Objective: To investigate the effect of M2 macrophages on the proliferation, migration and invasion of gallbladder carcinoma cells by regulating the expression of interleukin-10 (IL-10). Methods: Human monocyte line THP-1 was induced into M2 macrophages in vitro, and the expression of corresponding markers and IL-10 was detected by RT-qPCR. The expression of IL-10 in cell supernatant was detected by ELISA. GBC cell lines NOZ and GBC-SD were divided into the Control group (serum-free medium), the M2-CM group (M2 macrophage conditioned medium), the M2-CM+anti-IL-10 group (M2-CM containing anti-IL-10) and the M2-CM + IgG group (M2-CM containing IL-10 isotype control antibody). The cell proliferation rate of each group was measured by CCK-8 test, the cell migration rate of each group was detected by cell scratch test and the change in cell invasive ability of each group was detected by Transwell test; and Western blot assay was used to detect the expression of epithelial-mesenchymal transformation markers (E-cadherin and Vimentin) in each group. Results: M2 macrophages were successfully induced in vitro. Compared with uninduced THP-1, IL-10 was highly expressed in M2 macrophages and M2 macrophages supernatant (P<0.05). M2 macrophages could promote the proliferation, migration and invasion of GBC cells, as well as inhibit the expression of E-cadherin and promote the expression of Vimentin. Blocking IL-10 could inhibit the effect of M2 macrophages (P<0.05) . Conclusion: M2 macrophages can promote the proliferation, migration, invasion and epithelial-mesenchymal transformation of GBC cells by secreting IL-10. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Although enterprises can promote dynamic capabilities by managing their innovation processes, the specific innovation processes and ways to encourage such capabilities have been under-researched. This exploratory research illuminates the relationship between dynamic capabilities and innovation processes through a case study of the largest Chinese e-commerce platform, Taobao, a vast and complex digital platform with various actors and interactions with numerous related platforms. Based on previous research, interviews with ten management personnel at Alibaba from April 2019 to August 2021, and secondary data, we found six innovation processes specific to this digital platform. Furthermore, we found that each of these innovation processes relates to specific dynamic capabilities and, therefore, a platform leader can improve its dynamic capabilities by organising its innovation processes in the digital platform ecosystem. The presented findings show important implications for strategic management and information systems by connecting dynamic capabilities and innovation management theories. In particular, our findings enable us to describe how the innovation processes management induces strong dynamic capabilities, such as environmental scanning and sensing capability, innovation capability, and integrative capability. We established friction models for pure NBR, GNS/NBR, and GO/NBR composites through molecular dynamics (MD) simulation. Our study focused on the impact of GNS and GO on the friction properties of nitrile rubber (NBR) composite materials after undergoing thermal oxygen aging. Based on the simulation results, it can be observed that the GNS/NBR and GO/NBR composites' coefficient of friction (COF) decreases by 20.8% and 24.8%, respectively, at 348 K. Additionally, the abrasion rate is reduced by 17.4% and 25.7%, respectively, for the same composites. Adding GNS and GO can effectively improve the friction performance of the NBR composite system, and compared with GNS, GO shows a better enhancement effect. Pure NBR and GO/NBR composite materials were prepared by mechanical blending method, and the friction properties of GO‐enhanced NBR composite materials were studied. The experimental results show that the GO/NBR composite material can maintain a low friction and wear coefficient after thermal and oxygen aging. It shows that adding GO can effectively improve the friction properties of NBR composite systems and slow down the weakening effect of aging on the friction properties of NBR composite materials. This is because the GO surface contains wealthy functional groups such as epoxy groups, which enhances the binding strength between the GO and NBR interface so that the GO/NBR composite material exhibits better friction properties and thermal oxygen aging resistance. We examined the effects of the trade war on US wooden furniture imports by product category (kitchen, bedroom, other) and exporting source (e.g., China, European Union, Vietnam) using a two‐stage demand procedure and general nested demand framework. There were significant competitive relationships across exporting countries. However, when both trade creation and diversion were considered, competitive relationships either diminished or became complementary. Consequently, elimination of the trade‐war tariffs would increase imports from China but would also benefit countries like Vietnam. However, results indicate that imports from China would still be significantly less than pretrade war levels if the tariffs are eliminated. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
