An important problem in development of an integrated multi-functional system of video monitoring and recognition of objects is the problem of an interface that would provide a link between various programme applications of the system and between applications and users. This interface must be configured with reference to the object that the system of video monitoring will be attached to, and it must be based on data transmission channels, skills and competences of users. The authors specify the basic requirements to the software and the user interface. The concept is implemented as a self-software facility that has successfully passed a test in ergonomics and speed. In this project, an attempt is made to develop and implement a user interface that assures the best relationship between individual modules of an integrated system and between the system and the user. Therefore, the interface is to meet the following requirements: flexibility, volatility, mobility, and frequency of principal forms and templates. Design and development of a user interface incorporates development of pattern dialogues, resolution of user problems, WIMP (window, icon, menu, pointing device), applied graphic scenes, as well as connection of the interface to the application. The characteristics of users are employed as the criteria of the interface adaptability; they can be divided into the following semantic groups: demographic indicators, individual psychological features, psychomotor qualities, cognitive abilities, training and qualification, motivation, nature of the system interaction with software applications. This approach assures a high productivity of user actions through improvement of ergonomics and better performance of the interface.

The industrial training of system operators in simulated environments favours the assimilation of technical procedures by reproducing similar to real situations experienced in the workplace. The experience and learning acquired in simulators is directly related to the quality and realism of the proposed training scenarios. However, the process of building training scenarios is a complex one, involving a large volume and variety of information. It also demands from the development team a multidisciplinary knowledge of the virtual environment design, education, specific field, etc.). In this research it is proposed a systematic approach for building training scenarios in simulation nvironments, for electric system operators. This approach was based, amidst other sources, on: the instantiation of domain ontologies; IEC 61970-301 and the ISO 10015 standards; in the context of training in electrical systems; training observations conducted at the Brazilian electricity company- CHESF and related documents kindly made available by this company. The components of a training scenario were described on the basis of the terms; relationships and constraints defined, thus enabling their reuse in a variety of other scenarios, through their configuration and combination, in accordance with the information stored in a knowledge base. The objectives of this study were: to propose a scenario authoring process to facilitate the building of scenarios supported by the formalization of knowledge in domain ontologies; to provide a reusable data structure capable of assisting tutors in the virtual environment authoring process; to facilitate the understanding of training requirements; to promote reusability and scalability of the objects represented in scenarios such as: animation components and simulation models. Both the ontologies and the training scenarios development process were validated through the authoring of real scenarios for training in 2D simulator in CHESF- Simulop and, authoring scenarios for the 3D-SimuLIHM Simulator, developed in LIHM UFCG.

- Abstract
With the growing importance of services in the modern enterprise there is a need for innovating traditional management accounting practices. In the Service Science literature, some work has been devoted to service accounting but mainly on a conceptual level. To address this research challenge, we have built an integrated service accounting framework on top of the business ontology REA. The e3value model is a useful tool to give an overall picture of a service network, which can be combined smoothly with the more detailed REA model. The result has been evaluated on the basis of the requirements and with an example from online gaming. As far as we know, it is the first worked out service accounting framework in Service Science and allows giving often-used concepts as value-in-use a precise definition., QC 20151201

- Abstract
The increasing threats and opportunities, on the global markets, challenge today the company at several levels. The actual Manufacturing Systems becomes dramatic for the survival and prosperity of the organization. Agility, Sustainability and high rate of Re-usability are the main objectives of an Evolvable Production System. Task-specific and process-oriented modules with embedded intelligence, together with distributed control based on agent technology are the cornerstones of an EPS. The realization and management of this kind of systems entail an ontological approach due to their implicit complexity. The reference architecture is the key to canalize the underlying holism of an EPS towards an effective instantiation, which exploits the Emergent Behavior, the key driver of the Evolvability of a system. The issues related with the application of this view, such as dynamic link between product and system design as well as the management of a module repository, underline the weakness of present business models. Therefore a model for the emplacement of a System that follows the Evolvable Paradigm predicament has been produced in order to enable further studies. One of the conclusions of the work is the need for a more suitable approach to business by the main actors involved in the realization of an EPS. Sharing information and standards about product design and modules realization becomes a compulsory strategic, QC 20140916

- Abstract
We present two approaches to modeling affordance relations between objects, actions and effects. The first approach we present focuses on a probabilistic approach which uses a voting function to learn which objects afford which types of grasps. We compare the success rate of this approach to a second approach which uses an ontological reasoning engine for learning affordances. Our second approach employs a rule-based system with axioms to reason on grasp selection for a given object., QC 20110228

115. Detection of mechanisms of social facilitation
- Abstract
© 2018, Universidad del Zulia. All rights reserved. In this article within the framework the ontological approach, the mechanism of social facilitation consists in considering the facilitator as an observer, who helps to look at oneself and the situation from the outside and change the subject's from personal to social. As a result, the essence of social facilitation lies in the non-directive management using psychological mechanisms for changing ideas in the presence of an observer in a pre-conflict situation. In conclusion, readiness for the social interaction facilitation is associated with the optimal values of communicative competence, volitional potential and choice of behavior strategy in a conflict situation.
