In order to solve the problems of long time, low efficiency, low precision, high performance of computer and failing to meet the needs of engineering in the study of the refractive index profile and propagation loss of large range atmospheric duct, a kind of non-overlapping domain decomposition method (DDM) combined with the least square support vector machine (LSSVM) is proposed. The training database is first produced by the forward propagation model, and the large area is decomposed into multiple sub-domains by non-overlapping DDM to make a large number of data effectively divided into small sample data in the sub-domain to train the least squares support vector machine and optimize the parameters of the least squares support vector machine. A fast prediction of propagation loss and refractive index profile of large range evaporation duct is achieved. The propagation loss of the parabolic equation and the true value of the refractive index profile are compared with the predicted data. The results show that the method improves the efficiency and accuracy of the refractive index profile and propagation loss of the large range evaporation duct, reduces the computer performance requirements, which is of universal significance for the prediction of the propagation loss and refractive index profile of large range atmospheric duct, and of great value to the elimination of the influence of duct on radar and communication equipment.

OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of electroacupuncture on proprioception in cynomolgus monkeys after unilateral anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury. METHODS: Twenty-seven cynomolgus monkeys were randomized equally into 3 groups, namely unilateral ACL injury with electroacupuncture group, unilateral ACL injury model group and blank control group. One week after modeling, the monkeys in electroacupuncture group were treated daily for 12 weeks with electroacupuncture at the acupoints Wei Yang, Yin Gu, Xi Yangguan and Qu Quan. At 4, 8, and 12 weeks during the treatment, the changes in the somatosensory evoked potentials (SEPs) and motor nerve conduction velocity (MCV) of the nerves of the ACL were examined with neural electrophysiological method; the changes in the morphology and the total and variable number of the proprioceptors in the ACL were observed with gold chloride staining. RESULTS: In the mokeys in the model group, the incubation period of the SEPs and MCV on the injured side of the knee were significantly extended and the amplitudes were decreased with the passage of time (P < 0.05). Intervention with electroacupuncture significantly reduced the incubation period and increased the amplitudes of the SEPs and MCV (P < 0.05). The total number of the proprioceptors in the ACL was significantly decreased and the variable number of the proprioceptors in ACL was increased with time in the monkeys in the model group (P < 0.05); electroacupuncture intervention obviously slowed the reduction rate of total number of the proprioceptors (P < 0.05) but without affecting the variable number of the proprioceptors (P > 0.05). CONCLUSION: ACL injury causes attenuation of the proprioception on the injury side, and electroacupuncture intervention can produce a positive effect on the proprioception in cynomolgus monkeys.

The La0.7SrxCa0.3-xMnO3 (x=0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.15, 0.2, 0.25 and 0.3) were prepared by combining sol-gel method and high temperature sintering. The effects of Sr doping content on the structure and morphologies of the La0.7SrxCa0.3-xMnO3 finally sintered at 1050°C/1250°C were investigated based on the analyses of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). The results show that the La0.7SrxCa0.3-xMnO3 exhibit single perovskite phase and the change of Sr doping content can result in phase structure transition. The La0.7SrxCa0.3-xMnO3 samples are rhombohedra structure in the range of 0.15≤x≤0.3. When x is no more than 0.1, the La0.7SrxCa0.3-xMnO3 samples sintered at 1050°C present distorted cubic structure. The microstructure of La0.7SrxCa0.3-xMnO3 sintered at 1050°C for 5h becomes more and more looser and its grains tend to refinement with the increase of Sr doping content when x is no less than 0.05. Increasing the final sintering temperature can improve the density and promote the grain growth of La0.7SrxCa0.3-xMnO3. In order to gain a dense microstructure, the final sintering temperature of La0.7SrxCa0.3-xMnO3 should be higher than 1050°C and should be suitably increased with the increase of Sr doping content.

The La0.8SrxCa0.2-xMnO3 (x=0, 0.05 and 0.15) compounds were synthesized by combining sol-gel method and high temperature sintering. The effects of Sr doping content on the microstructure, metal-insulator transition and magnetoresistance (MR) of the La0.8SrxCa0.2-xMnO3 were investigated. The results show that the La0.8SrxCa0.2-xMnO3 exhibit single perovskite phase and the change of Sr doping content can result in phase structure transition. The La0.8Sr0.15Ca0.05MnO3 is rhombohedra structure and the La0.8SrxCa0.2-xMnO3 shows distorted cubic structure when x is no more than 0.05. Increasing Sr doping content causes the degeneration of microstructure homogeneity and density and the decrease of average grain size of the La0.8SrxCa0.2-xMnO3, which can be attributed to the weakening of atomic diffusion during the sintering process. The metal-insulator transition temperature (TMI) of the compounds increases with the decrease of Sr doping content due to the improvement of microstructure. The La0.8Sr0.15Ca0.05MnO3 has the highest MR peak value, which is about 95%. The La0.8Ca0.2MnO3 has the highest room temperature MR, which is about 28%. Moreover, the magnetoresistance of the La0.8Ca0.2MnO3 is very stable between 125~300K.

The La0.7M0.3MnO3(M=Ca, Sr) were synthesized by combining sol-gel technique and solid state sintering method. The evolutions of phase structure and micro-morphologies of the La0.7M0.3MnO3with final sintering temperature (950-1250°C) were investigated. The results show that the La0.7Ca0.3MnO3compounds exhibit single perovskite phase with cubic structure and the La0.7Sr0.3MnO3compounds exhibit single perovskite phase with rhombohedra structure. The final sintering temperature has no obvious effect on the phase structure of La0.7Ca0.3MnO3. However, the density and grain size of La0.7M0.3MnO3(M=Ca, Sr) increase with the increase of the final sintering temperature. Moreover, the micro-morphologies of La0.7Ca0.3MnO3are more sensitive to final sintering temperature compared with that of La0.7Sr0.3MnO3. When sintering temperature is no less than 1150°C, the La0.7Ca0.3MnO3has hardly any pore. After sintering at no less than 1250°C, the La0.7Sr0.3MnO3becomes dense.

Quantitative analysis of H129-ΔTK-tdT monosynaptic tracing. In vitro replication of the H129-ΔTK-tdT. To determine the growth property of H129-ΔTK-tdT which lacks TK, fetal mouse hippocampal and cortical neurons (Neuron) or Vero cells were infected with H129-ΔTK-tdT or the TK competent strain H129-tdT at an MOI of 0.02. A Pseudomonas exotoxin (PE-KDEL)-based chimeric subunit vaccine system was recently developed using a reverse vaccinology technique. In this study, the plasmids containing PE-PRRS chimeric subunits were constructed that composed of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) antigen moieties, a ligand moiety and a Pseudomonas exotoxin A deleted domain III (PE (ΔIII)), and a carboxyl terminal moiety that includes a polypeptide with amino acid sequence KDEL (K3). The PE-PRRS combination vaccine can effectively induce not only PRRSV-specific INF-γ cellular immunity but also a slow-reacting and complement-requiring type serum neutralizing antibody in pigs. In a specific pathogen free (SPF) pig challenge model, body temperature (colonic temperature), occurrence of PRRSV viremia, nasal excretions, gross and histopathological appearances of pneumonia, and serum antibody activity (IFA and SN) titers significantly differed between the immunized group and the control group. The survey showed that a 0.3mg/dose PE-PRRS vaccine formula conferred protection against PRRSV. A field trial of PE-PRRS vaccine was performed to study the immune response of pregnant sows after vaccination in a PRRSV persist farm. The RT-PCR analysis of viremia and serological titers showed that the PE-PRRS vaccine not only increased sow reproductive performance and evoked its immune response to PRRS viremia, it also activated maternal immune protections to prevent piglets from inflicting viremia. In conclusion, we developed a novel and effective PRRS cytotoxic T-cells (CTLs)-based vaccine containing Pseudomonas exotoxin (PE-KDEL) carrier in combination with PRRSV conserved epitopes against PRRS virus.

Silk fibroin film (SFF) has good mechanical property, cells compatibility and biodegradability, and was widely used in the biomedical area as controlling materials. In this work, silk fibroin (SF) was obtained from cocoons. It was dissolved in distilled water to form 5 % and 8 % (W/V) SF solution, which was used to prepare 0.5 %, 1.0 % and 2 % (W/V) sulfadiazine sodium (SD) solution. Five layers of SFF was prepared with salivation method, dried under 37 °C, and annealed with 90 % (V/V) methanol. The structure information was analyzed by FT-IR and SEM, SD release in PBS (0.2 mol/L, pH 7.4) and PBS containing 2 U/ml trypsin at 37 °C was measured. The FT-IR spectra showed that more β-sheet was formed after annealed by methanol; a lot of pores were in the SFF and SD was embedded in SFF through analyzing the image of SEM. The release speed from SFF made by 5 % SF solution was faster than that from SFF made by 8 % SF solution. As for SFF containing different concentration of SD, the release rate improved with the increase of concentration of SD, however, the time of reaching the maximum were approximate. In PBS with trypsin, the time of reaching the maximum accumulative release was one hour earlier compared with in the PBS. Therefore, we draw a conclusion that the SFF incorporating SD has good properties and it has the feasibility to be used as artificial skin for burned patients.

Maternal seizure has adverse effects on brain histology as well as on learning and memory ability in progeny. An enriched environment (EE) is known to promote structural changes in the brain and improve cognitive and motor deficits following a variety of brain injuries. Whether EE treatment in early postnatal periods could restore cognitive impairment induced by prenatal maternal seizure is unknown. Adult female Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly separated into two groups and were injected intraperitoneally either saline or pentylenetetrazol (PTZ) for 30 days. Then the fully kindled rats and control animals were allowed to mate. PTZ administration was continued until delivery, while the control group received saline at the same time. After weaning at postnatal day 22, one-half of the male offspring in the control and in the prenatal maternal group were given the environmental enrichment treatment through all the experiments until they were tested. Morris water maze testing was performed at 8 weeks of age. Western blot and synaptic ultrastructure analysis were then performed. We found that EE treatment reversed spatial learning deficits induced by prenatal maternal seizure. An EE also reversed the changes in synaptic ultrastructure following prenatal maternal seizure. In addition, prenatal maternal seizure significantly decreased phosphorylation states of cAMP response element binding (CREB) in the hippocampus, whereas EE reversed this reduced expression. These findings suggest that EE treatment on early postnatal periods could be a potential therapy for improving cognitive deficits induced by prenatal maternal seizure.

Cognitive dysfunction is commonly observed in epileptic patients. It has been shown that not only epilepsy but also antiepileptic drugs could induce cognitive impairment. Thus, there is an urgent need for drugs that can suppress seizures without causing cognitive deficit. Recent studies have shown that oxidative stress is involved in the pathophysiology of epilepsy, and many antioxidants have an antiepileptic property. Epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG), a catechin polyphenols component, is found to be an effective antioxidant. The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of EGCG against seizures, seizure-induced oxidative stress and cognitive impairment in pentylenetetrazole-induced kindling. Male Sprague-Dawley rats were injected intraperitoneally with a dose of 35 mg/kg of pentylenetetrazole (PTZ) once every alternate day for 13 injections. EGCG was administered daily in two doses (25mg/kg and 50mg/kg) intraperitoneally along with alternate-day PTZ. Morris water maze test was carried out 24h after the last injection of PTZ, and the oxidative stress parameters (malondialdehyde and glutathione) were assessed after the completion of the behavioral test. The results showed that EGCG dose-dependently suppressed the progression of kindling. EGCG also ameliorated the cognitive impairment and oxidative stress induced by PTZ kindling. These observations suggest that EGCG may be a potential agent for the treatment of epilepsy as well as a preventive agent against cognitive impairment induced by seizure.

Civil aircraft is a complex product to manufacture, and the collaborative supply network consist of grades suppliers plays an important part in the progress of development. Due to the interferences from every kind of uncertainties to the network, it’s necessary to find out the critical supply path which decides the completion date for the network going well. This paper first sets the supply network model based on the hierarchical structure of civil aircraft, and then uses Dijkstra and ant colony optimization (ACO) searching for the critical path respectively, in the last the two methods are compared in order to prove performance and superiority.

The key process parameters of solid state enzymolysis for the generation of soluble sugar (SS) and bio-hydrogen production from corn stalk were optimized by the response surface methodology (RSM) based on a three factor-five level central composite design (CCD), respectively. The result showed that the optimal solid state enzymolysis condition from corn stalk was 47.7 °C, SCED of 0.054 g/g and 10.3 days for the maximum SS yield of 526 mg/g-TVS. Correspondingly, the optimal enzymolysis conditions from corn stalk appeared at 46.3 °C, SCED of 0.049 g/g and 7.5 days for the maximum hydrogen yield of 205.5 mL/g-TVS from the hydrolyzed substrate by the next dark fermentation. In addition, the bio-hydrogen production mechanism from corn stalk was preliminary investigated by XRD and SEM analyses. The results suggested that the solid state enzymolysis of substrate played a vital role in the effective conversion of corn stalk into bio-hydrogen by dark fermentation.

Through woodworking four-side planer vibration test, this article studiesits dynamic characteristics and dynamic response to identify the vibration magnitudes law of each feed roll shafts of the four-side feed beam; then finds the natural frequency and damping ratio of the feed beam and lathe bed; obtains the mathematical model of feed roll shaft vibration magnitude changing with the feed rate U under different process thicknesses. The analysis of feeding quantity and the rationality of lathe bed from the perspective of vibration design supplies the designs and operation staff with reference data.

For the sake of screening novel genes related to the male sterility in chili pepper for studying the molecular mechanism of plant male sterility, the gene differential expression analysis was performed by cDNA-amplified fragment length polymorphism (cDNA-AFLP) in the genic male sterile-fertile line 114AB of Capsicum annum L., and a variety of differentially expressed cDNA fragments were detected in fertile or sterility material. Camf1, a transcript-derived fragment (TDF) accumulated in fertile line flower buds was further investigated. The Camf1 has 1,854 bp in length with no introns containing a 1,707-bp open reading frame (ORF). The deduced amino acid sequence of Camf1 shares higher similarity to some members from a glyoxal oxidase-related protein family, and has a glyoxal oxidase conserved domain at the N-terminus and a domain of unknown function (DUF1929) at C-terminal end. Expression analysis showed that Camf1 expressed only in stage 3-7 flower buds of male fertile of C. annum L. 114AB, and no detection in all organs of male sterility. The peak of expression level of Camf1 appeared at stage 4 flower buds of fertile line. Furthermore, expression analysis of different organs revealed that Camf1 expressed only in anthers of male fertile material and there were no expression in sepals, petals, pistils, roots, stems, leaves and open flowers. These results suggested that Camf1 was an anther-specific gene and might be essential for the fertility of C. annum L.

A good prevention software should be good information filtering, to identify different kinds of content, web site, can be used to monitor and control the computer, not conflict with the anti-virus software or firewall, and not introduce other new vulnerabilities, not accounting for more memory and more network resources.

The effect of microstructure on transport properties of nano-polycrystalline La0.7Sr0.3MnO3-δ films, which were prepared by DC magnetron sputtering at various working pressures and followed by air annealing at 973K for 1h, has been investigated. The result indicates that the change of working pressure can change the microstructure, metal-insulator transition temperature (TIM) and peak resistance but does not change the transport mechanism for the films. The vacancy defects have an important effect on the transport properties of the films. Higher working pressure tends to decrease the density of vacancy defects. A hydrogen producing strain F.P 01 was newly isolated from cow dung sludge in an anaerobic bioreactor. The strain F.P 01 was a mesophilic and facultative anaerobic bacterium, which exhibited gram-negative staining in both the exponential and stationary growth phases, and a regular long rod-shaped bacteria with the size of 0.6–0.9 μm × 1.2–2.5 μm, and also could biodegrade a variety of carbohydrates such as glucose, xylose, maltose, etc. The effects of important process parameters on hydrogen producing of F.P 01 were further investigated from hydrogen fermentation of maltose by strain F.P 01, including substrate concentration, medium pH, etc. And the results showed that hydrogen production potential and hydrogen production rate from maltose of this strain F.P 01 was180 mLH 2 /g-maltose and 4.0 mLH 2 /h, respectively. The corresponding hydrogen concentration of 58–73% was also be observed. Both butyric acid and acetic acid as main by-product was left in the reactor.

Strategies were adopted to cost-efficiently produce cellulose-hydrogen by anaerobic fermentation in this paper. First, cellulase used for hydrolyzing cellulose was prepared by solid-state fermentation (SSF) on cheap biomass from Trichoderma viride. Several cultural conditions for cellulase production on cheap biomass such as moisture content, inoculum size and culture time were studied. And the components of solid-state medium were optimized using statistical methods to further improve cellulase capability. Second, the crude cellulase was applied to cellulose-hydrogen process directly. The maximal hydrogen yield of 122 ml/g-TVS was obtained at the substrate concentration of 20 g/L and cultured time of 53 h. The value was about 45-fold than that of raw corn stalk wastes. The hydrogen content in the biogas was 44–57%(v/v) and there was no significant methane gas observed.

To assess the effects of propofol treatments at different time points on acute lung injury and on the expression of transforming growth factor (TGF)-beta1 and the downstream target of TGF-beta1, Smad 2, in the lung tissues in the endotoxic rats.Seventy-six Wistar rats were randomly assigned to five groups: control group (saline only), endotoxemic group [lipopolysaccharide (LPS) 8 mg kg(-1), i.v.], and three propofol-treated groups. For the propofol-treated groups, propofol (5 mg kg(-1), i.v. bolus) was administered either 1 h before LPS, simultaneously with LPS, and 1 h after LPS, and all were followed by infusion of 10 mg kg(-1) h(-1) of propofol for 5 h after LPS. Lung tissues were sampled to measure myeloperoxidase activity and expression of TGF-beta1 and Smad2 and to assess pulmonary microvascular permeability and histopathological changes.The hemodynamics, arterial blood gases, 5 h survival rate, pulmonary microvascular permeability, and acute lung injury scores were significantly better, and expression of TGF-beta1 and Smad2 and myeloperoxidase activity in lung tissues was significantly lower in the pretreatment and simultaneous treatment groups compared to the endotoxemic group. However, there were no significant differences in all observed variables between the endotoxemic and postreatment groups. Except for TGF-beta1 expression in lung tissues, the other observed variables were also not significantly different between the pretreatment and simultaneous treatment groups.In the endotoxic rat model, pretreatment and simultaneous treatment with propofol provided protection against acute lung injury by inhibiting the TGF-beta1-Smad2 dependent pathway.

PNAS-4, a novel pro-apoptotic gene activated during the early response to DNA damage, can inhibit proliferation via apoptosis when overexpressed in some tumor cells. The objectives of this study were to determine whether PNAS-4 could enhance apoptosis induced by cisplatin besides its induction of apoptosis, and to evaluate the usefulness of combined treatment with mouse PNAS-4 (mPNAS-4) gene therapy and low-dose cisplatin chemotherapy in the inhibition of tumor growth in colon carcinoma (CT26) and Lewis lung carcinoma (LL/2) murine models.In this study, the in vitro growth-inhibitory and pro-apoptotic effects of PNAS-4 and/or cisplatin on CT26, LL/2, and SKOV3 cancer cells were assessed by MTT assay, flow cytometric analysis, DNA fragmentation, and morphological analysis, respectively. The in vivo antitumor activity of combined treatment with mPNAS-4 gene therapy and low-dose cisplatin were evaluated in the inhibition of tumor growth in colon carcinoma (CT26) and Lewis lung carcinoma (LL/2) murine models. Tumor volume and survival time were observed. Induction of apoptosis was also assessed in tumor tissues.In vitro, PNAS-4 inhibited proliferation of colon carcinoma (CT26), Lewis lung carcinoma (LL/2) and human ovarian cancer (SKOV3) cell lines via apoptosis, and significantly enhanced the apoptosis of CT26, LL/2, and SKOV3 cells induced by cisplatin. In vivo systemic administration of expression plasmid encoding mPNAS-4 (pcDNA3.1-mPS) and cisplatin, significantly decreased tumor growth through increased tumor cell apoptosis compared to treatment with mPNAS-4 or cisplatin alone.Our data suggests that the combined treatment with mPNAS-4 plus cisplatin may augment the induction of apoptosis in tumor cells in vitro and in vivo, and that the augmented antitumor activity in vivo may result from the increased induction of apoptosis. The present study may provide a novel way to augment the antitumor efficacy of cytotoxic chemotherapy.

Based on the time series of GPS station coordinate in the intemational Earth reference frame (ITRF), we evaluate annual micro-behavior of strain field in Chinese mainland with the triangle method. The results show that the annual micro-behavior of strain field is divided into two parts by the north-south earthquake belt in the research region. The prevailing direction of compressive principal strain field is nearly consistent in the western region. From west to east, the direction varies from NS to NE. It is in accordance with the direction of the modern compressive principal strain field. This suggests that geologic deformation in western region was mainly caused by that India tectonic plate pushes the research region northward and the Siberia plate pushes it southward relatively. It is an inheritance of new tectonic motion. The prevailing direction of the compressive principal strain field does not exist in the eastern region. The annual biggest shear strain is different greatly in every grid-cell. The values varies from 4.13×10−8 to 7.0×10−10. By and large the annual biggest shear strain in the western region is bigger than that in the eastern region. And so is the variation between any two consecutive biggest annual shear strains in the same grid-cell. The annual surface dilatation show that in most grid-cells of the research region the surface dilatation is in compressibility, and the variation between any two consecutive annual surface dilatation in the same grid-cell is small.

In this paper, observation data in 25 GPS reference stations of China have been analyzed by calculating GPS position coordinate time-series with GIPSY. Result shows there is an obvious trend variation in such time-series. The trend variations of time series along the longitude and latitude coordinate reflect the motion of each position in the global-plate, in which the trend variation in the vertical direction reveals some large-scale construction information or reflects the local movement around the positions. The analysis also shows that such time-series have a variation cycle of nearly 1.02 a, but the reason still remains to be further studied. At the end of this paper, response of the time-series of M S=8.1 Kunlunshan earthquake was analyzed, and the seismogenic process of M S=8.1 Kunlunshan earthquake, according to the time proceeding and the feature of anomaly, was divided into 3 phases—changes in blocks with forces, strain accumulation, quick accumulation and slow release of energy. At the initial stage of seismogenic process of M S=8.1 earthquake and at the imminent earthquake, coseismic process as well as during the post earthquake recovery, anomaly in vertical direction is always in a majority. The anomalous movement in vertical direction at the initial stage resulted in a blocking between faults, while at the middle stage of seismogenic process, the differential movement between blocks are in a majority, which is the major reason causing energy accumulating at the blocking stage of faults.
