Orthopaedic appliances are designed to transfer forces to facial skeleton as directly as possible. These appliances effectively influence bone growth and sutural changes which when given in growing age favourably alters the continuing facial growth pattern. The primary objective is to correct the skeletal imbalance; correction of the malocclusion is relatively secondary in importance. Yet the success of orthodontics mainly depends on the retention which aims to stabilize the treatment in optimal aesthetic and functional positions. The aim of the present writing is to review the usage of micro sensors in the orthopaedic appliances in order to monitor their wear and thus finds a way to stabilize treatment results.

Crop cutting machine is mechanical device. It can be use for cutting the dry cut branch of grain break or covering of trunk of tree. In the crop cutting machine required less human effort and it very reasonable for middle class farmer it is not complicated structure and it easily operated by unskilled person. It can reduce labour cost due to the only one person can handle. Crop cutter machine does not required high life support. This machine targets the small-scale farmers who have land area of smaller than 2or3 acres. This mechanism is compact and can cut up to two rows of wheat, millet, jowar crops. It has cutting blades which cut the crop in a scissoring type of movement. It runs on petrol engine, this power from engine, is provided through shaft, pulley and belt drive system to the cutting blades. This compact crop cutter is manufactured using locally available spare parts and thus, it is easily maintainable. This crop cutter might be the solution to the problems faced by a small-scale farmer regarding cost and worker implementation.

The use of magnification and microsurgery to perform various procedures are recent developments in medical and dental field. The available literature specifically of periodontal surgical procedures was analysed and compiled, and it indicated that when magnification is incorporated in periodontal practice, it improves visual acuity, decreased patient morbidity, ergonomic benefits, rapid healing, and enhanced patient acceptance. The illumination and magnifi¬cation provided by the operating micro¬scope as well as the use of microsurgical instrumentation have allowed microsur¬geons to perform procedures with more precision. Microsurgery is an interesting concept in the minds of many dental professionals, yet the inability of most clinicians to perform such procedures shows the dental professions lack of understanding of what microsurgery truly encompasses. The objective of the present paper is to offer a brief review on periodontal microsurgery, role of magnification systems, application of microsurgical principles in various periodontal surgical procedures, advantages of microsurgery over conventional surgery and to reinforce the use of microscope into periodontal practice.

The aim of the project is to to prove the possibility of training and modelling a dataset extracted from a UI and to create a prediction model using Machine Learning algorithm. There are several dimensions of quality of work life stated by renowned authors in their studies. Further, researcher has gone through the diverse studies wherein it was found that, these dimensions has close relevance with the labours psychology at the workplace. Changing mindset and behaviour towards workplace and whole organization is the most important concern in today’s era. Because; it has a direct relation with labours productivity and turnover ratio which is already stated by various authors. However, it is also needing to study the emotional attachment of the workers towards the organization which is an affective commitment in context of quality work life. Therefore, researcher has considered the quality work life and emotional attachment i.e affective commitment as a core variable of this study. The main objective of this study was to identify the association of quality work life’s dimensions and it’s impact on emotional attachment of the labours to the organization of the large-scale manufacturing industries of Pune district. Data were collected from 390 respondents. Three independent structured close ended schedules were used as instruments for collecting primary data from respondents. Simple Linear Regression & Multiple Linear Regression was used to find the impact of independent variable and dependent variable. Pearson Correlation Coefficient (r) test was used for analysis of relationship. All of the scales utilized in this investigation had acceptable levels of composite reliability, convergent and discriminate validity, according to the measurement model analysis.

This development targets to contribute remedies (medicine) that are fresh or Idle. The new remedies can be given for further utilization by a poor person. This application helps the user to contribute unused remedies s to NGOs. In this body, there is three people mely, Admin, NGO, and User. Admin will log in and manage users by deleting and blocking the users providing improper or expired medications. Admin also has consultant to like the appointment asked by NGO. Admin has monthly noise of remedies which has been contributed. NGO can register and login using authorizations. They can promote a request appointment which will be added more appropriately and list by the admin. NGO manages the normal which helps to preserve the record of the existing remedies. In the case of safety NGO can also modify its IN. Users can register login loging with authorizations. They can donate remedies by providing remedies s detail and raising demand, further it will be agree the at admin and NGO, they will schedule the donating date. users can also check the previous data of remedies transactions.

Heart Rate is crucial part in medical field. Accurate and quick Calculation is necessary especially in the cases like covid-19 and Tuberculous (TB). We proposed a contactless heart rate calculation system without using any external hardware device but only mobile or laptop and its integrated web camera using Haar cascade classifier of viola-Johns for Return on Investment (ROI) selection of facial region and for RGB separation and colour detection. We are using Eulerian’s colour magnification which detect colour changes according to pumping of blood .It forms the amplitude graph of variation and counts the peak using Fast Fourier Transfer (FFT).

Aims: To study the role of WhatsApp in transfer of agricultural technology, to study the constraints faced by farmers while using WhatsApp, to obtain suggestions from the farmers to overcome the constraints. Study Design: Ex-post facto research design was used for the study Place and Duration of Study: Department of Agricultural Extension and Communication, MPKV, Rahuri, between August 2020 and July 2021. Methodology: The present study was conducted under jurisdiction of two KVKs i.e. KVK, Bhabhleshwar and KVK, Dahigaon, Ahmednagar district of Maharashtra with sample size of 120 respondents from 12 WhatsApp groups. The data was collected on role of WhatsApp in transfer of agricultural technology, constraints and suggestions givenby the farmers. Results: As regards role of WhatsApp in transfer of agricultural technology it was observed that Out of total 120 respondents more than half of the respondents (50.83 %) had reported moderately important role of WhatsApp in transfer of agricultural technology, followed by highly important (33.34 %) and less important (15.83 %) role of WhatsApp in transfer of agricultural technology. The important constraints reported by majority of respondents regarding use of WhatsApp were farmers faced constraint of poor internet connectivity, messages authenticity, language problem, lack of time to check messages, Suggestions given by the farmers about constraints regarding use of WhatsApp were poor network problem should be resolved, while the other suggestions were, training must be arranged for proper use of smart phone and WhatsApp. Conclusion: Farmers viewed WhatsApp as a 'easy' communication app that solved problems using audio-visuals and provided an on-time response during a crisis in their agriculture activities, according to the findings. Distractions and exposure to uncontrolled communications or material were two of the most serious problems that resulted from the use of WhatsApp. Regardless of its drawbacks, social media has proven to be a significant tool for pluralistic extension, bringing all participants in the Agriculture Information System together and making them shareholders in development., {"references":["1.\tAdejo P. Aims: To study the Plant protection advisory services provided by Agri-input dealers on pomegranate crop, to study the constraints faced by Agri-input dealers while providing advisory services, to obtain the suggestions from the Agri-input dealers to overcome the constraints. Study Design: Ex-post facto research design was used for the study Place and Duration of the Study: Department of Agricultural Extension and Communication, MPKV, Rahuri, between August 2020 and July 2021. Methodology: The present study was conducted in two tehsils Malshiras and Pandharpur, Solapur district of Maharashtra with sample size of 120 respondents from 12 villages, 6 villages from each tehsil Malshiras and Pandharpur Respectively. The data was collected on plant protection advisory services provided by Agri-input dealers on pomegranate crop, constraints and suggestions given by the Agri-input dealers. Results: As regards plant protection advisory services provided by Agri-input dealers on pomegranate crop it was observed from that, majority of Agri-input dealers 64.17 per cent comes under medium level of plant protection advisory services followed by20.00 per cent Agri-input dealers who were found under high level of providing plant protection advisory services to the farmers and 15.83 per cent represented the lower category. The important constraints reported by majority of the respondents during providing plant protection advisory to farmers were Agri-input dealers faced the constraints that farmers were not shared detail information regarding previously used pesticides or insecticide, Inadequate time for farm visits, Less preferred paid advisory by the farmers, Lack of coordination and networking in Agri-input dealers in providing advisory to farmers and Lack of information on climate change/variability before advising farmers on plant protection advisory services. Conclusion: An overview of findings revealed that most of the Agri-input dealers were almost medium in providing advisory services. BACKGROUND: Remdesivir has proved its antiviral efcacy on COVID-19 virus in-vitro, but its role in infected patients is still obscure. OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efcacy and safety of Remdesivir in COVID-19 patients with signicant pulmonary involvement. STUDYDESIGN AND METHOD:We conducted a single center, two-arm, prospective, open-label, phase II study from June 2020 to December 2020 on COVID-19 patients (≥18 years), admitted at Jagjivan Ram Railway Hospital, Mumbai. The primary outcome was to evaluate the all-cause mortality up to 28 days in COVID-19 patients; secondary outcome was to assess the length of hospital stay (LOHS) and duration of respiratory supports, using PASS v11.0 software (19). RESULTS:Overallmortality status at 28 dayswas notsignicant(62 (31.2%)in the remdesivir group vs 65 (32.5%)in the control group), and themean LOHS was less in remdesivir arm which was statistically signicant in the female subgroup although the remdesivir group had delay in hospital admission from the onset of the symptoms and statistically higher index IL6 values. Duration of invasive mechanical ventilation showed signicant statistical difference among the study groups(4.7±1.18 daysin control vs 2.8±1.88 daysin remdesivir), and across both the genders. Hypertension and diabetesmellitusfoundtobe themost commoncomorbiditiesinCOVID-19.Nosafetyconcernswere reportedinRemdesivirgroup. CONCLUSION: Remdesivir was well tolerated without any adverse events, but did not show any signicant effect on COVID-19 survival rate, however it decreases the length of hospital stay and duration of invasive ventilator support. More studies are needed to understand the effects of Remdesivir in larger populations.
