In this paper, a new type of optical vortex called the squared Laguerre–Gauss (LG)2 vortex beam has been investigated. Theoretical conclusions and numerical experiment confirm that these beams are Fourier-invariant and retain their structure at the focus of a spherical lens. In the Fresnel diffraction zone, such a beam is transformed into a superposition of conventional LG beams, the number of which is equal to the number of rings in the (LG)2 beam. The presented beams are structurally stable in the case of one intensity ring., В данной работе исследовался новый тип оптического вихря, названный квадратным вихревым пучком Лагерра-Гаусса (ЛГ)^2. Теоретические выводы и численный эксперимент подтверждают, что эти пучки Фурье-инвариантны и сохраняют свою структуру в фокусе сферической линзы. В зоне дифракции Френеля такой пучок трансформируется в суперпозицию обычных пучков ЛГ, количество которых равно количеству колец в пучке (ЛГ)^2. Представленные пучки структурно устойчивы в случае одного кольца интенсивности.

Цифровизация способствует увеличению производительности труда, промышленному росту, повышению эффективности промышленного производства. Пандемия коронавируса придала цифровизации дополнительный импульс и большинство компаний по всему миру осознали значимость данного процесса для устойчивости организации в условиях постоянных изменений. Значимую роль в данном процессе играет государство, определяющее приоритетные направления цифровой трансформации. Вместе с тем реализации государственных программ в области цифровизации может препятствовать кадровый дефицит. В статье приводится анализ исследований влияния цифровой трансформации на эффективность деятельности предприятий и отраслей, которые отмечают положительное воздействие цифровизации на экономику страны. Процесс цифровизации охватывает все ключевые направления деятельности компании – производство, финансовая деятельность, управление персоналом, логистика, промышленная и информационная безопасность. Интенсивный переход к технологической независимости в условиях санкционного давления способствует ускорению процесса цифровизации и притоку инвестиций в цифровое и технологическое развитие. Одним из сдерживающих факторов цифровой трансформации является поведенческий оппортунизм на предприятиях. Сопротивление изменениям со стороны персонала, вызванные низким уровнем цифровых компетенций и страхом изменений, приводит к существенному замедлению процесса цифровизации. Целью статьи является оценка степени использования цифровых технологий и склонности к оппортунизму на российских предприятиях. В исследовании на основе авторской методики проведена оценка уровня цифровизации в рабочей и повседневной деятельности по результатам опроса работников российских предприятий. Проведен анализ различий в степени использования цифровых технологий у различных групп работников. Выявлены различия в уровне поведенческого оппортунизма на российских предприятиях для работников с разной степенью использования цифровых технологий в рабочей и повседневной деятельности. Проведен отраслевой анализ степени использования цифровых технологий на российских предприятиях. Среди отраслей с наиболее высоким уровнем владения цифровыми технологиями отмечены работники строительства и инжиниринга, банковской сферы, телекоммуникаций и электроэнергетики. Выявлено, что на поведенческий оппортунизм на российских предприятиях оказывают влияние степень владения и использования работниками цифровых технологий в работе и в повседневной жизни. По мере роста показателей, характеризующих использование цифровых технологий, уровень поведенческого оппортунизма снижается. Направления дальнейших исследований связаны с совершенствованием методики и разработки рекомендаций по снижению уровня поведенческого оппортунизма на российских предприятиях в условиях цифровизации., Digitalization contributes to an increase in labor productivity, industrial growth, and in the efficiency of industrial production. The coronavirus pandemic has given an additional impetus to digitalization, and most companies around the world have realized the importance of this process for the resilience of the organization in the face of constant change. A significant role in this process is played by the state, which determines the priority areas of digital transformation. At the same time, the implementation of state programs in the field of digitalization may be hindered by a shortage of personnel. The article provides an analysis of studies of the impact of digital transformation on the efficiency of enterprises and industries, which note the positive influence of digitalization on the country’s economy. The digitalization process covers all key areas of the company’s activities: production, finances, personnel management, logistics, industrial and information security. The intensive transition to technological independence in the face of sanctions pressure contributes to the acceleration of the digitalization process and the influx of investments in digital and technological development. One of the limiting factors of digital transformation is behavioral opportunism in enterprises. Resistance to change on the part of staff, caused by a low level of digital competencies and fear of change, leads to a significant slowdown in the digitalization process. The purpose of the article is to assess the degree of use of digital technologies and the propensity to opportunism in Russian enterprises. Based on the author’s methodology, the study assessed the level of digitalization in work and daily activities based on the results of a survey of employees of Russian enterprises. The analysis of differences in the degree of use of digital technologies among different groups of workers was carried out. Differences in the level of behavioral opportunism at Russian enterprises for employees with varying degrees of use of digital technologies in work and daily activities are revealed. An industry analysis of the degree of use of digital technologies in Russian enterprises was carried out. Among the industries with the highest level of digital technology proficiency, workers in construction and engineering, banking, telecommunications and the electric power industry were noted. It was revealed that behavioral opportunism at Russian enterprises is influenced by the degree of ownership and use of digital technologies by employees in work and in everyday life. As the indicators characterizing the use of digital technologies grow, the level of behavioral opportunism decreases. Directions for further research are related to improving the methodology and developing recommendations for reducing the level of behavioral opportunism at Russian enterprises in the context of digitalization.

Сегодня возрастает ценность анализа и передачи успешного опыта работы именно национальных компаний, которые становятся и продолжают быть успешными в условиях внешних шоков, высокой неопределенности и активизации новых вызовов. Одним из примеров успешных компаний являются быстрорастущие компании (т.н. «газели»). Целью статьи является обобщение опыта работы быстрорастущих российских компаний с использованием оригинального подхода. Этот подход «кодирует» организационные способности компаний с использованием 12 хромосом – поощрения, познания, командной работы, действия, самоидентификации, оценки, стратегии, структуры, процесса, восприимчивости, созидания и информации. В качестве основного метода исследования в статье используется анализ и синтез информации из открытых источников. Детально исследованы при помощи анализа публикаций в открытых источниках три российские «газели»: Яндекс, Вкусвилл и Красное&Белое. Информационная открытость анализируемых компаний способствовала выявлению хромосом несмотря на различную степень их проявленности. Исследование организационной ДНК быстрорастущих компаний показало, что БРК обладают особыми хромосомами. В результате проведенного анализа организационной ДНК установлено, что в Яндекс наиболее проявлены хромосомы, отвечающие за воодушевление и процесс переосмысления. В компании значительное внимание уделяется обучению как действующих, так и потенциальных сотрудников, а также созданию комфортных условий работы для них. Значительное влияние, оказываемое Яндексом на российскую ИТ-отрасль, обуславливает пристальное внимание к действиям компании, что не позволяет отступать от заявленных ценностей и принципов даже в условиях нестабильности российской и мировой экономики. Во Вкусвилл в наибольшей степени проявляются хромосомы перестройки и оживления. Принципиально новая для российского продуктового ритейла структура и ориентация на покупателей являются определяющими факторами высокой результативности компании. В компании Красное&Белое наиболее сильно развиты гены, отвечающие за перестройку и переосмысление. Вместе с тем, компания выстраивает доверительные отношения с клиентами посредством активной коммуникации в социальных сетях. Выводы анализа трех компаний систематизированы, что позволяет использовать их в работе российских компаний, желающих применить успешный опыт, а также в процессе подготовки будущих бизнес-руководителей., Nowadays, there is an increasing value in analyzing and transferring the successful experience of the work of national companies that succeed and stay successful in the face of external shocks, high uncertainty and the intensification of new challenges. One case of successful companies is high-growth firms (so-called “gazelles”). The purpose of the article is to summarize the experience of high-growth Russian firms using an original approach. The approach “codes” the organizational capabilities of firms using 12 “chromosomes”. The analysis and synthesis of information from open sources is used as the main research method in the article. Three Russian gazelles, such as Yandex, Vkusvill, and Red&White, have been studied in detail by analyzing publications in open sources. The information openness of the analyzed companies contributed to the identification of chromosomes despite the varying degree of their manifestation. A study of the organizational DNA of fast-growing companies has shown that gazelles have special chromosomes. In Yandex, the chromosomes responsible for inspiration and the process of rethinking are most pronounced. The firm pays considerable attention to training both current and potential employees, as well as creating comfortable working conditions for them. The significant influence exerted by Yandex on the Russian IT industry causes close attention to the company’s actions, which does not allow deviating from the declared values and principles even in the conditions of instability of the Russian and global economy. In Vkusvill, the chromosomes of rearrangement and revitalization dominate. A fundamentally new structure for Russian food retail and a focus on customers are the determining factors for the company's high performance. Red&White has the mostly developed chromosomes responsible for restructuring and rethinking. At the same time, the firm builds trusting relationships with customers through active communication in social networks. The conclusions of the analysis of the three firms are systematized and can be integrated in the work of Russian firms wishing to apply successful experience, as well as in the process of future business leaders training.

В современном, стремительно меняющемся мире перед российскими компаниями неизбежно встает вопрос выбора траектории развития. Разрыв экономических отношений с западом, изменение национальных приоритетов, экономическая нестабильность в стране и мире требуют от российских компаний разработки стратегических программ развития, их уточнения с учетом изменившихся условий хозяйствования. В текущих условиях гибкость в принятии решений, разработке и реализации стратегий как никогда важна. Важным видится вопрос выбора варианта стратегического развития и позиционирования. Целью данного исследования является оценка сравнительной эффективности различных типов стратегий российских компаний на основе идентификации и сопоставления официально заявляемых стратегий развития и реально реализуемых на практике. На основе анализа публичной информации о заявленных крупнейшими российскими компаниями стратегий была проведена их типологизация. Данная типология легла в основу проведенного опроса работников компаний на предмет выявления наличия и типа реализуемой компанией стратегии. Было выявлено, что заявленная и реализуемая стратегия компаний не всегда совпадают. В 16 из 39 компаний данные стратегии отличаются. Также была проверена гипотеза о большей или меньшей эффективности компаний с различными типами стратегий и о влиянии соответствия заявленной и реализуемой стратегии на результаты деятельности компаний. В основе анализа лежит разработанная авторами типология стратегий, в зависимости от характера планирования, отражения бизнес-процессов, а также типа внешней среды. Анализ позволили сделать вывод о сравнительно большей эффективности компаний с идеологическим типом стратегии (как заявленной, так и реальной). Также более высокую эффективность продемонстрировали компании с реализуемой стратегией типа «формирования». Полученные результаты позволили сделать выводы об эффективности различных типов стратегий, а также о том, насколько компании следуют заявленной стратегии в своей деятельности и какое это находит отражение на показателях их эффективности., In today’s rapidly changing world, Russian companies inevitably face the choice of a development trajectory. The rupture of economic relations with the West, changing national priorities, economic instability requires Russian companies to develop new strategies and refine them taking into account the changed economic conditions. In the current conditions, flexibility in decision-making, development and implementation of strategies is more important than ever. The issue of choosing a variant of strategic development and positioning seems to be important. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the comparative effectiveness of various types of Russian companies’ strategies based on the identification and comparison of officially declared strategies and those actually implemented in practice. Based on the analysis of public information about the strategies announced by the largest Russian companies, their typology was carried out. This typology formed the basis for a survey of company employees to identify the type of strategy implemented by the company. It was found that the declared and implemented strategies of companies do not always coincide. In 16 out of 39 companies, these strategies differ. In addition, the hypothesis was tested about the greater or lesser efficiency of companies with different types of strategies and about the impact of compliance with the declared and implemented strategy on the results of companies’ activities. The analysis is based on the typology of strategies developed by the authors, depending on the nature of planning, reflection of business processes, as well as the type of external environment. The analysis allowed us to conclude that companies with an ideological type of strategy (both declared and real) are relatively more effective. Moreover, companies with such an implemented strategy as “formation” demonstrated higher efficiency. The results obtained made it possible to draw conclusions about the effectiveness of various types of strategies, as well as how companies follow the stated strategy in their activities and how this is reflected in their performance indicators.
