The combination of chemotherapy and immunotherapy holds great potential in clinical treatment of advanced cancers. Whereas, the therapeutic outcome of chemotherapeutic and immune regulator is suboptimal due to their poor tumor availability and severe off‐target toxicity. Herein, self‐carrier nanoparticles (PSMT NPs) integrating a paclitaxel (PTX) prodrug and indoleamine 2,3‐dioxygenase 1 (IDO) inhibitor (1‐methyl‐tryptophan, 1MT) for tumor‐specific chemo‐immunotherapy is constructed. After internalization by cancer cells, PSMT NPs can respond to endogenous redox stimulus, and release PTX and 1MT. The released PTX can not only promote cell apoptosis via the intervention of cell mitosis but also initiate immunogenic cell death to facilitate the recruitment and activation of tumor‐infiltrating cytotoxic T lymphocytes. The concomitant 1MT can inhibit the IDO activity to exhaust regulatory T cells, thereby synergistically activating cytotoxic T lymphocytes. PSMT NPs exhibit potentiated antitumor output toward triple‐negative breast cancer and negligible systemic toxicity. In order to expand the detection range and ensure the operation stability, the substation multi-source perception blind compensation detection method based on equipment visual blind area recognition and significance detection is studied. Acoustic sensors are used to collect acoustic signals from visual blind areas of equipment. The characteristics of noise signal are identified by wavelet analysis and noise reduction. The supercomplex Fourier transform model was used to extract the important region in the device image, and the texture features of the region were detected by Gabor filter. The blind compensation detection feature vector is formed by integrating two multi-source sensing features. The detection model of support vector machine is input to complete the blind compensation detection of the substation. The experimental results show that the proposed method is effective for the sound signal feature recognition in the visual blind area and the texture feature detection in the significant area of the device image. The different operating states of each equipment detected by the multi-source sensing feature vector are more accurate, which can realize the purpose of the multi-source sensing blind compensation check of the substation and ensure the safe and stable operation of the substation. Background and Objectives: Recent studies suggest a growing trend in marijuana use, compared to a stable prevalence of marijuana use disorder among US adults over the first 15 years of the 21st century. This study investigated the recent patterns of marijuana use disorder among people with disabilities (PWD). Methods: We extracted a nationally representative sample (N = 209,058) from the 2015–2019 National Survey on Drug Use and Health data set and examined associations by functional disability status (any disability, disability by type, and number of disabling limitations) with marijuana use disorder using a series of independent multivariable logistic regression models. We also performed trend analyses during the study period. Results: The prevalence of marijuana use disorder (from 1.7% to 2.3%) increased significantly among PWD between 2015 and 2019 (p‐trend <.001). PWD were significantly more likely to report marijuana use disorder (odds ratio [OR], 1.37, 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.24–1.52) than people without disability (PWoD). Those with cognitive limitation only (OR, 1.78, 95% CI, 1.53–2.06) and ≥2 limitations (OR, 1.29, 95% CI, 1.10–1.51) were more likely to report marijuana use disorder than PWoD. Discussion and Conclusions: PWD had a consistently higher prevalence of marijuana use disorder than PWoD. Additionally, the level of risk for marijuana use disorder varied by disability type and number of disabling limitations. Scientific Significance: Our study provided new nuance on disparities in marijuana use disorder between PWD and PWoD and further revealed the varied risks for marijuana use disorder across different disability statuses. Sexual minority adults—including lesbian, gay, bisexual, queer/questioning, and other sexual minorities (LGBQ+)—face demonstrated barriers to employment, health insurance, and healthcare access. We sought to assess the association between sexual orientation, unmet medical needs, and telehealth use due to the COVID-19 pandemic using the National Health Interview Survey (2020). Using multivariable analyses, we assessed the likelihood of having unmet medical needs and telehealth use in LGBQ+ adults and heterosexual adults, adjusting for socioeconomic, demographic, and clinical factors. We found that LGBQ+ individuals had a significantly higher likelihood of having any unmet medical needs or unmet non–COVID-related medical needs due to the pandemic compared with heterosexual individuals. The LGBQ+ individuals were more likely to use telehealth than their heterosexual counterparts—for both general and pandemic-related reasons. Our findings indicate that disastrous events such as the COVID-19 pandemic likely exacerbate existing healthcare access disparities faced by LGBQ+ individuals. This warrants further research to explore the interventional potential of telehealth for reducing healthcare access disparities, especially for those living in geographic regions lacking culturally competent providers.
