration‐ and time‐dependent ways, CIQ increased the levels of p‐ERK, p‐JNK, and p‐p38 in breast cancer cells. We found that exposure to the JNK inhibitor or the ERK inhibitor partially reversed CIQ's viability. We also observed that CIQ increased reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation, and upregulated the phosphorylation and expression of H2AX. However, the pretreatment of the antioxidants did not protect the cells against CIQ's effects on cell viability and apoptosis, which suggested that ROS does not play a major role in the mechanism of action of CIQ. In addition, CIQ inhibited the invasion of MDA‐MB‐231 cells and decreased the expression of the prometastatic factors (MMP‐2 and Snail). Cities around the Bohai Sea are one of the main population cluster areas in China, which are characterized by high levels of sustainability performance and human capital, as well as resource-intensive industries. In this study, levels of economic development metrics and emissions of air pollutants (BC, CO, NH3, NOx, OC, PM2.5, PM10, and SO2) and CO2 across eleven cities around the Bohai Sea from 2008 to 2017 were compared to illustrate the potential relationships between air pollutants/carbon emissions and socioeconomic developments. Meanwhile, the associations between the levels of economic development metrics (GDP per capita), emissions, and energy use per GDP have also been examined. Large differences across these 11 cities presenting different economic development levels and energy consumption characteristics have been observed. Cities with development dependable on the consumption of fossil fuels and the development of resource-intensive industries have emitted large amounts of air pollutants and CO2. Furthermore, the emissions and energy use per GDP for all the cities follow environmental Kuznets curves. The comparison results suggested that the developing cities dependable on resource-intensive industries around the Bohai Sea would obtain greater socioeconomic benefits owing to the interregional cooperation policies under top-down socioeconomic development plans and bottom-up technology development, accompanied by reduced emissions of air pollutants and CO2.

The carbon quantum dot (CQD) paper-based analytical device (PAD) has drawn great attention and is being intensively explored. However, the construction of a continuous flow CQD synthesis device remains challenging. In this work, a continuous flow reaction apparatus was constructed to synthesize nitrogen-doped CQDs using a mixed-solvent system of tetraethylene glycol and water. The optical properties of the CQDs were characterized. The CQDs were found to be quenched by phenolics such as chlorogenic acid, salvianolic acid B, and rutin. The CQD PAD was prepared for the determination of the total phenolic content of honeysuckle extracts. A smartphone was used to test the analytical performance of the CQD PAD. The results demonstrated that the degree of fluorescence quenching of the CQDs showed a linear relationship with the concentration of the added chlorogenic acid solution. This method was compared with the total phenolic assay in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, and the statistical test showed no significant difference between their results. With aqueous tetraethylene glycol as the solvent for the synthesis, the continuous flow reactor for CQD preparation could be easily set up. The CQD PAD is convenient, cheap, and expected to be used for the rapid quality detection of traditional Chinese medicines.

Phylogenetic structure is a key facet of biodiversity, reflecting the evolutionary history of species, and thus can be used to understand various ecological patterns. Although amphibian phylogenetic structures have been tested across space and time separately, simultaneous quantifications are still needed. In the present study, amphibians in streams of Tianping mountain, China, were selected as the model to investigate their elevational spatial and seasonal temporal patterns of phylogenetic diversity. Specifically, 13 streams located in lowland and highland sites were sampled for amphibians and measured for microhabitat variables in April, June, August, and October 2017, separately. Four phylogenetic structural indices, including Faith’s PD, standardized effect size (SES) of Faith’s PD, mean pairwise phylogenetic distance index (MPD), and SES.MPD, were calculated. Our results revealed that amphibian phylogenetic patterns were not significantly different between lowland and highland sites, but differed significantly between four seasons, associated with distinct community assembly rules (phylogenetically overdispersed vs. phylogenetically clustered). Importantly, these patterns were strongly determined by microhabitat variables such as rock cover, water temperature, and water depth. Our results provide fundamental knowledge to better protect amphibian diversity. Both elevational and seasonal variations are important to understanding the general patterns of amphibian community assembly rules.

PurposeThe purpose of this study was to identify genes that were epigenetically silenced by STAT3 in gastric cancer.MethodsMBDcap-Seq and expression microarray were performed to identify genes that were epigenetically silenced in AGS gastric cancer cell lines depleted of STAT3. Cell lines and animal experiments were performed to investigate proliferation and metastasis of miR-193a and YWHAZ in gastric cancer cell lines. Bisulfite pyrosequencing and tissue microarray were performed to investigate the promoter methylation of miR-193a and expression of STAT3, YWHAZ in patients with gastritis (n = 8) and gastric cancer (n = 71). Quantitative methylation-specific PCR was performed to examine miR-193a promoter methylation in cell-free DNA of serum samples in gastric cancer patients (n = 19).ResultsAs compared with parental cells, depletion of STAT3 resulted in demethylation of a putative STAT3 target, miR-193a, in AGS gastric cancer cells. Although bisulfite pyrosequencing and epigenetic treatment confirmed that miR-193a was epigenetically silenced in gastric cancer cell lines, ChIP-PCR found that it may be indirectly affected by STAT3. Ectopic expression of miR-193a in AGS cells inhibited proliferation and migration of gastric cancer cells. Further expression microarray and bioinformatics analysis identified YWHAZ as one of the target of miR-193a in AGS gastric cancer cells, such that depletion of YWHAZ reduced migration in AGS cells, while its overexpression increased invasion in MKN45 cells in vitro and in vivo. Clinically, bisulfite pyrosequencing revealed that promoter methylation of miR-193a was significantly higher in human gastric cancer tissues (n = 11) as compared to gastritis (n = 8, p < 0.05). Patients infected with H. pylori showed a significantly higher miR-193a methylation than those without H. pylori infection (p < 0.05). Tissue microarray also showed a positive trend between STAT3 and YWHAZ expression in gastric cancer patients (n = 60). Patients with serum miR-193a methylation was associated with shorter overall survival than those without methylation (p < 0.05).ConclusionsConstitutive activation of JAK/STAT signaling may confer epigenetic silencing of the STAT3 indirect target and tumor suppressor microRNA, miR-193a in gastric cancer. Transcriptional suppression of miR-193a may led to overexpression of YWHAZ resulting in tumor progression. Targeted inhibition of STAT3 may be a novel therapeutic strategy against gastric cancer.

In this study, the steam distillation process of volatile oil from Angelicaesinensis Radix was optimized according to the concept of quality-by-design. A homemade glass volatile oil extractor was used to achieve better cooling of the volatile oil. First, the soaking time, distillation time, and liquid–material ratio were identified as potential critical process parameters by consulting the literature. Then, the three parameters were investigated by single factor experiments. The volatile oil yield increased with the extension in the distillation time, and first increased and then decreased with the increase in soaking time and liquid–material ratio. The results confirmed that soaking time, distillation time, and liquid–material ratio were all critical process parameters. The kinetics models of volatile oil distillation from Angelicaesinensis Radix were established. The diffusion model of spherical particle was found to be the best model and indicated that the major resistance of mass transfer was the diffusion of volatile oil from the inside to the surface of the medicinal herb. Furthermore, the Box–Behnken experimental design was used to study the relationship between the three parameters and volatile oil yield. A second-order polynomial model was established, with R2 exceeding 0.99. The design space of the volatile oil yield was calculated by a probability-based method. In the verification experiments, the average volatile oil yield reached 0.711%. The results showed that the model was accurate and the design space was reliable. In this study, 21 chemical constituents of volatile oil from Angelicaesinensis Radix were identified by gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer(GC-MS), accounting for 99.4% of the total volatile oil. It was found that the content of Z-ligustilide was the highest, accounting for 85.4%.

Abstract Background Fine osseointegration is the basis of long-term survival of implant. In our previous study, we observed a strong correlation between hyperlipidemia and compromised osseointegration. MicroRNA-29a-3p (miR-29a-3p) has been discovered to participate in bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) differentiation. However, the role and the underlying mechanisms of hyperlipidemia and miR-29a-3p in osseointegration still remain obscure. Results In peri-implant bone tissues of hyperlipidemia rats, bone mass, mineralization and bone trabecula formation were weakened. Alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and runt-related transcription factor 2 (Runx2), and miR-29a-3p expression were reduced. While in normal rats, implant-bone interfaces were filled with dense new bone and ALP, Runx2 and miR-29a-3p were up-regulated. Overexpressed miR-29a-3p can reverse the adverse effect of hyperlipidemia on osseointegration. Implants were tightly integrated with the surrounding dense new bone tissues, and ALP as well as Runx2 mRNAs were enhanced in miR-29a-3p overexpressed and hyperlipidemia rats, while little peri-implant bone tissue existed, ALP and Runx2 deregulated on miR-29a-3p inhibited rats. Dishevelled 2 (Dvl2) mRNA was declined in peri-implant bone tissue of high-fat (HF) group than normal group, while frizzled 4 (Fzd4) mRNA declined on day 5 and increased from day 10 to day 20 after implantation in hyperlipidemia rats than in normal rats. Next, BMSCs were cultured under HF or normal medium in vitro. In the HF group, ALP activity and mineralization, ALP and Runx2 mRNAs and proteins expression, and miR-29a-3p expression were suppressed, while adipogenesis was increased, as a result, cytoskeletons were sparse and disordered compared to control group. However, when miR-29a-3p was overexpressed in BMSCs, ALP activity, ALP, Runx2, Dvl2 and Fzd4 mRNAs and proteins expressions were up-regulated. As miR-29a-3p was inhibited in BMSCs, the reverse results were obtained. In addition, promoter assay revealed that miR-29a-3p can directly suppress Wnt/β-catenin pathway related Dvl2 and Fzd4 through binding to their 3′-UTR. Conclusions MiR-29a-3p facilitated implant osseointegration via targeting Wnt/β-catenin pathway-related Dvl2 and Fzd4. MiR-29a-3p/Dvl2/Fzd4 may serve as a promising therapeutic target for hyperlipidemia osseointegration.
