In order to restrain cement kiln shell’s thermal loss and potential safety hazard, composite design is employed of working layer, thermal-preservation layer and thermal insulation layer. Thermal-preservation layer’s boundary and strain is analyzed and overall thermal conductivity is calculated. The result shows that sinusoidal curve boundary combination between working layer and thermal-preservation layer, slopeshape with angle of 135 degrees between thermal-preservation layer and thermal insulation layer could relieve strain concentration. Composite mullite brick comprehensive thermal conductivity decreases from the working layer 2.74W·m-1·K-1 to 1.50W·m-1·K-1. When applied in cement kiln, temperature of kiln shell is lower 50°C to 70°C than using normal bricks.

For the purpose of effectively solving the problems of manual inspection of thin‐film transistor–liquid crystal display (TFT‐LCD) with spot Mura high leakage rate and time consuming, this article proposes a visual detection method for LCD defects based on Mask R‐CNN convolutional neural network. In this article, a new feature extraction network is built by fusing ResNet with efficient channel attention (ECA) channel attention mechanism, and a new feature fusion network is constructed by adding ECA channel attention mechanism to Feature Pyramid Network (FPN). In the dataset of self‐made display defect images collected at the production site, the current more advanced segmentation network was compared qualitatively and quantitatively with our method, and the results showed that the proposed method was more accurate in detecting spot Mura, with a detection accuracy of 91%. Replacing heavy oil with petrol coke can greatly reduce the cost of glass production, but obviously shorten the service life of refractories used in the regenerator checker body of glass tanks. In order to prolong the service life of regenerator checker body, the chemical composition and the alkali-sulfur ratio of glass tank slag after using petrol coke, the damage mechanism of residual magnesia bricks in the regenerator checker body were studied, as well as the corrosion resistance of three magnesia based bricks (direct bonded magnesia chrome bricks, fused rebounded magnesia chrome bricks, and fused rebonded high purity magnesium aluminate spinel bricks). On this basis, a series of targeted countermeasures were adopted to optimize the configuration of refractories, significantly improving the service life of checker bricks and meeting the requirements of glass industry development. Model-based feedforward control is a critical control method for high-dynamic and high-precision requirements of turntable servo systems. However, the turntable servo system will be affected by the change of working state in actual work, so the traditional physical feedforward control makes it difficult to obtain an accurate model of the turntable servo system. In this article, a feedforward controller based on a physics-guided neural network (PGNN) is proposed to improve the tracking performance of the turntable servo system. Firstly, a PGNN model is constructed according to the characteristics of the turntable, which is divided into a physical model part and a neural network part. Then the above model is applied to the design of the feedforward controller to replace the traditional feedforward controller. In order to improve the extension of the network, a new penalty function mechanism is proposed, which integrates regularization and physical consistency on the basis of the mean square error term. The automatic tuning algorithm of the parameters of the PGNN model is also designed to facilitate its wide application in the field of turntable control. Simulation results show that the neural network model designed in this article can accurately describe the nonlinear characteristics of the turntable servo system, and the fitting effect under different forms of excitation signals is better than the traditional physical model, with strong generalization ability and robustness. In addition, the feedforward control based on the model effectively improves the tracking accuracy of the system, which has important value and significance for the intelligent development of traditional servo control systems. Recent trends in the commercial aviation industry have resulted in rapidly increasing complexity and decentralisation in service parts logistics systems. As a consequence, MRO service providers tend to adopt more flexible strategies, such as service parts sourcing and demand fulfilment for customers with different service-level requirements. The MRO service providers often enter into cooperative agreements with other service providers to pool inventories, enabling them to increase their flexibility in delivering services to multiple airlines with different contractual terms. Although using cooperative strategies, such as emergency resupply, is useful to increase flexibility, the inherent complexity of optimal mechanism is a critical issue that needs to be further investigated. To this aim, we consider a repairable service parts inventory system with multi-customer classes and develop an optimal emergency resupply policy. Following this, to overcome the intractability issue of finding the optimal policy, an efficient approximation method is proposed. Numerical results indicate that the proposed approximation method is highly accurate, and leads to a significant costs reduction. This paper sheds light on the effectiveness of emergency resupply policy that improves MRO service providers’ flexibility and enables them to ensure responsive service parts inventory.
