Salah satu bentuk energi yang disubtitusikan adalah produksi gas HHO sebagai zero polutan dengan sumber baku utama air untuk digunakan sebagai bahan bakar mesin pembakaran dalam. Terdapat beberapa metode untuk menghasilkan gas HHO, salah satunya diperlukan reaktor HHO yang berisi cell dari besi anti-karat sebagai elektroda-anoda dan air berupa elektrolizer sebagai katalis produk gas HHO sebagai akibat triger sumber listrik DC. Prinsip kerja ini mendasari untuk memodifikasi produks gas HHO dengan eksperimen material-material dari chassis elektrik dengan kandungan besi anti-karat dan diberi perlakuan PWM 50 herz dutycycle 50 dengan rentang waktu 1 menit hingga terjadi perubahan polaritas sumber DC. Hasil ekperimen menunjukkan rancagan reaktor dengan jumlah plat 13 buah, bekerja pada tegangan 12 volt dan arus 10 ampere dikoneksikan pada plat besi anti-karat sebagai anoda-katoda dan penggunaan elektrolizer (NaHCO3) dapat menghasilkan gas HHO sebanyak 0,151 liter. Hasil gas HHO melalui perlakuan perubahan polaritas dengan waktu rerata 2,42 menit dan efisiensi 10,148% sedangkan tanpa perlakuan perubahan polaritas, waktu rerata 2,39 menit dan efisiensi 10,219%., One form of substituted energy is the production of HHO gas as a zero pollutant with the main raw source being water for use as fuel for internal combustion engines. This working principle underlies the modification of HHO gas production by experimenting with materials from an electric chassis containing stainless steel and treated with PWM 50 herz dutycycle 50 with a time span of 1 minute until a change in the polarity of the DC source occurs. The experimental results show that the reactor design with 13 plates, working at a voltage of 12 volts and a current of 10 amperes is connected to a stainless steel plate as an anode-cathode and the use of an electrolyzer (NaHCO3) can produce 0.151 liters of HHO gas. The results of HHO gas through polarity change treatment with an average time of 2.42 minutes and an efficiency of 10.148% while without polarity change treatment, an average time of 2.39 minutes and an efficiency of 10.219%.

Given the growing number of prediction algorithms developed to predict COVID-19 mortality, we evaluated the transportability of a mortality prediction algorithm using a multi-national network of healthcare systems. We predicted COVID-19 mortality using baseline commonly measured laboratory values and standard demographic and clinical covariates across healthcare systems, countries, and continents. Specifically, we trained a Cox regression model with nine measured laboratory test values, standard demographics at admission, and comorbidity burden pre-admission. These models were compared at site, country, and continent level. Of the 39,969 hospitalized patients with COVID-19 (68.6% male), 5717 (14.3%) died. In the Cox model, age, albumin, AST, creatine, CRP, and white blood cell count are most predictive of mortality. The baseline covariates are more predictive of mortality during the early days of COVID-19 hospitalization. Models trained at healthcare systems with larger cohort size largely retain good transportability performance when porting to different sites. The combination of routine laboratory test values at admission along with basic demographic features can predict mortality in patients hospitalized with COVID-19. Importantly, this potentially deployable model differs from prior work by demonstrating not only consistent performance but also reliable transportability across healthcare systems in the US and Europe, highlighting the generalizability of this model and the overall approach.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui partisipasi pedagang dalam revitalisasi Pasar Nagari Padang Lua Kecamatan Banuhampu Kabupaten Agam. Hal ini karena dalam revitalisasi pasar Nagari Padang Lua keterlibatan masyarakat dapat dikatakan masih kehadiran rapat dan diskusi. Masyarakat diberi kesempatan untuk memberikan gagasan, masyarakat mengetahui bahwa anggaran pembangunan diambil dari retribusi pasar tetapi para pedagang tidak turut aktif dalam revitalisasi pasar tradisional. Teori yang digunakan adalah partisipasi yang terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu pengambilan keputusan, pelaksanaan, pengambilan manfaat dan evaluasi. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitiatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara mendalam yang meliputi 1 camat Banuhampu, 10 pengelola pasar dan 5 pedagang di pasar Nagari padang Lua. Teknik analisis data meliputi penyajian data, reduksi data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengambilan keputusan dalam revitalisasi Pasar Nagari Padang Lua adalah dengan 3 kali musyawarah. Kesepakatan yang dicapai adalah kontraktor yang melakukan revitalisasi yaitu CV. Indah, anggaran revitalisasi dan desain pasar. Pelaksanaan dalam revitalisasi Pasar Nagari Padang Lua yaitu adanya sumbangan material dari para pedagang. Namun sayangnya, para pedagang belum ada manfaat yang bisa di petik. Hal ini dilihat dari omset yang tidak meningkat. Selanjutnya tidak ada evaluasi yang dilakukan secara menyuluh. Dengan demikian bahwa partisipasi pedagang dalam revitalisasi Pasar Nagari Padang Lua Kecamatan Banuhampu Kabupaten Agam masih kurang aktif. Oleh sebab itu, para pedagang perlu lebih aktif memberikan masukan dan umpan balik terkait proses pengelolaan pasar dengan begitu proses perdagangan di pasar bisa lebih bersinergi dan dapat merasakan kemanfaatan dari revitalisasi.

Untuk itu perlu dilakukan Pendampingan Karang Taruna dalam p Pembentukan Kader Karang Taruna Sehat di Perumahan Kebraon Indah Permai , Adapun metode yang digunakan untuk memberikan edukasi kesehatan dengan 2 model yaitu tatap muka untuk pemeriksaan dan secara Vitual . Dari evaluasi pendampingan Karang Taruna dalam menjaga kseshatan masa Remaja sangat efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan dalam menjaga keseshatan masa remaja.

Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat kelurahan Kisanata, kecamatan Bajawa dalam memanfaatkan limbah pertanian seperti daun-daun, ranting-ranting kayu, dan rumput dengan komposisi 30% hijauan dan 60 % bahan coklat serta 10 % komponen lain untuk pembuatan pupuk kompos. Sasaran utama program ini adalah masyarakat kelurahan Kisanata dan sekitarnya khususnya petani kopi Arabika Flores Bajawa. Pada kegiatan ini diharapkan masyarakat tersebut dapat memahami dan terampil membuat pupuk dari hijauan dan bokashi yang bernilai ekonomis dari bahan limbah pertanian. Hal ini tentu sangat membantu masyarakat petani dalam meningkatkan produktifitas pertanian sekaligus kesejahteraan mereka. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan peran masyarakat dalam melestarikan lingkungan hidup sebagai jasa ekologi dan bernilai ekonomi. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu mencakup pada perspektif action research dengan manfaat yang ingin dicapai yakni perbaikan dan peningkatan pemahaman terhadap proses pembuatan pupuk kompos. Hasil kegiatan yaitu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan petani dalam proses pupuk organik dari limbah pertanian yang banyak terdapat di lingkungan sekitarnya.

Tanah lempung lunak adalah jenis tanah lempung yang memiliki nilai CBR rendah dan swelling yang besar, selain itu bahan organik dalam tanah lempung tersebut harus menjadi bahan pertimbangan, karena jika melewati batas maksimum akan mereduksi kekuatan dan stabilitas dari proses stabilisasinya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan abu vulkanik dan semen Portland terhadap kekuatan dan stabilitas tanah lempung organik artifisial serta tebal perkerasan rencana yang digunakan. Tahap perlakuan awal, tanah lempung lunak dicampur dengan 3 variasi kadar abu vulkanik, kemudian diperam selama 3 hari. Tahap perlakuan akhir, tanah hasil campuran ditambahkan 5% semen Portland, lalu kembali diperam selama 3 hari. Pengujian sifat fisis meliputi specific gravity, batas cair, batas plastis. Specific gravity meningkat dari 2,58 menjadi 2,65, batas cair menurun dari 71,48% menjadi 43,45%, batas plastis meningkat dari 28,96% menjadi 34,08%, indeks plastisitas menurun dari 42,52% menjadi 9,37%. Pengujian sifat mekanis meliputi pemadatan, CBR, dan pengujian swelling. OMC mengalami penurunan dari 33,696% menjadi 29,586%, MDD mengalami peningkatan dari 1,319% menjadi 1,351%, CBR mengalami peningkatan dari 2,87% menjadi 9,77%, dan swelling mengalami penurunan dari 2,36% menjadi 0,45%, serta tebal perkerasan rencana berkurang dari 15 cm menjadi 8 cm untuk campuran tanah lempung organik dengan 15% abu vulkanik dan 5% semen.

While acute kidney injury (AKI) is a common complication in COVID-19, data on post-AKI kidney function recovery and the clinical factors associated with poor kidney function recovery is lacking.A retrospective multi-centre observational cohort study comprising 12,891 hospitalized patients aged 18 years or older with a diagnosis of SARS-CoV-2 infection confirmed by polymerase chain reaction from 1 January 2020 to 10 September 2020, and with at least one serum creatinine value 1-365 days prior to admission. Mortality and serum creatinine values were obtained up to 10 September 2021.Advanced age (HR 2.77, 95%CI 2.53-3.04, p 0.0001), severe COVID-19 (HR 2.91, 95%CI 2.03-4.17, p 0.0001), severe AKI (KDIGO stage 3: HR 4.22, 95%CI 3.55-5.00, p 0.0001), and ischemic heart disease (HR 1.26, 95%CI 1.14-1.39, p 0.0001) were associated with worse mortality outcomes. AKI severity (KDIGO stage 3: HR 0.41, 95%CI 0.37-0.46, p 0.0001) was associated with worse kidney function recovery, whereas remdesivir use (HR 1.34, 95%CI 1.17-1.54, p 0.0001) was associated with better kidney function recovery. In a subset of patients without chronic kidney disease, advanced age (HR 1.38, 95%CI 1.20-1.58, p 0.0001), male sex (HR 1.67, 95%CI 1.45-1.93, p 0.0001), severe AKI (KDIGO stage 3: HR 11.68, 95%CI 9.80-13.91, p 0.0001), and hypertension (HR 1.22, 95%CI 1.10-1.36, p = 0.0002) were associated with post-AKI kidney function impairment. Furthermore, patients with COVID-19-associated AKI had significant and persistent elevations of baseline serum creatinine 125% or more at 180 days (RR 1.49, 95%CI 1.32-1.67) and 365 days (RR 1.54, 95%CI 1.21-1.96) compared to COVID-19 patients with no AKI.COVID-19-associated AKI was associated with higher mortality, and severe COVID-19-associated AKI was associated with worse long-term post-AKI kidney function recovery.Authors are supported by various funders, with full details stated in the acknowledgement section.

Berdasarkan definisi tersebut, dapat diartikan bahwa Perencanaan merupakan suatu unsur yang sangat penting, yaitu suatu proses untuk mewujudkan tujuan-tujuan tertentu yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya dan telah dirumuskan dengan baik oleh badan perencanaan pusat atau daerah. Tujuan tersebut mungkin untuk dicapai sasaran sosial, politik, ekonomi, budaya, atau militer. La corioamnionitis es una complicación común del embarazo asociada con resultados adversos maternos, perinatales y a largo plazo significativos. El diagnóstico es problemático y se basa en criterios clínicos y de laboratorio utilizados de manera inconsistente con un valor predictivo pobre. El objetivo de este estudio es examinar el desempeño de los criterios clínicos y paraclínicos para el diagnóstico de corioamnionitis, además de analizar la información actual sobre definición, epidemiología y fisiopatología de la enfermedad. La muestra estuvo conformada por 20 artículos de revisión de la literatura, ensayos y metaanálisis publicados entre enero del 2015 y febrero del 2020. Se utilizó Pubmed, Scielo y Elsevier como motores de búsqueda de la información. El idioma se limitó para artículos en inglés y español.

The process of drying a hybrid system that uses a combination of solar energy and biomass contains some useful heat in the chimney of the biomass stove. This heat waste has a high enough temperature so that with the help of a compact heat exchanger it can be used as an additional heater. The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance of a cross-flow type discrete flat plate-finned tube compact heat exchanger with an inline tube arrangement which is used as an additional heating device in the hybrid dryer housing. The test was carried out at 10.00-15.00 for three days of testing with variations in air flow velocity of 1.3 m/s, 1.6 m/s and 1.8 m/s while the velocity of water flow in the pipe was considered constant with 0.000168 m/s. s and the air flow velocity in the exhaust fan is kept constant at 1 m/s. The results of this study indicate that the overall heat transfer coefficient is strongly influenced by the effectiveness of the heat exchanger, and with the increase in the effectiveness of the heat exchanger, the heat transfer coefficient will also increase. The highest overall heat transfer coefficient was obtained on the second day, namely 99.263 W/m2.oC. The total heat transfer rate is influenced by the effectiveness of the heat exchanger but at a certain value both values ​​tend to be stable due to the limited dimensions of the heat exchanger. NTU is very influential on the effectiveness of the exchanger, and in this case the value of NTU ranges from 0.6-0.8 while the effectiveness of the heat exchanger ranges from 46%-56%

Recent studies have shown that the air-sea carbon fluxes in the Southern Ocean display large signals of variability on interannual to decadal timescales (e.g., Le Quéré et al., 2007; Landschützer et al., 2015, Keppler & Landschützer, 2019). However, due to data sparsity, little attention has been paid to mesoscale processes affecting the Southern Ocean carbon fluxes. This region, dominated by zonal fronts and the Antarctic Circumpolar Current, is rich in highly dynamic eddies (Frenger et al., 2015). These eddies have the potential to significantly alter local air-sea carbon fluxes through eddy pumping, where anticyclonic eddies transport carbon downward, allowing for additional oceanic carbon uptake, and cyclonic eddies pump carbon stored at depth upward, resulting in outgassing. Additionally, the strong westerly winds could result in significant eddy-induced Ekman pumping that has the opposite direction and offsets the effect from eddy pumping (Su et al., 2021; Gaube et al., 2015). Thus, identifying the influence of eddies on the Southern Ocean carbon fluxes forms a crucial part in quantifying the global carbon cycle.Although this region is historically under-sampled, we now have nearly a decade of biogeochemical (BGC) observations from Argo floats deployed as part of the Southern Ocean Carbon and Climate Observations and Modeling project (SOCCOM). Moreover, the Aviso database provides us with eddies detected from satellite altimetry measurements. Together, the two datasets allow us to investigate the vertical structure of the biogeochemistry in Southern Ocean eddies. Here, we co-locate the Southern Ocean eddies with BGC Argo floats to present the composite vertical structure of pH, oxygen, and nitrate inside anticyclonic and cyclonic eddies compared to the mean fields. We conduct this analysis in several subregions with different dominant processes. Our findings enable us to characterize and interpret the influence of mesoscale eddies on the overall Southern Ocean carbon fluxes, including the relative dominance of eddy pumping and eddy-induced Ekman pumping in different subregions of the Southern Ocean. This study aims to: 1) explain the forms of Indonesian language errors in outdoor media writing in Padang Sidimpuan Utara City, 2) errors in the use of foreign elements and 3) find out the suitability of research results with Indonesian language teaching materials in junior high schools or the community environment. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with samples of outdoor media writing in Padang Sidimpuan Utara City. This research uses an interactive analysis model which includes four components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The conclusions of this study are first, linguistic elements that occur language errors in outdoor media, namely errors in the aspect of using punctuation marks, especially periods (.), writing prepositions at, using o'clock and hours, and abbreviations. Second, the type of use of foreign language terms which are often combined with Indonesian. Second, the language is used simultaneously in every Indonesian word or phrase. Third, the results of this study can be adapted to teaching materials in Indonesian language subjects at the junior high school level, especially on spelling material and foreign terms (absorption elements).
