The GDSL esterase/lipase family contains many functional genes that perform important biological functions in growth and development, morphogenesis, seed oil synthesis, and defense responses in plants. The expression of GDSL esterase/lipase genes can respond to biotic and abiotic stresses. Although GDSL esterase/lipase family genes have been identified and studied in other plants, they have not been identified and their functions remain unclear in tomato. This study is the first to identify 80 GDSL esterase/lipase family genes in tomato, which were named SlGELP1–80. These genes were mapped to their positions on the chromosomes and their physical and chemical properties, gene structure, phylogenetic relationships, collinear relationships, and cis-acting elements were analyzed. The spatiotemporal expression characteristics of the SlGELP genes in tomato were diverse. In addition, RNA-seq analysis indicated that the expression patterns of the SlGELP genes in tomato differed before and after inoculation with Stemphylium lycopersici. qRT-PCR was used to analyze the expression of five SlGELP genes after treatments with S. lycopersici, salicylic acid and jasmonic acid. Finally, this study was the first to identify and analyze GDSL esterase/lipase family genes in tomato via bioinformatics approaches, and these findings provide new insights for improving the study of plant disease resistance.

In this study, the effect of different carbon sources on the carbothermal reduction of low-grade phosphate ore were examined using FactSage 7.2 calculations and vacuum reduction experiments. The thermodynamic calculations showed that the trend of the effect for three types of reducing agents was generally consistent under 1 Pa pressure and 14% carbon dosage. The reduction effect was maximum when graphite was used as the reducing agent, and a maximum mass of P was obtained at 1250°C. The vacuum experiment results showed that the reduction and volatilization ratios of phosphate rock increased with temperature for different carbon sources. Maximum reduction ratio was obtained using graphite in the temperature range 1250-1300°C. The reduction effect of pulverized coal was optimal at 1350°C, when SiO2, Al2O3 and MgO in the pulverized coal ash were exposed to form low-melting eutectics with CaO due to the increased degree of reaction, and the heat and mass transfer rates were increased. At this time, a maximum reduction ratio of 51.77% of the sample and a maximum volatilization ratio of 82.44% of P were achieved. Considering the cost-effectiveness, pulverized coal was the optimum carbon source for the treatment of low-grade phosphate rock using vacuum carbothermal reduction.

Accurate aircraft turnaround time prediction is an important way to coordinate the operation time of airport ground service and improve the efficiency of airport operation. In this paper, by analyzing the aircraft turnaround operation process, a description model based on Time Transition Petri Net is proposed. The model describes the flight turnaround operation process and the logical relationship of the operation. According to the model, a dynamic prediction method of turnaround time based on Bayesian theorem is designed. According to the actual landing time of the flight, the aircraft turnaround time is predicted. The specific method is to obtain the prior probability distribution and joint distribution law of each operation link according to the flight history data, and use Shapiro-Wilke to test the prior probability distribution of each link. Based on the analysis and comparison between the actual turnaround data of a large airport in China and the forecast data proposed in this paper, the root-mean-square error 3.75 minutes and the mean absolute error 3.40 minutes can be calculated. The rapid development of internet technology has enabled organizations to implement flexible work arrangements (FWA) on a large scale. The COVID-19 global pandemic has further intensified this trend, making FWA a vital aspect of HRM to maintain organizational operations. Therefore, it is imperative to understand the causes of FWA utilization and implement effective strategies to achieve optimal outcomes. We propose a framework for FWA utilization antecedents based on the Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) model and test it using meta-analysis. Drawing on 104 studies (108 independent samples) with 1,034,603 participants, we examine the relationship between FWA utilization and its job-related antecedents. Our findings generally support the expected relationships across two categories of FWA antecedents, namely job resources and job demands. We also identify demographics and masculinity/femininity culture as moderators that influence these relationships. Finally, we discuss the theoretical and practical implications to guide HR managers in developing effective FWA strategies that meet the needs of both employees and organizations. The design and development of organic solid-state luminescent materials stand as crucial pillars within the realm of contemporary photofunctional materials. Overcoming challenges such as concentration quenching and achieving tailored luminescent properties necessitates a judicious approach to molecular structure design and the strategic utilization of diverse stimuli to modulate molecular packing patterns. Among the myriad candidates, α-cyanodiarylethenes (CAEs) emerge with distinctive solid-state luminescent attributes, capable of forming self-assembled packing structures with varying degrees of π–π stacking. This characteristic endows them with potential in the field of intelligent molecular responsive materials and optoelectronic devices. This tutorial review embarks on an exploration of design strategies geared towards attaining tunable solid-state emission through customized packing of CAEs. It explores the utilization of stimuli responses, including such as mechanical forces, light irradiation, solvent interactions, thermal influences, as well as the utilization of co-assembly methodologies. The overarching aim of this review is to provide a widely applicable platform fostering the flourishing development of modern organic photofunctional materials through integrating principles of molecular engineering, organic optoelectronics, and materials science. Logging data of Tazhong clastic rock formation shows that cementing quality of water layer is poor and the efficiency of cement displacement is low. Bohai Drilling Co., Ltd. has adopted a cement slurry system with excellent anti-channeling performance in Tazhong block and strictly controlled the cementing construction procedure, however, the cementing quality problem of water layer still exists. According to the cementing quality analysis, the influence of ions in formation water in Tazhong clastic strata on cement slurry performance was researched in this paper. The results show that ions in formation water has no negative impact on the loss of water and gas channeling resistance of the cement slurry system, however, has some adverse effects on the rheological property, thickening property and hardened strength. Furthermore, cement slurry consistency increasing caused by formation water is the key factor leading to poor cementing quality. Studies show that the carboxylic acid group and the magnesium ion chelate to form a network structure, which binds the free water in the cement slurry and causes the deterioration of the rheology. The magnesium resistance ability of the polymer becomes worse, when the proportion of the carboxylic acid group increases. Therefore, in order to improve rheology of cement slurry, a fluid loss agent with a small number of carboxylic acid group or no carboxylic acid group is required when the slurry or formation water containing a certain amount of magnesium ion. This investigation provides the theoretical guidance of the selection of cementing additives in the areas of which water containing high dosage of magnesium ion.
