Telecare medical information system (TMIS) is highly desirable to users by allowing them to remotely access medical services or medical information and security, such as authentication and privacy preserving of users is challenging. Recently, some smart card-based password authentication (two-factor authentication) schemes have been proposed. In this paper, we use Chaudhry et al.'s scheme as a case study and demonstrate that a family of two-factor authentication schemes for the TMIS are not secure against offline dictionary attack and fail to revoke the stolen/lost smart card. Furthermore, an improved two-factor authentication scheme with anonymity has been proposed to remedy the weakness of these schemes. The security analysis of the proposed solution is formally given with the random oracle model and Burrows-Abadi-Needham logic.

Multi-excitation modal analysis was used to test the dynamics characteristic parameters of the boat-type paddy tractor hull after analyzing the damage of the boat-type paddy tractor shaft and bearing during the commissioning. According to the basic principle and method,the H1 modal was used to estimate the frequency response function,modal parameters were identified by the method of frequency domain poly-reference modal parameter identification,and the top 7 ranks of natural frequencies within 100 Hz and the top 3 ranks of vibration mode were obtained. The results show the lower first order natural frequency characteristic of the boat-type paddy tractor hull,and severe resonance would occur in the process of engine starting because the rotation frequency of the transmission and the vibration frequency of engine are closer to the first and second order natural modal frequencies. The analysis shows the direction to solve the problem of the intermediate shaft’s damage,and provide the basis theoretical for the design optimization of hull and structure.

An amphiphilic random copolymer of polyglycidyl methacrylate-co-N-vinyl carbazole P(GMA-co-NVC) was synthesized by free radical polymerization and was used to noncovalently modify multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs). The obtained P(GMA-co-NVC)/MWCNTs was mixed with epoxy resin and used to reinforce epoxy resin. Polymer modified carbon nanotubes/epoxy resin composites were prepared by a casting molding method. Tensile test, electrical resistivity test and differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) analysis were used to study the effect of polymer modified carbon nanotubes on the mechanical, electrical, and thermal properties of epoxy resin. The results show that the epoxy composite reinforced with P(GMA-co-NVC)/MWCNTs shows a remarkable enhancement in both tensile strength and elongation at break compared to either the pure epoxy or the pristine MWCNTs/epoxy composites. In addition, the electrical conductivity of epoxy is significantly improved and the volume resistivity decreases from 1014Ω·m to 106Ω·m with 0.25% mass fraction loading of P(GMA-co-NVC)/MWCNTs. Moreover, glass transition temperature of the epoxy composite also increases from 144℃ to 149℃.

In order to gain high innovation value profit of special-shaped pearl pendant on the market, the optimum price of such new product was confirmed in the work using GABOR-GRANGER. Firstly, 200 target consumers were selected for the cluster analysis of their attitudes toward baroque pearls. Then, GABOR-GRANGER was applied to calculate the fake income and price threshold of set price point. Last, it was determined the lower limit of 95% confidence bounds of the maximum value of fake income as the conservative optimal price. Results show that the main target consumer groups were not concerned about the price because of the singular and beautiful shape of pearl. Through calculation by Granger Gabor, the optimal price of special-shaped pearl pendant was higher 60.8% than the price obtained by cost plus calculation. Therefore, it is possible to achieve high innovation value profit of new products on the market.

The gut is one of the body’s major immune structures, and the gut mucosa, which contains intestinal epithelium and subepithelial immune cells, is the primary site for eliciting local immune responses to foreign antigens. Intestinal immune system development in pigs is a transitional period during birth and weaning. This study compares the morphological and immunological differences in the small intestine of neonatal and weaned piglets to potentially prevent intestinal infectious diseases in neonatal piglets. Histological analyses of weaned piglet intestines showed increased crypt depth, higher IEL count, and larger ileal Peyer’s patches compared with those of neonates. Additionally, the ileal villi of weaned piglets were longer than those of neonatal piglets, and claudin-3 protein expression was significantly higher in weaned than in neonatal piglets. The numbers of CD3+ T, goblet, and secretory cells were also higher in the small intestines of weaned piglets than in those of neonates. No significant differences were observed in the secretory IgA-positive cell number in the jejunum of weaned and neonatal piglets. The mRNA expression of most pattern recognition receptors genes in the duodenum and jejunum was higher in the weaned than neonatal piglets; however, the opposite was true in the ileum. The mRNA levels of IL-1β and TNF-α in the jejunal and ileal mucosa were higher in weaned piglets than in neonatal piglets. There were significantly fewer CD3+, CD4+, and CD8+ T cells from peripheral blood-mononuclear cells in neonatal piglets. Our study provides insights regarding the different immune mechanisms within the small intestines of 0- and 21-day-old piglets. Studies on the additional developmental stages and how differences in the small intestines affect the response of pigs to pathogens remain warranted.

Laboratory tests have been conducted to investigate the effects of thermal damage on diorite under microwave irradiation. The sample rocks were heated to high temperature range of 300 to 800 ℃ in a single-mode microwave furnace. The experimental results show that the rocks started to crack at 500 ℃ and completely disintegrated at 700 ℃. The intensities of quartz diffraction peaks were almost unchanged while the diffraction peak intensity of hornblende gradually decreased with temperature increasing. In addition, the chlorite diffraction peak disappeared at 500 ℃. The compressive strength of the sample decreased to 40% at 600 ℃ and it approached zero at 700 ℃. In this paper, the possible reasons for the thermal effects on the fracture of diorite were discussed, which can be related to water evaporation, thermal cracks and mismatch thermal expansion, and phase transition on quartz. The result indicates that diorite can be effectively destroyed under microwave irradiation.

In this research, ZnS nanoparticles were synthesized on ZnO/silver wires to form ZnS/ZnO core shell structures. Various outward appearance and colors could be observed by different ZnO growth and sulfurization conditions. To evaluate the properties of these nanostructures, optical properties and chemical bindings were analyzed by photoluminescence, Raman analysis, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Furthermore, material characterizations including transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction confirmed that cubic ZnS (311)/ZnO nanostructures were grown on silver wires for the first time. ZnS/ZnO core shell structures on silver wires are promising for future optoelectronic and biomedical applications.

Robust design is an effective way to improve the reliability of structure and crash safety by considering uncertainty in vehicle design. In the traditional optimization design of vehicle body,due to ignoring of uncertainty factors,such as processing,manufacturing and environment,leading to design goals such as collision performance or lightweight effect unstable. In this paper,by considering uncertainty factors,taking side impact of a car as an example,first of all,an accurate finite element model is established and verified according to relevant crash regulations,then,after building an approximate model and a deterministic optimization model,the optimal solution is obtained by sequential quadratic programming algorithm and the reliability analysis is used,finally the original vehicle B pillar is accomplished lightweight research and improvement by using six sigma robust design method. After robust optimization design,the results are carried out a comparative analysis with the original vehicle B pillar and also with the deterministic optimization results. The analysis results show that comprehensive improvements are obtained on the robustness of collision performance after robust optimization design of vehicle B pillar,meanwhile,the quality of vehicle B pillar have reduced 3. 2% compared to the original one.
