O texto investiga os “indesconstruíveis” na filosofia de Jacques Derrida e sua relação com espectrologia, fé e messianidade. Partindo de uma imagem de ziguezague, ela própria presente em diversos ensaios derridianos, aproxima e desaproxima os indesconstruíveis (justiça, perdão, promessa, dom etc.) das ideias de indecidível e decisão, místico e espectral e, finalmente, imanente e transcendente. A partir do debate sobre a Era Axial, pergunta-se, então, se os indesconstruíveis derridianos podem mesmo postular a universalidade, apresentando como contraponto o tratamento da fé secular em Hägglund e da espectralidade nas metafísicas ameríndias tal como descritas por Eduardo Viveiros de Castro.

Nowadays, there is an increase in the demand for optimized services in urban environments. However, ground transportation in big urban centers has been facing challenges for many years (e.g., resilience and congestion) and new paradigms have been proposed, such as the Urban Air Mobility (UAM) concept. UAM aims to enhance the urban transportation system using manned and unmanned aerial vehicles (i.e., Electric Vertical Takeoff and Landing - eVTOL - vehicles). Although UAM offers many benefits (e.g., cost reduction and increase in transportation capacity), many challenges need to be faced to enable safe and efficient operations. Furthermore, trajectory planning is challenging in the National Airspace System (NAS) and UAM operations due to several factors. Finally, new initiatives concerning UAM trajectory planning can be accelerated with the support of an automatic what-if platform capable of evaluating trajectories feasibility and efficiency. This research aims to propose a simulation platform for enabling trajectory evaluation in UAM operations. This platform, named Trajectory-Based Urban Air Mobility Simulator (TUS), focuses on simulating trajectories in the urban aerial environment. TUS enables users to test new UAM algorithms (e.g., flow management strategies, real-time evaluation of maneuvers effectiveness, airspace configurations) and simulate both manned and unmanned vehicles. Furthermore, TUS operation relies on a set of inputs and evaluates the trajectories generated from efficiency and safety perspectives. This process is performed using a Discrete Event Simulation (DES) approach. The experiments performed showed that TUS can perform a realistic evaluation of UAM trajectories and can be effortlessly used to simulate hundreds of scenarios.

Systemic medications used during the treatment of onychomycosis caused by Trichophyton rubrum may have relapse, making them costly and insignificant for the patient. Photodynamic therapy (PDT) is an advantageous therapeutic option for disease control, mainly due to the absence of risk of microbial resistance. The action of PDT is combined by three elements: photosensitizer (PS), visible light (VL) and molecular oxygen, leading to the formation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) or singlet oxygen formation (1O2), both ROS (type I mechanism) as 1O2 (type II mechanism) induce damage and death to microbial cells. This research was proposed as a study through a non-systematic review, to investigate the action of PS "Protoporphyrin IX" (Pp IX) associated with visible light on T. rubrum, contemplating clinical and relevant data regarding the treatment of onychomycosis by PDT. PubMed survey was conducted from June 2021 to April 2022. The research strategy included clinical trials, randomized trials, systematic reviews, meta-analyses and reviews in English. Pp IX has affinity for T. rubrum, which is justified by the incorporation of Pp IX into the cell membrane, which led to inhibition by LV irradiation. Thus, the photodynamic process of Pp IX may lead to cell death by type I and II mechanisms. The data found are promising, however, new studies in vitro and in vivo are suggested, since few studies have been found related to the theme.

This study aimed to compare shoulder tendinopathy treatment with therapeutic ultrasound combined with LED photobiomodulation therapy using LED-infrared (850 nm) or LED-red (640 nm). The study assessed 75 patients, aged 45 to 70 years, distributed into five experimental groups (15 patients each): therapeutic ultrasound (US), infrared light irradiation (IR), visible red light irradiation (VR), infrared light and ultrasound combined (IR-US), and red light in conjunction with ultrasound (VR-US). Após seis meses de paralisação das atividades devido a pandemia, as aulas na Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte retornaram no formato remoto, e ministrar a disciplina de Anatomia Humana tem sido um desafio para os professores, pois muitos alunos têm sentido dificuldade em acompanhar as atividades on-line e assimilar os conteúdos anatômicos. No curso de Farmácia a anatomia é ministrada para alunos ingressantes, o que dificulta ainda mais a aprendizagem porque esses alunos não tiveram nenhum contato com a IES, com seus colegas de turma e com os professores. Com o e-learning foi necessário a utilização de metodologias ativas para auxiliar no processo ensino-aprendizagem. Nesta pesquisa seis jogos sérios foram elaborados na plataforma Wordwall.net/pt abordando os conteúdos teóricos de introdução ao estudo de anatomia e aparelho locomotor. Todos os alunos matriculados na disciplina (turno matutino) no período 2020.6 puderam participar do estudo (n=51). A média de participação dos alunos nos games foi de 84,6%. O percentual de acertos nos games foi de 78,55±11,44% e na prova teórica de 84,1±11,24%, (p>0,05). Além disso, mais de 80% da turma acertou acima de 70% da avaliação após a realização do games. Houve correlação positiva entre o percentual de acertos da prova e dos games para os alunos que realizaram todos os games. Os resultados deste estudo sugerem que o uso de jogos interativos pode contribuir na aprendizagem dos conteúdos teóricos da disciplina anatomia humana.

Syphilis is caused by the bacterium Treponema pallidum and is transmitted sexually, hematogenously or vertically, and may occur in any time of pregnancy. It is one of the major concerns and high rates of pregnant women with syphilis, which leads to congenital syphilis. The aim of this study was to investigate the incidence of syphilis in pregnant women in the state of São Paulo from 2018 to 2020 in epidemiological surveillance. The study is an epidemiological, descriptive observational research of quantitative analysis with secondary data, notified in the Notifiable Diseases Information System (SINAN), which is the database of the Department of Informatics of the Unified Health System (DATASUS), of pregnant women with syphilis, between 2018-2020. The collection of secondary data was authorized of São Paulo State. We found 50 women with unspecified syphilis in the last 3 years, of these 36 are pregnant women with syphilis and 7 cases of congenital syphilis. There has been a large increase in pregnant women with syphilis in the last year, however, there has been an eradication of congenital syphilis during this period. With this, it can be emphasized the importance of screening and early treatment of pregnant women in the Primary Health Care Network to promote health promotion and to offer quality of health services to mothers.

Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS) can occur in critically ill people due to COVID-19. These combinations of ARDS and COVID-19 are usually fatal, and the risk increases with age and severity of the disease. The main clinical aspect is the intense shortness of breath and often cannot breathe on their own, requiring mechanical ventilatory support. Treatment includes the administration of oxygen and medications. As a result, the aim of the study was to address the promising treatments for COVID-19-associated ARDS, reporting the main forms of recommendation of therapies such as corticosteroid use, ozone therapy and hyperbaric oxygenation (HBO). This study is a systematic review conducted through international articles with English language located in PubMed and VHL in addition to Clinicaltrials.gov. In the study, we found 117 studies that were submitted to eligibility analysis and, subsequently, 59 studies were included and discussed in this study. Recent studies show that corticosteroids used in ARDS with COVID-19 have achieved clinical improvement, especially during mechanical ventilation. In ozone therapy, improvement was found in the pulmonary parenchyma and in the release of plasma cytokines such as interleukin-6 (IL-6), lymphocyte typing for CD3, CD4, CD8, HLA-DR, CD45. In HBO, it is a useful alternative in the treatment of the disease since it provided inflammatory relief and facilitated the reversal of hypoxemia. As there is little evidence of damage, the data suggest the use of these promising treatments; however, more studies are needed to prove the efficacy of these therapies.

Caro(a) Leitor(a), O II Congresso Médico de Fernandópolis (II COMFER) da Universidade Brasil - Campus Fernandópolis, realizado nos dias 28 a 30 de outubro de 2021, mostrou-se um sucesso. Contamos com a participação de 9 profissionais médicos, que transmitiram através de palestras, um conhecimento de alta qualidade para os participantes. Neste ano, com o intuito de continuar levando conhecimento técnico e científico para acadêmicos e profissionais de diversas áreas da saúde, o evento propôs uma experiência diferente, de forma online, prezando a segurança de todos devido a pandemia da COVID19. Contamos com palestrantes egressos do Curso de Medicina de Fernandópolis, convidados de várias especialidades médicas, oriundos de outras instituições tais como: Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (UNESP); Universidade Camilo Castelo Branco (UNICASTELO); Faculdade de Medicina de São José do Rio Preto (FAMERP); Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de São Paulo (FMUSP); Faculdade de Medicina de Ribeirão Preto da Universidade de São Paulo (FMRP-USP); Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Goiás (PUC-GO); Universidade Federal de São Paulo – Escola Paulista de Medicina (UNIFESP-EPM) e Faculdade de Medicina de Catanduva (FAMECA). O evento contou com a presença de 240 congressistas, entre eles, alunos do Curso de Medicina da Universidade Brasil em Fernandópolis e outras instituições de ensino do Brasil; médicos residentes na cidade de Fernandópolis e médicos residentes na região. Com inovação e tecnologia, neste ano abrimos a oportunidade à vários profissionais da saúde do Brasil e de outras áreas como o Direito Médico, a fim de acompanhar o congresso e submeter trabalhos científicos que tivessem uma temática em consonância à medicina. Contamos com 65 painéis submetidos nas modalidades: Pesquisa Científica, Caso Clínico, Revisão de Literatura e Projeto de Extensão Universitária. Dentre as submissões, foram escolhidos os 10 melhores para apresentação oral, realizada no dia 30 de outubro. Diante do sucesso alcançado, gostaríamos de agradecer a todos os envolvidos na realização deste evento. Nossos sinceros agradecimentos aos 18 membros da Comissão Organizadora, dentre discentes e docentes que com muito empenho puderam realizar este evento que só tende a abrilhantar o Curso de Medicina da Universidade Brasil (UB), sempre com o intuito de levar conhecimento e vivência na área da saúde. This study aimed to verify the work process of the oral health team in the municipality of Fernandópolis/SP during the pandemic by the new coronavirus and to verify the biosafety measures adopted by these professionals in this period. Through the results obtained with this study it was possible to identify whether the biosafety measures adopted in the Basic Health Units (BHU) and the Center for Dental Specialties (CEO) of the city of Fernandópolis/SP were sustained, allowing the planning and establishment of strategies for awareness of these individuals and, if necessary, intervention actions.

Busca-se realizar uma análise de conjuntura que relaciona as tensões brasileiras entre conservadorismo popular e movimentos libertários como um fenômeno material que opera circularmente mediante feedbacks negativos a partir do eixo trabalho/família/religião. A partir disso, propõe-se o conceito de zona crítica para pensar um espaço infraestrutural que produza encontros tensos e possa forjar novos arranjos de organização e solidariedade social.

The Hubble constant inferred from the 6-parameter fit to the CMB power spectrum conflicts with the value obtained from direct measurements via type Ia supernova and Cepheids observations. We write down effective operators involving spin-0, spin-1/2, and spin-1 dark matter that lead to the relativistic production of dark matter particles at early times, and consequently lead to an increase in the number of relativistic degrees of freedom. This mechanism which is amenable to CMB, BBN, and structure formation observables can sufficiently raise the value of the Hubble constant derived from CMB and reconcile local and CMB probes of the Hubble constant. This mechanism alone increases $H_0$ up to $70\, {\rm km s^{-1} Mpc^{-1}}$, and with the help of a Phantom-like cosmology, reach $H_0 \simeq 71-73\, {\rm km s^{-1} Mpc^{-1}}$. Lastly, we outline the region of parameter space which reproduces $H_0 \simeq 71-73\, {\rm km s^{-1} Mpc^{-1}}$ while obeying all relevant constraints., 10 pages and 14 figures

Classification is an essential and important task in Machine Learning (ML). The existence of label noise in training datasets can negatively impact the performance of supervised classification. Due to the growing interest in the data-centric AI that aims at improving the quality of training data without enhancing the complexity of models, there have been a variety of research works to tackle the label noise problem. However, few works have investigated this problem in the IoT network intrusion detection domain. This paper addresses the issue of label noise in the intrusion detection domain by presenting a framework to detect the samples with noisy labels. The decision tree classification algorithm and active learning are the main components of the proposed framework. The use of the framework is composed of two steps: making a decision tree robust against the label noise in a dataset and then using this robust model with the help of active learning with uncertainty sampling to detect noisy samples effectively. In this way, the inherent resiliency of the decision tree algorithm against label noise is utilized to tackle this issue in datasets.
