Groundwater environment is closely related to the protection and restoration of surface ecological environment, and the detection of groundwater resources is an important content to master the characteristics of groundwater environment. In the setting of the ecological restoration of Hongshaquan Open-pit Mining Area, four different geoelectric models are constructed on the basis of geological column and its resistivity logging curves obtained by a borehole. Based on one-dimensional forward theory, the transient electromagnetic induced voltage and its apparent resistivity response curves with a small coil device are obtained. Comparative analysis for these curves shows that induced voltage and its apparent resistivity under different aquifer geoelectric model conditions are sensitive to aquifer water-bearing response, and there are obvious differences between them in 0.01-50 ms, which reflects the feasibility of using small coil transient electromagnetic method to detect groundwater resources in the study area in theory. Combined with the field detection test data and drilling exposure, the effectiveness and reliability of small coil transient electromagnetic technology in the detection of groundwater resources are verified.

ObjectiveTo describe the incidence and distribution characteristics of congenital heart disease in newborns， and to analyze the trend of the notification rate from 2009 to 2018 in Chongming District， Shanghai.MethodsBased on the shanghai birth defects surveillance system， newborns delivered in all medical institutions in Chongming District from 2009 to 2018 were examined for congenital heart disease at birth and followed up to 42 days. ObjectiveTo understand the quality of life in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis within three years after treatment， determine its related factors， and make suggestions for improving the short-term quality of life in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis after treatment.MethodsA telephone survey was used to investigate registered tuberculosis patients in Shanghai in 2018 using the short form 12 （SF-12） and the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） assessment test questionnaire （CAT）.ResultsA total of 975 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis who had completed the treatment were included in the study. ObjectiveTo determine the epidemiological characteristics of measles in Jinshan District of Shanghai in 2002‒2019.MethodsThis study was a secondary data analysis using measles surveillance system and epidemiological case reports in Jinshan District from January 2002 through December 2019. Temporal characteristics of the disease onset was determined by a concentration method. ArcGis 10.4 and SaTScan 9.6 software were used for spatiotemporal clustering scanning analysis.ResultsFrom 2002 through 2019， a total of 289 cases of measles were reported in Jinshan District， Shanghai， with an average annual incidence of 2.24 per 105. The annual incidence fluctuated from 0 to 11.27 per 105. The highest incidence was recorded in 2005 （11.27 per 105）， followed by a decline； however， there was a rebound in 2008 （5.26 per 105） and 2015 （3.30 per 105）. The concentration M was determined to be 0.62， showing a clear seasonality concentrated in February to May. The spatiotemporal scan found that spatial and temporal clusters were more likely to occur in the areas with higher population density such as Zhujing Town and Shihua Community and between 2002 and 2009. The majority of measles cases were infants and children under the age of 1 and adults aged 20‒39 years. Approximately 66.78% of measles cases reported unknown vaccination history. In addition， in children aged 8 month to 4 years， the vaccination rate of measles-containing vaccines in the domestic migrants was much lower than the local residents （χ2=4.44， P=0.035）.ConclusionThe incidence of measles in Jinshan District presents a downward trend. The population affected has a "two-way displacement"， which is concentrated in the more populated areas. It is necessary to strengthen measles surveillance and implement supplementary immunization programs with measles-containing vaccines for at-risk populations.

Laser sensing has a wide range of applications. In this paper, we propose a pH sensing laser with an ultra-low threshold and low sample consumption based on a whispering-gallery-mode microbubble resonator. Rhodamine 6G aqueous solutions with different pH values are injected through microfluidic channels as the lasing gain media and interact with a high-quality factor microbubble cavity with a sample consumption of only 550 pL to achieve lasing. Subtle pH changes of the aqueous solution lead to changes in lasing intensity in real time, and the threshold reaches a minimum of 0.091 μ J/mm2. The low pump energy density effectively avoids the self-aggregation and photobleaching effects of dye molecules present in high-concentration rhodamine 6G solutions. The lasing characteristics under different pH conditions were determined experimentally and theoretically, and the results are in good agreement. Due to the deprotonation of amino groups in highly alkaline environments, the lasing threshold is highly dependent on the pH of rhodamine 6G aqueous solutions. In the pH range of 10.16–13.14, the lasing intensity changes considerably with the increasing pH. The proposed pH-sensing laser exhibits a fast response time, low toxicity, and a high signal-to-noise ratio, making it promising for highly sensitive alkaline detection in biological applications. During surveys of plant pathogens in the desert regions of Xinjiang Province, China, a leaf spot was observed on Cynanchum sibiricum. The suspected fungus was isolated and identified using morphology and molecular phylogeny. Morphologically, the fungus was similar to Neodidymelliopsis species. Phylogenetic analyzes of combined internal transcribed spacer (ITS); the large subunit of the ribosomal rDNA (LSU); RNA polymerase II the second largest subunit (rpb2), and β-tubulin gene (tub2) sequences showed that our isolates formed a distinct monophyletic lineage in Neodidymelliopsis. This new clade is identified as Neodidymelliopsis cynanchi sp. nov. based on the phylogenetic and morphological evidence. In addition, N. urticae is synonymized with N. cannabis based on morphology and phylogeny. Furthermore, we emphasize that in-depth revisions are required to assure the taxonomic status of N. sambuci, N. tinkyukuku and N. salvia. This is the first report of Neodidymelliopsis species associated with C. sibiricum leaf spot. The results expand our knowledge of Didymellaceae taxa and microfungi associated with desert environments in China. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Using panel data from 2012 to 2018, this article investigates the long‐term impact of household debt on household consumption, which is very important to the sustainable development of economy. The result shows that total household debt has a significant crowding‐out impact on long‐term household consumption, whereas nonhousing debt has no significant effect on it. In addition, we also find that the debt of high‐asset families has a weaker impact on long‐term household consumption; the debt of rural families, however, has a greater crowding‐out effect, which means that increasing rural families' leverage will have a greater negative impact on household consumption. Finally, household debt's negative effect on long‐term consumption was not found in older families, whereas it is found at significant level in middle‐aged families.
