Room‐temperature phosphorescent (RTP) materials have great potential for in vivo imaging because they can circumvent the autofluorescence of biological tissues. In this study, a class of organic‐doped long‐wavelength (≈600 nm) RTP materials with benzo[c][1,2,5] thiadiazole as a guest was constructed. Both host and guest molecules have simple structures and can be directly purchased commercially at a low cost. Owing to the long phosphorescence wavelength of the doping system, it exhibited good tissue penetration (10 mm). Notably, these RTP nanoparticles were successfully used to image atherosclerotic plaques, with a signal‐to‐background ratio (SBR) of 44.52. This study provides a new approach for constructing inexpensive red organic phosphorescent materials and a new method for imaging cardiovascular diseases using these materials. The maturation of B cells leads to the synthesis of highly evolved immunoglobulins (Igs) that enable efficient antigen‐antibody recognition. Here we discuss a non‐opportunistic, combinatorial concept of "maturation" of Igs in silico for the production of artificially‐evolved immunocatalysts. Several recent breakthroughs including: (i) single B cell selection using microfluidic technology (ii) combinatorial approaches powered by library screening (iii) structural computing and machine learning, (iv) quantum mechanics/molecular mechanics (QM/MM) evaluations of catalytic reaction leading to optimistic prospect for the elaboration of more effective immunoglobulin‐derived catalytic templates and redirection the selection process to a purely robotic procedure. The synergy of these approaches enable catalytic antibody become a great prospect for biomedical purposes. In underground coal mines, the stability of the retracement channel in the surrounding rock is crucial for the safe and efficient retracement of the equipment and to guarantee the continuity of the retracement work. To reveal the deformation and damage mechanism of the surrounding rock of an auxiliary retracement channel (ARC) and the determination method for the reasonable spacing of two retracement channels during the end of the mining period, the deviatoric stress field in front of the working face and the change in the shape characteristics of the plastic zone in the ARC are investigated in this paper. The formation of ultimate stress equilibrium, high deviatoric stress, decreasing deviatoric stress, and low deviatoric stress environments in front of the working face during the end of mining occur successively, and the different deviatoric stress environments are the main reasons for the different shape characteristics of the plastic zone in the surrounding rock. The changes in the shape characteristics of the plastic zone correspond to the changes in the shape characteristics in the zone with deviatoric stress and exhibit the following order: full plastic deformation zone, butterfly-shaped zone, elliptical zone, and circular plastic zone. A reasonable spacing determination method for the two retracement channels is proposed: the ARC is arranged in the decreasing deviatoric stress environment, where the surrounding rock plastic zone shape is elliptical, and the ARC is relatively stable. Based on this research result, the spacing of the double retracement channels at the Lijiahao 22-116 working face was determined to be 25 m, which achieved a positive application effect and allowed the safe and efficient retracement of the working face equipment. Directed at the problems of low positioning accuracy and irregular section forming of cutting heads of road header in coal mine production sites, a new cutting head positioning system based on ultra-wideband positioning technology is proposed based on the cutting head motion model and the working principle of ultra-wideband positioning technology, which verifies the anti-interference and the accuracy of its positioning. Combined with the simulation experiment under on-site working conditions, the influence degree of three typical influencing factors on positioning accuracy was obtained, and the accuracy optimization of the ultra-wideband positioning system was guided. Through the dynamic solution experiment, the positioning accuracy of the system is measured, and the results are verified based on the positioning system solution accuracy evaluation standard. Primary cylindroma of the breast is extremely rare. To the best of our knowledge, there have been only 18 tumors reported. All of them were benign and had no mitosis. However, the rarity of this entity made the correct diagnosis preoperatively very difficult. Here we present a unique cylindroma with focal brisk mitosis and largest diameter of 5cm in an 80-year woman, she was misdiagnosed as adenoid cystic carcinoma in biopsy and then underwent a radical breast resection.
