In view of the financial risks faced by listed enterprises, how to accurately predict the risks is an important work. However, the traditional LSTM financial diagnosis model has the disadvantage of low accuracy; the specific reason is that the LSTM model has the problems of overfitting and gradient disappearance in risk diagnosis. Therefore, Dropout is adopted to solve the overfitting problem in the process of premodel prediction, and the BN algorithm is used to solve the gradient disappearance problem in the process of iteration. In order to verify the feasibility of above improvements, the financial data of China’s A-share listed enterprises from 2017 to 2020 are taken as samples to analyze the financial data of listed enterprises through single-step dimension and multistep dimension. The experimental results show that under the analysis of two dimensions, the financial prediction accuracy of the improved LSTM for T-2∼T-3 years can reach 83.96% and 91.19%, respectively, which indicates that through the above improvements, the model can be improved and has certain reference value.

Skin diseases are among the most common health problems and are associated with a considerable burden that encompasses financial, physical and mental consequences for patients. Exploring the pathogenesis of skin diseases can provide insights into new treatment strategies. Inflammatory dermatoses account for a large proportion of dermatoses and have a great impact on the patients' body and quality of life. Therefore, it is important to study their pathogenesis and explore effective treatment. Circular RNAs (circRNAs) are a special type of RNA molecules that play important regulatory roles in several diseases and are involved in skin pathophysiological processes. This review summarizes the biogenesis, properties and functions of circRNAs as well as their roles in the pathogenesis of inflammatory dermatoses, including psoriasis, lupus erythematosus, atopic dermatitis, lichen planus and severe acne and their potential as therapeutic targets.

Background and purpose Carbon ion is radiobiologically more effective than photons and are beneficial for treating radioresistant tumors, several animal experiment with tumor-bearing suggest that carbon ion beam irradiation in combination with immunotherapy yields better results, especially in controlling distant metastases, which suggests that carbon ion beam induces a different anti-tumor immune response than photon beam, more complex molecular mechanisms need to be further explored. We conduct this in vivo and in vitro experiment was to investigate the radio-immune effects and its mechanism of different LET rays combined PD-1 inhibitors.Methods and Materials: Lewis lung adenocarcinoma cells and C57BL/6 mice were stablished tumor-bearing mouse model, the irradiated tumor located on the left back and the non-irradiated tumor located on the right hind limb. The left back tumor was irradiated with 10Gy X-ray or carbon ion beam, combined with or without PD-1 inhibitor. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of immunogenicity-related molecules and the infiltration of CD8 + T cells in tumor tissues. ELISA was used to detect the changes of IFN-β in mouse serum, and flow cytometry was used to detect the changes of CD8 + T cells in mouse peripheral blood. Lewis cells were irradiated with different doses of X-ray and carbon ion. The changes of TREX1, PD-L1, and IFN-β in mRNA and protein levels were detected with RT-PCR or Western blot respectively. TREX1 knockdown were constructed by siRNA transfection and irradiated with different rays. Changes in cell proliferation, viability, apoptosis rate were detected using CCK8 assay, BrdU assay, and flow cytometry.Results X-ray or carbon ion combined with αPD-1 had a significant inhibitory effect on bilateral tumors, especially carbon ion in non-irradiated side tumor(p Conclusions The combination of X-ray or carbon ion irradiation and PD-1 inhibitors produce better anti-tumor effect and trigger abscopal effect on Lewis lung adenocarcinoma bearing mice through enhanced tumor immunogenicity and increased CD8 + T infiltration in TME via a threshold dose. The existence of cancer stem cells (CSCs) is closely related to tumor recurrence, metastasis, and resistance to chemoradiotherapy. In addition, given the unique physical and biological advantages of charged particle, we hypothesized that charged particle irradiation would produce strong killing effects on CSCs. The purpose of our systematic review is to evaluate the biological effects of CSCs irradiated by charged particle, including proliferation, invasion, migration, and changes in the molecular level.We searched PubMed, EMBASE, and Web of Science until 17 march 2022 according to the key words. Included studies have to be vitro studies of CSCs irradiated by charged particle. Outcomes included one or more of radiation sensitivity, proliferation, metastasis, invasion, and molecular level changes, like DNA damage after been irradiated.Eighteen studies were included in the final analysis. The 18 articles include 12-carbon ion irradiation, 4-proton irradiation, 1 α-particle irradiation, 1-carbon ion combine proton irradiation.Through the extraction and analysis of data, we came to this conclusion: CSCs have obvious radio-resistance compared with non-CSCs, and charged particle irradiation or in combination with drugs could overcome this resistance, specifically manifested in inhibiting CSCs' proliferation, invasion, migration, and causing more and harder to repair DNA double-stranded breaks (DSB) of CSCs.

N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) is suggested to be altered in patients with systolic heart failure or acute coronary syndrome. We explored the relationship between left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and levels of NT-proBNP in patients with unstable angina and type 2 diabetes mellitus and preserved LVEF.Patients with unstable angina were divided into normal glucose tolerance (controls) and type 2 diabetes mellitus groups. The plasma NT-proBNP concentration was measured in these patients within 30 minute of admission for a comparative study. The severity of coronary arterial lesions was evaluated using Syntax scores. Results: NT-proBNP levels were not significantly different in patients with unstable angina and type 2 diabetes mellitus (median [quartiles]: 167.0 [66.1, 623.3] pg/mL) from those of controls (116.0 [69.8, 233.0], P = 0.278). Subsequent analyses indicated that ln (NT-proBNP) was positively associated with the following parameters: left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (r = 0.495, P = 0.019), left ventricular end-systolic diameter (r = 0.648, P = 0.001), and Syntax score (r = 0.567, P = 0.006); ln (NT-proBNP) was negatively associated with LVEF (r = -0.652, P = 0.001) in patients with unstable angina and type 2 diabetes mellitus. In multiple linear regression analysis, ln (NT-proBNP) levels were significantly independently correlated with the LVEF and Syntax score. However, no correlation was observed between ln (NT-proBNP) and each parameter in patients with unstable angina and normal glucose tolerance (controls).The NT-proBNP level is independently correlated with the LVEF in patients with unstable angina and type 2 diabetes mellitus and preserved LVEF.

B4C/6061Al composites reinforced with nano- to micrometer-sized B4C particles were fabricated via powder metallurgy route consisting of spark plasma sintering (SPS) and hot extrusion and rolling (HER), followed by T6 treatment. The microstructural evolution and mechanical properties were investigated. Results showed that the status of B4C particles changed from a network after SPS to a dispersion distribution after HER. The substructured grains reached 66.5% owing to the pinning effect of nano-sized B4C, and the grain size was refined from 3.12 μm to 1.56 μm after HER. After T6 treatment, dispersed Mg2Si precipitated phases formed, and the grain size increased to 1.87 μm. Fine recrystallized grains around micro-sized B4C were smaller than those in the areas with uniform distribution of nano-sized B4C and Mg2Si. The stress distributions of as-rolled and heated composites were similar, considering that the T6 heat treatment was only effective in eliminating the first internal stress. The Vickers, microhardness, and tensile strength of as-SPSed composites were greatly improved from HV 55.45, 0.86 GPa, and 180 MPa to HV 77.51, 1.08 GPa, and 310 MPa, respectively. Despite the precipitation strengthening, the corresponding values of as-heated composites decreased to HV 70.82, 0.85 GPa, and 230 MPa owing to grain coarsening.

Background/aim Damage to elastin fibres in coronary media might lead to coronary artery ectasia (CAE). This study evaluated whether CAE can be distinguished by detecting circulating soluble elastin (s-elastin), which is a degradation product of elastin fibres, and elastase, which is the main enzyme of elastin fibres. Materials and methods Fifty-eight patients with CAE, 58 with coronary heart disease (CHD) and 61 with relatively normal coronary arteries, were included. Circulating s-elastin and elastase were measured, and receiver operating characteristic curves were used to demonstrate their respective optimal cut-off values for predicting CAE. Results The concentrations of s-elastin and elastase were higher in the CAE group than in the CHD and relatively-normal-coronary groups. Their cut-off values for screening of CAE were 13.148 ng/mL and 25.549 ng/mL, respectively; for sensitivity of CAE were 0.690 and 0.773, respectively; and for specificity of CAE were 0.862 and 0.571, respectively. A combination of s-elastin and elastase in series (one of the two higher than its cut-off value) had a better sensitivity for screening for CAE, whereas their combination in parallel (both higher than their cut-off values) had a better specificity. Conclusion Circulating s-elastin and elastase are promising biomarkers for assisting in CAE diagnosis.

Background and Objectives Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease, which the mechanisms behind its initiation and development are related to many factors. DMSCs (dermal mesenchymal stem cells) represent an important member of the skin microenvironment and play an important role in the surrounding environment and in neighbouring cells, but they are also affected by the microenvironment. We studied the glucose metabolism of DMSCs in psoriasis patients and a control group to reveal the relationship among glucose metabolism, cell proliferation activity，and VEC (vascular endothelial cell) differentiation in vitro, we demonstrated the biological activity and molecular mechanisms of DMSCs in psoriasis. Methods and Results We found that the OCR of DMSCs in psoriatic lesions was higher than that in the control group, and mRNA of GLUT1 and HK2 were up-regulated compared with the control group. The proliferative activity of DMSCs in psoriasis was reduced at an early stage, and mRNA involved in proliferation, JUNB and FOS were expressed at lower levels than those in the control group. Background: To evaluate locoregional failure and its impact on survival by comparing involved field irradiation (IFI) with elective lymph node irradiation (ENI) for patients with esophageal squamous cell cancer who underwent post-operative radiotherapy. Methods and Materials: The enrolled patients were randomized allocated to IFI or ENI group. CTV of IFI was generated according to pre-operative primary tumor location and post-operative pathological characters and positive LNs regions. CTV of ENI was generated according to pre-operative tumor position to administer selective lymph node irradiation. Radiotherapy planning was delivered using either 3D-CRT or IMRT. Results: A total of 57 patients were enrolled, 28 patients in ENI group and 29 patients in IFI group. There were not statistical differences between two groups in baseline (p>0.05). The initial locoregional failure rate was 17.9 % in ENI arm and 20.7% in IFI arm respectively (p=0.085). The 1-, 3-, and 5-year Progression-free Survival (PFS) were 63.2, 43.5, and 21.8 % in ENI arm versus 78.2, 60.1, and 55.1% in IFI arm (p =0.038). The 1-, 3-, and 5-year overall survival (OS) were 78.6, 46.9, and 23.5 % in ENI arm versus 72.9, 59.7, and 54.3 % in IFI arm (p=0.06). Acute radiation pneumonitis (p=0.005) and hematological toxicities (p =0.029) also showed statistical differences between groups, ENI arm was more than IFI arm. Conclusions: The results indicated that IFI tended to improve survival and reduce toxicities for patients with operative ESCC and did not increase locoregional failure compared to ENI. It is thus suggested that IFI for ESCC PORT is worthy of clinical recommendation and further study.

Previous research mainly focuses on the impact of locality information/labels on consumer preference as a credence attribute that is not observable even after purchasing the products. We hypothesize that locality information on food may also influence consumer perception of the three types of attributes of food products: search (i.e., color, size, freshness, and shape), experience (i.e., flavor and texture), and other credence attributes (i.e., nutritional value). We conduct an experiment with a total of 100 participants. We combine the consumer sensory analysis with the CVM to determine the impact of locality information on consumers' perception of strawberry search, experience, and credence attributes, and how these three types of attributes affect consumers' willingness to pay (WTP) at different consumption stages. Results show that providing locality information affects the sensory attributes of color perceived by consumers. Color, size, and freshness have a significant impact on consumers' WTP before consumers taste the strawberries, while flavor and texture exhibit an influential impact on consumers' WTP after tasting. Locality information is not a significant factor in determining consumers' WTP before and after they taste the strawberries. However, for some consumers, it significantly affects their WTP if locality is perceived to be associated with improved nutritional quality and food safety comparing to people who perceive local food to be fresher.

Background This study's initial results revealed significant decreases in treatment‐related esophagitis and pneumonitis cases in patients with thoracic esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) treated with involved‐field irradiation (IFI), compared to elective nodal irradiation (ENI). This report outlines the long‐term trial results, specifically; overall survival (OS), progression‐free survival (PFS), metastasis‐free survival (MFS), and locoregional progression‐free survival (LRFS). Materials and Methods Stage II–III thoracic ESCC patients were assigned randomly, in a 1:1 ratio, into either the ENI or IFI arm. Radiation therapy was delivered once a day in 1.8‐2.0 Gy fractions to a total dose of 60.0‐66.0 Gy to the gross tumor volume and 50.0‐54.0 Gy to the clinical target volume. The primary endpoints were acute treatment‐related esophagitis and pneumonitis. The results for the primary endpoints were previously published in 2018. In this article, we analyzed the secondary endpoints including PFS, LRFS, MFS, and OS. Results Between April 2012 and October 2016, 228 patients from nine participating centers in China were enrolled into this study and randomly assigned to two treatment groups. For ENI and IFI groups, respectively, the results showed similarity and were as follows: median PFS (20.3 months vs 21.4 months), OS (32.5 months vs 34.9 months), MFS (28.2 months vs 26.0 months), and LRFS (25.0 months vs 26.6 months). In particular, respective OS rates in the ENI and IFI groups were 84.6% and 82.5% after 1 year, 45.1% and 48.7% after 3 years, and 29.8% and 30.7% at 5 years. PFS rates after 1, 3, and 5 years were 58.9%, 34.2%, and 26.9%, respectively, in the ENI arm compared to 64.4%, 30.8%, and 27.7%, respectively, in the IFI arm. Multivariate analysis identified clinical stage and tumor responses as independent predictors of OS. Meanwhile, tumor location, cStage, and tumor response were identified as independent factors influencing PFS. Conclusion IFI was associated with similar survival as ENI in patients with thoracic ESCC, suggesting that IFI is an acceptable treatment method for thoracic ESCC., The results of this study illustrated that IFI was associated with similar progression‐free survival (PFS), locoregional progression‐free survival (LRFS), metastasis‐free survival (MFS), and overall survival (OS) as ENI in patients with clinically inoperable thoracic esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC). In multivariate analysis, clinical stage and tumor response were identified as independent predictors of overall survival, whereas tumor location, cStage, and tumor response were predictive of progression‐free survival.

Malignant melanomas (MMs) were the fifth most common cancer in men and the sixth most common cancer in women in 2018, respectively. These are characterized by high metastatic rates and poor prognoses. We systematically reviewed safety and efficacy of carbon‐ion radiotherapy (CIRT) for treating MMs. Eleven studies were eligible for review, and the data showed that MM patients showed better local control with low recurrence and mild toxicities after CIRT. Survival rates were slightly higher in patients with cutaneous or uveal MMs than in those with mucosal MMs. CIRT in combination with chemotherapy produced higher progression‐free survival rates than CIRT only. In younger patients, higher rates of distant metastases of gynecological MMs were observed. The data indicated that CIRT is effective and safe for treating MMs; however, a combination with systemic therapy is recommended to ensure the best possible prognosis for MMs., The purpose of this study is to systematically review the safety and efficacy of carbon‐ion radiotherapy (CIRT) for malignant melanoma. Eleven studies were eligible. For overall survival, cutaneous melanoma, and uveal melanoma had a slight advantage than mucosal melanoma. Concurrent CIRT with chemotherapy exhibited superior PFS than CIRT alone. Younger patients presented a higher distant metastasis for gynecological melanoma. Although available data demonstrated that malignant melanoma is effectively and safely treated with CIRT, it is suitable to organically combine systemic therapy to obtain the best prognosis for melanoma patients.

The aim of the study was to investigate the various effects of high linear energy transfer (LET) carbon ion (12C6+) and low LET X-ray radiation on MDA-MB-231 and MCF-7 human breast cancer cells and to explore the underlying mechanisms of radiation sensitivity. Cell proliferation, cell colony formation, cell cycle distribution, cell apoptosis and protein expression levels [double-strand break marker γ-H2AX, cell cycle-related protein cyclin B1, apoptosis-related proteins Bax and Bcl-2, and the Akt/mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR)/ribosomal protein S6 kinase B1 (p70S6K) pathway] were detected after irradiation with carbon ions or X-rays at doses of 0, 2, 4 and 8 Gy. Our results showed that the inhibition of cell proliferation and cell colony formation and the induction of G2/M phase arrest, DNA lesions and cell apoptosis/necrosis elicited by carbon ion irradiation were more potent than the effects elicited by X-ray radiation at the same dose. Simultaneously, compared with X-ray radiation, carbon ion radiation induced a marked increase in Bax and prominent decreases in cyclin B1 and Bcl-2 in a dose-dependent manner. Furthermore, the Akt/mTOR/p70S6K pathway was significantly inhibited by carbon ion radiation in both breast cancer cell lines. These results indicate that carbon ion radiation kills MDA-MB-231 and MCF-7 breast cancer cells more effectively than X-ray radiation, which might result from the inhibition of the Akt/mTOR/p70S6K pathway.

Growing evidences of covalent irreversible inhibitors in clinical treatments of solid tumors with KRAS G12C mutation have recently emerged after FDA-approved AMG510 (Sotorasib) for NSCLC chemotherapies. ZG19018 is an irreversible KRAS G12C inhibitor with novel structure that shows promising preclinical results for in vitro molecular and biological studies and in vivo G12C-mutated cancer models and safety studies in animals. For instance, ZG19018 rapidly and selectively forms covalent bonds with G12C-GDP, which accounts for lock-in KRAS protein as the inactive GDP-bound state but inhibits the activation of numerous downstream signaling pathways like RAF/MEK on ERK phosphorylation. ZG19018 showed highly inhibition of a 3D growth panel for human cancer cell lines harboring the KRAS G12C mutation, e.g. H358 (NSCLCs), MIA PaCa-2 (pancreatic) and SW837 (colorectal), etc. For pharmacodynamics, a battery of in vitro and in vivo ADME/DMPK studies indicated a high plasma protein binding (>99.6%) of ZG19018 with over 40% bioavailability in rat and dog via oral administration for the adequate drug levels in various tissues including lung, crossing BBB to reach brain, and accumulation in tumors. For in vivo anti-tumor efficacy, ZG19018 exhibited significant dose-dependent inhibition of tumor growth of G12C-driven subcutaneous models in nude mouse like H358 NSCLC cells but induced further tumor regression in pancreatic cancer MIA PaCa-2 xenograft. ZG19018 also showed an enhanced anti-tumor activities as combined with chemo-reagent Donafinib, a broad tyrosine kinase inhibitor blocking RAF/MEK/ERK signaling pathways of tumor cells, in the same H358 xenograft model. The general toxicology studies in rat under 28 days repeated oral administration (q.d.) showed NOAEL and STD10 values at 75 and 150 mg/kg/day, respectively. The safety pharmacological studies showed no notable effects of ZG19018 on the cardiovascular, respiratory and CNS systems. The genotoxic potential studies indicated ZG19018 without mutagenesis. Collectively, ZG19018 is now in phase I/II clinical trials for the treatments of solid tumors with KRAS G12C mutation in China. Toll-like receptor 8 (TLR8) recognizes ssRNA fragments from pathogens and initiate both innate and adaptive immune responses. TLR8 activation can reverse Treg and myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSC) mediated immune suppression by tumors that lead to a restore of immune response to inhibit tumor growth. ZG0895 is a potent and novel TLR agonist that shows a highly selective activation of TLR8 and has a more than 300-fold potency over TLR7 in EC50 values. The agonist screening results further confirmed that ZG0895 without activation of TLR isoforms like TLR2, 4 or 9 in cells. In pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics, ZG0895 has a preferable ADME and PK profile and can activate immune system via subcutaneous (s.c.) administration. For in vivo anti-tumor efficacy studies, ZG0895 at 1~30 mg/kg exhibited significant dose-dependent inhibition of tumor growth in immunocompetent myeloid-sufficient murine models with CT26, EMT6 or HH subcutaneous xenografts. Furthermore, ZG0895 administration resulted in a complete tumor regression by ZG0895 at high dose via s.c. injection. Mechanism studies of ZG0895 in ex vivo human PBMC assay showed a strong induction of TLR8 related cytokines. In vivo study in tumor-bearing mouse demonstrated that pro-inflammatory cytokines, such as TNFα, IL12p40, IL6 and IL10, were quickly released after ZG0895 treatment but soon returned to normal that can avoid continuous activation of systemic immunity and reduce the risk of cytokine release storm. Consistently, in vivo cynomolgus monkey study by consecutive treatments with ZG0895 (day 30) resulted in a significant increase of immune system cells including intermediate monocytes, non-classic monocytes, cDCs and NK cells, along with notable decrease of classical monocytes but unchanged pDCs, suggesting a possible reversion of tumor-initiated MDSC via TLR8 activation. All these changes were back to normal after period of recovery (day 57), indicated the immune effect of ZG0895 was restrained. These preclinical results support that ZG0895 as a highly TLR8-selective agonist inhibits tumor growth via the activation of TLR8 eliciting immune responses but under a better safety than other conventional TLR8 agonists, and it is worth to be further explored as an anti-cancer drug candidate. ZGGS18 is a bifunctional fusion protein targeting both human vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β), which consist of a monoclonal antibody against VEGF and an engineered extracellular domain of TGF-β receptor II (TGF-βRII ECD). In vitro studies show ZGGS18 specifically and simultaneously binding towards various VEGFs and capturing different TGF-β isoforms by trap domains that play a synergistic role to block signaling of VEGF/TGF-β with their receptors. For instance, ZGGS18 inhibits human VEGF121 and 165 induced HUVEC proliferation; ZGGS18 also neutralizes TGF-β1 and -β3 related growth arrest of HT-2 cells. Further studies show that ZGGS18 does not induce ADCC- or CDC-dependent killing tumor cells expressing two soluble targets, suggesting its binding affinities towards Fc-gamma and complement C1q receptors without effector functions. These results support functional depletion of VEGF/TGF-β in tumor microenvironment (TME) by ZGGS18 essentially for its MOA to inhibit tumor growth. A dose-dependent in vivo anti-tumor efficacy of ZGGS18 (1, 3 and 15 mg/kg) has been found in PBMC humanized H460 lung cancer xenograft model. In addition, ZGGS18 has enhanced efficacies to kill tumor growth in MC38 xenograft models when it is combined with anti-PD-1 antibodies (keytruda), support the improvement of TME for I/O reagents by ZGGS18 in cooperation with its role in anti-proliferation and anti-angiogenesis. Toxicity and safety pharmacology studies with weekly repeat doses for four weeks in cynomolgus monkeys indicate that ZGGS18 is well tolerated over the dose range 13, 40 and 120 mg/kg without obviously toxic or adverse effects (NOAEL =120 mg/kg). PK/TK analyses indicate that ZGG18 has a prolonged half-life in plasma, attribute to its human neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn) binding and pH-dependent interaction for mAb recycling. The IND application of ZGGS18 has been approved by both FDA and Chinese NMPA for clinical trials in treatment of advanced tumors as monotherapy and/or in combined with PD-1/PD-L1 based I/O therapies. With the application of cloud computing services in more and more fields, it will undertake more computing tasks and storage tasks. The problem of high energy consumption in data centers will become more serious. Virtualization technology is very important in cloud computing, which can improve the utilization rate of resources. At the same time, it has flexibility in resource scheduling and can integrate multiple virtual machines to achieve power efficiency. Using online virtual machine migration technology for energy-saving planning in cloud environment is a hot research topic in academic circles. The scheduling strategy proposed in this paper can reduce the server downtime and the number of server hosts, so as to achieve the maximum use of resources. The main research work of this paper includes the following aspects: Firstly, the energy consumption in the process of virtual machine energy-saving design is modeled, and the relationship between energy consumption and resource usage under different load conditions is analyzed, and the problems are abstracted, e.g., packaging box problem. Secondly, this paper uses genetic algorithm to solve the problem of high energy consumption. Finally, based on the target allocation scheme of virtual machines obtained by the above method, the migration problem of virtual machines is abstracted as the problem of finding the maximum weighted independent set of graphs. And a greedy algorithm is designed to solve this problem. In this paper, CloudSim simulation platform is used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. Experiments show that the proposed algorithm can reduce data energy consumption and avoid frequent migration of virtual machines.

This paper mainly researches for the evaluation index system of college students’ cultivation quality. First, we establish a comprehensive evaluation index system of college students’ cultivation quality from three aspects of college students’ knowledge, ability, and quality, to establish the evaluation index system which consists of 3 first-level indexes, 14 second-level indexes, and 40 index observation points. Then, the method of assigning the index weight is optimized and the method of combining subjective and objective weight is adopted. Finally, this paper introduces the algorithm of machine learning as an evaluation method. In order to improve the performance of the algorithm, diversity measure is introduced to ensure that the base learner has good diversity. We proposed a new algorithm AdaBoost-support vector machine (AdaBoost-SVM); it is found that the proposed method gets a high accuracy rate of 91% with a small amount of data in our education datasets. The research results of this paper solve the problems of incomplete index creation, unreasonable index weight assignment, and low efficiency of evaluation methods in the current evaluation of college student’s cultivation quality.

Imaging through scattering layers based on the optical memory effect (OME) concept has been widely investigated in recent years. Among many scattering scenarios, it is very important to recover hidden targets with proper spatial distribution in the scene where multiple targets out of the OME range exist. In this Letter, we put forward a method for multi-target object scattering imaging. With the help of intensity correlation between the structured illumination patterns and recorded speckle images, the relative position of all hidden targets can be obtained and the movement of the targets within the OME range can be tracked. We experimentally implement scattering imaging with 16 targets and the motion tracking of them. Our results present a significant advance in a large field of view scattering imaging with multiple targets.

Temperature measurement is of great significance for research in the health monitoring of large structures and earthquake precursors. Against the frequently reported low sensitivity of fiber Bragg grating (FBG) temperature sensors, a bimetallic-sensitized FBG temperature sensor was proposed. The sensitization structure of the FBG temperature sensor was designed, and the sensor sensitivity was analyzed; the lengths and materials of the substrate and strain transfer beam were analyzed theoretically; 7075 aluminum and 4J36 invar were chosen as bimetallic materials, and the ratio of the substrate length to the sensing fiber length was determined. The structural parameters were optimized; the real sensor was developed, and its performance was tested. The results suggested that the sensitivity of the FBG temperature sensor was 50.2 pm/°C, about five times than that of a bare FBG sensor, and its linearity was more than 0.99. The findings offer a reference for developing sensors of the same type and further improving the sensitivity of the FBG temperature sensors.
