The rapid, accurate estimation of leaf nitrogen content (LNC) and plant nitrogen content (PNC) in cotton in a non-destructive way is of great significance to the nutrient management of cotton fields. The RGB images of cotton fields in Shihezi (China) were obtained by using a low-cost unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) with a visible-light digital camera. Combined with the data of LNC and PNC in different growth stages, the correlation between N content and visible light vegetation indices (VIs) was analyzed, and then the Random Forest (RF), Support Vector Machine (SVM), Back Propagation Neural Network (BP), and stepwise multiple linear regression (SMLR) were used to develop N content estimation models at different growth stages. The accuracy of the estimation model was assessed by coefficient of determination (R2), root mean squared error (RMSE), and relative root mean square error (rRMSE), so as to determine the optimal estimated growth stage and the best model. The results showed that the correlation between VIs and LNC was stronger than that between PNC, and the estimation accuracy of different models decreased continuously with the development of growth stages, with higher estimation accuracy in the peak squaring stage. Among the four algorithms, the best accuracy (R2 = 0.9001, RMSE = 1.2309, rRMSE = 2.46% for model establishment, and R2 = 0.8782, RMSE = 1.3877, rRMSE = 2.82% for model validation) was obtained when applying RF at the peak squaring stage. The LNC model for whole growth stages could be used in the later growth stage due to its higher accuracy. The results of this study showed that there is a potential for using an affordable and non-destructive UAV-based digital system to produce predicted LNC content maps that are representative of the current field nitrogen status. To investigate the relationship between the personality traits, emotional stability and mental health state of students in vocational and technical colleges of art under epidemic prevention and control based on latent trait–state theory.Methods: Using the stratified sampling method, we selected 1569 students in vocational and technical colleges of art as research subjects. From 1 April 2022 to 5 April 2022, we conducted an online survey using the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (Adult Edition) (EPQA), Emotional Stability Self-Test Scale and University Personality Inventory (UPI) to analyse the relationship between the traits, emotional stability and mental health of students in vocational and technical colleges of art.Results: For the EPQA personality traits, boys had lower extraversion and introversion scores than girls (47.71 ± 11.23 vs 49.06 ± 10.74, p = 0.021). In terms of mental health, boys had lower scores than girls (12.20 ± 12.73 vs 14.64 ± 11.85, p< 0.001). There were significant grade differences in psychoticism and total mental health scores in terms of EPQA personality traits (P < 0.01). There were significant associations between all dimensions of personality traits, emotional stability and mental health (r = 0.68, 0.62, p < 0.01). Emotional stability plays a partial mediating role in the effects of neuroticism on mental health.Conclusion: There is a close relationship between personality traits, emotional stability and mental health. Under the condition of epidemic prevention and control, strengthening the management of the self-emotional stability of students in vocational and technical colleges of art is helpful in improving students' mental health. Named entity identification is an important step in building a knowledge graph of the grid domain, which contains a certain number of nested entities. To address the issue of nested entities in the Chinese power dispatching domain's named entity recognition, we propose a RoBERTa-Attention-FL model. This model effectively recognizes nested entities using the span representation annotation method. We extract the output values from RoBERTa's middle 4–10 layers, obtain syntactic information from the Transformer Encoder layers via the multi-head self-attention mechanism, and integrate it with deep semantic information output from RoBERTa's last layer. During training, we use Focal Loss to mitigate the sample imbalance problem. To evaluate the model's performance, we construct named entity recognition datasets for flat and nested entities in the power dispatching domain annotated with actual power operation data, and conduct experiments. The results indicate that compared to the baseline model, the RoBERTa-Attention-FL model significantly improves recognition performance, increasing the F1-score by 4.28% to 90.35%, with an accuracy rate of 92.53% and a recall rate of 88.12%. In the present study, two effective methods, the Exp-function method and He's frequency formulation, are employed to investigate the dynamic behaviors of the (3+1)-dimensional Boiti–Leon–Manna–Pempinelli equation, which is used widely to describe the incompressible fluid. A variety of the wave structures, including the dark wave, bright-dark wave and periodic wave solutions, are successfully constructed. Compared with the results attained by the methods, the obtained solutions are all new and have not been presented in the other literature. The diverse wave structures of the solutions are presented through numerical results in the form of three-dimensional plots and two-dimensional curves. Weather index insurance with the advantages of transparent information, convenient claim and settlement strong secondary market liquidity is an effective method to diversify agricultural risks, compared with traditional agricultural insurance products. However, the disaster mechanism of crops that are often affected by multiple hazards together during their growth process is very complex. Accurately constructing the correlation relationship model among multiple weather indices and between weather index and yield per unit area of agricultural products, expanding the underwriting liability of weather index insurance are important to reduce the basis risk, reasonably design weather index insurance and transfer the risk of agricultural weather disasters. In this study, based on the precipitation and temperature data of 24 years of day-by-day from 1995 to 2018 from the national meteorological network, a three-dimensional nested Copula model and a conditional mixed three-dimensional Copula model among precipitation, temperature and yield per unit area had been constructed for kiwifruit in Meixian county, Shaanxi province. The relationship between the three variables was simulated using the conditional mixed three-dimensional Copula model with higher simulation accuracy by comparing the error and the pure rate of composite weather index insurance was determined. The results showed that the pure insurance rate was 10.07% at 70% coverage level for a payout under the conditions of cumulative precipitation below 423.2mm and average daily maximum temperature above 26.40 °C from May to September. This study explored the cross-influence of high temperature and drought weather on the unit yield loss of kiwifruit and better clarified the correlation among high temperature, drought and kiwifruit yields, which could reduce the basis risk to a certain extent, improve the agricultural weather index insurance system, provide a new idea and method for the design of composite weather index insurance products, and contribute to the promotion and application of weather index insurance. Gastrodin (Gas) has exhibited protective activity in neurological disorders. Here, we investigated the neuroprotective effect and potential mechanisms of Gas against cognitive impairment via regulating gut microbiota. APPswe/PSEN1dE9 transgenic (APP/PS1) mice were treated intragastrically with Gas for 4 weeks, and then cognitive deficits, deposits of amyloid-β (Aβ) and phosphorylation of tau were analyzed. The expression levels of insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) pathway-related proteins, such as cAMP response element-binding protein (CREB), were detected. Meanwhile, gut microbiota composition was evaluated. Our results showed that Gas treatment significantly improved cognitive deficits and Aβ deposition in APP/PS1 mice. Moreover, Gas treatment increased the level of Bcl-2 and decreased level of Bax and ultimately inhibited neuronal apoptosis. Gas treatment markedly increased the expression levels of IGF-1 and CREB in APP/PS1 mice. Moreover, Gas treatment improved abnormal composition and structure of gut microbiota in APP/PS1 mice. These findings revealed that Gas actively participated in regulating the IGF-1 pathway to inhibit neuronal apoptosis via the gut–brain axis and that it can be considered a new therapeutic strategy against Alzheimer's disease. Introduction: Invasive pulmonary aspergillosis (IPA) is a common infection in intensive care units (ICUs). There are no consensus criteria for defining IPA in the ICU. We aimed to compare the diagnosis and prognosis performances of three criteria (the 2020 EORTC/MSG criteria, the 2021 EORTC/MSG ICU criteria, the modified AspICU criteria (M-AspICU)) for IPA in the ICU. Methods: In this retrospective study from our single center, we applied the three different criteria for IPA in patients with suspected pneumonia and undergoing at least one mycological test between November 10, 2016 and November 10, 2021. We compared the diagnosis agreement and prognosis performances of these three criteria in the ICU. Results: Overall, 2403 patients were included. The rates of IPA according to the 2020 EORTC/MSG, 2021 EORTC/MSG ICU, and M-AspICU were 3.37%, 6.53%, and 23.10%, respectively. Diagnostic agreement among these criteria was poor (Cohen's kappa 0.208–0.666). IPA diagnosed by either the 2020 EORTC/MSG (odds ratio = 2.709, P < 0.001) or the 2021 EORTC/MSG ICU (odds ratio = 2.086, P = 0.001) criteria was independently associated with 28-day mortality. IPA diagnosed by M-AspICU is an independent risk factor of 28-day mortality (odds ratio = 1.431, P = 0.031) when excluding patients who fulfilled neither host criteria nor radiological factors of 2021 EORTC/MSG ICU. Conclusions: Although M-AspICU criteria have the highest "sensitivity", IPA diagnosed by M-AspICU was not an independent risk factor of 28-day mortality. α-Terpineol, a monocyclic monoterpenoid tertiary alcohol with lilac-like aroma, is found in a variety of plant essential oils. Current research has revealed that α-terpineol has a varied range of biological activities including antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, anticancer, analgesic, gastroprotective, cardioprotective, neuroprotective, and antidiarrheal effects. These beneficial activities of α-terpineol coupled with its unique aroma and safety offer the possibility of incorporating this compound into food, cosmetic, non-cosmetic, medical, agricultural, and chemical industries. Hence, this paper summarizes the sources and production of α-terpineol, and focuses on the biological properties so far described for α-terpineol and its mechanism of action. Furthermore, the safety of α-terpineol, industrial applications and directions for future α-terpineol research are discussed. The integrated microbiome microbial agent ( referred to as integrated microbial agent) was a soil remediation agent produced by using the pig litter of microbial fermentation bed for raising pigs for about one year as the base material, which contained multiple functional microbiomes. The effects of different concentrations of the integrated microbial agent extract on the germination of watermelon seeds were studied by using the filter paper germination method. The results showed that: the extract solution of the integrated microbial agent had significant inhibitory effect on the germination of watermelon seeds. When the addition amount was 5%, the germination rate was 53. 33%, the germination index (7. 02) and seed vigor index (241. 05) were significantly lower than those of the two control groups (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the radicle growth (34.54 mm) between the two control groups (34.56 mm and 0.20 mm) (P<0.05). With the increase of the addition amount, the germination rate, radicle length, germination index and seed vigor index showed a downward trend. Through the pot experiment, the control effects of different proportions of addition amount of the integrated microbial agents on the plant growth of watermelon and wilt disease were studied. The results showed that :The results showed that: when the addition amount of integrated microbial agent was 10%, the root length and plant height were increased by 40. 82% and 45. 34%, respectively. compared with the old substrate, and the growth promotion effect was the most significant (P<0. 05), and the control effect on watermelon fusarium wilt was 66. 67%. When the addition amount of integrated microbial agent was more than 20%, the root length and plant height decreased by 10. 21 % and 3. 97%, respectively, compared with the old substrate, and the inhibitory effect was significant (P<0. 05). According to the results of the experiment, it was suggested that the integrated microbial agent could be applied to the roots of watermelon during the planting process, and the addition amount should be controlled below 10%, Then, the ideal control effect on fusarium wilt could be achieved by combining with other measures such as the disease control agents. Background: Tissue oxygen saturation (StO2) decrease could appear earlier than lactate alteration. However, the correlation between StO2 and lactate clearance was unknown. Methods: This was a prospective observational study. All consecutive patients with circulatory shock and lactate over 3 mmol/L were included. Based on the rule of nines, a BSA (body surface area) weighted StO2 was calculated from four sites of StO2 (masseter, deltoid, thenar and knee). The formulation was as follows: masseter StO2 × 9% + (deltoid StO2 + thenar StO2) × (18% + 27%)/ 2 + knee StO2 × 46%. Vital signs, blood lactate, arterial and central venous blood gas were measured simultaneously within 48 h of ICU admission. The predictive value of BSA-weighted StO2 on 6-hour lactate clearance > 10% since StO2 initially monitored was assessed. Results: A total of 34 patients were included, of whom 19 (55.9%) had a lactate clearance higher than 10%. The mean SOFA score was lower in cLac ≥ 10% group compared with cLac < 10% group (11 ± 3 vs. 15 ± 4, p = 0.007). Other baseline characteristics were comparable between groups. Compared to non-clearance group, StO2 in deltoid, thenar and knee were significantly higher in clearance group. The area under the receiver operating curves (AUROC) of BSA-weighted StO2 for prediction of lactate clearance (0.92, 95% CI [Confidence Interval] 0.82-1.00) was significantly higher than StO2 of masseter (0.65, 95% CI 0.45–0.84; p < 0.01), deltoid (0.77, 95% CI 0.60–0.94; p = 0.04), thenar (0.72, 95% CI 0.55–0.90; p = 0.01), and similar to knee (0.87, 0.73-1.00; p = 0.40), mean StO2 (0.85, 0.73–0.98; p = 0.09). Additionally, BSA-weighted StO2 model had continuous net reclassification improvement (NRI) over the knee StO2 and mean StO2 model (continuous NRI 48.1% and 90.2%, respectively). The AUROC of BSA-weighted StO2 was 0.91(95% CI 0.75-1.0) adjusted by mean arterial pressure and norepinephrine dose. Post‐polymerization modification (PPM) offers a versatile approach for engineering multifunctional polymers, but this advantage has not been fully exploited to fabricate multifunctional liquid crystal polymers (LCPs). Here, we design a facile synthetic approach towards multifunctional LCP by combining the ring‐opening metathesis polymerization (ROMP) with PPM, in which ROMP helps to prepare a reactive LCP precursor with high molecular weight, and PPM provides a facilitation to introduce functional groups into the precursor. Consequently, a photo‐ and humidity‐responsive linear LCP (LLCP) is demonstrated to show the potential of this synthetic strategy to diversify functions of the LCPs. Under light irradiation and humidity changes, the deformation modes of the LLCP films are converted to complex shapes (bending, twisting, and curling). The obtained dual‐responsive LLCP with high molecular weight possesses excellent processability and recyclability, making it possible to construct 3D shape actuators with programmable deformation behaviors under light/humidity. The study used mixed plants such as Purslane and Tartary buckwheat as substrates, to investigate the effect of fermented Chinese medicine liquid on serum biochemical indexes and pathological morphology of kidney and ankle synovium in gouty arthritis rats. Sixty male Kunming rats were randomly divided into six groups, with 10 rats in each group by using UPLC-MC/MC technique. The rats in blank control group were fed with normal diet, and the other groups were fed with 2% potassium oxazinate combined with 12% yeast paste special diet. After 4 w, blank control group and model control group were intragastrically given normal saline, and low concentration fermentation solution group, medium concentration fermentation solution group and high concentration fermentation solution group were intragastrically given 20%, 40% and 60% fermented Chinese medicine liquid, respectively, with the intragastrically given 16 mL/kg. The experiment lasted for 3 w. The results showed that there were 55 kinds of flavonoids in the fermentation broth, the relative content of which accounted for 15.39%. In animal experiments, compared with model control group, serum UA, BUN, Cr and TNF- α content of rats in high concentration fermentation liquid group were extremely decreased (P<0.01). The histopathologic sections of synovium of kidney and ankle showed that fermented Chinese medicine liquid could improve the injury of kidney tissue and ankle inflammation in rats with gouty arthritis. The study indicates that fermented Chinese medicine liquid has a certain protective effect on kidney injury caused by high uric acid, and has a certain antiinflammatory effect on rats with gouty arthritis, and the effect of high concentration is the most obvious. This paper presents the seismic behavior of a precast concrete frame with buckling-restrained braces (BRBs-PC frame) and analyzes the structural failure mode caused by the horizontal force of BRBs. Two half-scale PC frames, with and without BRBs, were designed and tested using a pseudo-static test. During the test, the BRBs-PC frame exhibited a failure mode of beam-hinge with BRBs. When the BRBs-PC frame yielded, the ratio of the BRB's energy dissipation to total energy dissipation was 65%. Cracks appeared on the column's superimposed surfaces. A base medium system, generated from a synergistic reaction between Cs2 CO3 and t -BuOK, has been used for the direct carboxylation of imidazoles with CO2 in good yield. Oxygen- and thia-heterocyclic arenes also undergo the carboxylation with CO2 with the same reactivity. Density functional theory calculations show that construction of t -BuOCs in situ is an endothermic process of 38.31 kJ/mol. t -BuOCs can promote the deprotonation of substrates by forming an active C–Cs bond via a rather low HOMO (t -BuOCs)–LUMO (imidazole) gap of 0.28 eV, which favors the electrophilic insertion of CO2 by releasing 94.13 kJ/mol of heat. Intervertebral disc degeneration (IVDD)‐induced lower back pain (LBP) is a common problem worldwide. The underlying mechanism is partially accredited to ferroptosis, based on sequencing analyses of IVDD patients from the gene expression omnibus (GEO) databases. In this study, it is shown that polydopamine nanoparticles (PDA NPs) inhibit oxidative stress‐induced ferroptosis in nucleus pulposus (NP) cells in vitro. PDA NPs scavenge reactive oxygen species (ROS), chelate Fe2+ to mitigate iron overload, and regulate the expression of iron storage proteins such as ferritin heavy chain (FHC), ferritin, and transferrin receptor (TFR). More importantly, PDA NPs co‐localize with glutathione peroxidase 4 (GPX4) around the mitochondria and suppress ubiquitin‐mediated degradation, which in turn exerts a protective function via the transformation and clearance of phospholipid hydroperoxides. PDA NPs further down‐regulate malondialdehyde (MDA) and lipid peroxide (LPO) production; thus, antagonizing ferroptosis in NP cells. Moreover, PDA NPs effectively rescue puncture‐induced degeneration in vivo by targeting ferroptosis and inhibiting GPX4 ubiquitination, resulting in the upregulation of antioxidant pathways. Voice assistants (VA) have become prevalent on a wide range of personal devices such as smartphones and smart speakers. As companies build voice assistants with extra functionalities, attacks that trick a voice assistant into performing malicious behaviors can pose a significant threat to a user's security, privacy, and even safety. However, the diverse attacks and stand-alone defenses in the literature often lack a systematic perspective, making it challenging for designers to properly identify, understand, and mitigate the security threats against voice assistants. To overcome this problem, this article provides a thorough survey of the attacks and countermeasures for voice assistants. We systematize a broad category of relevant but seemingly unrelated attacks by the vulnerable system components and attack methods, and categorize existing countermeasures based on the defensive strategies from a system designer's perspective. To assist designers in planning defense based on their demands, we provide a qualitative comparison of existing countermeasures by the implementation cost, usability, and security and propose practical suggestions. In the process of revegetation of degraded grassland by pneumatic seed sprayer, the working parameters of the sprayer, such as the position of the sprayer and the air velocity of the inlet of the sprayer, have an impact on the uniformity of spraying. In this paper, 4BQD-40C pneumatic sprayer is taken as the research object. The influence of the compensation mechanism on the airflow velocity at the inlet of the barrel nozzle and the spraying quality is analyzed. The conclusions show that: (1) The planting trajectory of the sprayer inlet compensation mechanism is analyzed, and the planting trajectory equation is obtained, which lays a foundation for subsequent research. (2) The influence law of the opening height on the inlet airflow velocity of the nozzle is obtained, and the drop trajectory is adjusted by adjusting the inlet airflow velocity of the nozzle, and the area of the missed seeding area is reduced. (3) The time points of opening height adjustment and reset of the compensation mechanism in one cycle were obtained. At the same time, there is a lag time t1 due to changing the seed drop trajectory by adjusting the nozzle inlet airflow velocity. Due to this lag time, the compensation mechanism can be used to change the seed drop trajectory when the swing frequency is less than 7.3 min-1 to achieve optimization of the reseeded and missed seeding areas. The rapid and accurate detection of alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) levels is of great significance for the diagnosis and later treatment evaluation of liver cancer. In this study, a novel integrated quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) immunosensor based on the design to contact liquids on one side only was developed for the label-free detection of AFP. Anti-AFP mouse monoclonal antibodies were immobilized onto the upper electrode surface of the pre-treatment crystals using the staphylococcus aureus protein A. The AFP antigens in human serum were captured by specific surface-coated antibodies, and testing was carried out by monitoring the corresponding changes in frequency. The concentration range of the antigen detected was 13–760 ng/mL. The frequency characteristics of the process of antibody immobilization were investigated in detail, and high reproducibility of AFP antibody immobilization was achieved (standard deviation (SD) = 2.2 Hz). The developed QCM measurement system demonstrated a short test time (only 30 min), good reproducibility (the biological activity can still maintain more than 90% of the first test till it is reused five times), and accuracy as good as the one achieved with the radioimmunoassay (the maximum relative deviation = 4.8%). The designed QCM test system can easily and quickly detect AFP concentrations up to 760 ng/mL, indicating that the developed QCM assay is likely to lead to an alternative approach in large-scale screening for liver cancer in the near future. This study considers a simple repairable queuing system and proposes an innovative condition-based maintenance (CBM) model for the service facility of the system. The proposed CBM model uses an X/T control chart to simultaneously monitor the frequency and severity of facility failures, and based on the monitoring results, it determines the maintenance action that should be taken when a failure occurs. A continuous-time Markov chains (CTMC) is used to describe the state transition of this repairable queuing system and construct an optimization model. Based on this optimization model, the upper control limit of the X/T control chart and preventive maintenance rate are jointly determined to ensure customer service quality and minimize maintenance costs. The proposed CBM model is compared with the maintenance model without X/T control charts in terms of maintenance cost and service quality. Background: An optimal method for digestive tract reconstruction (DTR) in laparoscopic radical resection of Siewert type II adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction (AEG) has not yet been standardized. The aim of this study was to evaluate the safety and feasibility of a hand-sewn esophagojejunostomy (EJ) technique during transthoracic single-port assisted laparoscopic esophagogastrectomy (TSLE) for Siewert type II AEG with esophageal invasion > 3 cm. Methods: The perioperative clinical data and short-term outcomes for patients who underwent TSLE using hand-sewn EJ for Siewert type II AEG with esophageal invasion > 3 cm between March 2019 and April 2022 have been retrospectively reviewed. Results: A total of 25 patients were eligible. All 25 patients were successfully operated. None was converted to open surgery or mortality. 84.00% of patients were male and 16.00% were female. The mean age, body mass index (BMI), and the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) score were 67.88 ± 8.10 years, 21.30 ± 2.80 kg/m2, and 2.08, respectively. The average incorporated operative and hand-sewn EJ procedural times were 274.92 ± 57.46 and 23.36 ± 3.00 min, respectively. The length of extracorporeal esophageal involvement and proximal margin was 3.31 ± 0.26 cm and 3.12 ± 0.12 cm, respectively. The average time for the first oral feeding and hospital stay were 6 (3–14) and 7 (3–18) days, respectively. Two patients (8.00%) developed postoperative grade IIIa complications according to the Clavien–Dindo classification, including 1 case of pleural effusion and 1 case of anastomotic leakage, both of whom were cured by puncture drainage. Conclusion: Hand-sewn EJ in TSLE is safe and feasible for Siewert type II AEG. Background Considerable evidence showed that repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) can improve standing balance and walking performance in older adults with age-related neurological disorders. We here thus completed a systematic review and meta-analysis to quantitatively examine such benefits of rTMS. Methods A search strategy based on the PICOS principle was used to obtain the literature in 4 databases. The screening and assessments of quality and risk of bias in the included studies were independently completed by 2 researchers. Outcomes included scales related to standing balance, Timed Up and Go (TUG) time, and walking speed/time/distance. Results Twenty-three studies consisting of 532 participants were included, and the meta-analysis was completed on 21 of these studies. The study quality was good. Compared to control, rTMS induced both short-term (≤3 days after last intervention session) and long-term (≥1 month following last intervention session) significant improvements in balance scales (eg, Berg Balance Scale), TUG time, and walking speed/time/distance (short-term: standardized mean difference [SMD] = 0.26–0.34, 95% confidence interval [CI] = 0.05–0.62; long-term: SMD = 0.40–0.47, 95% CI = 0.04–0.79) for both PD and stroke cohorts. Subgroup analyses suggested that greater than 9 sessions of high-frequency rTMS targeting primary motor cortex with greater than 3 000 pulses/wk can maximize such benefits. Only a few mild-to-moderate adverse events/side effects were reported, which were similar between rTMS and control group. Conclusion The results suggest that rTMS holds promise to improve balance and walking performance in older adults with age-related neurological disorders. Objective: Polo‐like kinase 1 (PLK1), a serine/threonine‐protein kinase, functions as a potent oncogene in the initiation and progression of tumor. The aim of this study is to assess potential correlations between PLK1 expression and immune infiltration in breast cancer (BRCA) and construct a PLK1‐based immune risk model applicable for prognosis and treatment response prediction in BRCA. Methods: We collected data on PLK1 gene expression in BRCA patients from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database. Thereafter, we analyzed the associations of PLK1 expression with immune cell infiltration and immunomodulators, and established a prognostic risk model based on seven PLK1‐associated immunomodulator genes and a nomogram for survival prediction. Results: BRCA prognosis, clinical stage progression, and tumor classification were all shown to be substantially correlated with PLK1 expression. The PLK1 gene was significantly enriched in T cell and B cell receptors and molecules of the chemokine signaling pathways. Specifically, PLK1 expression was positively correlated with the CD8+ T cell and regulatory T cell (Tregs) activation and negatively correlated with M2 macrophage infiltration. The seven‐genes‐based risk model could serve as an independent prognostic factor of BRCA. The risk model was markedly correlated with the expression of programmed cell death protein 1/programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD‐1/PD‐L1; both p < 0.001) immune checkpoints, and tumor mutation burden (TMB). High‐ and low‐risk BRCA patients identified by the risk model responded differently to anti‐PD‐1 and/or anti‐CTLA4 therapy, as well as common chemotherapy drugs, like cisplatin, paclitaxel, and gemcitabine. Conclusion: This PLK1‐based immune risk model can effectively predict the prognosis and tumor progression of BRCA, identify gene mutations, and evaluate patient's response toward immunotherapy and chemotherapy regimens. Camellia oleifera is the native economic edible oil tree in China and anthracnose occurs commonly in its producing areas. We previously found that ubiquitin-like CfAtg8-related autophagy is essential for the pathogenicity of Colletotrichum fructicola, the major pathogen of anthracnose on C. oleifera. The aim of this study is to further elucidate the roles of autophagy in the pathogenesis of C. fructicola. Based on BLAST_P analysis and reverse genetics, we identified the central hub of another ubiquitin-like system, CfAtg5, and characterized its functions in C. fructicola. As suspected, we found that CfAtg5 is required for autophagy, both in MM-N and H2O2 induction conditions. Targeted gene deletion of CfATG5 revealed that CfAtg5 is involved in growth and conidiation. We further found that the ∆Cfatg5 mutant is defective in appressorium formation and in responses to cell wall integrity and oxidative stresses. The combined effects, together with the abolished autophagy, result in the pathogenicity defects of the ∆Cfatg5 mutant. Our study further illustrates the importance of normal autophagy in the physiology and pathogenicity of C. fructicola, and offers a potential target in the development of new anthracnose control strategies. Smart services are expected to solve the dilemma of development and emission reduction, but there is still no conclusive evidence on whether and how they work. This article aims to explore the relationship between smart services and sustainable green transformation and the effect mechanism. To achieve this goal, a text mining analysis is performed to assess 970 Chinese listed manufacturing enterprises' smart services development; a regression analysis is then conducted. The results show that smart services have a significant positive impact on the quality and quantity of green innovation, especially for heavily polluting enterprises. The substitution of technology and labor for capital, as well as the upgrading of human resource quality, are effective mechanisms. Smart services can assist as a management strategic tool to balance environmental protection and development, but such an effect fails to work in areas not covered by new infrastructure and is weaker for private enterprises. Objective. This study was designed to investigate the effect of endocrine metabolic factors on hemocyte parameters, tumor markers, and blood electrolytes in patients with hyperglycemia. Methods. In this study, 1791 patients with hyperglycemia were recruited and grouped according to different testing indexes, and their medical records and laboratory indexes were recorded and analyzed. Results. In adult patients with hyperglycemia, we found that high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) was negatively correlated with white blood cell (WBC) and could exert an effect on WBC; triglyceride (TG) level was positively associated with lymphocyte (LYM#); age, TG, and P affected the level of LYM#; and uric acid (UA) level was positively related to eosinophil (EO#). Besides, age was positively correlated with red blood cell distribution width-coefficient of variation (RDW-CV) level; fasting blood glucose (FBG) and serum phosphorus (P) were negatively correlated with RDW-CV level; and age, creatinine (Cre), FBG, HDL-C, and P were influencing factors of RDW-CV level in adult hyperglycemic patients. HDL-C was negatively correlated with fibrinogen (Fib) level, and age, HDL-C, serum kalium (K), serum sodium (Na), and body mass index (BMI) were the influencing factors of Fib levels. TG was positively associated with neuron-specific enolase (NSE) level and affected the NSE level. Serum magnesium (Mg) was negatively related to carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) level, and sex, age, FBG, Mg, and BMI could have an effect on CEA level. As well, age and FBG were positively associated with carbohydrate antigen 50 (CA50) levels, UA was negatively correlated with CA50 levels, and age, aspartate aminotransferase (AST), UA, and FBG were the influencing factors of CA50 levels. FBG was negatively related to Mg levels; K, serum zinc (Zn), and fasting C-peptide (C-P) were positively correlated with Mg levels; and FBG, K, Zn, and C-P had an effect on Mg levels. Conclusion. We conducted a scoping review to identify and describe trends in the use of social media images as data sources to inform social science research in published articles from 2015 to 2019. The identified trends include the following: (1) there is increasing interest in social media images as research data, especially in disciplines like sociology, cultural studies, communication and environmental studies; (2) the photo sample size is often smaller than that is typically used in text-based social media analysis and usually is collected manually; (3) thematic coding, object recognition and narrative analysis are the most popular analysis methods that are often conducted manually; (4) computer vision and machine-learning technologies have been increasingly but still infrequently used and are not fit for all purposes; and (5) relatively few papers mention ethics and privacy issues, or apply strategies to address ethical issues. Rationale: Sepsis is a severe inflammatory response to infection that leads to long-lasting cognitive impairment and depression after resolution. The lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced endotoxaemia model is a well-established model of gram-negative bacterial infection and recapitulates the clinical characteristics of sepsis. However, whether LPS-induced endotoxaemia during adolescence can modulate depressive and anxiety-like behaviours in adulthood remains unclear. Objectives: To determine whether LPS-induced endotoxaemia in adolescence can modulate the stress vulnerability to depressive and anxiety-like behaviours in adulthood and explore the underlying molecular mechanisms. Methods: Quantitative real-time PCR was used to measure inflammatory cytokine expression in the brain. A stress vulnerability model was established by exposure to subthreshold social defeat stress (SSDS), and depressive- and anxiety-like behaviours were evaluated by the social interaction test (SIT), sucrose preference test (SPT), tail suspension test (TST), force swimming test (FST), elevated plus-maze (EPM) test, and open field test (OFT). Western blotting was used to measure Nrf2 and BDNF expression levels in the brain. Results: Our results showed that inflammation occurred in the brain 24 h after the induction of LPS-induced endotoxaemia at P21 but resolved in adulthood. Furthermore, LPS-induced endotoxaemia during adolescence promoted the inflammatory response and the stress vulnerability after SSDS during adulthood. Notably, the expression levels of nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 (Nrf2) and BDNF in the mPFC were decreased after SSDS exposure in mice treated with LPS during adolescence. Activation of the Nrf2-BDNF signalling pathway by sulforaphane (SFN), an Nrf2 activator, ameliorated the effect of LPS-induced endotoxaemia during adolescence on stress vulnerability after SSDS during adulthood. Conclusions: Our study identified adolescence as a critical period during which LPS-induced endotoxaemia can promote stress vulnerability during adulthood and showed that this effect is mediated by impairment of Nrf2-BDNF signalling in the mPFC. To investigate the mechanism of future predicted increases in carbon dioxide (CO2)-induced gill remolding in early life stages of fish, we evaluated physiological responses and performed transcriptome sequencing analysis of rainbow trout Oncorhynchus mykiss fry after 60 days of 1,000 ppm CO2 exposure. The malondialdehyde (MDA) content increased and key antioxidant enzymes were significantly inhibited, indicating that exposure to high CO2 may disrupt cellular redox homeostasis in the gill. The transcriptome sequencing analysis provided a list of possible stress responses of rainbow trout fry exposed to 1,000 ppm CO2. The upregulated uncoupling protein 2 and downregulated differentially expressed genes (DEGs) enriched in oxidative phosphorylation pathway tried to reduce oxidative stress. The upregulated DEGs enriched in ribosome biogenesis in eukaryotes pathway together with the induced heat shock proteins (HSPs) and ubiquitin-conjugated proteins occurred in treated fish to prevent the accumulation of aggregated proteins in gill tissue of the rainbow trout fry after the exposure of 1,000 ppm CO2. A total of 3 607 surface soil samples in the cultivated land of Quanzhou City were collected and analyzed. The spatial distribution of available boron content in the cultivated soil and its influencing factors were studied by u- sing the statistical analysis method. The results showed that: the content of available boron in the cultivated soil of Quanzhou City was relatively deficient on the whole. The content of available boron ranged from 0.01 to 1.90 mg ⋅ kg-1, and the average content of available boron in the soil was 0.33 mg ⋅ kg-1. The content of available boron in 79.5% of cultivated soil was at a low or very low level. The land use types, soil types, altitude, soil physical and chemical properties had different effects on the content of available boron in soil. The content of available boron in soil varied greatly, and the content of available boron in the high altitude area was significantly lower than that in the low altitude area. Catalytic asymmetric dearomative [3+2] cycloaddition of α-imino γ-lactones with either 3-nitroindoles or 2-nitrobenzofurans by using a chiral copper complex as the catalyst was developed. A wide range of structurally diverse polyheterocyclic compounds containing spirocyclic-fused butyrolactone-pyrrolidine-indoline and butyrolactone–pyrrolidine–dihydrobenzofuran skeletons could be smoothly obtained with excellent results (>99:1 dr and 98% ee). The potential synthetic applications of this methodology were also demonstrated by the scale-up experiment and by the diverse transformations of one product. Cerium element with a unique electric structure can be used to modify semiconductor photocatalysts to enhance their photocatalytic performances. In this work, Ce-doped TiO2 (Ce/TiO2) was successfully achieved using the sol-gel method. The structural characterization methods confirm that Ce was doped in the lattice of anatase TiO2, which led to a smaller grain size. The performance test results show that the Ce doped in anatase TiO2 significantly enhances the charge transport efficiency and broadens the light absorption range, resulting in higher photocatalytic performance. The Ce/TiO2 exhibited a photocurrent density of 10.9 μA/cm2 at 1.0 V vs. Ag/AgCl, 2.5 times higher than that of pure TiO2 (4.3 μA/cm2) under AM 1.5 G light. The hydrogen (H2) production rate of the Ce/TiO2 was approximately 0.33 μmol/h/g, which is more than twice as much as that of the pure anatase TiO2 (0.12 μmol/h/g). Ginger-derived compounds are abundant sources of anticancer natural products. However, the anticancer effects of (E)-3-hydroxy-1-(4′-hydroxy-3′,5′-dimethoxyphenyl)-tetradecan-6-en-5-one (3HDT) have not been examined. This study aims to assess the antiproliferation ability of 3HDT on triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) cells. 3HDT showed dose-responsive antiproliferation for TNBC cells (HCC1937 and Hs578T). Moreover, 3HDT exerted higher antiproliferation and apoptosis on TNBC cells than on normal cells (H184B5F5/M10). By examining reactive oxygen species, mitochondrial membrane potential, and glutathione, we found that 3HDT provided higher inductions for oxidative stress in TNBC cells compared with normal cells. Antiproliferation, oxidative stress, antioxidant signaling, and apoptosis were recovered by N-acetylcysteine, indicating that 3HDT preferentially induced oxidative-stress-mediated antiproliferation in TNBC cells but not in normal cells. Moreover, by examining γH2A histone family member X (γH2AX) and 8-hydroxy-2-deoxyguanosine, we found that 3HDT provided higher inductions for DNA damage, which was also reverted by N-acetylcysteine. With the accelerated pace of financial globalization and the gradual increase in linkages among financial markets, correctly identifying and describing the risk spillover and network diffusion in the financial system is extremely important for the prevention and management of systemic risk. Based on this, this paper takes the equity markets of 17 countries around the world from 2007 to 2022 as the research object, measures the volatility spillover effect of global financial markets using R-Vine Copula and the DY spillover index, constructs the volatility spillover network of global financial markets, discovers the spillover and diffusion pattern of global financial market risks, and provides relevant suggestions for systemic risk management. It is found that (1) there are certain aggregation characteristics in the network diffusion of global financial market volatility spillover; (2) developed European countries such as the Netherlands, France, the UK, and Germany are at the center of the network and have a strong influence; (3) Asian countries such as China, Japan, and India are at the periphery of the network; and (4) shocks from crisis events enhance the global financial market volatility spillover effect. Based on the above findings, effective prevention of global financial market risk volatility spillover and network diffusion and reduction in systemic risk need to be carried out in two ways. First, by focusing on the financial markets of key countries in the network, such as the Netherlands, the UK, France, and Germany. Background: Caudal epidural block (CEB) may be beneficial in anorectal surgery because its use may extend postoperative analgesia. This dose-finding study aimed to estimate the minimum effective anesthetic concentrations for 95% patients(MEC95) of 20 ml or 25 ml of ropivacaine in with CEB. Patients and methods: In this double-blind, prospective study, the concentration of ropivacaine administered in 20 ml and 25 ml for ultrasound-guided CEB were determined using the sample up-and-down sequential allocation study design of binary response variables. The first participant was given 0.5% ropivacaine. Depending on whether a block was successful or unsuccessful, the concentration of local anesthesia was decreased or increased by 0.025% in the next patient. Every five minutes for 30 min, the sensory blockade using a pin-prick sensation at S3 dermatome compared to at T6 dermatome were evaluated every 5 min within 30 min. An effective CEB was defined as a a reduction of sensation at S3 dermatome and the existence of flaccid anal sphincter. Anesthesia was considered successful if the surgeon could perform the surgery without additional anesthesia. We determined the MEC50 using the Dixon and Massey up-and-down method and estimated the MEC95 using probit regression. Results: The concentration of ropivacaine administered in 20 ml for CEB ranged from 0.2% to 0.5%. Probit regression with a bias-corrected Morris 95% CI derived by bootstrapping showed an MEC50 and MEC 50 of ropivacaine for anorectal surgical anesthesia were 0.27% (95% CI, 0.24 to 0.31) and 0.36%(95% CI, 0.32 to 0.61). The concentration of ropivacaine administered in 25 ml for CEB ranged from 0.175 to 0.5. Probit regression with a bias-corrected Morris 95% CI derived by bootstrapping showed an MEC50 and MEC95 for CEB were 0.24% (95% CI, 0.19 to 0.27) and 0.32% (95% CI, 0.28 to 0.54). Conclusion: With ultrasound-guided CEB, the MEC95 of 0.36% ropivacaine at 20 ml and 0.32% ropivacaine at 25 ml provide adequate surgical anesthesia/analgesia 95% of patients undergoing anorectoal surgery. Logistics Performance (LP) is one of the fundamental catalysts that serve as a podium for the integration of the world economy. This study is conducted to observe the combined effects of Liner Shipping Connectivity (LSC) and Global Competitiveness Index (GCI) on LP in mediating the Quality of Port and Infrastructure (PORT). We selected 28 Asian economies and 1 special administrative region (Hong Kong) counting the year of 2007-2018. Partial Least Square -- Structural Equation Model (PLS--SEM) with an extension of the Importance--Performance Map Analysis (IPMA) was applied. Empirical evidence derived from the path diagram has revealed that LSC and global competitiveness in mediating the PORT have significant effects of accelerating LP, leading to higher competitiveness in terms of strategic development and yielding better connectivity. Due to limited resources, Asian decision-makers need a guidance to focus on how to improve LP. Shifts from fossil fuels toward renewable energy (RE) introduce profound changes to landscapes, including visual impacts that are often investigated during environmental and social impact assessment. Moreover, RE transitions are among many visual changes happening in rural areas that are increasingly serving amenity functions and becoming destinations for wide ranges of users. This diversity introduces complexities during infrastructure siting discussions. Emerging grape and wine production landscapes in Canada serve amenity and production purposes, and this study was designed to understand the impacts of RE development using case studies of solar panels and wind turbines in two vineyard landscapes in Ontario (ON) and British Columbia (BC). We applied novel mixed methods, including content analysis and saliency-based visual impact analysis, to textual and image-based representations posted on Instagram of those vineyards. In this case, the addition of low-density RE infrastructures did not seem to disturb the vineyard experience. Based on the field investigation in five provincial regions of Southwest China between 2001 and 2019, the present paper reports the infestation and distribution of chigger mites on the Confucian white-bellied rat Niviventer confucianus in China for the first time. A total of 11,017 chigger mites were collected from the body surface of 911 N. confucianus rat hosts, and 10,161 of them were identified as 166 species and 16 genera in three subfamilies under two families with high species diversity (S = 166, H' = 3.19, E = 0.62). Of 911 N. confucianus rats, 341 individuals were infested with chiggers with high overall prevalence (PM = 37.43%), mean abundance (MA = 12.09 mites/rat) and mean intensity (MI = 32.31 mites/rat). On the body surface of N. confucianus, Ascoschoengastia sifanga was the most dominant chigger species followed by Walchia ewingi and Leptotrombidium rupestre. All the three dominant chigger species showed an aggregated distribution pattern among different individuals of N. confucianus. Chigger infestations on the same rat host (N. confucianus) showed some heterogeneity under different environmental conditions such as latitudes, longitudes, altitudes and landscapes. Based on Preston's lognormal model, the species abundance distribution of chiggers on N. confucianus conformed to a lognormal distribution pattern, and the predicted total species of chiggers on N. confucianus in Southwest China was estimated to be 228 species. The paper documents a conodont fauna from Lower Triassic deposits of Paleotethys-issued North Dobrogea Orogen. The studied strata exposed in the Tulcea Veche Quarry are characterized by the presence of diversified molluscs, including the ammonoid Tirolites cassianus (Quenstedt) and the bivalve Crittendenia decidens (Bittner). The site also represents the type locality of the coelacanth fish Dobrogeria aegyssensis Cavin & Grădinaru. It is hypothesized that in heterostylous plant species, standardization of signals of floral attraction between different morphs is advantageous, encouraging flower visitors to switch between morphs. It remains unclear whether signals of floral attraction (floral odor and properties of nectar) are similar between morphs in distylous species pollinated by hawkmoths, and how these relate to hawkmoth behavior. We observed the behavior of visitors to distylous Luculia pinceana (Rubiaceae), collected and analyzed floral odor, and examined properties of nectar (volume, sugar concentration, and composition) of long‐styled and short‐styled morphs during the day and night. Pollinator responses to the floral scent were tested with a Y‐tube olfactometer. We conducted diurnal and nocturnal pollination treatments and six other pollination treatments to test the importance of nocturnal pollinators and to examine the self‐incompatibility system. A species of hawkmoth, Cechenena lineosa, was the effective pollinator. The floral odor was rich in methyl benzoate, and sucrose was dominant in the nectar. There were no significant differences between the two morphs in the methyl benzoate content or the properties of nectar. Flowers released more methyl benzoate and secreted larger volumes of nectar with lower sugar concentration at night than during the day. The hawkmoth had a significant preference for methyl benzoate. Luculia pinceana was partially self‐incompatible and relied on nocturnal pollinators for reproductive success. Background: Influenza virus causes significant morbidity and mortality with pandemic threat. Oleaceae Fructus Forsythiae is a medicinal herb. This study aimed to investigate antiviral effect of Phillyrin, a purified bioactive compound from this herb, and its reformulated preparation FS21 against influenza and its mechanism. Methods: Madin–Darby Canine Kidney (MDCK) cells were infected by one of six influenza viruses: five influenza A viruses (IAVs: three H1N1 and two H3N2) and one influenza B virus (IBV). Virus‐induced cytopathic effects were observed and recorded under microscope. Viral replication and mRNA transcription were evaluated by quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) and protein expression by Western blot. Infectious virus production was assessed using TCID50 assay, and IC50 was calculated accordingly. Pretreatment and time‐of‐addition experiments with Phillyrin or FS21 added 1 h before or in early (0–3 h), mid (3–6 h), or late (6–9 h) stages of viral infection were performed to assess their antiviral effects. Mechanistic studies included hemagglutination and neuraminidase inhibition, viral binding and entry, endosomal acidification, and plasmid‐based influenza RNA polymerase activity. Results: Phillyrin and FS21 had potent antiviral effects against all six IAV and IBV in a dose‐dependent manner. Mechanistic studies showed that both suppressed influenza viral RNA polymerase with no effect on virus‐mediated hemagglutination inhibition, viral binding or entry, endosomal acidification, or neuraminidase activity. Time‐restricted eating (TRE) is a new therapeutic strategy for the management of weight loss and dysmetabolic diseases. At present, TRE (8/16, 8 h eating:16 h fasting) is the most common form of TRE. Therefore, this meta‐analysis included randomized controlled trials (RCTs) on TRE (8/16) in overweight and obese adults to determine its impact on body weight and metabolism. Articles reviewed from PubMed, Ovid MEDLINE, Embase, and Cochrane Central Register for the relevant RCTs that compared TRE (8/16) to non‐TRE in overweight and obese adults. Eight RCTs were included in this meta‐analysis. Participants following TRE (8/16) showed significant body weight reduction (mean difference [MD]: −1.48 kg, 95% confidence interval [CI]: −2.53 to −0.44) and fat mass reduction (MD: −1.09 kg, 95% CI: −1.55 to −0.63). There was no significant difference in lean mass change with TRE intervention (MD: −0.48 kg, 95% CI: −1.02 to 0.05, p =.08, I2 = 41%). The energy restriction and early TRE (eTRE) subgroups resulted in greater weight loss. TRE (8/16) showed beneficial effects on the homeostatic model assessment of insulin resistance (HOMA‐IR, MD: −0.32, 95% CI: −0.59 to −0.06), but had no significant effect on other parameters of glucose metabolism and lipid profiles. In conclusion, TRE (8/16), especially eTRE, or in combination with caloric intake restriction, is a potential therapeutic strategy for weight control in overweight and obese adults. Water displacing oil is one of the main emptying methods for mobile pipelines. It has the advantages of being a simple process and highly safe. At present, the determination of a water displacing oil scheme of mobile pipelines is based on the oil–oil alternating transport theory of product oil pipelines. However, the insolubility of the oil phase and the water phase results in a great difference between the flow characteristics of water displacing oil and the oil–oil alternating transport of a product oil pipeline. In addition, due to the effect of buoyancy, the oil phase gathers at the high point of the pipeline and forms a liquid accumulation, which is difficult to carry away by water flow, resulting in the low emptying efficiency of the mobile pipeline. The essence of water displacing oil in a mobile pipeline is an oil–water two-phase unsteady displacement flow, involving liquid–liquid displacement flow, oil–water two-phase flow and water carrying oil. Aiming at such problems, domestic and foreign scholars have carried out a large number of theoretical and experimental studies, established the oil–water mixing model of water displacing oil and the relationship between macroscopic quantity (flow pattern, pressure drop and water content) and microscopic quantity (local flow field and droplet dispersion pattern, etc.) under each flow type, and explored the influence of pipeline diameter, oil phase velocity, pipeline inclination angle and other parameters on the capacity of carrying liquid accumulation. On this basis, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the current research on the oil–water flow characteristics of water displacing oil in a mobile pipeline from three aspects: the formation mechanism of the oil–water mixture, displacing flow characteristics of immiscible fluids and flow characteristics of water carrying oil. Five future research directions are proposed, including the interface morphology and flow field characteristics of oil–water two-phase layered flow, local mixing characteristics of an oil–water two-phase dual continuous flow interface, droplet distribution and flow characteristics of oil–water two-phase dispersed flow, unsteady flow characteristics of the oil–water mixture of water displacing oil and oil accumulation and flow characteristics in topographic relief pipes. The comprehension of spoken language is a crucial aspect of dialogue systems, encompassing two fundamental tasks: intent classification and slot filling. Currently, the joint modeling approach for these two tasks has emerged as the dominant method in spoken language understanding modeling. However, the existing joint models have limitations in terms of their relevancy and utilization of contextual semantic features between the multiple tasks. To address these limitations, a joint model based on BERT and semantic fusion (JMBSF) is proposed. The model employs pre-trained BERT to extract semantic features and utilizes semantic fusion to associate and integrate this information. The results of experiments on two benchmark datasets, ATIS and Snips, in spoken language comprehension demonstrate that the proposed JMBSF model attains 98.80% and 99.71% intent classification accuracy, 98.25% and 97.24% slot-filling F1-score, and 93.40% and 93.57% sentence accuracy, respectively. These results reveal a significant improvement compared to other joint models. Furthermore, comprehensive ablation studies affirm the effectiveness of each component in the design of JMBSF. The paper investigates the effect of introducing a course in Web Development for Chinese students on their academic achievements and the basic competencies, using traditional and online approaches. For the experimental learning purposes, 300 students were selected from three universities located in China's largest cities: Shanghai, Beijing, and Tianjin. A course in Web Development was designed and implemented to achieve the research objectives. The study results showed that the difference in the learning outcomes of the two groups was insignificant and did not depend on the training format. Online learners had more feedback and were able to take lectures and practical training more quickly. Further research requires quantifying and comparing the effects of online learning in programming instruction using the instrumental variable method and structural equation modeling to reveal the causal relationship between the two. The study can be useful to developers of training programs to create both traditional and online courses because the data obtained during this research can improve the effectiveness of the new course. Purpose. To investigate the relationship between aqueous humor cytokines and structural characteristics based on optical coherence tomography (OCT) in patients with diabetic macular edema (DME). Methods. Forty eyes of 28 patients with DME diagnosed in the Affiliated Eye Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University at Hangzhou were included. All patients collected aqueous humor during anti-VEGF treatment, and the IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, VEGF, VCAM-1, ICAM-1, TGF-β1, FGF, and MCP-1 concentrations were detected. OCT examination was performed before anti-VEGF treatment and 1 month after anti-VEGF operation. Central macular thickness (CMT), macular volume (MV), choroidal thickness (CT), and the number of hyperreflective foci (HRF) were obtained for analysis. Each eye was determined whether there is subretinal effusion (SRD), cystoid macular edema (CME), and diffuse retinal thickening (DRT). Results. The levels of IL-6 and FGF in DME patients with SRD were significantly higher than those without SRD (all P < 0.05). The level of VEGF in DME patients with CME was significantly higher than that in DME patients without CME (P = 0.005); IL-6, TGF-β1, and MCP-1 were significantly higher in DME patients with DRT than that without DRT (all P < 0.05). There was no significant correlation between aqueous humor cytokines and retinal thickness and retinal volume. However, the thinner the CT, the higher the level of aqueous humor cytokines IL-6 (r = −0.313, P = 0.049) and FGF (r = −0.361, P = 0.022). A multivariate linear regression analysis showed that IL-6 was significantly correlated with CT (P = 0.002) and SRD (P = 0.017), FGF was also significantly correlated with CT (P = 0.002) and SRD (P = 0.005), and TGF-β1 was correlated with triglycerides (P = 0.030) and HRF (P = 0.021). Conclusion. DME patients with significant macular cystoid edema changes may be related to high VEGF concentrations and thin CT; meanwhile, the presence of SRD or a high number of HRF on OCT macular scans in DME patients may indicate high levels of intraocular inflammatory factors. Background: Macrosomia is a serious public health concern. This study aimed to examine the combined effects of various risk factors on macrosomia. Methods: The China Labor and Delivery Survey was a multicenter cross-sectional study that included 96 hospitals. Logistic regression analysis was performed to examine the combined effects of the risk factors for macrosomia. The population attributable risk percentage (PAR%) was calculated for the risk factors. Results: A total of 64,735 live births, including 3,739 neonates with macrosomia, were used for the analysis. The weighted prevalence of macrosomia was 5.8%. Pre-pregnancy overweight/obesity, diabetes, and gestational hypertension have a synergistic effect on increasing the rate of macrosomia in mothers aged < 36 years. The highest odds ratio (36.15, 95% CI: 34.38–38.02) was observed in female fetuses whose mothers had both gestational hypertension and diabetes. However, in mothers aged ≥ 36 years, the synergistic effect of gestational hypertension and other factors did not exist, and the risk for macrosomia was reduced by 70% in female fetuses of mothers with both gestational hypertension and overweight/obesity. Pre-pregnancy risk factors (pre-pregnancy overweight/obesity and advanced maternal age) contributed the most to macrosomia (23.36% of the PAR%), and the single largest risk factor was pre-pregnancy overweight/obesity (17.43% of the PAR%). Conclusion: Macrosomia was related to several common, modifiable risk factors. Some factors have combined effects on macrosomia (e.g., pre-pregnancy overweight/obesity and diabetes), whereas gestational hypertension varies by maternal age.
