The correct choice of project management mode is significant in successfully constructing cultural tourism projects in villages and towns and revitalizing characteristic protected countryside. However, in actual practice, the misuse and mixing of project management modes of cultural tourism projects in villages and towns are prominent. To meet the needs of project management and decision-making of rural cultural tourism projects, firstly the cultural tourism projects are divided according to human resources. Then the project management modes suitable for the rural cultural tourism project are selected and optimized. Thirdly, through the improved Delphi method, the selection index system of cultural tourism project management mode in villages and towns is established, and the ordered weighted average operator (OWA) is used to assign the weights. Fourthly, a two-step optimization model of project management mode is proposed: the first step is to determine the first-level management mode of cultural and tourism projects based on the nearest neighbor algorithm (KNN), and the second step is to use TOPSIS grey relational model to optimize the secondary management mode of cultural and tourism projects. Fifthly, a list of standards for village and town cultural tourism project management modes is established for the owner's reference. A case study is conducted based on a cultural tourism project to verify the scientificity of the checklist. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

PTFE/Al reactive material is an energetic material that releases energy under impact conditions, resulting in a wide range of application prospects. In order to improve its damage ability—considering the higher heat of the reaction per unit mass when Ni2O3 is involved in the aluminothermic reaction—we designed and studied PTFE/Al/Ni2O3, a reaction material based on polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). We also designed two other kinds (PTFE/Al, PTFE/Al/CuO) for comparative study, with the mass fraction of the metal oxides added at 10%, 20%, and 30%, respectively. The quasi-static compression properties and impact initiation behavior of the material were investigated by a universal material testing machine and a drop hammer test. The reaction process of different materials under a high strain rate was recorded using a high-speed camera. The results show that with the increase in Ni2O3 content, the strength of the PTFE/Al/Ni2O3 reactive material shows an increasing trend followed by a decreasing trend. Among the three reactive materials, when the content of Al/Ni2O3 reaches 30 wt.%, the reaction duration is the longest (at 4 ms) and the reaction fireball is the largest. Objective Rapidly progressive interstitial lung disease (RP-ILD) in DM patients positive for anti-melanoma differentiation-associated gene 5 (anti-MDA5) autoantibody (MDA5-DM) often have a poor prognosis, frequently fatal. As there is a scarcity of data regarding the effect of intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) on RP-ILD in MDA5-DM patients (MDA5-RPILD), we conducted this study to determine the efficacy of a IVIG add-on initial treatment. Methods Patients with newly-onset MDA5-RPILD from September 2018 to June 2020 were retrospectively reviewed for 6 months in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University. They were divided into two groups: IVIG and non-IVIG groups. The major measurement of treatment outcome was the difference in the mortality in 3-month and 6-month between two group patients. Other relevant indicators were also recorded, including the incidence of infection, the dosages of GCs, the remission rate and the variables in laboratory data. Results The IVIG group (n  = 31) showed significantly lower 6-month mortality rate than the non-IVIG group (n  = 17) (22.6% vs 52.9%; P  =0.033). The IVIG group patients had a higher remission rate at 3 months (71.0% vs 41.2%; P  =0.044). Gradual reduction was observed in the first 3 months with regard to the titre of anti-MDA5 autoantibody, the serum level of ferritin and the ground glass opacification GGO scores. Conclusion IVIG adjunct therapy is a very effective first-line treatment for patients with MDA5-RPILD. IVIG may increase the survival and remission rate by lowering ferritin concentration, anti-MDA5 titre and GGO score. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-[gamma] coactivator-1[alpha] (PGC-1[alpha]) is a key regulator of cellular energy metabolism and regulates processes such as adaptive thermogenesis, hepatic gluconeogenesis, fatty acid oxidation, and mitochondrial biogenesis by coactivating numerous nuclear receptors and transcription factors. Here, we demonstrate the presence of the ERR[alpha] binding site in the regulatory sequence of the glucokinase gene and that PGC-1[alpha] coactivates ERR[alpha] to stimulate the transcription of glucokinase. Simultaneous overexpression of PGC-1[alpha] and ERR[alpha] potently induced the glucokinase gene expression and its enzymatic activity in primary hepatocytes; however, expression of either PGC-1[alpha] or ERR[alpha] alone had no significant effect. Electrophoretic mobility shift and chromatin immunoprecipitation assays revealed the interaction of ERR[alpha] with the glucokinase promoter. Finally, the knockdown of endogenous ERR[alpha] with specific siRNA (siERR[alpha]) or pharmacological inhibition of ERR[alpha] with XCT790 attenuated insulin-induced glucokinase expression. The size- and shape –controlled α-Fe2O3 nanoparticles has been successfully prepared via a sonochemical method in FeSO4-NH4HCO3 complex solution. The influence of ultrasound field to the dimension, appearance and agglomeration of the product were discussed. The obtained samples were examined by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), thermogravimetry and differential thermal analyses (TG-DTA) techniques. The results revealed that the phase of ferric oxide powders mainly consisted of spherical α-Fe2O3. The α-Fe2O3 particles were relatively uniform in size and the average size of particles is 50nm. The influence of the synthesis conditions on the size and size distribution of Fe2O3 nanoparticles was determined.
