The tangible and intangible needs of people with disabilities have been neglected in research agendas over the past decades, particularly in China. Bringing more benefits to people with disabilities and combining information delivery with Internet technology to improve their quality of life is impossible if their special needs are ignored. This study employed the crowdsourcing through social media method to investigate information needs of people who are disabled. The results indicate that using the popular social media platforms WeChat and QQ can be an effective means of reaching out to this group. Information needs can be mainly divided into internal and external needs. Leisure, tourism, and entertainment as well as assistive devices are major internal information needs, whereas work, entrepreneurship, and living services are the main external information needs.

To promote the balanced and sustainable development of resources exploitation and environmental protection in international seabed area, improve the discourse power and execution of China in relevant field, this paper systematic analyzed the development characteristics of international seabed area environmental protection system and its existing problems. The paper also summarized China′s practice and expectation of environment protection in international seabed area, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions. The research results showed that the environmental protection system of international seabed area had experienced 4 stages: germination, formation, development and enrichment, and development features of which mainly included the renewal of the concept, the perfection of principles, and the definition of obligations and responsibilities. However, there were still some problems in the current environmental protection clauses in Exploitation of Mineral Resources in the Area, the environmental protection rights and responsibilities of non-contracting states to the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, and the balance of interests. China actively practiced environmental protection of international seabed area by participating in the formulation of relevant systems and exploring domestic laws. In the future, formulating environmental protection standards, exploring policy environment and balancing the interest of all parties can improve the environmental protection system of international seabed area. China should continue to participate in the formulation of relevant international legislation system and improve domestic marine environmental protection system.

This study examines tourism professionals' perceptions of climate change and their reactions to the associated challenges. Sixteen in-depth interviews with tourism professionals who work at Arctic destinations in Norway, Finland, Iceland, and Denmark (i.e. Greenland), reveal that the professionals acknowledge several pressing issues arising from climate change, such as glacier retreating and snow shortfall. It discovers one salient adaptation action in association with snow-related activities. Further, three streams of driving forces prompt the professionals to devise sustainable mitigation actions entailing (1) staging socially responsible and wellbeing tourist experiences, (2) implementing waste programmes friendly to the Arctic ecosystem, and (3) cultivating eco-friendly practices through certifications and educational programmes. Lastly, to further construe the attitudes of tourism professionals, this study elicits the Climate Resilience Model on Arctic Tourism, characterizing the interplay among climate impacts, driving forces, and climate actions by the tourism business across four Arctic nations under study.
