Purpose: To conduct research on obtaining data, that ties lithium-ion battery voltage to perturbing effects of current flow, to synthesize accumulator equivalent circuit, to obtain algorithm for calculating element parameters for accumulator equivalent circuit on experimental data basis with subsequent check of the model adequacy. Methods: Prognosing battery work that doesn’t correspond to real one at accumulator equivalent circuit synthesis. Equivalent-circuit models of cells plays a battery state though they do not possess all characteristics of physical model. Results: Algorithm for lithium-ion battery equivalent circuit synthesis has been considered, physical experiment on finding accumulator equivalent circuit parameters was conducted, mathematical model on the research results has been compiled and its adequacy has been confirmed. Practical significance: The pursued study made it possible to work out algorithm for calculating parameters to form the algorithm of lithium-ion battery functional diagnosis.

Purpose: To show horizon to use new kind of public urban transport -autonomous tire tram of Phileas system without guide middle rail and catenarian, with magnetic-electronic steering system application – as more attractive for passengers than regular tram for urban transportations to free city lines from car jams. Methods: Analysis and generalization of work experience of leading enterprises, which exploit given kind of transport, of such countries as Netherlands (Eindhoven, Amsterdam), France (Due), Germany (Cologne), Turkey (Istanbul) as well as South Korea and so on, were held. The analysis of the most progressive constructions, applied in given vehicle, has been fulfilled. Results: Enterprise work experience has proved the feasibility to use tire tram wagons without guide rail for cities but revealed whole series of drawbacks, connected with the imperfections of the work of magnetic-electronic steering system that has whole row of irremovable flaws. Phileas rolling stock has demonstrated itself as insufficiently reliable in exploitation that has led to its gradual premature withdrawal and change with regular articulated buses, i.e. its conversion from a tram to usual BRT system. Practical significance: The use of tire tram autonomous system without guide rail and catenerian has good look-outs in cities but it’s necessary to apply more up-to-date element base for steering with the use of artificial intelligence technology. Phileas transport system has simply got ahead of its time. It’s worth not to refuse from the development of existing classical trams and light transport and the design of their new systems.

The problem of import-substituting components for the support-axial traction drive of an electric train with a wheel diameter of 950 mm is considered. As a result of the analysis, the disadvantages of the drive using foreign components are revealed: a high unsprung mass, which worsens the impact of the crew on the track, the difficulty of providing the required dynamic properties with elastic support of the motor-gear unit on the axle, the complexity of manufacturing and assembling the drive. The inexpediency of copying foreign solutions to create a domestic analogue of a traction drive is established. Variants of technically possible traction drive adapted for domestic production and easier to manufacture are considered. It is proposed to use a traction drive with a high-torque support - frame traction engine, with an increased outer diameter and the same circumferential speed of the rotor and an axial gearbox. It is proved that in this case, due to a decrease in the speed of the drive shaft, the design of the gearbox is simplified, which can be made single-reduction, and it becomes possible to use the developed and studied domestic flat rubber-cord couplings. A new design of the transverse rubber-cord coupling is proposed. For the case of using a domestic high-speed traction electric motor in the drive, it is proposed to use an aggregate-type traction drive. Two utility model patents are obtained for the proposed technical solutions and a patent application is filed.

Objective: To characterize the evolution in functions of passenger transport hubs and to identify their types. To determine the specificities of investment projects for passenger transport hub development. To clarify and classify risks appeared in the projects of passenger transport hub development and to propose mechanism of their distribution amongst projects' participants. Methods: Review and analysis of scientific literature on the development of passenger transport hubs. Comparative analysis of the functionality and features of transport hubs in different countries and cities, systematization of their types. Systematization of risks in passenger transport hub development projects and their classification. Results: It is proved that the development of passenger transport hubs is a necessary condition for urban transport systems effective functioning. The types of passenger transport hubs, operating in large cities, are systemized. The identification of risks arising in the projects of passenger transport hubs development has been carried out, and the features of such projects have been outlined. The mechanism of risk distribution amongst the participants of investment projects for transport passenger hub development is proposed. Practical importance: The necessity of identification and assessment of risks in investment projects of passenger hub development is shown. It’s justified holding measures in the field of risks prevention and assessment. The results obtained may be of interest for governmental agencies as well as private partners financing projects on passenger transport hub development.

Purpose: To review algorithm methodology for the addition of a new material to Qform Heat Treatment Module database with further adequacy assessment of the model by the method of the comparison its microhardness distribution with experimental data. Methods: Technique for the modeling of heat treatment (hardening) of samples from steels 60 and 40Cr in QFORM Heat Treatment software module has been developed. Algorithm for new material addition into software package database with adequacy further assessment for built model by the method of comparison of obtained data on distribution of microhardness over a section while process modeling in Qform with laboratory experiment data is presented. Results: Models of hardness distribution over the diametrical section of hardened cylindrical samples from steel 60 and adapted steel 40X, built into QFORM Heat treatment database. Comparison of modeling results with experimental data on hardness distribution of hardened samples. Practical significance: The results, obtained in this work, represent algorithm for replenishing the database of Qform Heat Treatment Module, created for the purpose to carry out heat treatment procedures for steels and nonferrous alloys. During experiment pursuing, it was established that the model of added to the database material demonstrates adequacy high degree. The expansion of the database of given materials of the given Module will allow its widespread application in the industries which activities are related to heat treatment.

Relevance and goals. Treatment of patients with acute myeloid leukemia has traditionally been highly intensive and includes induction therapy using cytarabine and anathracyclines. In addition to new opportunities in the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia, the problem of toxicity of high-intensity therapy in elderly and young somatically burdened patients is quite acute. International clinical trials of phases I-III demonstrated a combination of high efficacy and acceptable hematological toxicity of combinations of hypomethylating agents and venetoclax in the first line of therapy, as well as in the treatment of resistant forms and relapses of acute myeloid leukemia in the older age group, which contributed to the study of the effectiveness of combinations of hypomethylating agents and venetoclax in the treatment of similar groups of young comorbid patients. In this work, we evaluated the efficiency of a combination of hypomethylating agents and venetoclax and overall and disease-free survival in patients with acute myeloid leukemia in routine practice.Methods. In the period from October 2017 to December 2021 on the basis of the Department of Hematology No. 11 and the Department of Bone Marrow and Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation No. 56 of the Botkin Hospital (Moscow, Russia) 33 patients with acute myeloid leukemia received venetoclax therapy in combination with decitabine or azacitidine: 14 (42%) men and 19 (58%) women, median age was 60 years (23–83 years). In 42% (14 of 33) of cases, the regimen was prescribed for resistant course or relapse of acute myeloid leukemia and in 61% (20 of 33) as induction therapy. Three patients (15%) out of 19 from the group of newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia received this treatment regimen in the first line, taking into account the ECOG status 3-4. By August 2022, 13 (39%) patients are alive, 20 (61%) people have died. Overall survival, the rate of complete remission and complete remission with incomplete recovery, the rate of achieving negativity of minimal residual disease, the frequency of hematological toxicity and infectious complications were assessed. Statistical data processing used: frequency analysis using contingency tables (Fisher's exact test), survival analysis using the Kaplan-Meier method.Results. Complete remission and complete remission with incomplete recovery were achieved in 72.72% (24 of 33) of patients. In the group of primary acute myeloid leukemia, remissions were observed in 80% (16 out of 20) of cases, in the group with resistant course or recurrence of acute myeloid leukemia in 67% (8 out of 12) (p = 0.3). Determination of minimal residual disease by flow cytometry after the 1st course was performed for 54.54% (18 of 33) patients, while negativity was stated in 84.2% (14 of 18 patients) cases. In both groups, the incidence of hematological toxicity and infectious complications are comparable to those according to the literature data. The median follow-up was 9.5 months (1–47). Median overall survival was 39 months, 2-year overall survival was 63%, and overall 4-year survival was 39%. The disease-free survival rate was 33%.Conclusion. The combination of hypomethylating agents and venetoclax showed good efficacy and fairly high overall survival in patients of all age groups, both for primary acute myeloid leukemia and for relapses and resistant forms, regardless of previous therapy. Given the moderate hematological toxicity, as well as the relatively low rates of infectious complications during therapy, including the rather low mortality rates in case of COVID-19 infection in comparison with those on the background of high-intensity courses of therapy for acute myeloid leukemia, this scheme can be widely used not only in patients of the older age group, but also in young comorbid patients.

Purpose: Identification and substantiation of prerequisites for the comprehensive sports dissemination and accessibility at all urban planning levels and recreation network in the architectural and spatial environment. Methodology: Development of the principles of sports facilities. The analysis of types, features and characteristics of the urban environment construction; the nature of communicative connections and their role in the organization of public sports areas. The algorithm is proposed for the construction of sports areas in the urban environment as a means of social integration into the culture. Originality: Modern requirements for a comfortable stay of recreants are considered using the principles of sustainability, adaptability, uniqueness. Practical implications: The proposed urban environment will attract the attention of citizens to sports and improve the social environment.
