With the goal of developing high-quality applied talents, a comprehensive experiment, "Preparation and capacitive properties of porous carbon materials", has been designed to cultivate the practical and innovative abilities of students. The experiment consists of multiple parts, including formulating a scheme, preparing and characterizing materials, measuring the performance, processing data, and writing a paper based on the basic theory and preparation principles of porous carbon materials that the students have mastered. After this training, students will be familiar with scientific research ideas and will have mastered the experimental methods and skills to operate a tube furnace; conduct scanning electron microscopy, X-ray powder diffraction characterization, N2 adsorption-desorption, and capacitance performance analyses; and perform data processing. To investigate the effects of anlotinib on proliferation and apoptosis of A549 cells based on phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K)/serine-threonine protein kinase (AKT) signaling pathway. A549 cells were divided into the control group, the experimental groups with different doses, the anlotinib group, the positive drug group, the inhibitor group and the activator group. The intervention time was 24 hours. The cell viability, cell morphology, the rate of proliferation, apoptosis and related protein expression levels were detected. The results showed that cell viability decreased after treatment with 20 μmol/L anlotinib. Compared with the control group, the cell growth of anlotinib group and positive drug group was inhibited, the cell proliferation rate, cysteinyl aspartate specific proteinase D1 (Cyclin D1) and the expression levels of p-PI3K and p-AKT decreased, and the number of apoptosis cells and the expression of cysteine aspartic protease-3 (Caspase-3) increased. The inhibitor enhanced these changes, while the activator had the opposite trend to the inhibitor. These results of this study indicate that anlotinib can significantly inhibit the proliferation and promote apoptosis of A549 cells, and its mechanism might be related to the inhibition of PI3K/AKT pathway signal transduction. The results of this study further illustrate the potential value of antilung cancer drugs and provide a new theoretical basis for the research and development of anti-lung cancer drugs. Objective To analyze the research status and predict the development trend of clinical comprehensive evaluation of drugs in China, and to provide reference for clinical comprehensive evaluation. Methods CNKI, Wanfang and VIP database were used to search the published articles of clinical comprehensive evaluation. Literature searching was set from the building time of the database to 2022, the basic information about the published articles was obtained for the evaluation of the literature quality. Bibliometrics and CiteSpace 6.1.R3 software were used to visualize the research authors, research institutions, and key words. Results After data screening, a total of 126 Chinese published articles were selected. The analysis showed that the numbers of published articles were rising continuously, and China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences and Xie Yanming were the institute and the author with the maximum number of literatures, respectively. Conclusion The clinical comprehensive evaluation of drugs was conducted based on the clinical value of drugs, guided by the policy requirements. It is suggested that researchers should conduct the comprehensive evaluation according to the focus and requirements of government agencies, the pharmaceutical industry and the clinical applications. Objective To analyze the characteristics of outpatient visits of elderly patients in the central region of China from 2019 to 2021. Methods The case data of 9 162 007 patients who had registration in the hospital information system of a provincial grade A tertiary general hospital in Anhui Province from January 1,2019 to December 31,2021 were retrospectively analyzed. The changes in the number of outpatient visits of elderly patients at different age levels, gender differences, medical departments, pre-epidemic period (January- December 2019), during the epidemic (January-December 2020) and epidemic normalization period (January- December 2021) were statistically analyzed. Results The proportion of the elderly in the outpatient population was high and presented a regularities distribution. From 2019 to 2021, the elderly patients aged 60 years and above accounted for 19. 54% (1 789 829/9 162 007) of the total number of outpatient visits, of which the elderly aged 60-69 years accounted for 50. 94% (911 668/1 789 829). With the increase of age, there was an obvious downward trend, which was 70-79 years old, 80-89 years old and 90 years old. The proportion of male patients showed an upward trend with the increase of age, while that of female patients was on the contrary, showing a gradual downward trend. The top six departments for elderly patients were cardiovascular department, endocrinology department, neurology department, ophthalmology department, general surgery department and gastroenterology department. With the increase of age, the proportion of ophthalmology and urology department was increasing. The characteristics of outpatient visits of elderly patients before the epidemic, during the epidemic and under the epidemic normalization period were different. Except during the epidemic period in 2020, the outpatient visits in the other two years showed obvious quarterly trends. The number of visits in the second and fourth quarters was higher than that in the first and third quarters, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The proportion of the elderly in the outpatient population is high, and there is a certain distribution pattern in age, department and season. The impact of the COVID-19 epidemic on the elderly patients' consultation was great, mainly reflected in a significant decrease in the number of visits and a less obvious seasonal pattern. In the context of the epidemic normalization and the development of the elderly friendly hospital, it is necessary to fully consider the characteristics of the elderly population and formulate scientific service measures to meet the outpatient needs of the elderly population. It is of theoretical and practical significance to study the impact of mixed-ownership reform, the core measure of stateowned enterprise (SOE) reform, on the green innovation of SOEs. Using the data of SOEs listed in the China A-share stock market from 2010 to 2019, this study empirically tested the impact, mechanisms, and heterogeneous impact of mixed-ownership reform on the green innovation of SOEs through a Propensity Score Matching+Difference-in-Differences (PSM-DID) model based on the shareholding ratio of non-state-owned shareholders among the top ten shareholders of state-owned enterprises. On this basis, this paper further explored the spillover effect of mixed-ownership reform on the green innovation of SOEs. The results showed that: ① Mixed-ownership reform could effectively promote the green innovation of SOEs. After using the placebo test and instrumental variable method to alleviate the endogenous problem and replacing the matching basis for the robustness test, the conclusion was still valid. ② The mechanism test showed that the improvement of corporate governance level and the knowledge spillover effect were important channels for mixed ownership reform to promote the green innovation of SOEs. The profit-seeking nature of non-state-owned shareholders might have a dampening effect on the green innovation of SOEs in mixed-ownership reform. ③ The heterogeneity analysis of industry characteristics showed that in competitive industries and environmental protection industries, mixed-ownership reform had a more obvious impact on promoting the green innovation of SOEs. ④ Although the mixed-ownership reform promoted the green innovation of SOEs, it was not the higher the better in terms of the proportion of non-state-owned shareholders. When non-state-owned shareholders accounted for 15% to 30%, the promotion effect on the green innovation of SOEs was most obvious. ⑤ The mixed-ownership reform had a spillover effect on the green innovation of unreformed SOEs, effectively promoting the substantive green innovation of these SOEs in the same industry. Therefore, the study proposes that the important role of mixed-ownership reform in green development should be fully recognized and the mixed-ownership reform of SOEs should be further promoted. We should promote the formation of a mutually balanced equity structure and rationally allocate the proportion of non-state-owned capital. Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of stereotatic radiosurgery（SRS） in treating residual lesions of pineal non-germinomatous germ cell tumors（NGGCTs） after conventional radiotherapy. Methods The clinical data of patients with intracranial germ cell tumors admitted to Guangdong Sanjiu Brain Hospital from January 2008 to December 2018 who diagnosed with pineal NGGCTs pathologically or clinically were analyzed retrospectively. Among those, the patients received conventional radiotherapy with SRS were included. The residual lesions after radiotherapy were defined with a maximum diameter ＞10 mm. Prognosis related parameters such as local control rate, progress-free survival, overall survival and treatment-related toxicity were determined. Results Total of 27 patients were included in this study. Both of them were males with the median age of 16 years old. The median follow-up time was 34 months（range 8-142 months）. The objective response rate and disease control rate were 71.4% and 95.2%, respectively. Three-year progression-free survival rate was 85.2% and 3-year total survival rate was 88.0%. The univariate analysis revealed that both age and concurrent chemotherapy were not correlated with the prognosis（P=0.286,0.824）. Partial tumor resection before radiotherapy and chemotherapy, AFP＞500 ng/mL, and less than 4 cycles of adjuvant chemotherapy were poor prognostic factors（P=0.037,0.010,0.006）. Moreover, no acute radiation injury was observed after SRS. Only 1 out of 27 patients（ 3. 7%） had brain neurotoxicity related to a prolonged course of radiochemotherapy.Conclusions SRS for residual lesions of NGGCTs following conventional radiotherapy appears to be well tolerant and improved local control. However, the therapeutic efficacy of conventional radiotherapy combined with SRS warrants further investigations in a large-scale randomized controlled clinical trials. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To investigate the expression of G protein coupled receptor 120 (GPR120) and G protein coupled receptor 40 (GPR40) and their clinical value as prognostic biomarkers for ovarian cancer patients. Methods The paraffin embedded samples and clinicopathological data of 128 ovarian cancer patients were systematically collected. The expression levels of GPR120 and GPR40 in ovarian cancer samples were detected by immunohistochemistry, and the relationships between expression levels of GPR120 and GPR40 and clinicopathological characteristics of ovarian cancer patients were analyzed. Kaplan-Meier method was used to draw survival curves of patients with high and low expression levels of GPR120 and GPR40, and Cox proportional hazard model were used to analyze predictors of disease free survival (DFS) for ovarian cancer patients. Results The positive rates of GPR120 and GPR40 expression in ovarian cancer samples were 62.5% (80/128) and 56.3% (72/128), respectively. The positive expression rates of GPR120 in patients with FIGO stage Ⅱ — Ⅲ and histology G3 were significantly higher than those in patients with FIGO stage Ⅰ and histology G1—G2, respectively. Similarly, the positive expression rates of GPR40 in FIGO Ⅱ—Ⅲ and histologic G3 patients were significantly higher than those in patients with FIGO Ⅰ and histologic G1—G2, respectively. Survival analysis showed that the 4-year DFS rate of patients with high GPR120 expression was decreased compared with that of patients with low GPR120 expression (56.9% vs. 70.7%, Log-rank χ2 = 5.144, P=0.023). The 4-year DFS rate of patients with high GPR40 expression was significantly lower than that of patients with low GPR40 expression (57.7% vs. 68.4%，Log-rank χ2 = 4.491, P=0.034). The univariate and multivariate Cox regression analysis identified that high GPR120 expression, high GPR40 expression, FIGO stage Ⅱ — Ⅲ and residual disease size ≥ 1 cm were independent prognostic factors for ovarian cancer patients. Conclusion GPR120 and GPR40 are useful biomarkers to predict aggressive features and poor prognosis of ovarian cancer patients, and their dysregulation might be implicated in malignant transformation and cancer progression. To solve the internal and external disturbances in permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM) with parameter variations, modeling error and load uncertainties, a reduced-order extended state observer (RESO) based on composite sliding mode control strategy was proposed. Based on the state space model, a novel RESO was designed to estimate and eliminate the internal and external disturbances with considering the speed signal of PMSM measured by the encoder, and the performance for the RESO was analyzed. The composite sliding mode control method was introduced to design the sliding mode surface and control law for improving the anti-disturbance ability of the whole control system, and the stability of the control strategy was analyzed by Lyapunov method. The hardware-in-the- loop speed control platform of PMSM was built based on the control core of DSP chip TMS320F28335 and the MATLAB control module. The proposed method was simulated and compared with traditional PI and linear active disturbance rejection control methods. The results show that the speed variation of the system with loading can be reduced more than 60% in contrast to traditional system with excellent performance of anti-disturbance and regulation speed.
