Bacterial infections can lead to the formation of chronic wounds and delay the wound-healing process. Therefore, it is important to explore safe and efficient antimicrobial agents that have wound-healing and biocompatible properties. In this study, novel starch-fabricated silver nitroprusside nanoparticles (S-AgNP NPs) were prepared for biocompatible wound-healing applications. The study showed that S-AgNP NPs are spherical, with an average size of 356 ± 22.28 d. nm and zeta potential of −27.8 ± 2.80 mV, respectively. Furthermore, the FTIR and XRD results showed that S-AgNP NPs have functional groups and crystal structures from the silver nitroprusside nanoparticles (AgNP NPs) and starch. Additionally, S-AgNP NPs showed excellent bacterial and biofilm inhibition on B. cereus (15.6 μg/mL), L. monocytogenes (15.6 μg/mL), S. aureus (31.3 μg/mL), E. coli (31.3 μg/mL) and S. enterica (62.5 μg/mL). Moreover, S-AgNP NPs promoted cell migration and proliferation at a concentration of 62.5 μg/mL compared to AgNP NPs. Meanwhile, S-AgNP NPs had good biocompatibility and low cytotoxicity compared to AgNP NPs. Rationale: Pyrrolidone‐based drugs find widespread use in treating conditions such as epilepsy and Alzheimer's disease, and in various other medical applications. Brivaracetam, the latest generation of pyrrolidone drugs, has exhibited significant promise owing to chemical structure modifications. Its affinity to the SV2A receptor is double that of the previous‐generation drug, levetiracetam. Consequently, brivaracetam holds substantial potential for diverse applications. As a novel drug not yet included in the pharmacopeias of developed nations, comprehensive analysis and research are necessary to guarantee its safe utilization in clinical settings. Methods: A liquid chromatography quadrupole time‐of‐flight tandem mass spectrometry (LC/QTOFMS) method has been developed to effectively separate, identify and characterize both the degradation products and process‐related substances of brivaracetam. Stress testing of the sample was carried out following the guidelines outlined in ICH Q1A(R2). The structures of these impurities were identified through positive electrospray ionization QTOF high‐resolution MS and NMR spectroscopy. Additionally, the formation mechanism of each degradation product is thoroughly discussed. Results: Under the analytical conditions outlined in this paper, brivaracetam and its degradation products were effectively separated. Thirteen degradation products were detected and characterized, shedding light on their origins and degradation pathways. Among these, three degradation products align with previously reported impurities, and two unreported degradation products were synthesized and confirmed through NMR spectroscopy. The stress testing results revealed the instability of brivaracetam under acidic, alkaline, oxidative and thermal stress conditions, while it exhibited relative stability under photolytic stress conditions. Conclusion: The study developed an analytical method for brivaracetam that enabled the effective detection and separation of brivaracetam and its 13 degradation products. This method addresses a gap in both current domestic and foreign drug standards. The structures of all the major degradation products were characterized by high‐resolution LC/QTOFMS, which is essential for quality control during the drug production process, stability evaluation and the establishment of proper storage conditions. The objective of this study is to examine the impact of climate change on forestry efficiency (FRE) and total factor productivity change (TFPC) in 31 provinces of China for a study period of 2001–2020. Additionally, the study aims to evaluate the success level of governmental initiatives used to mitigate climate change. Using the DEA-SBM, this study estimates the forestry efficiency for 31 Chinese provinces and seven regions. Results indicate that the average forestry efficiency score obtained is 0.7155. After considering climatic factors, the efficiency level is 0.5412. East China demonstrates the highest average efficiency with a value of 0.9247, while the lowest score of 0.2473 is observed in Northwest China. Heilongjiang, Anhui, Yunnan, and Tibet exhibit the highest efficiency scores. Mongolia, Heilongjiang, Sichuan, Hebei, and Hunan are the five provinces most affected by climate change. This study's findings indicate that the average total factor forestry productivity (TFPC) is 1.0480, representing an increase of 4.80%. The primary determinant for change is technology change (TC), which surpasses efficiency change (EC). Including climate variables reduces total factor productivity change (TFPC) to 1.0205, mainly driven by a decrease in TC. The region of South China exhibits the highest total factor productivity change (TFPC) with a value of 1.087, whereas both Northeast China and Central China observe falls below 1 in TFPC. The Mann–Whitney U test provides evidence of statistically significant disparities in forestry efficiency and TFPC scores when estimated with and without incorporating climate factors. Herein, we prepared the silica nanoparticles (SiO2 NPs) by a modified Stober's method for methyl orange (MO) removal. The SiO2 NPs were found to be spherical with a zeta size of 152.5 d. nm, a PDI of 0.377, and a zeta potential of −5.59 mV. The effect of different parameters (initial dye concentration, reaction time, temperature, and pH) on the adsorption of MO by SiO2 NPs was determined. The adsorption pattern of SiO2 NPs was highly fitted with the Langmuir, Freundlich, Redlich-Peteroen, and Temkin isotherm models. The highest adsorption rate was recorded at 69.40 mg/g of SiO2 NPs. Furthermore, the toxic effect of before and after removal of MO in aqueous solution was tested in terms of phytotoxicity and acute toxicity. The SiO2 NPs treated MO dye solution were not exhibited significant toxicity to corn seeds and Artemia salina. These results indicated that SiO2 NPs can be used for the adsorption of MO. Considering Inner Mongolia as the study area, the ecological theory of climate change, and human activities affecting a wide range of biodiversity patterns, MODIS multi-timeseries remote sensing image data were used and the interannual variation index was obtained by the method of fitting the curve to obtain the annual phenological and seasonal indicators. At the same time, the Landsat 8 standard deviation image was calculated to obtain the spatial variation index and generate spatial–temporal remote sensing indices to quantify the threat of climate change to biodiversity. In addition, the impact of human activities on biodiversity was quantified by generating a map of the human footprint in Inner Mongolia. The spatial–temporal remote sensing index and the human footprint index were integrated to identify areas protected from climate change and human activities, respectively. Eventually, the hotspot areas of biodiversity conservation in Inner Mongolia were obtained and priority protected area planning was based on the hotspot identification results. In this study, remote sensing technology was used to identify biodiversity conservation hotspots, which can overcome the limitations of insufficient species data from the past, improve the reliability of large-scale biodiversity conservation analyses, and be used for targeted management actions that have practical significance for biodiversity conservation planning. This paper focuses on the problems of inaccurate extraction of winter wheat edges from high-resolution images, misclassification and omission due to intraclass differences as well as the large number of network parameters and long training time of existing classical semantic segmentation models. This paper proposes a lightweight winter wheat planting area extraction model that combines the DeepLabv3+ model and a dual-attention mechanism. The model uses the lightweight network MobileNetv2 to replace the backbone network Xception of DeepLabv3+ to reduce the number of parameters and improve the training speed. It also introduces the lightweight Convolutional Block Attention Module (CBAM) dual-attention mechanism to extract winter wheat feature information more accurately and efficiently. Finally, the model is used to complete the dataset creation, model training, winter wheat plantation extraction, and accuracy evaluation. The results show that the improved lightweight DeepLabv3+ model in this paper has high reliability in the recognition extraction of winter wheat, and its recognition results of OA, mPA, and mIoU reach 95.28%, 94.40%, and 89.79%, respectively, which are 1.52%, 1.51%, and 2.99% higher than those for the original DeepLabv3+ model. Meanwhile, the model's recognition accuracy was much higher than that of the three classical semantic segmentation models of UNet, ResUNet and PSPNet. The improved lightweight DeepLabv3+ also has far fewer model parameters and training time than the other four models. The model has been tested in other regions, and the results show that it has good generalization ability. The model in general ensures the extraction accuracy while significantly reducing the number of parameters and satisfying the timeliness, which can achieve the fast and accurate extraction of winter wheat planting sites and has good application prospects. Background: Paclitaxel, a commonly used chemotherapeutic agent, is usually associated with peripheral neuropathy. Paclitaxel induced peripheral neuropathy (PIPN) can be dose limiting and may have detrimental influence on patients' quality of life. However, the mechanism of PIPN remains unclear. Medicinal herbs and their formulas might offer neuronal protection with their multitarget and integrated benefits in chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN). Siwei Jianbu decoction (J12) is a classic formula of traditional Chinese medicine which can promote blood circulation and treat diabetic nephropathy in clinical with the symptoms of weakness and pain. Methods: The effects of J12 were treated in C57BL/6 mice before injected with Paclitaxel.Behaviour studies: Measurement of mechanical hyperalgesia, thermal nociception and cold allodynia. On the last day at the end of week 6, DRGs were obtained from mice for western blot and immunohistochemical analysis containing NF-κB, p-ERK1/2 and p-SAPK/JNK protein expression. Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction: mRNA expression of NF-κB, IL-1β and TNF-α was analyzed. Additionally, the blood samples collected from the eye socket of the mouse were prepared to examine the levels of NF-κB, TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-1β using ELISA assay kits. Results: Hypersensitivity tests and pathology analysis have demonstrated that J12 could improve paclitaxel-induced peripheral pain. J12 acts by inhibiting the activation of (C-Jun N-terminal kinases) JNK, (extracellular signal-regulated kinase) ERK1/2 phosphorylation in (Mitogen-activated protein kinases) MAPK signaling pathway and the nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) in C57BL/6 mice model, J12 also inhibits the production of inflammatory cytokines including tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α), interleukin 1β (IL-1β) and IL-6. Conclusion: The present study showed that J12 ameliorates paclitaxel-induced peripheral neuropathic pain.
