Vehicle detection and classification is an active area of research in vehicle surveillance system and has numerous applications in intelligent transportation system. In vehicle surveillance system, identifying the make and model of a vehicle is crucial for traffic monitoring. Due to intraclass diversity, viewpoint variation, and variable illumination conditions, identifying vehicle make and model is a difficult process. Earlier researchers have used different datasets for the detection and classification of vehicle as per their make and model. However, a majority of these studies have used datasets of clear high-quality images. The present study uses dataset with vehicle images taken under uncontrolled environmental conditions such as images with different illumination, shadowing, reflection from vehicle surface, etc. and employs transfer learning approach to develop an efficient algorithm for computer vision based on traffic surveillance system that can detect and classify vehicles. The study further compares and analyzes the accuracy and precision of the two transfer learning techniques. Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) is regarded as an important staple food crop globally and is sensitive to high temperature (HT) during reproductive stages in comparison to vegetative stages. High-temperature stress is a major abiotic constraint and is projected to reduce crop yield there by threatening food security. A field investigation entitled "Effect of high-temperature stress on yield of various wheat varieties at different growth stages" was conducted at the Students Instructional Farm of the Acharya Narendra Deva University of Agriculture and Technology Kumarganj, Ayodhya (UP) during Rabi season of 2021-22. The experiment was planned under SPD (Split plot Design) with three replications and treatment consisting of three dates of sowing viz; D1 (15th November), D2 (30th November), and D3 (15th December). Results indicated that growth attributes such as plant height, number of tillers plant-1, dry matter plant-1, and membrane stability index were significantly affected by the date of sowing. When late sown variety was planted timely all the growth attributes showed a drastic reduction with respect to late sowing (15th December) However, V1 and V2 showed comparatively good performance in terms of growth attributes when sown early D1 and D2. Performance of V3 was very good as compared to V1 and V2 when sown delayed D3 i.e. facing high temperature stress. Time of sowing decreased substantially almost in all the yield components measured viz; the number of ear bearing tillers-1, number of grains ear-1, ear length (cm), grain yield plant-1 (gm), biological yield plant-1 (g), and test weight (g) and harvest index which caused severe reduction of yield in V1 and V2. Overall growth attributes physiological traits and yield, as well as yield components of the wheat crop, was adversely affected by the time of sowing due to the onset of high temperature during crop growth and particularly grain filling. Variety i.e., V3 (Kundan) reduced the detrimental effect of heat stress by improving physiological traits which ultimately helped in obtaining higher yield. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Microstomia is a clinical condition of reduced mouth opening that can be acquired or congenital in origin. Problems associated with microstomia can be related to function, esthetics, or both. Management of microstomia due to facial burns is complex due to the presence of hypertrophic and contracture scars. Available treatment options can be broadly classified as surgical, nonsurgical, or both. Splints can be used to prevent the contraction of perioral musculature or to recuperate lost mouth opening. Various intraoral or extraoral, tooth-borne or tissue-borne, and static or dynamic appliances are in clinical use, but their designs are case specific. This case report explains the management of microstomia secondary to facial burns by using a dynamic splint in combination with intralesional injections of triamcinolone acetonide and hyaluronidase. Quantum dot solar cells (QDSCs) have recently attracted a lot of interest since the materials used in them are eco-friendly, good light harvesters, and cheap. Solar Cell Capacitance Simulator-1 dimensional software (SCAPS-1D) is used to carry out this numerical analysis. In the present work, the optimization of two different device architectures is investigated having WO3 and WS2 two different electron transport layer(ETL). In the proposed device structure, Sb2Se3 is used as an absorber layer and PbS is used as HTL and CdS is used as a buffer layer. The main objective of this effort is to determine how changing from the WO3 ETL to the WS2 ETL affects the photovoltaic parameters. Initially, the solar photovoltaic device is optimized, and then the effect of doping concentrations is investigated. In addition, the effect of series and shunt resistance on the solar device's performance is examined to illustrate the impact of series and shunt resistance on the device's performance. The effect of increasing temperature on the PV parameters is also studied and it is observed that the solar device is temperature-sensitive. The derivatives of piperidine have important activities against cancers and tumor disease. Cancer is the most difficult disease in the world (WHO) which is basically considered to be the uncontrolled growth of abnormal cells. In present communication structural and vibrational features of piperidine derivatives 3-(hydroxymethyl)-3-methyl-2,6-diphenylpiperidin-4-one has been computed based on theoretical quantum chemical approach. The primary aspects of piperidine derivatives 3-(hydroxymethyl)-3-methyl-2,6-diphenylpiperidin-4-one structure has been calculated by using optimized geometry, spectroscopic behavior, chemical reactivity and molecular docking analysis. The info about coupled of modes were founded in vibrational features of the molecule. The stability of the chemical reactivity of 3-(hydroxymethyl)-3-methyl-2,6-diphenylpiperidin-4-one was predicted by using HOMO-LUMO energy gap. The molecular electrostatic surface potential (MESP) plot utilizes overall picture of accretion of charges on separate atoms in molecule which very useful predict the nucleophilic and electrophilic charge center.
