139. Sentiment analysis method for e-commerce review on weak-label data and deep learning model

Abstract

For inaccurate weak-label data of e-commerce reviews, the traditional manual labelling method is time-consuming, and it is necessary to solve the problem of polysemy and imbalance in Chinese reviews to improve the performance of sentiment analysis model. This paper collects agricultural product reviews on Jingdong platform. Firstly, the improved SO-PMI method is used to construct a domain sentiment dictionary, by combining the review sentiment tendency calculated by the dictionary with the weak-label data of user ratings, an unsupervised generation of high-quality training sets is realised. Secondly, two basic learners, Bidirectional Long Short Term Memory (BiLSTM) and Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), are combined in the sentiment analysis model, and the character, word, part-of-speech vector features are extracted in parallel. In addition, an attention mechanism is embedded in the channel, and using Focal Loss during model training process. The experimental results show that the accuracy of the method proposed in this paper reaches 97.34%, which is 4.64% higher than that of directly using weak-label data for training. Compared with single-channel CNN and BiLSTM model, the accuracy is improved by 1.55% and 0.99% respectively. Therefore, this method improves the accuracy of sentiment analysis of e-commerce reviews.

140. Neural Network-Based Anti-Disturbance Control of Nonhomogeneous Markov Switching Systems

Abstract

This brief studies delves into the exploration of anti-disturbance control for nonhomogeneous Markov switching systems subject to asynchronous phenomenon and time-varying transition probabilities. In addition to the conventional Markov process, a novel nonhomogeneous Markov process is addressed, in which the time-varying transition probabilities are influenced by an upper-level nonhomogeneous Markov process. In response to the challenge of handling unobservable disturbance information, an innovative adaptive neural network-based anti-interference control strategy with dynamic weight adjustments is devised. To accurately capture the asynchronous nature of interactions between the controller and the system, an asynchronous disturbance observer using a mode monitoring scheme is proposed. Building on the foundation of Lyapunov stability theory, sufficient conditions are carried out to ensure the bounded probability of the closed-loop system. Finally, the practicality of attained theoretical findings is verified via a practical example.

Abstract

BackgroundAmbient fine particulate matter (PM2.5) adversely affects human health and has been linked to a variety of skin disorders. However, little is known about the effects of PM2.5 on psoriasis.MethodsThe Beijing Medical Claim Data for Employees database recorded 500,266 outpatient visits for psoriasis during 2010–2017. A generalized additive quasi-Poisson model was used to examine the relationship between daily PM2.5 concentrations and outpatient visits for psoriasis with stratification by sex, age, and season.ResultsShort-term exposure to PM2.5 was associated with outpatient visits for psoriasis-related health concerns. A same-day increase of 10 μg/m3 in PM2.5 concentrations was associated with a 0.29% (95% confidence interval: 0.26–0.32%) increase in daily outpatient visits for psoriasis. Female and older patients appeared to be more sensitive to the effects of PM2.5 (P < 0.05).ConclusionsShort-term elevations in PM2.5 concentrations may be associated with exacerbations in psoriasis. Further work is warranted to confirm the findings and elucidate the underlying biological mechanisms.
