The results of this study explain the design of the system. which includes ERD, normalization, HIPO structure, program flowchart as well as program performance design. The research aims at determining the effect of using Genre-Based Approach towards students’ skill on writing recount text at SMP PGRI 9 East Jakarta. It uses quantitative design by giving treatment of the application of Genre-Based Approach to the experiment class. The population was all students of eight graders at SMP PGRI 9 East Jakarta and was taken 50 of them as the samples. They were divided into two classes; the experiment class consists of 25 students and the control class consists of 25 students. The result shows that the mean of the control class is 69.78, the median is 70, and the mode is 65.94 with standard deviation values is 7.63. While, the mean of the experiment class is 81.06, the median is 81.35 and the mode is 101.5 with standard deviation values is 10.1. The Fobserved is 1.78 < Ftable 1.98, meaning that both classes are homogenous. The hypothesis test tobserved is 4.44 > ttable 2.01, which means that H1 is accepted which confirms there is an effect of using Genre-Based Approach towards students’ writing skill on recount text at SMP PGRI 9 East Jakarta.

The aims of this research are to determine the impact of incentivizing, motivation and discipline on the performance of The Department of Education and Culture of Lubuklinggau City employees simultaneously and partially. Qualitative method was used in this research, with 57 employees at The Department of Education and Culture of Lubuklinggau City as a sample. Multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, f-test and t-test were used in this research as data analysis technique. The results obtained from partial test (t-test) proved that incentivization, motivation, and discipline each had a partially significant impact on employee performance at the office of The Department of Education and Culture of Lubuklinggau City where t (count) > t (table) and also sig 0,001 < 0,05. Incentives, Motivation, and Disciplines have simultaneously significant impact on employee performance, where t (count) > t (table) and also sig is 0,000 < 0,05. This research is an important contribution to the regulation of human resources in The Department of Education and Culture of Lubuklinggau City so. The determination of discipline, incentives, and motivation tends to be neglected in improving performance so that it is necessary to examine the relationship to performance in human resources, which is an important contribution of research.

Modern zoos are increasingly viewed as educational facilities, with informal education programmes attempting to engage with visitors through a wide variety of methods. A ‘touch table’ consists of two collapsible tables which display a variety of artefacts to the public. This study investigated visitor engagement with touch tables alongside types of conversations being initiated by visitors. Covert observations recorded the type of groups visiting, their dwell time, perceived engagement level and the types of interactions and conversations they were initiating at the touch table. Dwell time was affected by the season, member of staff present, type of group visiting the touch table and engagement level of the group. Engagement level was also affected by group type. Longer average dwell time and higher engagement levels were displayed at a long-established touch table location, whereas more visitors engaged at the touch table when it was at a new location with predicted high footfall. Here, 68.3% of visitors initiated ‘surface level’ conversation, 27.2% initiated ‘deeper level’ conversation and 89.6% initiated ‘other’ conversation. This study resulted in touch table offerings being adapted to further increase their effectiveness as an informal education tool and to suggests ways in which touch tables can continue in a post COVID-19 world.

The research is aimed at comparing the kinematics (the movement pattern in the most important joints and accelerations of the playing hand) between female table tennis players coached in Poland (POL) and China (CHIN) during the performance of a topspin backhand stroke (so-called quick topspin). The study involved six female table tennis players at a high sports skill level, playing in Poland’s highest league. Three were national team members of Poland (age: 20.3 ± 1.9 ), while the other three were players from China (age: 20.0 ± 0.0 ). Kinematics was measured using MR3 myoMuscle Master Edition system—inertial measurement unit (IMU) system. The participants performed one task of topspin backhand as a response to a topspin ball, repeated 15 times. Statistical parametric mapping (SPM) was calculated using SPM1D in a Python package that offered a high-level interface to SPM1D. The SPM method allowed for the determination of differences between the Chinese and Polish female athletes. The differences found are probably mainly due to differences in the training methodologies caused by different coaching systems. The observed differences include, among others, greater use of the so-called small steps in order to adapt and be ready during the back to ready position and backswing phases, which gives the CHIN players slightly better conditions for preparation for the next plays. The CHIN players’ position compared to that of the POL players favours a quicker transition from the backhand to the forehand play. This difference is probably related to the difference in the dominant playing styles of the groups studied. Despite the differences in movement patterns in both groups, the exact value of playing hand was achieved. This may be a manifestation of the phenomenon of equifinality and compensation. All the differences found are probably mainly due to differences in the training methodologies caused by different coaching systems.

Datasets are sometimes encountered that consist of a two-way table of 0's and 1's. As many other developing countries, the statistical office of Turkey displays an input-output table at the national level only and it is not regularly updated. Yet, the need for regional-level information is growing because numerous publicly-funded development projects and private investments have taken place at the sub-national level over the recent years. In this paper we create an input-output table for one region, TR33, for the year 2014 by regionalizing and updating the national table through a location quotient approach. It allows us to calculate the regional employment and output multipliers across 35 sectors and to verify if their ranking varies across location quotient techniques. We expect our conclusions will help policy-makers and private investors take an informed decision when investing in TR33.

The paper considers an approach to division modules of numbers by bases in number systems in residual classes (RNS). This may be required when solving specific tasks.The approach involves performing the following sequence of actions in the RNS:- reducing the modulus of numbers by the value of the deduction corresponding to the base by which the division is made;- dividing the reduced module by the value of the base;- formation the correction value and its addition to the quotient obtained.In total the division operation is performed through four accesses to the table memory two of which are overlapped in time.If one of the bases of the RNS is equal to pn then the approach under consideration allows to reduce the capacity of table memory by pn times in relation to the capacity of table memory containing the full set of division results, where pn is the base of the RNS by which the division is performed.

How to optimize the market exit mechanism has become an urgent problem to be solved. This paper selects Chinese listed companies that were processed by ST from 1998 to 2020 as the research object, and uses survival analysis to study the survival problems of ST companies, that is, the time rule of ST companies' delisting and delisting. The results show that the probability of capping incidents of listed companies after the implementation of special treatment increases first and then decreases, reaching a peak in the second year after the implementation of ST, and a substantial decline in the third year, and it can be achieved in the sixth year and beyond. Here, we provide a framework for identifying and addressing challenges that we believe can help the research community realize the benefits of remote technologies while preserving ethical ideals and public trust. Repair and reconstruction is an integral part of the life cycle of such structures as: bridges, overpasses, aqueducts. Timely maintenance and repair of bridge structures contributes to the continuous improvement of their technical level, as well as to the operational state with increasing load and intensity over time on constantly under construction highways. This article presents the results of a study of the need to repair structures over time. The article contains a description of the types of work, as well as the terms when these works need to be performed, graphs of the volume and cost of work are given. As materials and initial data, the data of approximate turnaround periods of elements of bridge structures were taken, as well as a table of the frequency of repairs by year was compiled. Based on the collected data, graphs of the cost and changes in the volume of work were built over time. In addition, graphs of the cost of repairing individual elements of the structure are given in relation to the total cost of the structure. Based on the results obtained, recommendations are formulated for planning the repair of expatriated bridge structures by bridge maintenance departments. A set of measures is also proposed to eliminate existing violations and further operation of the bridge structure. A set of works for the repair of individual units and structures is recommended. Arguments are given for the need to share responsibilities between bridge operation departments during the repair of the structure.

Existing persistent memory file systems exploit the fast, byte-addressable persistent memory (PM) to boost storage performance but ignore the limited endurance of PM. Particularly, the PM storing the inode section is extremely vulnerable for the inodes are most frequently updated, fixed on a location throughout lifetime, and require immediate persistency. The huge endurance variation of persistent memory domains caused by process variation makes things even worse. In this article, we propose a process variation aware wear leveling mechanism called Contour for the inode section of persistent memory file system. Contour first enables the movement of inodes by virtualizing the inodes with a deflection table. Then, Contour adopts cross-domain migration algorithm and intra-domain migration algorithm to balance the writes across and within the memory domains. We implement the proposed Contour mechanism in Linux kernel 4.4.30 based on a real persistent memory file system, SIMFS. We use standard benchmarks, including Filebench, MySQL, and FIO, to evaluate Contour. Extensive experimental results show Contour can improve the wear ratios of pages 417.8× and 4.5× over the original SIMFS and PCV , the state-of-the-art inode wear-leveling algorithm, respectively. Meanwhile, the average performance overhead and wear overhead of Contour are 0.87 and 0.034 percent in application-level workloads, respectively.

To understand the growing challenges leaders will face in the age of AI, we conducted interviews with 33 senior leaders in several countries across a wide range of industries. Our research highlights key capabilities and skills that leaders will require. Underlying these capabilities is a mindset oriented toward continuous learning and self-development, which will enable ongoing and rapid adaptation to change. Our findings identified the following key capabilities: digital know-how, data-driven focus, networking, ethics, and agility. To successfully navigate the coming era, senior leaders will need to focus on reskilling the workforce, recruiting and retaining highly skilled talent, building an intrapreneurial culture, and managing unprecedented changes in technologies and the nature of work.

Background NCBI Taxonomy is the main taxonomic source for several bioinformatics tools and databases since all organisms with sequence accessions deposited on INSDC are organized in its hierarchical structure. Despite the extensive use and application of this data source, an alternative representation of data as a table would facilitate the use of information for processing bioinformatics data. To do so, since some taxonomic-ranks are missing in some lineages, an algorithm might propose provisional names for all taxonomic-ranks. Results To address this issue, we developed an algorithm that takes the tree structure from NCBI Taxonomy and generates a hierarchically complete taxonomic table, maintaining its compatibility with the original tree. The procedures performed by the algorithm consist of attempting to assign a taxonomic-rank to an existing clade or “no rank” node when possible, using its name as part of the created taxonomic-rank name (e.g. Ord_Ornithischia) or interpolating parent nodes when needed (e.g. Cla_of_Ornithischia), both examples given for the dinosaur Brachylophosaurus lineage. The new hierarchical structure was named Taxallnomy because it contains names for all taxonomic-ranks, and it contains 41 hierarchical levels corresponding to the 41 taxonomic-ranks currently found in the NCBI Taxonomy database. From Taxallnomy, users can obtain the complete taxonomic lineage with 41 nodes of all taxa available in the NCBI Taxonomy database, without any hazard to the original tree information. In this work, we demonstrate its applicability by embedding taxonomic information of a specified rank into a phylogenetic tree and by producing metagenomics profiles. Conclusion Taxallnomy applies to any bioinformatics analyses that depend on the information from NCBI Taxonomy. Taxallnomy is updated periodically but with a distributed PERL script users can generate it locally using NCBI Taxonomy as input. Synthetic solution of ultrafiltration permeate from brine wastewater from the elaboration process of table olives was used to investigate the simulation and optimisation of the nanofiltration process with the aim of reducing the contents of salt and organic material, as well as maintaining the major phenolic content in the permeate of nanofiltration as a contribution to their possible recovery. The synthetic solution was elaborated by considering the main characteristics of the ultrafiltration permeate of residual brine from table olive fermentation. A response surface methodology – central composite design (RSM-CCD) was used. The efficiency of conductivity (Ec), total polyphenol content (TPC) and chemical oxygen demand rejections (RTPC and RCOD) were the response variables selected. Transmembrane pressure (TMP), cross-flow velocity (CFV) and nanomembrane type (NF270 and NF245) were the independent variables. The range for RTPC was from 0.59 to 3.34%, while the values for Ec were higher than the NF270 membrane, being between 13.63 and 24.13%. The RSM-CCD results indicate that the optimum that satisfies the objectives of the research were: nanomembrane (NF245), TMP (14.43 bar) and CFV (1.50 m/s). This allowed the permeate to keep 97.39% of polyphenol contents and reduce organic material and salts by 52 and 23%, respectively. Highlights The NF245 nanomembrane kept 97.39% of the TPC in the permeate.; The optimal conditions obtained reduced organic material and salts by 52 and 23%,respectively.; The cleaning procedure achieved a recovery of the initial hydraulic permeability that was greater than 90%.

For the system development model using a waterfall and the Database Management System (DBMS) used is using a SQLite database. OBJECTIVES The perceptual ability to detect movement is essential for expert table tennis players. A spatiotemporal occlusion paradigm was employed to examine the critical information that facilitates athletes’ perception.METHODS Thirty-one expert table tennis players, 29 participants and 2 demonstrators, volunteered to participate in the study. Four types of temporal conditions and five types of spatial occlusions were displayed in experimental videos of two opponents playing a table tennis forehand stroke. Period t1–4 represented the four temporal conditions, with 250, 500, 750, and 1000 ms of action being occluded, respectively. The five types of spatial occlusion involved showing the kinematics of only the ball, paddle, arm, trunk, or head. The participants were instructed to judge the landing direction of the ball on the basis of the information in the footage.RESULTS The footage depicted the longest period of play. Furthermore, in separate trials, the spatial information (for the ball, torso, or head) was missing because of occlusion. The absence of such critical spatiotemporal information impaired the ability of players to make an accurate prediction.CONCLUSION Players obtained crucial spatiotemporal information if the timeframe of the video was relatively complete and spatial information on the opponent’s torso and head was available. For peak performance, expert table tennis players perceive and detect the optical flow of the ball’s flight and consider invariant information concerning their opponent’s torso and head.

GIFT, a lightweight block cipher proposed at CHES2017, has been widely cryptanalyzed this years. This paper studies the differential diffusion characteristics of round function of GIFT at first, and proposes a random nibble-based differential fault attack. The key recovery scheme is developed on the statistical properties we found for the differential distribution table of the S-box. A lot of experiments had been done and experimental results show that one round key can be retrieved with an average of 20.24 and 44.96 fault injections for GIFT-64 and GIFT-128 respectively. Further analysis shows that a certain number of fault injections recover most key bits. So we demonstrate an improved fault attack combined with the method of exhaustive search, which shows that the master key can be recovered by performing 216 and 217 computations and injecting 31 and 32 faults on an average for GIFT-64 and GIFT-128 respectively.

The main problems of constructing multiregional input-output (IO) models used for the development of spatial and sectoral long-term national economy forecasts are caused by the absence of proper statistics. Therefore, it is necessary to make up the input-output tables (IOTs) based on a limited set of direct and indirect indicators that measure spatial patterns of production, consumption, capital formation, etc., sufficiently accurate for filling up multiregional IO models. The paper discusses Russian IOT spatial mapping problems and proposes an approach to partial automation of the procedures necessary for regional IOT construction (by federal districts). The regionalization was carried out using a static IO model with the bounding sum control. As a result, a set of consistent regional tables for 2015 was developed, with the eight IOT sum equalling Russia’s IOT. Based on the estimated regional IOTs, a static multiregional input-output model (OMIOM) across federal districts for 2015 was made up. The model allows us to proceed to the follow-up phase, i. e., developing a semi-dynamic model for long-term national economic projection computations

Nowadays many neural networks have been widely employed for semantic parsing problems especially for Structured Query Language (SQL) parsing, which aims at transforming natural language sentences into SQL representations. Selecting proper table headers in SQL tasks is extremely important, and the main cause of performance drop is that attention mechanism in neural models sometimes obtains wrong word-level distribution over headers. In order to obtain better header selection, we propose a match matrix aggregation enhanced SQL parser to consider the outer character-level ROUGE-L match information between the question and headers, then dynamically combine it with the inner generated attention matrix. We also introduce customized BERT and extra semantic information of the question and headers to further improve the performance. The results on two SQL datasets demonstrate that our method achieves an inspiring performance and highly outperforms other state-of-the-art alternatives.

Analog integrated circuit design has as integral parts both analytical reasoning and numerical validation in the process from topology construction to sizing. Given a circuit topology, different circuit sizing results can be obtained from different processes of sizing inference. Sizing methods by simulation-based numerical searching have been a continuously studied subject. However, almost all approaches in this category require an overwhelming number of circuit simulations to arrive at an optimized sizing result. On the other hand, many published manual sizing methods by using the conventional device equations also require repeated SPICE simulations to correct the equation-based sizing results. This paper proposes a systematic gm/ID-based initial sizing method specifically customized for designing multiple-stage operational amplifiers (Op Amps). A main feature of the proposal is to use circuit-level design equations as constraints on the gm/ID table lookup method to substantially reduce the uncertainty in the sizing calculations. As a result, a significant amount of SPICE based correction work can be reduced to complete an initial sizing. The proposed sizing procedure includes a few regular sizing rules customized to the configuration of multi-stage Op Amps. We validate the proposed sizing method by application to several multi-stage Op Amp examples with a capacitive load or Miller compensation. Simulations have justified that the produced initial sizing results can achieve most of the prespecified design targets.

While the restaurant industry is seeing an unprecedented rise of ethnic restaurants, the existing hospitality literature provides little guidance on how to enhance perceived uniqueness of ethnic menu offerings through visual design. The present research offers an innovative marketing strategy (i.e., using real handwriting in menus) to boost consumer evaluations. From a consumer behavior perspective, we examine the impact of menu style (handwriting vs. print) and the moderating roles of restaurant busyness (busy vs. non-busy) and gender (female vs. male) on consumers’ menu processing. Findings of this research show that handwriting offers a competitive advantage when the restaurant is less busy and when the consumer is a male. Moreover, the moderated mediation results reveal that perceived uniqueness of ethnic menu offerings is the underlying mechanism explaining the impact of menu style, busyness, and gender on consumer attitudes toward the menu. Theoretical and managerial implications for hospitality managers are discussed.

This study aims to determine the effect of multiball training on forehand accuracy in table tennis extracurricular students. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 7 Bengkulu City. In this study using a Quasi experimental method (quasi experimental). The design used was one group pretest posttest design, that is, pretest was done before treatment and posttest was done after treatment. The treatment given was multiball training with various variations. This design requires a group without comparison. The population in this study amounted to 16 students, the sample selection used a total sampling technique where the entire population was taken as the research sample. The data collection technique in this study was the direct test method, namely using the 1x pretest, 14x trials and 1x posttest in table tennis. The statistical prerequisite test fulfills the requirements that the data is normally distributed based on statistical counts. The results obtained from the data t count 142.13 and t table 2.13145 with a level of = 0.05. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of multiball training on forehand accuracy in table tennis extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 7 Bengkulu City, so it can be concluded that multiball training affects the improvement of forehand accuracy in table tennis extracurricular students.

Terdapat beberapa metode tes yang digunakan untuk mendeteksi buta warna, diantaranya yaitu Tes Metode Ishihara. Tes Metode Ishihara merupakan tes yang digunakan untuk mendeteksi gangguan persepsi warna, berupa tabel khusus yaitu lembaran pseudoisokromatik yang disusun oleh titik-titik dengan kepadatan warna berbeda yang dapat dilihat dengan mata normal, tapi tidak bisa dilihat oleh mata yang mengalami defisiensi sebagian warna. Terknologi virtual reality menyediakan pengalaman yang berbeda yaitu membawa sesorang kedalam dunia virtual yang menyerupai dunia nyata. Pemanfaatan teknologi ini sudah banyak digunakan mulai dari aspek kesehatan, pemetaan wilayah, arsitektur bangunan, dan banyak permainan smartphone yang mendukung teknologi ini. Dengan semakin populernya penggunaan smarphone pada masyarakat, maka pembuatan aplikasi tes buta warna berbasis virtual reality diharapkan dapat membantu semua orang yang membutuhkan. Untuk pengoperasian aplikasi ini membutuhkan alat bantu yang lain yaitu berupa headset virtual reality. Aplikasi dari pengetesan ini dapat menampilkan objek 3D, sehingga akan semakin menarik pada saat melakukan penggunaan aplikasi ini.

Objective: This paper presents a novel technique in Dijkstra's routing algorithm by considering the concept of out degree which will decrease the computational cost and increase the speed of execution.Methods: In this proposed method the time taken by this algorithm that runs as a combination of the input distance is calculated. Conversely, a computation time complexity measures how efficient it is. accuracy of this method. The Shortest Path Problem is the problem of finding a path in a digraph between two vertices or nodes to minimize the sum of the weights of the edges of its constituent. In the existing approach it specifies a number of nodes as the plot unfolds and calculates the quickest route between it and most other nodes. which will complex the speed of execution.Findings: The proposed out degree approach will resolve that drawback by computing two minimum distance from initial table and this operates from the source node and determines the shortest path over the network as a whole. It also guarantees to find a globally optimal solution path with accurate results.Novelty: The algorithm’s description and comparison are presented in graphical ways to determine the algorithm’s features. The analysis shows that the best route from source to destination will be established which provides the shortest distance. The optimal pathways discovered as a result of the analysis which reduce the distance traveled by the company in shipping products and reduce the time and cost of delivery.

This research is discussing about the students’ reading comprehension of the second year MTs.Muhammadiyah 22 Padangsidimpuan. This research employed descriptive quantitative research. Based on the result of the research, researcher got the description of the data was found that mean score was 56.76. It means that the students’ reading comprehension of the second year MTs.Muhammadiyah 22 Padangsidimpuan was categorized into enough ability. Then, from the result of the hypothesis testing, the researcher found that Zcount =-3.57Ztable 0.3264. It means the hypothesis was rejected. Thus, the result of mean scores the students’ ability in enough ability and actually it should be accepted hypothesis, but based on the result of that score it is rejected. So, maybe there is a mistake in instrument or in calculation.

Although the existing numerical table-to-text generation models have achieved remarkable progress, the idea of generating an accurate analysis of the input table is not well explored. Most existing table-to-text generation algorithms for generating table related information only copy the table record directly but ignore reasoning or calculating over table records. One of the key steps to achieve this ability is number reasoning, which refers to do logical reasoning about the numbers from table records. In this paper, we attempt to improve the number reasoning capability of neural table-to-text generation by generating additional mathematical equations from numerical table records. We propose a neural architecture called Neural Table Reasoning Generator (NTRG), with an additional switching gate as well as a specifically designed equation decoder for generating mathematical equations adaptively. Moreover, we present a pre-training strategy for NTRG similar to the mask language model. Empirical results show that NTRG yields new state-of-the-art results on ROTOWIRE. Furthermore, in order to give a quantitative evaluation of the ability of number reasoning, we construct a sentence-level number reasoning dataset. Results demonstrate the superiority of our approaches over strong baselines.

Signature identification and verification are some of the biometric systems used for personal identification. Signatures can be considered as authentication of an individual by the analysis of handwriting style, subjected to inter-personal and intra-personal variations. This paper presents an extensive systematic overview of online and offline signature identification and verification techniques. In offline signature verification, surveys related to two approaches, namely, writer-dependent, and writer-independent approaches are presented. Moreover, the compiled study of feature extraction and classification techniques used for signature identification and verification process has also been incorporated. Several databases introduced in the literature are considered to evaluate different signature identification and verification techniques and corresponding results are reported in this article. The entire survey is further summarized in the form of a table for comparisons. In order to reveal the superiority of the present survey, the comparison of the present survey with the existing recent survey works has also been presented. Finally, future directions are provided for further research.

In the ‘New Normal', the accounting industry is experiencing heavy pressure associated with artificial intelligence (AI). The purpose of this study is to examine the ways and how organizations are harnessing the power of artificial intelligence in the accounting industry through the lens of KPMG. There are 39 employees from the KPMG who responded through a structured questionnaire on Google Forms circulated among the employees of the company. The data collected were analyzed and presented in the table of numerical terms. The results showed there is a significant positive relationship between the adaptation of AI in the accounting tasks in KPMG company. The results of this study reflect upcoming AI practices that will be sent to the KPMG to enhance awareness and adopt artificial intelligence applications for better productivity. These findings can help the accountants in clearly understanding how they can use AI technology to improve the accounting standards.

Haroo Table is an online bakery shop in Surabaya. Haroo Table’s promotional activities turns out is not enough to make company become the first choice because of competitors that has higher brand awareness. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of social media marketing on purchasing decisions with brand awareness as mediation on Haroo Table. The population in this research is 112 people who following Haroo Table's Instagram and make transaction at least once. The sample that is taken for this research is 88 respondents with purposive sampling method and Slovin. Primary data collection technique is like questionnaires with Likert Scale and secondary data is like internal company data, competitor data and related literature. Data analysis technique uses SEM-PLS. Based on the results of the analysis, it is found that (1) social media marketing has a significant positive effect on Haroo Table brand awareness, (2) social media marketing has a significant positive influence on Haroo Table’s purchase decisions, (3) brand awareness has a significant positive influence on Haroo Table’s purchase decisions and (4) brand awareness can mediate the effect of social media marketing on Haroo Table’s purchase decision.

There is scarce research evidence of restorative justice being used in the context of serious and organised crime offending. This study sought to explore the feasibility of using restorative justice by canvassing the views of experts, serious and organised crime offenders and serious and organised crime victims in England. Offenders and victims were given the opportunity to engage in a restorative justice initiative and individual cases were pursued accordingly as a series of case studies. Case studies were limited to large-scale serious and organised fraud. Stark differences in views were apparent between serious and organised crime experts and restorative justice experts, the former doubting offenders’ motivations and pointing to their dangerousness without fully considering victim perspectives. Despite high attrition rates among some offenders expressing an initial willingness to pursue restorative justice, where both parties wished to participate, sustained motivation was observed. This study highlights inequities in the way that police forces have implemented the 2015 Victims Code requirements for restorative justice in England and Wales, potentially blocking opportunities for closure, social integration and reduced reoffending.

Untuk mengetahui hipotesis itu berhasil atau tidak, penelitian perlu melihat nilai t table dengan ketentuan α/2 = 0,05/2 = 0,025, uji sisi karena ingin mengetahui signifikan koefisien regresi.. Jika nilai t hitung < nilai t table, H0 diterima. Jika nilai t hitung > nilai t table, H0 ditolak. Tes Anova dijadikan dasar untuk mengambil keputusan uji regresi linear sederhana dengan membandingkan nilai signifikan dengan nilai probabilitas 0,05:Jika nilai signifikan < 0,05; artinya variable x berpengaruh terhadap variable y. Berdasarkan nilai t: diketahui nilai thitung sebesar 3,572 > ttabel = 2,048, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variable SI (X) berpengaruh terhadap variable Kinerja (Y). Hasil tersebut menjawab hipotesis H1.

The authors share an emerging analytical approach to designing and studying STEAM programs that focuses on how programs integrate the respective epistemic practices—the ways in which knowledge is constructed—of science and art. They share the rationale for moving beyond surface features of STEAM programs (e.g. putting textiles and electronics on the same table) to the discipline-specific ways in which participants engage in creative inquiry and production. They share a brief example from a public STEAM event to demonstrate the ways in which this approach can foster reflection and intentionality in the design and implementation of STEAM programs.

This research is aimed to know the relationship between speed reaction, explosive power of muscle arm, and hand-eye coordination of smash skills of the students of STOK Binaguna Medan. The research method used is a survey method with correlational analysis technique. This study used total sampling, in which all the population was taken as the sample, as the sampling technique. The number of the sample was 35 people. The research shows (1) there is a relationship between speed reaction with smash skill of the students of STOK Binaguna Medan as shown by t obtained = 2.58> t table = 1.70. (2) there is a relationship between explosive power of muscle arm with smash skill of the students of STOK Binaguna Medan, as shown by t obtained = 2.74> t table = 1.70. (3) there is a relationship between hand-eye coordination with smash skill of the students of STOK Binaguna Medan, as shown by t obtained = 3.06> t table = 1.70. (4) there is a relationship between speed reaction, explosive power of muscle arm, and hand-eye coordination toward smash skill of the students of STOK Binaguna Medan, as shown by F obtained = 2.91> F table = 2.91.
