The constant spring support hanger is usually used for supporting the conveying pipeline and it can abstain additional stress when the conveying pipe had vertical displacement. The knife-type cam is the core component of the constant spring support hanger.The design accuracy of the cam curve has direct influence on the work load deviation of the constant spring support hanger. According to the Instant relationship between the outside force and the spring energy changes in the body coordinate system,The elliptic algebra Equation of cam rotation angle and load tube vertical displacement was derived by using energe method. The cam design formula was put forward through the transformation of the global coordinates and the body coordinate. Considered the actual structure of the constant spring support hanger,the cam curve formula considering the radius of the roller is derived. The comparative analysis shows that the design accuracy of the cam curve equation established in this paper is better than the traditional method. Considered the influence of the roller radius can improve the support constant of the constant hangers.

In this work, an original Si/SiGe heterojunction tunneling field‐effect transistor which has a double‐stacked heterogeneous oxide gate (HfO2/Al2O3) structure (DSG–HJ–TFET) is designed and investigated by Sentaurus technology computer aided design (TCAD) simulation software. To ensure good interface quality, a stacked oxide gate dielectric of Al2O3 and HfO2 is proposed. The on‐state current (Ion) is increased though improving the carrier mobility degradation caused by the poor quality of interface between the high‐κ dielectric and semiconductor. Moreover, a heterojunction with SiGe (source)/Si (channel) and pocket layer which is inserted between the source region and the channel is adopted to reduce the tunneling barrier and improve the Ion. Therefore, the higher Ion is obtained by the proposed DSG–HJ–TFET. In the simulation results, it is shown that Ion of DSG–HJ–TFET is increased by three orders of magnitude compared with that of the conventional high‐κ gate dielectric TFET structure. In addition, the off‐state current (Ioff) of 4.91 × 10−11 μA μm−1, the minimum subthreshold swing of 14 mV dec−1, the Ion/Ioff ratio of 1.13 × 1012, transconductance of 260 μS μm−1, fT of 49.8 GHz, and gain bandwidth product (GBW) of 7.2 GHz are obtained. The hierarchical star network H S n is one of alternative interconnection networks for multiprocessor systems. Let n ≥ 4 , 1 ≤ t ≤ n − 2 and 2 ≤ r ≤ n − 2. In this paper, we prove that (i) both the K 1 , 1 -structure connectivity and the sub- K 1 , 1 -structure connectivity of H S n are n; and (ii) both the K 1 , r -structure connectivity and the sub- K 1 , r -structure connectivity of H S n are n − 1 ; and (iii) H S n is hyper K 1 , t | K 1 -connected and hyper sub- K 1 , t | K 1 -connected, where K 1 is the complete graph with one vertex and K 1 , t is a star with 1 + t vertices. To accurately identify the land ecological security in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, we measured the land ecological security based on the PSR model, selected a total of 19 indicators, such as population density, and applied the methods of system evaluation value conversion, comprehensive evaluation value and coordination degree measurement to study the land ecological security in the region. Research findings: The comprehensive evaluation level showed that Jiangxi, Shanghai, and Hunan had comprehensive evaluation values according to the regional forefront. The subsystem evaluation level showed that Shanghai and Hunan had higher pressure subsystem evaluation values relative to other provinces; Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Anhui had higher state subsystem evaluation values relative to other provinces; and Jiangxi was much more responsive to land ecological security issues than were other provinces and cities in the region. The system coordination degree showed that the comprehensive evaluation value of land ecological safety and the coordination degree evaluation value of other provinces except Shanghai and Hunan showed a negative correlation, indicating certain land ecological safety problems in the region.
