The scientific research reflected in the content of this study is devoted to the main theoretical, legal and practical issues of administrative liability for domestic violence against a child. The purpose of the study – outline the specific features of protection of a child's right against domestic violence in Ukrainian legislation and identify the factors which indicate the necessity to distinguish domestic violence against a child as an administrative offence with more serious consequences, and, accordingly, to apply a more severe penalty to the offender. According to the purpose and specifics of the subject matter of the study, the author has applied a set of methods: philosophical methods – dialectical, phenomenological and others; general scientific methods: systematic, induction, deduction of analysis, synthesis, analogy, comparison; and methods of a specific legal science: comparative-legal, legal statistics, legal generalisation, legal analysis, formal-legal etc. The study examines the definition of domestic violence under Ukrainian law and summarises some ways to counteract this phenomenon. It is emphasised that the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences does not distinguish between the specifics of administrative liability for domestic violence against an adult and a child. However, according to statistical studies, the number of children suffering from domestic violence is increasing every year. It highlights the relevance of the study. The practical value is that the study identifies and characterises the main theoretical, legal and practical issues of administrative liability for domestic violence against a child, and develops substantiated proposals for amending Article 173-2 of the Code of Administrative Offences

The study of objects and subjects of registration and permit-licensing procedures in the activities of the National Police has determined the need to delimit the categories of objects and subjects with the categories “subjects” and “participants” of the procedures that are similar in meaning. As a result, taking into account the specifics of the content and essence of both of the specified types of procedures, a number of conclusions have been drawn. • A list of objects of registration and permit-licensing procedures in the activities of the National Police has been created: 1) ensuring the implementation of operations with all objects covered by the permit system (firearms, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons, ammunition for them and their components, explosive materials, potent poisonous substances of safety class I–II, pathogens of infectious diseases I–II groups of pathogenicity and toxins), the functioning of shooting ranges, hunting and sports stands, enterprises and workshops for the manufacture and repair of firearms and cold weapons, pyrotechnic workshops, material part of weapons points of study, special tools, rules for handling them and their use, stores that sell weapons and ammunition for them, organizations engaged in the sale of potent poisonous substances, and laboratories working with pathogens of infectious diseases of the I–II pathogenicity group and toxins, warehouses, bases and premises for storage and use of entities of the permit system; • The subjects of registration and permit-licensing procedures in the activities of the National Police have been defined. In the first case, they are copies, duplicates, reissued permits and licenses, that is, documents whose content either did not change at all or was partially changed (for example, regarding the identity of the owner), in the second case, they are original permit documents (permits and licenses). • The range of participants in registration and permit-licensing procedures in the activities of the National Police has been outlined: 1) the entity authorized to implement the specified types of procedures, i.e. units of the National Police of Ukraine; 2) natural and legal persons who receive these services; 3) third parties who facilitate the implementation of procedures. • The system of subjects of registration and permit-licensing procedures in the activities of the National Police has been established: 1) the Department of Weapons Control of the National Police of Ukraine; 2) the arms control department of the Main Department of the National Police in the regions; 3) inspectors (senior inspectors) of the permit system service in district offices, divisions and police departments, as well as sectors of police activity in districts, cities, districts within cities.

My task is to demonstrate substantial differences in the views of Kant and Heidegger on being. To this end I analyse Heidegger’s work Kant and the Problem of Metaphysics which Heidegger was writing intermittently during the period from 1927 to 1964. It deals not only with the ideas of the Critique of Pure Reason but also with Kant’s pre-critical work, The Only Possible Argument in Support of a Demonstration of the Existence of God (1763), in which Kant explicitly addressed the question of being for the first time. Heidegger focuses on the transcendental power of imagination not only as the “common root” of sensibility and understanding, but also as the fundamental faculty of ontological cognition. He links it with the phenomenon of time, arguing that the object of knowledge as such is also linked with this phenomenon. True, for Heidegger what matters is not a singular empirical object, but the universal noumenal object, including being. Consequently, Heidegger draws a distinction between empirics and sensibility: all empirics is sensible, but not all sensibility is empirical. A triangle in general, a dog in general, etc. have an image, but it is not a singular image, but a schema. Heidegger argues that time as pure intuition is the “field” in which the imagination faculty draws its image schemas. This field is the horizon of objectness, i.e. the possibility of emergence of non-empirical objects, including being. Being, then, is not a Kantian noumenon, not an X, but a sensible, albeit non-empirical, object created by the power of imagination, a correlate of everything cognisable. So understood, being is created by the human, therefore it is not transcendent but immanent to him/her. I also note that in characterising being Heidegger gradually moves from “time” to “work of art” in the frame of which the power of imagination does not simply reflect reality, but creates multiple diverse worlds.

In regards to the nature of time, it has become commonplace to hear physicists state that time does not exist and that the perception of time passing and of events occurring in time is an illusion. In this paper, I argue that physics is actually agnostic on the question of the nature of time. The standard arguments against its existence all suffer from implicit biases and hidden assumptions, rendering many of them circular in nature. An alternative viewpoint to that of Newtonian materialism is the process view of Whitehead. I will show that the process perspective supports the reality of becoming, of happening, and of change. At the fundamental level, time is an expression of the action of process generating the elements of reality. Metrical space–time is an emergent aspect of relations between process-generated entities. Such a view is compatible with existing physics. The situation of time in physics is reminiscent of that of the continuum hypothesis in mathematical logic. One of the urgent issues of today is the social protection of the unemployed, which is diverse and can be reduced to several organizational and legal forms. One of the organizational and legal forms of social protection of the unemployed is the mandatory state social insurance in case of unemployment. which is regulated by law, as a result of which legal relations arise in the relevant area. The purpose of the article is to clarify the object of legal relations from mandatory state social insurance in case of unemployment, which is of key importance in the structure of such legal relations. It was concluded that the object of legal relations is what their subjects exercise their subjective rights and legal obligations. The main purpose of the object is that it makes it possible to find out about what legal relations arise, what their legal regulation should be aimed at, what techniques and methods of the latter should be used to satisfy the interests and needs of individuals or legal entities. Not only the behavior of the subjects of legal relations, but also the achievement of the latter's ultimate goal depends on how fully and correctly the object will be defined. The objects of legal relations from the mandatory state social insurance in case of unemployment are (a) social insurance benefits and (b) social insurance services. Social insurance benefit is a periodic or one-time cash payment in the system of mandatory state social insurance in case of unemployment, which is provided by the insurer in the event of unemployment or death of an unemployed person or a person who was dependent on him. Social insurance services are measures provided in the system of mandatory state social insurance in case of unemployment, which are aimed at individuals or their groups who are in a difficult life situation due to unemployment and cannot overcome it on their own, with the aim of improving their life activities, social adaptation and return to a full-fledged life. As for the definition according to Law Number 5 of 1986 article 4, the State Administrative Court is one of the executors of judicial power for the people seeking justice for State Administrative disputes. Apart from the State Administrative Court, other courts as executors of judicial power in Indonesia based on Law Number 48 of 2009 concerning Judicial Power, are the General Court, the Religious Court and the Military Court which culminate in the Supreme Court, as well as an independent Constitutional Court. The type of research used in this research is analytical descriptive. Descriptive research is a form of research aimed at describing existing phenomena, both natural phenomena and man-made phenomena. Judges in being accountable for decisions often also seek support from jurisprudence and science. Seeking support in jurisprudence does not mean that a judge is bound by or has to follow decisions regarding similar cases that have been handed down by the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal, or that have been decided by him alone. Based on the results of the research and discussion that have been described in the previous chapters, the authors draw conclusions, suggestions, from the results of the research as follows: Weaknesses in the regulatory authority adjudicating the Determination of Village Head Election Results as the Object of the Current State Administrative Dispute, Weaknesses Regulations in Article 1 number 8 and number 9 regarding the understanding of State Administrative Agencies or Officials and State Administrative Decisions in the perspective of current Human Rights, namely that there are weaknesses in the legal structure, legal substance and legal culture. Based on the clinical work with patients who had made a very serious suicide attempt, in the context of separation or loss of a loved one, this article aims to analyse the different ways that psychic work can take when faced with grief and the originals productions of these types of psychic work which take a place aside in the continuum drawn by Freud between grief and melancholy. Three years of clinical observations and work brings us to a hypothesis that the severity of suicide gesture of the patients is not necessarily linked to the recent loss but frequently to a former loss that the patients suffered in the past sometimes without identifying this event as a loss, in some cases even with the transgenerational dimension. Through a network of memory, this former loss gives another sense to the recent loss and opens a new space for elaborative psychic work allowing us to access previously unattainable thoughts, dreams, associations, and identification conflicts. In recent decades, part of the human sciences has been dedicated to rethinking the separations between subjects and objects, or, in another sense, between nature and culture. If, in part of the Western context, this separation guaranteed the ontological primacy of subjects, other strands of thought have sought to rediscover the interactions between subjects and objects, including finding ways to establish the conditions of autonomy of objects by themselves. In particular and turning to the cultural context and the production of objects in capitalist societies, we ask about the conditions of autonomy of commodities. Depending on the perspective we adopt, the commodity loses its economic attribute, reappearing with other constitutive meanings. In this paper, we trace a brief conceptual course about the separations between subjects and objects and the contemporary interpretations that intend to undo such separation. First, we start with Sigmund Freud's critical comments about the animistic practices of indigenous people and Karl Marx's comments about commodity fetishism. According to Peter Stallybrass (2009), Marx would not be antagonistic to the fetish as a possible cultural form, but solely a critic of the commodity fetish in capitalist societies. Losing its harmful character, the fetish reappears as a potential agent of relations between human and non-human bodies, according to Latour (2005). Finally, we speculate on the commodity-object to reactivate the interlacements between subjects and objects in contemporaneity. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This article considers a methodological approach to recognize the intrusion of objects into a protected area using an optoelectronic robotic complex, which is based on the existence of a certain characteristic space (a set of signal and geometric features) for each class and type of object. The solved problem of comparing Bayesian a posteriori probabilities of classes (types) of objects is reduced to calculating a priori probabilities and energy distribution functions of signals and geometric parameters of objects, i.e., the likelihood functions of a feature for a specific class (type) of an object. Based on the obtained parameters, the dependences of the probability of correct recognition, omission, false recognition, and confusion of objects on the coefficient of distinctness when the object's signal energy deviates from the standard energy are analyzed. The results obtained are required to solve the problem of the adaptive group control of robotic complexes when solving operational and tactical and tasks in an uncertain dynamic environment. This study discusses the results of a literature survey and cross-tabulation analysis of the objects of kawaii emotions and causes of kawaii emotions. From ancient language dictionaries, historically, kawaii could be said to be mainly used to refer to one's relatives and gradually to non-relative children, romantic partners, and artificial objects. Based on the descriptions from various ancient language dictionaries, this study presents four causes of kawaii emotions: the morphology of the object, its behaviors and facial expressions, relationship between human and 辻, and its perceived personality. The primary causes of kawaii emotions toward relatives and romantic partners are the relationship with the object and its personality, and the causes toward non-relative children are the morphology of the object, its behavior and facial expressions, and its personality, and the causes toward artificial objects are the morphology of the object, its behavior and facial expressions, and the relationship. Contrast enhancement of images is a crucial topic in image processing that improves the quality of images. The methods of image enhancement are classified into three types, including the histogram method, the fuzzy logic method, and the optimal method. Studies on image enhancement are often based on the rules: if it is bright, then it is brighter; if it is dark, then it is darker, using a global approach. Thus, it is hard to enhance objects in all dark and light areas, as in satellite images. This study presents a novel algorithm for improving satellite images, called remote sensing image enhancement based on cluster enhancement (RSIECE). First, the input image is clustered by the algorithm of fuzzy semi-supervised clustering. Then, the upper bound and lower bound are estimated according to the cluster. Next, a sub-algorithm is implemented for clustering enhancement using an enhancement operator. For each pixel, the gray levels for each channel (R, G, B) are transformed with this sub-algorithm to generate new corresponding gray levels because after clustering, pixels belong to clusters with the corresponding membership values. Therefore, the output gray level value will be aggregated from the enhanced gray levels by the sub-algorithm with the weight of the corresponding cluster membership value. A widely debated issue in contemporary metaphysics is whether the modal profile of ordinary objects has to be explained in non-modal terms (that is, Thesis 1). However, how to solve such an issue with respect to occurrences – namely, processes and events – is a question that has been largely neglected in the current metaphysical debate. The general goal of this article is to start filling this gap. As a first result of the article, we make it plausible that, if Thesis 1 holds for objects, then it also holds for processes and events. Then, we develop a metaphysical account of processes derived from Fine's (1999, 2022) suggestions, according to which a process is a variable embodiment that is manifested by different events at the different times it goes on – namely, Thesis 2. We raised the challenge from the completion of a process that asks the Finean account of processes to explain relevant modal features of processes in non-modal terms. As a second result, we argue that four initially plausible strategies for solving such a challenge fall short of solving it. As a third result, we show that the theory of variable embodiments Fine formulates for objects must differ from the theory of variable embodiments that aims to model processes. Greimas as the founders of the French narrative science was influenced by formalists and structuralists and tried to infuse it with semiotics to establish a theory of meaning. Greimas highlighted meaning and took the conflict between subject and object as the basis for production of meaning in actantial model; meaning is generated through the process of narration. The present study analyzes Bakhtiar Ali's latest novel titled Bender Feyli based on the actantial model. Bandar as object for the Baath Party and its regime was born and raised in prison with a paradoxical personality. The Baathists tried to erase his identity and include him as a member of their party. This is the drive in the novel till the Baath is defeated and its members are punished. Americans as a new actor free Bender. The main image in the novel consists of freedom and slavery; Greimas considers it as a universal image, composed of a series of minor images. Bender is trapped between freedom and slavery. Bender is freed finally but he does not feel free because he is encouraged by the Iraqis to take his revenge upon the Baathists. However, at the time of revenge, a disease attacks him, which is a sign of health because it frees Bender from being similar to others. In Korean, either specific quantity or definiteness of an object is recognized to be associated with event telicity. However, there has been no clear account on which property is a crucial factor for telicity. This study conducted an acceptability judgment experiment testing to identify what property of an object is associated with telicity of an event VP under the conditions which differ by the presence or absence of the time adverbials (-maney ‘in x time’ and -dongan ‘for x time’). 30 Korean native speakers were given target sentences with multiple choices to select, and the choices were made based on the potential interpretations of the sentences with different types of objects such as a bare noun or numeral classifier object. The target sentences also differ in the presence or absence of the time adverbials, i.e., -maney or -dongan adverbial. The results suggested that contrary to the current literature definiteness may not play a role in event telicity. As for specific quantity, it is not a necessary property of an object, but mere quantity of an object is found to be sufficient for a telic interpretation of an event. The results also showed that -dongan adverbials can have time span meaning not only with numeral classifier objects but also with bare noun objects. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The aim of this paper is to explain the differential object marking (DOM) of inanimate objects in Spanish. Generally, animate objects in Spanish are marked with an A morpheme; however, it is possible for the A-marker to appear also with inanimate objects in specific circumstances. In this article, I defend the idea that a lexical feature of the verb (the presupposition of existence) must be licensed with the organizing node that dominates the specificity features. V inherits this organizing node from v. The analysis will be done using mainly two theoretical tools: the feature geometry of Harley & Ritter (2002) and Chomsky's (2013, 2015) labeling theory.

The emergence of the Musée du quai Branly project and its inauguration in Paris in 2006 have sparked off many controversies and stimulated numerous debates about the politics of representation, the colonial heritage in museum collections, the influence of art dealers, the role of indigenous communities, but also and above all the often antagonistic relationship between ethnographic and aesthetic approaches. It is not our intention here to reopen the controversy of the origins or to settle the alternative between the End of Art and the end of museum ethnography. On the contrary, we wish to place ourselves in a historical perspective, and to take advantage of this contribution to lay down some milestones in an intellectual journey that began more than a century ago and which is still often written in the mode of discontinuity.

As the bilateral contract promise is a civil convention, it must meet all the general conditions of validity of the contracts provided by art. 1179 of the Civil Code. Given the role of the preparatory contract that promises play in the formation of the final will to conclude another contract, they must also meet a number of specific conditions. Thus, there is a close relationship between the content of the promise and that of the foreshadowed final contract, the conditions of validity of the latter being found in the conditions of validity of the promise, or in other words the validity of the promised contract depends on the validity of the contract promise. Given that the fulfillment of the conditions of validity of the promised contract is directly dependent on the fulfillment of the conditions of validity by the promise, it is important to establish those conditions, called essential elements, which must be found in the pre-contract for it to be considered valid by reference to the foreshadowed contract. There are also a number of elements related to the validity of the sales contract but they do not have to be fulfilled at the time of conclusion, and their existence sometimes justifies the very existence of the promise of sale.

The disadvantages of the traditional description of a mechanical engineering product are considered, which are based on features focused on single, typical and group operations of the technological process. It is proposed to design and manufacture individual elements of parts and the product as a whole from the standpoint of operation and monitoring of its condition using the modular approach in engineering and technology. The representation of parts by sets of modules makes it possible to identify the locating, working and binding modules of the surfaces and on their basis to build a unified classification of parts focused on various stages of the product life cycle. The fundamentals of the locating theory are updated, taking into account the revision of the existing description from theoretical mechanics by means of the position of 3 coordinate points; for the transition to a new description from the theory of machines and mechanisms by depriving of object of locating the degrees of freedom (mobility) in the technical system (design, technological, measuring one). It is shown how the design of the production technology of the product and the measurement of its characteristics is carried out in a system that includes equipment and facilities as mechanisms, the closing link of which are locating items.
