The problem of finding the natural frequencies of thin-walled underground oil pipelines is solved, based on the application of a semi-momentless theory of cylindrical shells of medium bending, in which bending moments in the longitudinal direction are not taken into account in view of their smallness compared with moments acting in the transverse direction. The solution to this approach is a fourth-order homogeneous differential equation satisfying the boundary conditions of articulation at each end. This equation includes the parameters of the length, internal pressure, thinness of the pipeline, as well as the values of the coefficient of elastic resistance of the soil, the attached mass of the soil and the attached mass of the flowing oil. Based on the data obtained by the derived formulas, the frequency characteristics of large-diameter thin-walled underground oil pipelines are determined depending on the length of the element, as well as on the soil conditions. It has been established that the minimum frequencies are realized for shell modes of vibration with a length parameter of the pipeline section (the ratio of the length of the section to the radius) not exceeding 13. A formula is derived that allows one to determine the boundary between the use of the rod and shell theory for calculating pipelines for dynamic effects. Using the dynamic stability criterion, in which the frequency of natural oscillations vanishes, expressions are derived that allow one to determine the external critical pressure on the wall of the pipeline, which takes into account the length of the pipeline, as well as the number of half waves in the transverse and longitudinal directions, in which the pipeline goes into emergency condition.

Данная работа посвящается рассмотрению проблем оптимизации структуры капитала путем осуществления заимствований отечественных непубличных компаний. В работе обосновывается неприменимость западного подхода к оптимизации структуры капитала и осуществлению заимствований относительно отечественных компаний, функционирующих в условиях закрытости бизнеса и, зачастую, его полутеневого характера. Эта неприменимость обусловлена, прежде всего разностью институциональных структур отечественной и большинства зарубежных экономик, а также разностью подходов к ведению бизнеса. В частности, для США типичной является корпорация, управляемая наемными менеджерами, владельцы которой управляют ею опосредованно, путем выдвижения на общих собраниях акционеров своих представителей в советы директоров, а для большинства миноритарных акционеров основной интерес, который представляется компания – это дивидендные доходы и возможность управления портфелем акций данной компании, вследствие чего, они заинтересованы в повышении их стоимости. При этом необходимо отметить, что понятие рыночной стоимости компании существенно шире понятия стоимости акционерного капитала компании и касается не только публичных, но и непубличных компаний, что, в частности, непосредственно связано с источниками финансирования компании. Наше исследование будет затрагивать особенности формирования целевой структуры капитала, главным образом, и непубличных компаний экономики России, и связано с анализом практики заимствований. Для отечественно бизнеса характерно совмещение функций владения и управления. Это объясняется такими особенностями отечественного бизнеса, как управление компанией ее создателем, либо ближайшими родственниками создателя, стремление к ведению максимально закрытой финансово-хозяйственной деятельности, осуществление заимствований не только из легальных источников в сочетании с возможным использованием теневых схем заимствований. Все это требует разработки модели, позволяющей формировать портфель заимствований, близкий к оптимальному, исходя из текущих задач компании, с учетом всех вышеперечисленных особенностей отечественного бизнеса. В данной публикации представлена разработанная и адаптированная авторами экономико-математическая модель формирования оптимального портфеля заимствований отечественными компаниями, зачастую существующих в полутеневых условиях., This study is dedicated to considering the problems of optimizing the capital structure by borrowing from Russian non-public companies. The paper substantiates why the Western approach to optimizing the capital structure and borrowing is inapplicable to Russian companies operating in conditions of closed business, often of a semi-informal nature. This inapplicability is due primarily to the difference in institutional structures of Russian and most foreign economies, as well as to the difference in approaches to doing business. In particular, a typical US corporation is managed by hired managers; the owners manage it indirectly by nominating their representatives to the board of directors at general meetings of shareholders, and the main interest of the company for most minority shareholders is dividend income and the ability to manage a share portfolio of this company, so as a result, they are interested in increasing the share value. It should be noted that the concept of market value of a company is much broader than the concept of cost of equity of a company and concerns not only public but also non-public companies, which, in particular, is directly related to the sources of financing of the company. Our study discusses the formation of the target capital structure, mainly of non-public companies, in the Russian economy, and analyzes the borrowing practices. Russian business is characterized by a combination of ownership and management functions. This is due to such features of Russian business as management of the company by its creator, or the immediate relatives of the creator, desire to conduct the most closed financial and economic activities, borrowing not only from legal sources in combination with possible use of shadow borrowing schemes. This means that a model should be developed that allows forming a loan portfolio that is close to optimal, based on the current goals of the company, taking into account all of the above features of Russian business. This publication presents an economic and mathematical model developed and adapted to form an optimal loan portfolio by Russian companies, often existing in semi-informal conditions.
