The uterine contraction during labor, a process with repetitive hypoxia and high energy consumption, is essential for successful delivery. However, the molecular mechanism of myometrial contraction regulation is unknown. Serpin family E member 1 (SERPINE1), one of the most upregulated genes in laboring myometrium in both transcriptome and proteome, was highlighted in our previous study. Here, we confirmed SERPINE1 is upregulated in myometrium during labor. Blockade of SERPINE1 using small interfering RNA (siRNA) or inhibitor (Tiplaxtinin) under hypoxic conditions in myocytes or myometrium in vitro showed a decrease contractility, which was achieved by regulating ATP production. Chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP‐seq), Co‐immunoprecipitation (Co‐IP), and glutathione‐S‐transferase (GST) pull down explored that the promoter of SERPINE1 is directly activated by hypoxia‐inducible factor‐1α (HIF‐1α) and SERPINE1 interacts with ATP Synthase Peripheral Stalk Subunit F6 (ATP5PF). Together they enhance hypoxia driven myometrial contraction by maintaining ATP production in the key oxidative phosphorylation pathway. A crystalline host matrix (CHM) with embedded nanoaggregates (NA) is a powerful strategy to develop high‐performance crystalline OLEDs that can combine the advantages of both crystalline and high‐exciton‐utilization‐efficiency light emitting materials. Here a CHM‐NA structure blue‐emission crystalline OLED is developed, which employs a thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) material. The CHM‐TADFNA OLED is proved to efficiently manage exciton distribution by engineering nanoaggregates. The device exhibits a remarkable EQE up to 10.4% and achieves the characteristics of rapid turn‐on, and fast ramping of luminance and current density, resulting in an enhanced photon output and a lower series‐resistance Joule‐heat loss ratio, indicating a competitive pathway to future blue‐emission OLEDs. The Isothermal Relaxation Current (IRC) method, as a non-destructive condition evaluation method based on insulation dielectric response, has been applied in the maintenance of power cables. However, the relaxation current is usually conducted through the outer shield of the high-voltage wire, which will introduce the extra depolarization current into the test circuit, affecting the accuracy of the test results. Furthermore, most IRC cable measurements are single-phase, which means depolarization currents are measured for each cable separately. In order to improve the measurement accuracy and efficiency of the IRC test, this paper proposes an improved IRC measurement method based on an isolated circuit, which discharges the interference current from the high-voltage insulated wire back to the earth and reduces the measurement error of depolarization current. At the same time, a three-phase IRC simultaneous test system is designed, and the control software is developed. Furthermore, by verifying the accuracy of the test system, the independence of the single-phase circuit and the consistency of the three-phase circuit is achieved. The effect of depolarization time and temperature on the relaxation current is then explored to determine the suitable parameter of the IRC test. Finally, the IRC system is used to evaluate the aging state of 10 kV cables with various aging conditions in the air and water for the longest 12 months. Critical parameters such as aging factor and time constants are compared to investigate the aging characteristics of tested cables with various aging conditions in the air and water. In order to improve the scientificity and efficiency of quality inspection of navigation electronic map, and save the cost of quality inspection, it is necessary to establish the national navigation electronic map quality inspection sample database. In this paper, the construction goal, data acquisition technology process, and database construction method of navigation electronic map quality inspection sample database are described in detail, and the construction content and technical indicators are discussed. The quality test is carried out by combining the in-house verification with the field comparison of the navigation electronic map quality test sample database, and the test results are analyzed and evaluated. The effective application of the sample database in the quality test and evaluation of the internet navigation electronic map in the pilot area is carried out. At the same time, the application of navigation electronic map quality inspection sample database in the research of urban fine management and solid waste recycling economy ecological park planning is prospected.

Severe switching oscillations of SiC MOSFET seriously affect its efficient and reliable application. Herein, a novel inductively coupled RLC damping scheme is proposed to eliminate switching oscillations. Distinctive from existing RLC resonators, the setting that the resonant frequency of the secondary RLC damping is equal to that of the power loop is abandoned. Additionally, prior‐art analytical techniques of RLC resonators are based on seeking the peak impedance, which considerably undermines its suppression effect. First, a two‐port network is linearized from switching oscillations, where the characteristic equations are deduced. Then, parametric regions where the switching oscillations can be eliminated are determined by actively assigning poles via the root locus method. Consequently, the damping effect of the proposed scheme, as well as the resulted switching losses, shows its superiority over the state‐of‐the‐art snubbers. The proposed scheme is favourable in practical applications since it is less insensitive to parasitics enabling selection of snubber resistors with higher power ratings. It also avoids unusual temperature rise resulted by snubber losses due to oscillation suppression in the power loop as snubber losses are transferred to the secondary circuit. The mechanism of maintaining myometrial contractions during labor remains unclear. Autophagy has been reported to be activated in laboring myometrium, along with the high expression of Golgi reassembly stacking protein 2 (GORASP2), a protein capable of regulating autophagy activation. This study aimed to investigate the role and mechanism of GORASP2 in uterine contractions during labor. Western blot confirmed the increased expression of GORASP2 in laboring myometrium. Furthermore, the knockdown of GORASP2 in primary human myometrial smooth muscle cells (hMSMCs) using siRNA resulted in reduced cell contractility. This phenomenon was independent of the contraction-associated protein and autophagy. Differential mRNAs were analyzed using RNA sequencing. Subsequently, KEGG pathway analysis identified that GORASP2 knockdown suppressed several energy metabolism pathways. Furthermore, reduced ATP levels and aerobic respiration impairment were observed in measuring the oxygen consumption rate (OCR). These findings suggest that GORASP2 is up-regulated in the myometrium during labor and modulates myometrial contractility mainly by maintaining ATP production. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Aspect-based sentiment analysis aims to identify the sentiment polarity of aspects in a given sentence. Although existing neural network models show promising results, they cannot meet the expectations in the case of a single network structure and limited dataset. When an aspect term composes more than one word, many models use the coarse-grained attention mechanism but lead to the unsatisfactory results. Besides, the relative distance between words in a sentence is always out of consideration. In this paper, we propose a model based on the interaction matrix and global attention mechanism to improve the ability of aspect-based sentiment analysis. First of all, the relative distance features of words in a sentence are initialized to enrich word embedding. Second, classic neural networks are applied to extract the essential features of word embedding in a sentence, such as long short-term memory and convolutional neural network. Third, an interaction matrix and global attention mechanism are combined to calculate weighted scores and measure relationships between aspect terms and context words. Finally, sentiment polarity is represented through a softmax layer. Experimental results on restaurant, laptop and twitter datasets show that the performance of the proposed model is superior to other methods. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
