In parallel with the increase in internet usage, people from different parts of the world can easily convey their thoughts and feelings on social issues through social media. Millions of messages are written and read every day on various topics on a global scale through Twitter, which has an important place in these social media. While it is important to understand consumer behaviors in order to increase the competitiveness of firms, big data sources such as Twitter have multi-faceted the methods of analyzing behaviors. At the same time, developed countries allocate significant resources to data mining projects in order to have power. The use of Twitter and data mining as an alternative data source to identify trends in furniture choice has been proposed. The popular tweets with furniture using the Rapidminer and natural language processing software were gathered for ten months between May 2018 and February 2019, and natural language processing software enabled us to determine the mood of the tweets (positive and negative). Morphological analysis of the keywords in positive and negative tweets was then performed. Finally, meaningful information was obtained by utilizing the decision tree and association algorithms used in data mining. According to the decision tree algorithm, the most dominant words in the formation of positive or negative emotions were the challenge, campaign, discover and idea. As a result of the syntax of association, the most positive emotions were made with the order of words that awaken the emotions, and the opportunity was found as wood. In the same algorithm, the words that awaken the most negative emotions were listed as gloom, seedy, uncomfortable and fabric.

In this letter, computer-aided design models based on adaptive-network-based fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) for the synthesis of two coplanar stripline structures are presented.These coplanar stripline structures are micro-coplanar stripline and asymmetric coplanar stripline with an infinitely wide strip. Four optimization algorithms, hybrid learning (HL), simulated annealing, least-squares, and genetic, are used to determine optimally the design parameters of the ANFIS models. The results of ANFIS models are compared with the results of quasi-static analysis, synthesis formulas available in the literature, a full-wave electromagnetic simulator IE3D, and experimental works realized in this study. The results of ANFIS models agree with the results of other methods and experimental works. When the performances of ANFIS models are compared with each other, the best results for training and test are obtained from the models trained with HL algorithm. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of alpha-tocopherol on distraction osteogenesis.Materials and Methods: Right tibias of 30 New Zealand white rabbits were distracted at a rate of 0.5 mm/day for 20 days with a circular external fixator. Experimental group rabbits (n = 15) were administered i.m. 20 mg/kg/day alpha-tocopherol for 30 days. Radiographic examinations were performed at the 20th, 30th and 40th days. Bone scintigraphy was performed at the 5th and 20th days. Serum total antioxidant capacity (TAC) was measured at the 5th and 30th days. All animals were sacrificed and the right tibias of all animals were harvested for histopathologic examination at the 40th day.Results: Radiologic scores were statistically similar at the 20th day. However, the experimental group demonstrated higher radiologic scores at the 30th and 40th days. A scintigraphic baseline study at the 5th day of the study showed statistically similar osteoblastic activities in both groups. However, at the 20th day, osteoblastic activity was significantly higher in the experimental group. Serum TAC values were also significantly higher in the experimental group at the 30th day. At necropsy, histopathologic examination revealed statistically significantly higher scores in the experimental group.Conclusion: The results of this study show that alpha-tocopherol has beneficial effects on new bone formation during distraction osteogenesis. New and accurate synthesis formulas for the asymmetric conductor-backed coplanar waveguide (ACBCPW) are presented. They are obtained by using a differential evolution and particle swarm optimization algorithms. The synthesis formulas are useful to microwave engineers for accurately calculating the physical dimensions of ACBCPWs. The results of the synthesis formulas are compared with the quasi-static analysis, a full-wave electromagnetic simulator IE3D, and experimental results obtained in this work. The average percentage errors of the synthesis formulas found by using differential evolution and particle swarm optimization algorithms are calculated to be 0.56% and 0.93%, respectively, for 3024 ACBCPW samples having different electrical parameters and physical dimensions, compared with the results of respective quasi-static analysis. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The one-speed time-dependent and stationary neutron transport equation in spherical geometry with forward scattering is considered. A formal equivalence between the transport equations for a critical and for a decaying system is established. By considering the pseudo-slab problem the scaled transport equation is solved using the FN method. Numerical values of radii for a critical and time-dependent systems are tabulated as a function of the scattering parameters and the fundamental decay constant. Some of the results are discussed and compared with others obtained using various methods. The results agree for four or five significant figures with the published results. It is shown that the FN method yields good numerical results for the problem considered. Finally, a few remarks about the effect of the forward anisotropy on the radius is also given. Varicella is a common, highly contagious viral infection of childhood. Varicella is a usually benign and self-limited disease, but it can be complicated by severe bacterial infections, especially in immunocompromised hosts. In this study, we describe a previously healthy 3-months-old infant who was admitted with high fever, cough, and respiratory distress, who had a history of varicella infection three weeks before, with exposure from her adolescent, unvaccinated sister. A lung abscess caused by Staphylococcus aureus complicating the varicella infection was discovered. The patient was aggressively treated with drainage of the abscess and intravenous antibiotics and had a good recovery. Keywords: Varicella, Lung abscess, Infant

Purpose: Human bocavirus (HBoV) is a recently discovered virus which is a member of Parvoviridae family. It is mostly detected in respiratory tract and stool specimens in pediatric patients with the diagnosis of acute respiratory tract infections and gastroenteritis, respectively. Material and Methods: Hospitalized children aged 1-56 months with the diagnosis of lower respiratory tract infection (LRTI) were included in this prospective study between February 1st 2009 and May 21st 2009. HBoV DNA was investigated by PCR method. A questionarrie form was applied for all of the patients. Written informed consent of a parent or legal guardian was required Results: Among the total of 120 hospitalized children who were investigated for HBoV the mean age was 9.9 months (1-56 months). HBoV DNA PCR in nasopharyngeal swabs was positive in 8 (6.7%) of 120 patients. In HBoV (+) lower respiratory tract infection group, to have an ill subling with similar symptoms and number of sublings ( and #8805;3 or more) were found to be risk factors. In HBoV (+) group serum level of C-reactive protein was significantly lower than HBoV (-) group. Conclusion: The clinical spectrum of HBoV infection ranges from no symptoms or mild respiratory symptoms to severe acute respiratory disease. Since there is lack of data investigating the frequency of HBoV respiratory tract infections in our region, our study has importance for providing new data. [Cukurova Med J 2016; 41(4.000): 762-766]
