Using a separating equilibrium game model, this paper defines the ratio of cooperators to total individuals for the level of school-enterprise cooperation. We use Bayes’ rule to modify the strategy type and solve the vocational education discrete problem by describing the set of six tuples in the separating equilibrium game model under incomplete information. Transforming the vectors in the symmetric positive definite matrix into complementary linear vectors, it is found that the level of cooperation in the split equilibrium game model increases by about 45%. The reorganization, of course, teaching content in higher education according to the split equilibrium game model can effectively mobilize the learning enthusiasm of most students and provide new ideas for the innovative development of the higher education business.

ObjectiveTo summarise evidence of the effects of blood pressure (BP)-lowering interventions after acute spontaneous intracerebral haemorrhage (ICH).MethodsA prespecified systematic review of the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, EMBASE and MEDLINE databases from inception to 23 June 2020 to identify randomised controlled trials that compared active BP-lowering agents versus placebo or intensive versus guideline BP-lowering targets for adults 6 mL) and proportional (>33%) haematoma growth at 24 hours. Meta-analysis used a one-stage approach, adjusted using generalised linear mixed models with prespecified covariables and trial as a random effect.ResultsOf 7094 studies identified, 50 trials involving 11 494 patients were eligible and 16 (32.0%) shared patient-level data from 6221 (54.1%) patients (mean age 64.2 [SD 12.9], 2266 [36.4%] females) with a median time from symptom onset to randomisation of 3.8 hours (IQR 2.6-5.3). Active/intensive BP-lowering interventions had no effect on the primary outcome compared with placebo/guideline treatment (adjusted OR for unfavourable shift in modified Rankin scale scores: 0.97, 95% CI 0.88 to 1.06; p=0.50), but there was significant heterogeneity by strategy (pinteraction=0.031) and agent (pinteraction6 ml, adjusted OR 0.75, 95%CI 0.60 to 0.92; p=0.0077) and relative (≥33%, adjusted OR 0.82, 95%CI 0.68 to 0.99; p=0.034) haematoma growth.InterpretationOverall, a broad range of interventions to lower BP within 7 days of ICH onset had no overall benefit on functional recovery, despite reducing bleeding. Although easy names are known to help gain the trust of others, the underlying links between names and trust remain understudied, especially in non-alphabetic languages (e.g., Chinese). Drawing on the stereotype content model framework, the current research revealed that Chinese names' recognizability had asymmetrical effects on warmth and competence perceptions. Although both warmth and competence perceptions contributed to trust judgments, only warmth perceptions mediated the influence of name recognizability on trust judgments. Specifically, individuals with easier names were perceived as warmer rather than more competent and were thus judged as being more trustworthy. The effect of name recognizability on warmth perceptions and trust judgments could not be attributed to pronunciations or semantic meanings. The current work fills an important research gap by revealing the psychological underpinnings of non-alphabet-based names in interpersonal perceptions. Objective To explore the clinical effect of endoscopic strip craniectomy with orthotic skull helmet for sagittal synostosis. Methods A total of 20 children with sagittal synostosis admitted to Shanghai Children's Hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 were included. All of them underwent endoscopic strip craniectomy and customized orthotic skull helmet assisted treatment after the surgery. Cephalic index (CI) and point of maximum width (PMW) were calculated by measuring transverse diameter of skull, anterior and posterior diameter of skull, and distance between eyebrow and transverse diameter of skull. Results All 20 sagittal synostosis children successfully completed the surgery, the success rate of the surgery was 100%, and no indwelling drainage tube was placed in the surgical area. There were no postoperative complications such as bone flap displacement, cerebrospinal fluid leakage, secondary infection, nerve function defect caused by skull osteotomy and secondary injury caused by bone fragments ionization. At 6 months after sugery and last follow⁃up, 19 children showed a favorable prognosis in terms of cranial shape, while one 2⁃month⁃old female child had an unfavorable head shape prognosis (CI was 72% at 6 months after sugery, and 74% at the last follow⁃up). There were statistically significant differences between CI (F = 230.542, P = 0.000) and PMW (F = 112.166, P = 0.000) before and after surgery. Among them, CI (t = ⁃ 14.231, P = 0.000; t = ⁃ 21.041, P = 0.000) and PMW (t = ⁃ 8.068, P = 0.000; t = ⁃ 16.109, P = 0.000) at 6 month after surgery and last follow⁃up were higher than those before surgery. CI (t = ⁃ 6.810, P = 0.000) and PMW (t = ⁃ 8.040, P = 0.000) at last follow⁃up were higher than those at 6 month after surgery. Conclusions Endoscopic strip craniectomy with orthotic skull helmet can improve the cranial shape of children with sagittal synostosis and is considered safe and effective.

Objective To analyze clinical efficacy and influencing factors of selective dorsal rhizotomy (SDR) for treatment of spastic cerebral palsy (SCP) in children. Methods Total 131 children with SCP who underwent SDR at Shanghai Children's Hospital between September 2015 and June 2019 were included in the study. The Gross Motor Function Classification System (GMFCS) and Gross Motor Function Measure-66 Items (GMFM-66) were used to evaluate the gross motor function before surgery and at the last follow-up. The modified Ashworth Scale was used to assess the degree of spasticity in the target muscle groups of the lower limbs. Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analyses were performed to identify the influencing factors of the improvement in GMFM -66 score. Results Compared to preoperative values, there was a significant decrease in muscle tonus in the target muscle groups of the lower limbs after surgery, including bilateral adductors muscles (Z = -8.164, P = 0.000; Z = -8.304, P = 0.000), bilateral hamstrings muscles (Z = -7.424, P = 0.000; Z = -7.123, P = 0.000), bilateral gastrocnemius muscles (Z = -9.328, P = 0.000; Z = -9.605, P = 0.000), and bilateral tibialis anterior muscles (Z = -9.349, P = 0.000; Z = -9.543, P = 0.000). The overall improvement rate of GMFCS classification after surgery was 34.35% (45/131), and there were no cases of GMFCS classification worsening. There were statistically significant differences in GMFM -66 scores before and after surgery among different GMFCS levels (F = 215.030, P = 0.000). The improvement in GMFM -66 score was greater in GMFCS level Ⅰ (t = 4.379, P = 0.000), Ⅱ (t = 3.686, P = 0.000) and Ⅲ (t = 3.198, P = 0.002) compared to level Ⅳ , and levelⅠ had better score than level Ⅲ (t = 2.170, P = 0.032). Logistic regression analysis showed that surgery performed at the age of 3-6 years (OR = 4.917, 95%CI: 1.554-15.557; P = 0.007) and preoperative GMFCS level Ⅰ - Ⅲ (OR = 10.294, 95%CI: 3.522- 30.092; P = 0.000) were favorable factors for a ΔGMFM -66 score improvement of ≥ 6.55 score. Conclusions SDR effectively reduces muscle tonus in the target muscle groups of the lower limbs and improves gross motor function in children with SCP. The treatment outcome is particularly favorable for children with increased muscle tonus in both lower limbs who can cooperate with rehabilitation training (GMFCS level Ⅰ-Ⅲ). SDR can also be considered for children with severe cerebral palsy (GMFCS level Ⅳ-Ⅴ) to facilitate daily care.

Objective: To explore whether Cyclic Adenosine Monophosphate (cAMP)-Epac1 signaling is activated in 1-Desamino-8-D-arginine-Vasopressin-induced Endolymphatic Hydrops (DDAVP-induced EH) and to provide new insight for further in-depth study of DDAVP-induced EH. Methods: Eighteen healthy, red-eyed guinea pigs (36 ears) weighing 200–350 g were randomly divided into three groups: the control group, which received intraperitoneal injection of sterile saline (same volume as that in the other two groups) for 7 consecutive days; the DDAVP-7d group, which received intraperitoneal injection of 10 mg/mL/kg DDAVP for 7 consecutive days; and the DDAVP-14d group, which received intraperitoneal injection of 10 μg/mL/kg DDAVP for 14 consecutive days. After successful modeling, all animals were sacrificed, and cochlea tissues were collected to detect the mRNA and protein expression of the exchange protein directly activated by cAMP-1 and 2 (Epac1, Epac2), and Repressor Activator Protein-1 (Rap1) by Reverse Transcription (RT)-PCR and western blotting, respectively. ABSTRACT: Objectives: The aim of this study was to provide an overview of the prevalence and molecular characteristics of Clostridioides difficile infection (CDI) in China in the past 5 years. Methods: A systematic literature review was conducted according to the preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses guidelines. Nine databases were searched for relevant studies published between January 2017 and February 2022. The Joanna Briggs Institute critical appraisal tool was used to assess the quality of included studies, and R software version 4.1.3 was used for data analysis. Funnel plots and Egger regression tests were also performed to assess publication bias. Results: A total of 50 studies were included in the analysis. The pooled prevalence of CDI in China was 11.4% (2696/26,852). The main circulating C. difficile strains in southern China were ST54, ST3, and ST37, consistent with the overall situation in China. However, the most prevalent genotype in northern China was ST2, which was previously underappreciated. Conclusion: Based on our findings, increased awareness and management of CDI is necessary to reduce the prevalence of CDI in China.

ObjectiveBoth tonsillar hypertrophy and obesity contribute to pediatric sleep-disordered breathing (SDB). Tonsillectomy addresses anatomical obstruction causing SDB; however, it may adversely affect the obesity profile postoperatively. Herein, we investigate posttonsillectomy body mass index (BMI) changes in pediatric patients.Study designRetrospective case series.SettingTertiary, pediatric urban academic center.MethodsAll patients undergoing tonsillectomy from January 1, 2016, to December 31, 2016, were included. Patients' age, sex, surgical indication, and preoperative BMI were recorded. Postoperative BMI data were collected between March 1, 2016, and December 31, 2017. Statistical analysis was performed using a generalized regression model, using BMI percentile-for-age weight status.ResultsA total of 1153 patients were included (50% female), with age ranging from 2.0 to 19.5 years (mean [SD], 7.6 [4.0]). The majority (87.8%) had tonsillectomy for SDB. Of the cohort, 560 (48.6%) had available follow-up BMI data. The BMI percentile on the day of the surgery had a median of 65.8, and the BMI percentile on follow-up had a median of 76.4. The median time to follow-up was 197 days with a range of 50 to 605 days. Higher postoperative BMI percentile strongly correlated to higher preoperative BMI percentile (P < .001), as well as younger age (P < .001), male sex (P = .0005), and SDB as a surgical indication (P = .003).ConclusionWe observed a significant increase in BMI percentile following tonsillectomy, which accounted for a significantly higher proportion of the cohort being classified as overweight or obese postoperatively. These findings necessitate greater preoperative counseling, closer follow-up, and adjunctive measures for obesity management in pediatric patients undergoing tonsillectomy.
