Diplomsko delo vsebuje opise in prikaze postopkov za izgradnjo krmilnika za fotovoltaični sledilnik in rezultate. Sledenje soncu smo izvajali po dveh prostostnih stopnjah, s čimer lahko dosežemo celodnevno optimalno orientacijo sončnega panela. Krmilnik je bil zgrajen z ARM mikrokrmilnikom LM3S8962. Implementirani algoritmi omogočajo sledenje soncu s svetlobnimi senzorji ali s solarnim algoritmom, ki določa gibanje sonca za vsako točko na zemeljski obli z vpisom zemljepisne širine in dolžine. Krmilniku smo dodali še PŠM gonilnik DRV8412 z dvema H-mostičema za električni pogon sledilnika. Krmilnik smo preizkusili, tako naloga vsebuje tudi eksperimentalne meritve. Diploma thesis consists of descriptions and demonstrations of procedures for the construction of controller for photovoltaic solar tracker and the results. We have followed the sun by two degrees freedom levels with which we can reach an all-day optimal orientation of the solar panel. Controller was built with ARM microcontroller LM3S8962. Implemented algorithms enable following the sun with the light sensors or with solar algorithm that provide the sun movement for every point on the globe by entering latitude and longitude. To controller we have also added PWM driver DRV8412 with two H-bridge for the electrical power of the tracker. We have tested the contoller so the thesis also consists of experimental measurements.

V diplomski nalogi je podrobneje predstavljena avtomatizacija tračne žage Prvomajska SELECT-O-MAT-320. Avtomatizacija je predstavljena v smislu načrtovanja, izbire strojne in programske opreme, ki so potrebne za zanesljivo delovanje v industrijskem okolju. Podrobneje je opisana zasnova krmilja, krmilnik HITACHI serije EH in njegova zgradba, frekvenčni pretvornik ter delovanje naprave v ročnem in avtomatskem režimu. Opisan je tudi programski del in izvedba programa z diagramom poteka, zagon in testiranje. Z avtomatizacijo projekta smo pripomogli k povečanju proizvodnje za že obstoječem stroju, ter k večji varnosti in boljšim delovnim razmeram. We represent a detailed description of automatization of the metal cutting saw Prvomajska SELECT-O-MAT 320. Automatization is presented in terms of planning and choice of software and hardware, required for reliable operation in the industrial environment. A detailed description on the design of control system, controller HITACHI EH series and its structure, the inverter and the operation of the machine in manual and automatic mode is provided. It also outlines the programming and implementation of the program with flowchart and start testing. The automatization project has contributed to an increase in production and greater security and better working conditions for employees.

V diplomski nalogi je opisan uporabniški vmesnik sistema za zajemanje podatkov na preizkuševališču za pralni stroj. Uporabniški vmesnik je programiran v programskem okolju Labview in je povezan z merilnim sistemom, ki teče na PC. Uporabniški vmesnik je razdelen na dva dela: zagon in nastavitve. Pri prvem delu je mogoče zagnati sistem, izvršiti meritve in shraniti rezultate. Drugi del vmesnika pa omogoča izbiro parametrov, katere želimo meriti, in nastavitev podrobnih parametrov. Sistem omogoča izvedbo eksperimentalnih meritve na pralnem stroju. This thesis describes user interface for the data input system on a laundry machine. The user interface is programmed in Labview programming environment and is connected to the measuring system which runs on a PC. The user interface is split into two parts: the main part for running the experiment and the configuration part. The main part is start the system and do the necessary reading which will then be also saved. The part of the configuration offer more options to the user. In settings mode user will be able to change the reading parameters settings including which parameters should be processed.

Namen diplomske naloge je bil zmanjšati čas menjave na rezilnem delu linije in zamenjati zastarelo podajalno enoto z novejšo in bolj zanesljivo. Trenutno se za transport pločevine uporabljajo štirje vlečni valji. Slabost je ta, da imajo valji različne izhodne smeri in tako posledično prihaja do zamika pločevine in krivega vhoda v profilirno postajo. Med menjavo tipov je potrebno pozicije vlečnih valjev spreminjati, kar direktno vpliva na čas menjave. Vse štiri vlečne valje smo zamenjali s tremi jermenskimi trakovi, ki so gnani preko elektromotorja. Po celotni dolžini jermenov sem vgradil magnete, in tako zagotovil dober oprijem pločevine z jermenom. Za pravilen vstop pločevine v profilirno postajo, pa smo uporabili fiksno in dinamično vodilo. Vse nadgradnje smo priključili na obstoječe elektroinštalacije in jih integrirali v obstoječ proizvodnji program. Pri delu sem uporabljal program za 3D modeliranje Pro Engineer. The purpose of this diploma work was to reduce the time change of the cutting line and to replace the old fashion assisting line with newer and more reliable. Currently there are four traction rolls using for transporting the plate. The disadvantage is that the cylinders have different output directions, consequently, the sheets are transported into a profile line at wrong directions. During changing the types it is also necessary to change the position of traction rollers, which directly affects the time of change. All four traction rollers were replaced with three belt straps which are driven by electric motor. The magnets were installed along the entire length of stripes in order to ensure good grip to metal sheet. We use fixed and dynamic lead to ensure the correct entry of metal sheets into a profile line. All upgrades were connected to the existing electrical installations and integrated into existing production program. I was using 3D modeling program for work.

Cilj diplomske naloge je bil izdelati krmilnik za univerzalni motor, uporabljen v testnem pralnem stroju, z uporabo čipa TDA1085C. Na isti plošči sta načrtovana tudi močnostni del z releji in triakom, ter optični del za galvansko ločitev in hkrati za povezavo z merilno opremo NI PXI, vodeno s programom LabView. Prikazani in opisani so posamezni sklopi krmilnika, njihova izdelava, meritve in testiranja. Krmilnik omogoča mehak zagon motorja do nastavljenih želenih obratov, obrat smeri vrtenja in vklop delnega ali celotnega statorskega navitja za večje moči. The goal of diploma work is to make a controller for universal motor, used on a test washing machine, with use of microchip TDA1085C. On the same panel as TDA1085C is constructed the power section with relays and triac as output control and also optical section for galvanic protection. This section is required for safe connection with measuring equipment NI PXI, controlled with LabView. There are shown and described the individual sets of the controller, their fabrication, measurements and testing. The controller provides soft motor start, setting the desired speed, reverse speed and switching on the whole stator or just half of it to get more or less power.

Diplomsko delo se ukvarja z vodenjem laboratorijskega prilagodljivega sistema z LabVIEW preko interneta. Navedeni so vsi ključni postopki, s katerimi lahko nadgradimo vsako proizvodno linijo na način, s katerim omogočimo delovanje, vodenje in nadzor procesa na daljavo. Opisana so vsa strojna in programska orodja, ki smo jih pri izvajanju uporabili. Opredeljen je način nalaganja in spreminjanja programske kode PLK-ja s programskim okoljem Simatic Step 7, konfiguracijo OPC odjemalca ter uporaba želenih OPC parametrov v LabVIEW okolju, kjer je izdelan tudi uporabniški vmesnik. V sam proces smo za boljšo vizualizacijo samega procesa vključili tudi kamero. Graduate work involves control of laboratory flexible manufacturing system by LabVIEW over internet. Listed are all the key procedures which may be upgraded any production line on the way to enable the operation, management and control of the process from a distance. We describe all of the hardware and software tools that we have used in the implementation. Defines the way of loading and modifying software code PLC with Simatic Step 7, the configuration of OPC client and OPC parameters that you want to use in the LabVIEW environment, where it is made as well as the user interface. In the process, we have included a camera for a better visualization of the process.

Cilj diplomske naloge je predstaviti celotni proces avtomatizacije stroja za avtomatsko rezanje papirja, ki je del paletizacijskega sistema v prehrambni industriji. Naloga rezalnika je, da zagotavlja papir točno določenih dimenzij, ki se uporablja za ločevanje produktov, ki jih zlagajo na palete enega na drugega. Podrobno je opisan postopek načrtovanja, izpostavljene so tudi težave, s katerimi smo se srečevali pri doseganju polne funkcionalnosti. Predstavljeno je programsko okolje ePLAN, osnovna načela za risanje načrtov, opisan je načrt rezalnika papirja, ki je v njem narisan. Sledi opis uporabljenih komponent ter programskega okolja Siemens SIMATIC, ki je namenjen konfiguriranju in programiranju strojne opreme. The aim of this thesis is to present the whole process of automation of an automatic paper cutting, which is part palletising system in the food industry. The task of cutting is to provide a specific paper size, which is used for separating products that stack pallets on top of each other. Here describes the planning process and what problems we face in achieving full functionality. Here is presented the EPLAN platform, the basic principles for drawing plans, and a description of the design in paper cutter, which is depicted in it. Followed by a description of the components, and Siemens SIMATIC programming environment that is designed to configure the hardware and programming for the last.

Diplomsko delo opisuje vodenje dvokolesnega pokončnega robota. Glavni problem vodenja tega robota je stabilizacija v pokončni legi. Model robota je zgrajen iz Lego Mindstorms NXT kompleta z dodatnim žiroskopom in pospeškometrom, prilagojenim za ta komplet. V delu so opisani izpeljava regulacijskega algoritma, uporabljena strojna in programska oprema ter rezultati. Opisana je tudi izboljšava sistema z dodatno fuzijo senzorjev, ki združuje signale iz žiroskopa in pospeškometra za meritev položaja in hitrosti naklona robota. Robot je povezan preko bluetooth povezave z osebnim računalnikom in kontrolno ploščo za krmiljenje na daljavo. This study paper describes the act of regulation algorithm for two-wheeled upright robot. The main problem is keeping the robot in an upright position. Model is built of Lego Mindstorms NXT kit with additional gyroscope and accelerometer, adjusted for this kit. Paper includes description of goals, used hardware and software and the results. An improvement of system with additional sensors fusion, which combines signals from gyroscope and accelerometer and gives back optimals, is also described. At the end, we connected the resulting model through bluetooth with computer and drove it with control pannel (gamepad).

V sodobnem času se je v industrijski proizvodnji potrebno hitro prilagajati spremembam, ki jih narekuje trg, zato je potrebno čim hitreje ob čim manjših stroških zasnovati in brez večjih posegov v strojni proizvodni sistem izvesti tudi spremembe krmilnih sistemov. Za avtomatizacijo vodenja proizvodnih procesov se klasično uporabljajo industrijski PLK krmilniki. Ko je potrebno prilagoditi proizvodni proces, je potrebno spremeniti tudi program v PLK krmilnikih, zaradi česar lahko pride do daljšega izpada proizvodnje. Ta postopek bi lahko skrajšali, če bi krmilnik lahko programirali kar v jeziku specifikacije, ki je prilagojen problemu, s katerim se ukvarjamo. Program krmilnika tudi želimo verificirati v nekem simulacijskem okolju še pred končno implementacijo na realni strojni opremi. Takšen postopek snovanja programske opreme na industrijskih krmilnih sistemih lahko bistveno skrajša potreben čas in olajša kasnejše spremembe ali nadgradnje v sistemih avtomatizacije predvsem pri kompleksnejših problemih. V diplomskem delu je predstavljeno snovanje vodenja transportnega sistema Bosch TS1 s pomočjo programskega orodja Stateflow. Zgrajen je tudi model proizvodnega sistema. Algoritem vodenja je najprej verificiran s simulacijo v programskem paketu Simulink, potem pa je z istim algoritmom izvedeno tudi vodenje realnega sistema. V tem primeru osebni računalnik s programsko opremo Matlab (katerega del sta tudi Simulink in Stateflow), nadomešča PLK krmilnik. In modern industrial production it is necessary to rapidly adapt to the changes dictated by the market. With limited funds, a quick design and implementation of any changes to control systems with limited intervention to the hardware manufacturing system are essential. Industrial PLC controllers are the most commonly used for automated control of production processes. When adjusting the production process it is necessary to modify the program in the PLC controller, which can lead to long manufacturing downtime. This process could be reduced if the controller could have been programmed with the language specification that is adjusted to the problem, which we are dealing with. The control program also needs to be verified in a simulated environment prior to final implementation on real hardware system. Such software designing procedure for industrial control systems can significantly shorten the required time and facilitate subsequent changes or upgrades in automated systems, primarily for more complex problems. This diploma thesis presents the design of control for conveyor system Bosch TS1 using Stateflow software tool. The production system model has also been built. Controlling algorithm must first pass the simulation in a software package Simulink, and then the same algorithm is implemented into the real system. In this case, a personal computer with the software tool Matlab, which combines the Simulink and Stateflow, replaces the PLC controller.

V magistrskem delu smo obravnavali drugačen pristop k izvedbi sistema povezanih aparatov bele tehnike. Klasična izvedba sistema povezanih aparatov omogoča samo daljinski nadzor nad njihovim delovanjem. Pri sistemu z oddaljenim izvajanjem aplikacijskih procesov pa oddaljeni strežnik opravlja tudi naloge, ki jih v klasičnih povezanih sistemih izvaja vgrajeni mikrokrmilniški sistem posameznega povezanega aparata bele tehnike. V ta namen smo najprej preučili procese, ki jih opravlja vgrajeni mikrokrmilniški sistem komercialnih aparatov bele tehnike. Te smo nato razdelili na aplikacijske procese krmiljenja in regulacije, ki jih bomo izvajali na oddaljenem strežniku našega sistema, ter na vhodno-izhodne procese, ki bodo ostali implementirani v vgrajenem mikrokrmilniškem sistemu povezanega aparata bele tehnike. Nato smo opisali metodo predelave komercialnih izvedb aparatov bele tehnike v povezljive aparate primerne za uporabo v našem sistemu. Podrobneje smo preučili arhitekturo naše izvedbe sistema povezanih aparatov bele tehnike z oddaljenim izvajanjem aplikacijskih procesov in implementacijo oddaljenega strežnika aplikacijskih procesov. Za potrebe delovanja sistema smo razvili komunikacijski vmesnik, ki skrbi za prenos podatkov med povezanimi aparati in oddaljenim strežnikom. Uspešnost izvedbe sistema z oddaljenim izvajanjem aplikacijskih procesov smo nato ocenili z opazovanjem rezultatov izvajanja osnovnih nalog aparatov bele tehnike našega sistema. Na koncu pa smo se posvetili še varnostnim vidikom izvajanja aplikacijskih procesov aparatov bele tehnike na oddaljenem strežniku. In this master thesis we have have examined a different approach to the implementation of the system of connected white goods appliances. Classic implementation of connected appliances enables only remote control of their operation. However in our system with remote execution of processes, remote server also executes functions, which are in classic systems of connected appliances embedded in appliances. For this purpose we have first examined embedded processes of classic white goods appliances. Then we have divided them into application processes of control and regulation, which we are going to implement on remote server of our system and into input-output processes, which will remain embedded in connected appliance of our system. Later we have described our method for conversion of commercial models of white goods appliances into connected appliances suitable for usage in our system. We have examined in detail the architecture of our implementation of system of connected white goods appliances with remote execution of application processes and the implementation of remote server of application processes. For requirements of our systems operation we have developed proprietary communication interface, which enables data transfer between connected appliances and server. We have evaluated success of implementation of our system with remote execution of application processes by observing results of execution of basic tasks of white goods appliances. Finally we have evaluated safety aspects of implementation of our system with remote execution of application processes.

V diplomskem delu smo nadgradili sistem za nadzor rezalnih sil, narejen v programskem paketu LabView, z glasovnim upravljanjem. Bistvena naloga sistema je, da pospeši reakcijski čas operaterja v primeru nevarnosti ali poškodbe, z uporabo človeku naravne prvine - govora. Pri tem smo se omejili na dano strojno in programsko opremo. Najprej smo analizirali že obstoječe rešitve na tem področju in ugotovitve ter ideje prenesli na svoj sistem. Končno verzijo programa smo testirali na obdelovalnem centru Heller BEA 01. Rezultate smo analizirali in zapisali ugotovitve. In the diploma work, we upgraded the cutting force monitoring system, made in the program package LabView, using voice control. Its primary function is to speed up the reaction time of the operator in case of danger or damage, using a human natural element - speech. We limited ourselves on given mechanical and software equipment. First, we analysed the already existing solutions on this field and transmitted our findings and ideas on our system. The final version of the programme was tested on the working centre Heller BEA 01. We analysed the results and made notes of our findings.

V diplomskem delu obravnavamo uporabo BLAC (brezkrtačni izmenični) motorja oz. sinhronskega motorja s trajnimi magneti v pralnih strojih. Osredotočamo se na regulacijski sistem BLAC motorja, ki je zgrajen z Nexys 2 FPGA razvojno ploščo, trifaznim mostom in vmesno kartico. V okviru diplomskega dela je opisana izdelava vmesne kartice, ki povezuje trifazni most z Nexys 2 razvojno ploščo. Tiskano vezje vmesne kartice smo izdelali s programskim orodjem Altium Designer. Programiranje FPGA vezja na Nexys 2 razvojni plošči je izvedeno s programskim orodjem Xilinx ISE WebPACK, v VHDL programskem jeziku. Algoritem vodenja motorja po hitrosti je implementiran na FPGA vezju. Krmilnik se lahko poveže z namenskim merilnim sistemom preizkuševališča pralnega stroja. The diploma thesis deals with the incorporation of BLAC (brushless alternate current) or permanent magnet synchronous motor in a washing machine. The focus is on the control system of BLAC motor, which consisted of a development board Nexys 2, a three phase bridge and an interface card. Description of the interface card development is given. The latter connects the three phase bridge and the Nexys 2 development board. The PCB (printed circuit design) was developed with Altium Designer software package. The FPGA circuit is programmed using HDL (Hardware Description Language) language. A velocity control algorithm is implemented on a the FPGA card. The system can be connected to the measuring system for the washing machine testing.

V sodobnem industrijskem okolju se vse bolj uveljavljajo fleksibilni proizvodni procesi, katerih prednost je predvsem hitra prilagoditev novemu izdelku ob minimalnih spremembah konfiguracije proizvodne linije. Hkrati pa se pojavi tudi slabost, kajti programiranje manipulatorjev in ostalih strojev je časovno zahtevno in predstavlja izpad proizvodnje, kar povzroča izgube. Kot ena izmed rešitev za obstoječi problem se je izkazalo simulacijsko okolje v katerem se lahko načrtuje in simulira vodenje, še preden bo prišlo do preureditve proizvodne linije in s tem preprogramiranja posameznih strojev. V diplomskem delu je predstavljeno načrtovanje programske opreme, ki omogoča krmiljenje, diagnosticiranje in simulacijo transportnega sistema Bosch TS1. In the modern industrial environment, flexible manufacturing processes are being rapidly introduced. Their advantage is quick adaptability to the new product with minimal configuration modifications of the production line. At the same time, a weakness occurs because programming of manipulators and other software is time consuming and means production halt and, consequently, loss. One of the solutions for this problem has proven to be a simulation environment where managing can be designed and simulated before the rearrangement of the production line and, with this, before reprogramming of individual machines will occur. This diploma presents designing of software which enables controlling, diagnosing and simulation of the Bosch TS1 transport system.

V diplomski nalogi je opisano bilateralno teleoperianje kolesnega mobilnega robota z uporabo aktivne krmilne palice. Krmilna palica služi za daljinsko vodenje mobilnega robota po hitrosti in kot haptični vmesnik. Krmilna palica reproducira silo dotika mobilnega robota z objektom iz okolice. Pri tem ne gre za fizični dotik mobilnega robota z okoljem. Na robotu merimo razdaljo od robota do objekta v okolici. Razdaljo nato transformiramo v virtualno silo dotika. To informacijo krmilna palica posreduje do operaterja. V nalogi je izpeljava robustnega impedančnega vodenja, ki je uporabljena za vodenje mobilnega robota in krmilne palice. Opisan sistem smo tudi preizkusili. V prilogo je dodan eksperiment . The thesis describes a bilateral teleoperated wheeled mobile robot using an active joystick. The joystick is used to remote control the speed of the mobile robot and as the haptic interface. When the mobile robot has contact with an object from his environment, then the joystick reproduces the force of the contact. This is not a physical contact of the mobile robot with an environment. On the robot we measure a distance from the robot to the object in the surrounding area. This distance is then transformed into a virtual contact force. This information is applied to the operator by the joystick. The thesis also describes a robust impedance control scheme, which is used to control the mobile robot and joystick. The described system has also been realized and tested. The experiment was added to the annex.

V podjetju Gorenje d.d. uporabljajo v gospodinjskih aparatih magnetna stikala. Stikala so uporabljena za detekcijo odprtosti vrat hladilnikov. Pomembna so za pravilno delovanje aparata, zato mora biti življenjska doba stikal v skladu z zahtevami podjetja. Z uvedbo magnetnih stikal se je pojavil problem odpovedi zaradi neznanega vzroka. Do sedaj so preverjali vpliv vibracij, vendar samo na dveh stikalih hkrati. Namen in cilj diplomske naloge je avtomatizirana meritev življenjske dobe večjega števila magnetnih stikal po izpostavljenosti določenemu vplivu. Izdelana rešitev mora omogočiti preverjanje za nastavljeno število preklopov. The company Gorenje d.d. uses reed switches in household appliances. They are used as a door sensor on refrigerators. As they are crucial for the correct functionality of the appliance, they must be in accordance with the requirements of the company. With the introduction of reed switches, a problem of an unknown cause of a failure emerged. Until now, the influence of vibrations was tested, but only on two switches simultaneously. The purpose and the objective of this diploma work is to automate reed switch reliability testing after exposure to a certain condition. The designed solution should enable to determine reliability for preset number of cycles.

Glavni namen diplomskega dela je izdelati sistem, ki z digitalnim nastavljanjem podajanja regulira rezalno silo in posledično varuje rezalno orodje pred poškodbami in lomom, ter sistem, ki bo meril rezalne sile med postopkom visokohitrostne obdelave na frezalnem stroju. Z izmerjenimi silami želimo med postopkom frezanja nadzorovati dinamično obremenjenost orodja, stroja in obstojnost rezalnih ploščic. The main purpose of this diploma work was to create a system which, by using digital settings, would regulate the cutting force and consequently protect the cutting tool from harm and breakage. In addition, it was to work on a system that would measure the cutting force during the high speed milling procedure. The aim was to use the measured forces in order to control the dynamic stress of the tool, the machine, and the persistence of milling lamella, during the milling procedure.

Diplomsko delo obsega področje uporabe avtomatizacije v svetu polnjenja pijač. Predstavljena je polnilna linija za polnjenje steklenic.Sestavlja jo pralni stroj, polnilnik, zapiralnik, etiketirka in paketirnik.Vsi ti bloki so med seboj povezani s transportnimi traki.V delu smo se posebej posvetili izdelavi polnilno-zapiralnega bloka. Napisali smo program za krmiljenje stroja in izdelali čimbolj pregleden grafični vmesnik . The diploma thesis contains the scope of automation in the area of beverage filling. This work presents accordingly a beverage filling line. A washing machine is also a fundamental part of it as well as a palletizer, a sealing device, a labeler and a packer. All blocks are interlinked with the help of conveyor belts. At work, we addressed ourselves particularly to the production processes of a filling-closure-block. We wrote a program to work a machine like this and devised an clearly understandable graphic illustration.

Diplomsko delo obravnava nadgradnjo obstoječih krmilnih zmožnosti paralelnega manipulatorja PARMAN. Poudarek je predvsem na C programu robotskega interpreterja in uporabi modificiranega PTP interpolatorja, opisani pa so tudi ControlDesk ter nekatere specifične operacije MATLAB/Simulink-a, ki so v našem primeru ključnega pomena v PARMAN-ovem komuniciranju z računalnikom. This thesis deals with the upgrade of control abilities of parallel manipulator PARMAN. It's focus is primary on C program of robotic interpreter and the use of modified "point-to-point" interpolator, but also described are ControlDesk and some specific operations of MATLAB/Simulink, which are critical in PARMAN's communication with the computer.

Diplomsko delo obsega tematiko načrtovanja elektromehanskih strojev, predvsem električnega dela. K izbiri samih komponent za izgradnjo električne omare za krmiljenje stroja so priložene razne skice in slike, ki nazorno prikazujejo, na kakšen način smo stroj razvijali. Opisan je tudi električni načrt in programski del krmilja, ki skrbi za pravilno delovanje stroja. K programski opremi pa spada tudi delovanje zaslona občutljivega na dotik. Po zaključku razvijanja stroja je sledilo še obdobje testiranja in optimiranja stroja, kasneje pa tudi nekatere nadgradnje. S strojem smo omogočili naročniku lažje in natančnejše delo v proizvodnji aluminijastih ograjnih profilov, s tem pa tudi povečanje kvalitete njegovih izdelkov in izločitev večine človeških napak, ki so se lahko pojavile pri ročno krmiljenem stroju. The diploma work contains planing and developing of electro-mechanical machine, primarily electrical work. Electrical components that have been chosen for building electrical cabinet are described also with sketches and pictures, which show some details how the machine was developed. The electrical plan and programmed part of PLC that are taking care of correct machine work are described in the thesis. We also created human-machine interface (HMI), which is shown on Siemens' touch screen. After ending the developing phase of the machine, there was a period of testing and optimizing hardware and software and during this period of time we also made some improvements and upgrades on the machine. With this machine we enabled to customer easier and more precise work with production of alu frame profiles, with that we also increased the quality of their products and excluded most of human's mistakes that were possible to be done on hand controlled machine.

Glavna prednost sistemov za upravljanje spletnih vsebin — WCMS (angl. Web Content Management System) je poenostavitev in pohitritev postopkov kreiranja oziroma izdelave novih spletnih strani ter bistveno zmanjšanje obsega vzdrževanja. V diplomskem delu sem predstavil vpliv vsebine spletnih aplikacij na uspešno predstavitev, prodajo ali servis izdelkov v podjetju, kako lahko sodelujejo posamezni uporabniki ter kako se podjetja povezujejo v globalne organizacije. Izbral in predstavil sem nekaj vodilnih CMS sistemov, jih med seboj primerjal ter izbral najprimernejšega za izdelavo portala Društva avtomatikov Slovenije (DAS). Podal sem tudi stroškovni vidik pri izdelavi, uporabi in vzdrževanju portala med lastno programiranim sistemom za upravljanje spletnih vsebin in izbranim odprtokodnim sistemom za upravljanje spletnih vsebin. The main advantage of web content management systems - WCMS is the simplification and acceleration of the procedures of creating or designing new web pages and a considerable reduction of the extent of maintenance. The thesis presented the influence of the content of web applications on a successful presentation, sale or maintenance of products in the company, the participation of individual users and the connection of companies into global organisations. A few leading CMS systems were selected and presented, compared with each other and then the most suitable CMS system for designing the portal of Društvo avtomatikov Slovenije (DAS) was selected. The cost aspect in the production, use and maintenance of the portal between the manually programmed and selected open-code web content management system was also ascertained.

V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena uporaba arhitekture ARM za izvedbo bilateralne robotske aplikacije. Uporabljen je splošno-namenski operacijski sistem Linux. Prikazan je postopek navzkrižnega prevajanja za ARM ciljne sisteme. Za doseganje realno-časovnih odzivov je uporabljeno orodje RTAI. Izdelana aplikacije je RTAI Linux modul, ki zahteva implementacijo kontrolnih algoritmov v celoštevilski aritmetiki. Zasnova aplikacije je narejena z UML modeli. Usage of ARM architecture for bilateral robotic application is described in the diploma work. General purpose operating system Linux is used. Presented is cross-compiling method for ARM embeded systems. To achieve real--time responses RTAI is used. Designed application is RTAI Linux module, that requires the implementation of control algorithms in fix point arithmetic. The design of the application is made with the UML models.

V diplomski nalogi so opisane težave pri pregledovanju ter sortiranju ojnic. Zaradi nenehnih večjih zahtevah kupcev po določenih dodatnih pregledih ojnic je prišlo do realizacije projekta. Podrobneje je predstavljena novogradnja naprave za sortiranje ojnic, z uporabo krmilnega sistema VIPA 115-6BLO01, ter prikazovalnik (poslužitveni panel) VT 155W. Dodatno je opisana tudi programska oprema STEP7, VTWIN, ter frekvenčna regulacija motorja podjetja HITACHI in posamezne komponente, potrebne za delovanje naprave. Na koncu so zapisane še ugotovitve pri samem zagonu. In this degree work there are described problems, at inspecting and sorting connection rods for their suitability. The connection rod sorting line project was realized because of costumers higher quality demands. There is more detailed description of making the sorting device, as well as introduction of programmable logic controller VIPA 115-6BLO01, with touch screen VT 155W. In addition there is described programming software STEP7, VTWIN. Introduced are also frequency controller HITACHI and individual components, which are needed for device operation. At end of degree work, there are ascertainments from putting the machine in operation.

Diplomska naloga zajema opis kovaške linije, na kateri se proizvaja toplotno preoblikovanje kovinskih materialov. Podrobneje je predstavljena naprava za indukcijsko segrevanje materiala. V nalogi so opisane težave, ki se pojavljajo pri delovanju indukcijske peči in posledično zamenjava obstoječega krmilnika ABB KR200, ki služi za krmiljenje delovanja indukcijske peči s krmilnikom Siemens S7-314 ter dodatnim prikazovalnikom ESA VT505 – ekran na dotik. Opisano je delovanje in sestava indukcijske peči za segrevanje materialov iz železa in njegovih zlitin. Dodatno so opisani krmilniki podjetja Siemens z uporabljeno programsko opremo STEP7, VTWIN. Predstavljene so tudi uporabljene elektronske komponente, ki so potrebne za delovanje peči. Naloga zajema orisne poteke programa in podprogramov v krmilniku. V nalogi je pojasnjen namen in cilj modernizacije, kakor tudi ugotovitve pri zagonu same aplikacije. This degree work contains forging line overview, on which we make hot deformation of metal materials. It contains more detailed description of an inductive furnace, for warming up the metal material. In this work are described problems that appear by operating the inductive furnace. As consequence is described a rebuild of old programmable controller ABB KR200, which controls the furnace, with new Siemens S7-314 controller and additional ESA VT505 – touch screen. There are described operation and structure of an inductive furnace which can warm metal materials. There is an introduction of programmable logic controllers from company Siemens, with used software STEP7, VTWIN. There are also represented other electronic equipment, that is used for furnace operation. Degree work contains structures of PLC programs. There is also described the goal of this modernization, as well as ascertainment at first operation of the application.
