The purpose of this study was to prepare a kind of Zearalenone fast quantitative test strip based on time-resolved fluorescence immunochromatographic assay.Europium nanoparticles were used as fluorescent probes to label anti-zearalenone monoclonal antibodies,and a quantitative immunochromatography method was established based on competitive inhibition principle.The results showed that the sensitivity of Zearalenone fluorescent detection strip was 0.1 ng/mL,the linear range was 0.1～5.0 ng/mL,the standard recovery rate of negative samples of corn and wheat was between 93.45% and 112.2%,and the coefficient of variation of 5 repeats for the same sample was less than 15%.The results show that the Zearalenone fluorescent test strip has the technical characteristics of high sensitivity,short reaction time and accurate quantification,which is suitable for the rapid quantitative detection of Zearalenone in grain and its products.

The thickness of the bonding interface changes after the structure has been subjected to tensile load, thereby affecting the strength of the bonding structure. It is necessary to monitor the evolution of the bonding interface thickness under tensile load. Through terahertz time-domain spectroscopy imaging and scale-invariant feature transform image processing, the thickness variation of three interfaces of 150 silicon-based adhesive structures under tensile load were analyzed. It was determined that variation at the edge was larger than that in the middle area. The research results also provide data support for the bonding structure health monitoring systems. The objective of this study was to develop markedly improved risk prediction models for lung cancer using a prospective cohort of 395,875 participants in Taiwan. Discriminatory accuracy was measured by generation of receiver operator curves and estimation of area under the curve (AUC). In multivariate Cox regression analysis, age, gender, smoking pack-years, family history of lung cancer, personal cancer history, BMI, lung function test, and serum biomarkers such as carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), bilirubin, alpha fetoprotein (AFP), and c-reactive protein (CRP) were identified and included in an integrative risk prediction model. The AUC in overall population was 0.851 (95% CI = 0.840-0.862), with never smokers 0.806 (95% CI = 0.790-0.819), light smokers 0.847 (95% CI = 0.824-0.871), and heavy smokers 0.732 (95% CI = 0.708-0.752). By integrating risk factors such as family history of lung cancer, CEA and AFP for light smokers, and lung function test (Maximum Mid-Expiratory Flow, MMEF25-75%), AFP and CEA for never smokers, light and never smokers with cancer risks as high as those within heavy smokers could be identified. The risk model for heavy smokers can allow us to stratify heavy smokers into subgroups with distinct risks, which, if applied to low-dose computed tomography (LDCT) screening, may greatly reduce false positives.

Evidence from a small number of studies suggests that longer telomere length measured in peripheral leukocytes is associated with an increased risk of non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). However, these studies may be biased by reverse causation, confounded by unmeasured environmental exposures and might miss time points for which prospective telomere measurement would best reveal a relationship between telomere length and NHL risk. We performed an analysis of genetically inferred telomere length and NHL risk in a study of 10 102 NHL cases of the four most common B-cell histologic types and 9562 controls using a genetic risk score (GRS) comprising nine telomere length-associated single-nucleotide polymorphisms. This approach uses existing genotype data and estimates telomere length by weighing the number of telomere length-associated variant alleles an individual carries with the published change in kb of telomere length. The analysis of the telomere length GRS resulted in an association between longer telomere length and increased NHL risk [four B-cell histologic types combined; odds ratio (OR) = 1.49, 95% CI 1.22-1.82,P-value = 8.5 × 10(-5)]. Subtype-specific analyses indicated that chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL/SLL) was the principal NHL subtype contributing to this association (OR = 2.60, 95% CI 1.93-3.51,P-value = 4.0 × 10(-10)). Significant interactions were observed across strata of sex for CLL/SLL and marginal zone lymphoma subtypes as well as age for the follicular lymphoma subtype. Our results indicate that a genetic background that favors longer telomere length may increase NHL risk, particularly risk of CLL/SLL, and are consistent with earlier studies relating longer telomere length with increased NHL risk.
