The main purpose of the research is to find a mathematical model describing the behaviour of self-compacting concrete SCC produced from local raw materials only by using mathematical analysis and experimental test results. Three mixtures of SCC were produced: the mixtures with a cement quantity of (550 kg/m3) had been shown satisfying results in the fresh and hardened states and an increase in compression strength up to (12%) and a decrease in the W/C ratio to (13%) compared to the reference samples. The stress-strain (σ,ε) curve was measured for them and compared with the reference curves. The results showed incomplete similarity and the convergence of the curves reaching up to (80%). The closest curve that describes the case is the "POPOVICS" curve with its ascending part and the European Code "EURO-CEB" curve with its descending part. To avoid the presence of two completely different mathematical equations describing the (σ,ε) curves for the SCC made of local materials, a mathematical equation was derived that has one general form, for the two parts of the ascending-descending curve. A direct mathematical calculation and find (σ,ε) curve has been done which accurately describes the behavior of the SCC whatever the quantity of cement.

Aim: The present study aimed at investigating the prevalence of Obsessive-compulsive personality disorder (OCPD) and the association between OCPD and burnout among family medicine residents in cluster two hospitals in Riyadh city, Saudi Arabia. Method: This was a cross-sectional study over a sample of 114 family medicine residents from hospitals at cluster two in Riyadh city. A self-administered survey consisting of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders; (DSM-5 criteria) questionnaire for OCPD and Maslach Burnout Inventory- (MBI) were distributed over the participating family medicine residents. Results: The findings of the study indicated that OCPD was prevalent among 22.8% (n=26) of the enrolled family medicine residents. In addition, it was found that high emotional exhaustion, high depersonalization and low professional accomplishment were prevalent among 33.4% (n=38), 57% (n=65) and 93% (n=106), respectively. In addition, the study found that there was a significant association between OCPD and emotional exhaustion (p < 0.001), depersonalization (p < 0.001) and professional accomplishment (p < 0.001). Conclusion: The study concluded that there is a significant prevalence of OCPD among family medicine residents in cluster two hospitals in Riyadh city, Saudi Arabia. In addition, the study concluded that OCPD is significantly associated with burnout. The study recommended reviewing the educational and professional content of the residency program taking into consideration the mental health aspects of the family medicine residents and to perform periodical mental health assessment tests for the family medicine residents in Saudi Arabia.

To assess the knowledge and perception of artificial intelligence (AI) among radiology residents across Saudi Arabia and assess their interest in learning about AI.An observational cross-sectional study carried out among radiology residents enrolled in the Saudi Board of Radiology, Saudi Arabia. An anonymized, self-administered questionnaire was distributed in April 2020 and responses were collected until July 2020.A total of 154 residents filled the questionnaire. The top 3 aspects of AI participants wanted to learn were: clinical use of AI applications, advantages and limitations of AI applications, and technical methods. Approximately 43.5% of participants did not expect AI to affect job positions, while 42% anticipated that job positions will decrease. Approximately 53% expected a reduction in reporting workload, while 28% expected an increase in workload.Currently, the exposure of radiologists to the use of AI is inadequate. It is imperative that AI is introduced to radiology trainees and that radiologists stay updated with advances in AI to be more knowledgeable on how to benefit from it.

Earth materials have been used in construction as safe, healthy and environmentally sustainable. It is often challenging to develop an optimum soil mix because of the significant variations in soil properties from one soil to another. The current study analyzed the soil properties, including the grain size distribution, Atterberg limits, compaction characteristics, etc., using multilinear regression (MLR) and artificial neural networks (ANN). Data collected from previous studies (i.e., 488 cases) for stabilized (with either cement or lime) and unstabilized soils were considered and analyzed. Missing data were estimated by correlations reported in previous studies. Then, different ANNs were designed (trained and validated) using Levenberg-Marquardt (L-M) algorithms. Using the MLR, several models were developed to estimate the compressive strength of both unstabilized and stabilized soils with a Pearson Coefficient of Correlation (R2) equal to 0.2227 and 0.766, respectively. On the other hand, developed ANNs gave a higher value for R2 than MLR (with the highest value achieved at 0.9883). Thereafter, an experimental program was carried out to validate the results achieved in this study. Finally, a sensitivity analysis was carried out using the resulting networks to assess the effect of different soil properties on the unconfined compressive strength (UCS). Moreover, suitable recommendations for earth materials mixes were presented.

Fermented soymilk (soymilk yogurt) was made by fermenting soymilk with five probiotic bacterial strains (Lactobacillus plantarum ATCC 14917, Lactobacillus casei DSM 20011, Lactobacillus acidophilus ATCC 20552, Lactococcus thermophilus DSM 20259, and Bifidobacterium longum B41409) that were used as monocultures and combined with them as consortia cultures. Seven pathogenic strains, E. coli O157H7, S. aureus As4, S. typhimurium As3, S. shigae As2, L. monocytogenes As1, P. aeruginosa ATCC 27853, and B. cereus Dsmz 345, were used to study the antibacterial activity of fermented soymilk by agar well diffusion assay. Results indicated that Gram-negative pathogenesis was more sensitive to probiotic cultures than Gram-positive pathogenesis. E. coli O15H7, S. typhimirium As3, and Shigella shigae As2 were more sensitive to probiotic cultures, presenting inhibition zone diameters (IZA) ranging from 10 to 20 mm, 12 to 16 mm, and 10 to 16 mm, respectively. At the same time, P. aeruginosa Atcc 27853 showed the lowest (IZA), ranging from 3 mm to 8 mm. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) were determined at various concentrations of soymilk fermented by T1, T4, and T5, ranging from 0.031 mg/mL to 1 mg/mL against pathogenic bacterial strains. The sensory properties of FSM were evaluated, and sensory analysis during soymilk fermentation showed significant improvement. The effect of shelf life (storage period) on FSM quality and properties was evaluated; during shelf life (storage period), FSM saved its properties and quality after 28 days of cold storage. Finally, it was stated that the soymilk yogurt can be used as a substitute for buffalo and cow milk for therapeutic feeding in the future.

Larsens syndrome is a rare genetic disorder characterized by multiple joint dislocations, abnormal facial features, and ligamentous laxity.Dislocation can involve Hips, knees, elbows, and other joints. it was first described by Larsen et al in 1950 [1]. Pierre Robin sequence is another rare congenital birth defect That is characterized by microganthia, glossoptosis and cleft palate which can lead to variety of functional abnormalities including feeding , breathing and hearing [2,3]. Here is a case report of a14-month-old child with Larsens syndrome who presented late with multiple joints dislocation including (elbow, hips, knees, and ankle), and failed management of knee dislocation.
