Introduction Regardless of their titles or designations, games and dances have always been an integral part of the culture of Iranian ethnicities, and while preserving their original form and content to some extent, many of them have persisted as paykubi (the Persian word for dance), dhikr, and Sama. Such dances are known as listeks (games) among Kurmanjis in northern Khorasan. For the Kurds of Khorasan, in addition to being a ritual physical exercise, dance is a type of collective game. The main structure and theme of such games are political and social events, passionate epics, historical events, and enchanting emotional fables. Ritual dance and games are one of the most prominent features of the Kurmanji community’s identity in Khorasan, which is in serious danger of being forgotten due to various political and cultural reasons, its declining role in people's lives, and the fact that their performance has been limited to domestic and foreign festivals. Therefore, given the oral transmission of this culture and despite the linguistic and cultural gap between the young and old generations, it is essential to carry out studies to preserve such dramatic rituals. Methodology The descriptive-analytical study was an attempt to present the structure of form and content of some dramatic rituals of the Kurmanjis in northern Khorasan, Iran. To analyze their formal structure, the rituals were observed thoroughly, described and categorized, and their different stages of their movements were recorded through photographing, filming, and illustrating them as graphics. In order to analyze the symbolic content of these dances based on the Kurmanji cultural background, Kurmanji music, drama, and folklore scholars and researchers were interviewed as the target population. The interviews were conducted using in-depth and unstructured methods. Discussion Qarsa games are one of the oldest Kurmanji group or hand-hold dances. Clapping or qarsaing is one of the main characteristics of this type of dance that creates a sense of cheerfulness and vivacity. Qarsa denotes "clapping", derived from the ancient Persian Dari term "Qarsak" (striking the palms of one's hands together repeatedly). These games, which mostly involve moving the hands and upper part of the body and are considered a type of exercise, start with slow movements (one qarsa) and proceed to fast and uninterrupted jumping, bouncing, and rotating movements or "twelve qarsas". At the end of the game, the players move their legs up and forward swiftly while half-raised. The alternation used to create balance at this stage is so exhilarating that it is referred to as the ancient word "shelang andaz" suggesting buoyancy and cheerfulness and its music is also called "shelangi" (Javid, 2015, p. 115). Each qarsa is one clap; clapping indeed implies that the palms move to strike each other, but barely touch and do not make the clapping sound. In general, more common today among the Kurmanjis of Khorasan are games of one, two, three, six, and twelve qarsas. It should be noted that the manner and order of movements in these games slightly vary in different regions (personal interview, Kashmiri, December 30, 2017). This study presented and analyzed "one-qarsa", "two-qarsa" and "six-qarsa" listeks (Kurdish dance). In order to analyze the formal structure of Kurmanji listeks, in addition to observing the performances thoroughly and making videos and taking photographs, using Adobe Illustrator, the general structure of listek dancers' movements and postures were drawn in a graphic plan. First, the general form of the dances and rotations around the circle, as well as the dancers' rotations around the dance circle and also around themselves were recorded in an overhead shot, and then the specific movements and postures performed in each game, including hand and leg movements, were illustrated. Just as the human speech system is a communication tool originating from the existing system in social and cultural structures and organizations, dancing also has its own unique conventional language, which designates elements within the socio-cultural networks of a society. In other words, ritual dance is an arena in which the individual and collective desires, aspirations, and goals are expressed at their highest and most refined levels. The narrative language of ritual dances reflects events from various parts of life (marriage, war, birth, mourning, etc.) that cannot be expressed in words, rather in the conventional signs and symbols associated with such events. This rich and strong symbolism inherent in folk dances necessitates the deciphering of symbols and signs for its interpreters. To understand such a symbolic language, decipher, and make sense of it, it is necessary to obtain a reasonable grasp of the cultural context of a particular folk. Thus, the concepts incorporated in the dance's purpose are achieved through the symbolic language of the dance, that is, the process that goes from perception to knowledge and creates an understanding of a different type of life (different style) in the audience (Fakuhi, 2016, p. 132). In order to approach the symbolic content of the qarsa games, this study first separated the general form of the dances and their specific movements. Then the relationship between forms and movements with the cultural identity and social system of the Kurmanji people was discovered. Data was collected through interviews with researchers and experts in Kurmanji music and folklore, who have published credible studies in this field. Other sources included documented literature that had analyzed the ritual dances of different ethnicities in Iran. Then, from the obtained information, common points and features expressed by the participants in the analysis of dances were obtained as the following six points: Circular and rotational movements; Counterclockwise movements; Snapping fingers; Qarsas and claps; Special feet movements; Special head movements. Conclusion This study investigated the form and symbolic content of listeks (Kurdish dance) of the Kurmanjis of northern Khorasan. In the first part of the research aiming to analyze the formal structure of actions and movements in the dances, the steps in each performance were described and then graphical presentation or so-called "note-taking" was carried out for each dance in Adobe Illustrator. The general structure of the actions was drawn as overhead shots, and movements and rotations of each dancer were drawn separately. In the second part aiming to analyze the listeks' symbolic content of the actions and movements, and building on data obtained through interviews with researchers and scholars in this field and the experiences of listek dancers in each region, the commonalities of the contents were obtained in six categories. It is also worth mentioning that in conducting this part of the research, many commonalities were found between the ritual dances of different Iranian ethnicities, particularly between the Bakhtiari nomads and the Kurmanjis. Multiple circular or chain-like dances among the Kurmanjis of northern Khorasan start from "one qarsa" with slow and gentle movements and rhythms, and proceed to anaraky or hand warm-up, and then lead to "two qarsas", "larilari" or "three qarsas”, "six qarsas", and "twelve qarsas", in which the movements of the feet and sitting and standing are done entirely for sports and martial purposes. According to the findings, listek is a combination of Kurmanjis' bravery and border guardianship and is rooted in the combat rituals of the people because warfare and combat are an integral part of the cultural identity of the Kurmanjis living in northern Khorasan. Over time, due to their forced migration from their original homeland to the northeastern borders, their religious dance of thanksgiving and praise have given way to multiple dances, all featuring combat actions, movements, and jumps aimed at increasing physical strength.

Abstract This 8‐year (from 2008 to 2016) retrospective study calculated the percentage of carcass and organ (lung and liver) condemnations and estimated the direct financial costs at four slaughterhouses in Sistan‐Baluchestan Province, Southeastern Iran. Each carcass and organ (lung and liver) was thoroughly examined through inspection, palpation and incision following the standard protocol. Identification of the parasites was performed macroscopically. The total direct economic loss due to meat's condemnation was estimated by adding weights of each organ or carcass part and multiplying individual organ totals by their 2016 market unit price. A total of 857,039 cattle were slaughtered during this period, 64,497 livers (7.5%), 31,401 lungs (3.6%) and the carcasses of 1,171 cattle (0.1%) were condemned due to lesions caused by parasites. The main parasitic lesions in the condemned livers were attributed to Echinococcus granulosus (4.2%), Fasciola spp. (3.1%) and Dicrocoelium dendriticum (0.1%). All the condemned lungs were due to E. granulosus (3.6%). Taenia saginata cysticerci were detected in 0.1% of inspected animals. Liver condemnation due to cystic echinococcosis was the highest in fall (4.7%, p

The increasing growth of space achievements, which is the result of the NPD and the increase in the level of exploitation of its findings, has made the space sector an effective role in economic development and increasing GDP and the space industry is also subject to this category. Structural actions in space have created problems in the field of rockets and satellites as a concern in space over the past decade. A review of the research background reveals the impact of three levels of industry, firm and process on NPD. In this research, the problematic situation in the space industry was identified, through interviews and documentation, and the results were validated by creating a focus group. 34 factors related to NPD at this level were identified by reviewing the research background. The extent of their impact on achieving the country's space goals was assessed by the SAW method of MADM and five factors affecting NPD were selected. Then, the interaction of factors was evaluated with Micmac software. Relationships between factors were prioritized by structural analysis of factors. It was found that the factor of structure and organizational relationships at the level of the space industry has a direct impact on the time of new product entry into the market. Therefore, the rulers of the space sector should pay special attention to them. Finally, priorities and suggestions for improving decisions for NPD were presented.

Abstract Background Major depressive disorder is the most common psychological disorder and affects many people worldwide. Therefore, it is important to identify the factors that cause or facilitate this disorder. Objectives The aim of this qualitative study was to identify the facilitating factors of depression from the perspective of Iranian patients with major depressive disorder. Methods This qualitative study was conducted by content analysis method. Data were collected via purposeful sampling (maximum variation sampling) by conducting semi-structured interviews until reaching data saturation. In-depth interviews were conducted with 12 participants, including patients with major depressive disorder and their families in Razi Psychiatric Training and Treatment Center in Urmia (RPsTT) from November 2018 to February 2020. The process of data analysis was based on the Landman and Grenheim method. The accuracy and trustworthiness of the data were obtained through the Lincoln and Guba criteria. Results The analysis of interviews with the participants indicated four major categories: a. Environmental factors (approved by 8 participants), b. Attitudinal factors (approved by 12 participants), c. Economic factors (approved by 9 participants) and d. Situational factors (approved by 10 participants). Conclusion In order to prevent major depressive disorder or to reduce the signs of this disorder and improve these patients quality of life, paying attention to the facilitating factors from patient’s perspective based on their community culture can be effective. Among facilitating factors, attitudinal factors have the most impact on the incidence and exacerbation of this disorder from the perspective of patients.

SOCIAL skills ,TOY industry ,STRATEGIC planning ,QUALITY of service ,CONCEPTUAL models - Abstract
Objective: The aim of the present research was to provide a model for enhancing children's social skills as a prerequisite for development. Methodology: The research method was qualitative, and the target population included managers of toy manufacturing companies, experienced specialists, experts in the toy industry, policymakers, and university professors. The sample size was selected purposefully until theoretical saturation from the aforementioned statistical population. In this phase, using an exploratory semi-structured interview method among the statistical population, the factors and components of children's social skills were identified. With the help of these factors and indicators, a grounded theory-based model for enhancing children's social skills was designed. Findings: According to the results and outputs obtained from the interviews, the factors affecting the model for enhancing children's social skills include causal conditions (the existing potential of games for development, financial and human resource issues in game design and production, deficiencies in policies and laws related to skill development in children, corporate culture and management attitudes, systematic and strategic planning for capability development), contextual conditions (management issues, infrastructure, economic conditions, corporate, legal and regulatory factors, corporate systems and processes), intervening conditions (knowledge and scientific factors, governmental and political factors, environmental factors, individual factors, corporate culture), strategies (allocating appropriate budgets, employing specialized personnel, formulating and implementing training and development programs, using modern technology in processes, providing development incentives, monitoring and evaluating improvement and development), and outcomes (increased skill development and growth, improved quality of services provided, family satisfaction and enhanced participation, increased productivity and improved performance, creating play opportunities, enhancing play skill capabilities). Conclusion: Therefore, studying these movements and providing opportunities for their nurturing and growth strengthens and even repairs mental abilities. What children learn at home or kindergarten, they think about and derive many meanings from these phenomena when repeated in the form of games and physical activities. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

CORONAVIRUSES ,COVID-19 pandemic ,INDUSTRIAL organization (Economic theory) ,ECONOMIC recovery ,BUSINESS models - Abstract
The Covid-19 outbreak has created a situation in which most businesses now think of survival as a return. With the end of this crisis, they will not necessarily return to the pre-crisis period. The present study designs a strategy model to cope with industrial crises caused by the outbreak of common viruses. The meta-synthesis method was used to obtain a comprehensive combination of the factors of the strategy model to cope with the industrial crises caused by the outbreak of common viruses. To use this research method, Sandelowski, and Barroso’s seven-step method was used. The primary question of the present study is ”What are the criteria of the strategy model to cope with the industrial crises caused by the outbreak of common viruses?” Also, based on the previous studies, the present study performs an in-depth analysis of these factors in the international and national spaces and presents a classification of them. The research process is implemented as follows. The tests were categorized and coded using MAXQDA software. According to the literature and the background of the study and the results obtained, the factors of the strategy model to cope with the industrial crises caused by the outbreak of common viruses include organizational environmental factors, organizational crisis management, organizational resource management, organizational marketing, and customer-related strategies, organizational business model, organizational capabilities, organization human resource management, and organizational information management. In this regard, the category of environmental factors was ranked first, the category of organizational crisis management was ranked second, and the category of marketing was ranked third. The femtosecond‐pulsed laser processed black silicon (fs‐bSi) features high absorptance in a wide spectral range but suffers from high amount of laser induced damage as compared with bSi fabricated by other methods. Here, the aim is to minimize the charge carrier recombination in the fs‐bSi caused by laser damage as indicated by the sub‐bandgap absorption and as quantified by the carrier lifetime, while maintaining high absorption in the above bandgap. The effect of the laser parameters, including the focal position, the average power, and the scan speed are systematically studied by characterizing the surface morphology, the absorptance spectra, and the minority‐carrier recombination lifetime. For the surface passivation of fs‐bSi, the well‐established atomic layer deposited (ALD) Al2O3 is used. The results show that with the tailored laser parameters, high average absorptance of about 96% in the visible range and minority carrier lifetime of 54 μs at the injection level of Δn = 1 · 1015 cm−3 can be obtained simultaneously. This work paves the way toward high‐performance broadband optoelectronic devices based on surface passivated fs‐bSi.

Background: Developmental delay in preterm infants was estimated to be more common than term infants. Identifying the factors predisposing to developmental delay can help experts and health professionals in this field to prevent developmental delay of the infants, and leads to better management of the condition of them. This study aimed to evaluate and investigate the predisposing factors of developmental delay in preterm infants in the first year of their lives. Methods: In this analytical cross-sectional study, 87 preterm infants were enrolled in the study by convenience sampling during the period of April 2016 to the end of March 2017 from two educational hospitals of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences (Imam Hussein hospital and Mahdiyeh hospital). Demographic and other initial data such as age, sex, gestational age, and the data about clinical problems observed at birth were collected through infantschr('39') medical records and were recorded in a special form for each infant. Also, the ASQ test was used to assess infantschr('39') developmental status at one year of age. Results: Based on the findings, 23 infants (26.4%) had the abnormal developmental condition at the end of one year. There was a significant relationship between infantschr('39') developmental status and their age, birth height, one-year-old weight, one-year-old height, duration of ventilator use, Apgar scores at first and twentieth minutes, seizures, reflex reduction, pneumonia, breastfeeding status in the first year of life, Retinopathy of prematurity (ROP), receiving occupational therapy services, and electrocardiogram (ECG) findings at one year of age. Among these variables, only breastfeeding status in the first year of life was able to predict infantschr('39') developmental status at the end of one year (OR=0.18). Conclusion: This study showed that the risk of developmental delay in preterm infants who are breastfed in the first year of life or fed the combination of breast milk and supplemental feeding is one-fifth lower than other preterm infants who were not breastfed.

Regarding to design an applicable electronic book reading system for children and adolescent, this study’s struggle is to prepare a conceptual model. We used quantitative approach and Delphi method in order to analyze data. In this regard, criterion based sampling is used to identify the research population. 15 experts were identified which had criteria such as having subjective publications, teaching experience, and so on. We supposed that these experts could present more information that we expected to collect. Moreover, 8 electronic book systems were selected to be reviewed, because of their plenty of active audiences, and their international and also standard presence. Firstly identified practical criteria in designing electronic books by extracting them from related resources and checking active systems. These data helped us to prepare primitive version of the checklist and it completed after passing validity control step with participation of three experts. Then the checklist presented to experts in Delphi panel. Finally, consensus on the components was reached after three rounds of Delphi panel. The results showed that in designing electronic books for children, there are five original components. The components are display screen features with 12 criteria, screen organization with 13 criteria, interaction and feedback with 8 criteria, search and retrieval features with 10 criteria, and help and guidance features with 10 criteria. Consequently, display screen features with score of 3,706 and interaction and feedback with score of 3,700 were selected as the most important components in designing electronic book systems by the viewpoints of Delphi experts.

Background: The recently emerged severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) disease (COVID-19) has become a human pandemic. Heightened inflammation, vascular hyperpermeability, acute lung injury, coagulopathy, and cardiovascular abnormalities are among the SARS-CoV-2 infection-related complications. Major burn is also associated with metabolic derangements, vascular leak, and hemodynamic instability. Burn patients are at high risk for infections and developing sepsis. COVID-19 in burn victims might worsen the clinical outcome and make their medical management challenging. Result: Here, we present four cases of concomitant burn and COVID-19 with different degrees of complications. They had no (three out of four) or multiple (one out of four) baseline comorbidities and all were admitted to hospital for further management. Three out of four cases demonstrated acute respiratory failure and were intubated (no longer than 7 days). It seems that one of them had COVID-19 on arrival, the other apparently contracted at outside hospital, and the last two infected during the index hospitalization. Conclusion: Concomitant severe burn and COVID-19 might complicate the clinical presentation and hospital course. Such combination was associated with poor outcome in a case with baseline comorbidities, beyond what was expected from the severity of burn injury. However, a more comprehensive study with larger sample size is required to make a valid conclusion. With an ongoing COVID-19 global pandemic, SARS-CoV-2 infection might be a concurrent disease with other illnesses or traumas such as burn. This dictate multidisciplinary approaches to risk stratify, screen, assess, and manage coexisting diseases. Additionally, appropriate preparations and careful precautions need to be executed in burn units to prevent COVID-19 exposure and transmission to limit potential adverse outcomes.

Background: Neonatal sepsis is a leading cause of mortality and morbidity in the first month of life. The underlying risk factors for early-onset infection (in the first 3 days of life) are prematurity, low birth weight, maternal history of infection, difficult delivery, male gender, twin pregnancy, and congenital malformations. Acinetobacter is a nosocomial infection and rarely caused the early-onset-sepsis and meningitis. The most common neonatal tumor is neuroblastoma; however, it is not defined as a risk factor for early-onset sepsis. Case report: A 13-day-old newborn female was referred to our hospital due to ventriculitis, persistent meningitis, and an abdominal mass. She was a term neonate delivered by cesarean section from a mother with a nearly normal pregnancy with no complications, such as chorioamnionitis, prolonged rupture of membrane, urinary tract infection, preeclampsia, and diabetes. A fetal abdominal mass was detected on the left kidney in prenatal sonography. The patient was admitted to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in the first minutes of life because of respiratory distress and cyanosis. Subsequently, mechanical ventilation, endotracheal surfactant instillation, and antibiotic therapy were prescribed. Due to the deterioration of the general condition, fever, seizure, and hematuria on the third day, sepsis workup and changing the antibiotics were performed. Blood culture and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) were positive for Acinetobacter baumannii. Persistent positive CSF culture led to the diagnosis of ventriculitis which was confirmed by brain computed tomography scan (CTS) and ventricular tap. The condition of the patient got better after intraventricular amikacin injection in addition to intravenous colistin and piperacillin. Postnatal sonography and CTS confirmed the abdominal neuroblastoma. Chemotherapy was initiated after the complete treatment of sepsis, meningitis, and ventriculitis. This case report presents a term and female neonate with early-onset neonatal sepsis and meningitis, caused by an unusual microorganism, and a prenatal history of abdominal neuroblastoma. Conclusion: By this case report, the clinicians are suggested to consider the Acinetobacter baumannii as the cause of fulminant sepsis and meningitis in a term neonate with no underlying risk factors for infection. Networking is performed by physically aligning its members and, in a real network, the correct placement of network components and the interaction between them are based on the network perspective and complementary capabilities for achieving continuous growth and set goals. Therefore, it is necessary to assign a role to network orchestration in the network formation and configuration, the network collaborative management, and ultimately network success. Despite a notable volume of research done in this regard, the problem of managing collaborative networks, different types of such networks, and differences between them require further study. This study aims to compare the types of orchestration structures of formal collaborative networks in Iran. To this end, based on judicial sampling, 5 selected collaborative networks were compared with by content analysis method and modeling of a valid orchestration model. The research results showed that collaborative networks in Iran followed three types of Shared orchestration structure, Lead Organization (orchestration networks), and each of these structures has different performance according to the type of collaborative networks in different areas. Therefore, when forming a network, it is necessary to select an orchestration structure that fits the characteristics of the network. Accordingly, in the end, a number of suggestions were made for each of the structures.

This study assessed the relationship between posterior permanent dentition and radiographic changes of the mandibular condyle. This descriptive, cross-sectional study was conducted on 300 panoramic radiographs of patients over 40 years of age (188 females and 112 males). Panoramic radiographs were evaluated for condylar changes such as flattening, subcortical sclerosis, subcortical cyst, erosion, osteophytes, and generalized sclerosis. Presence of muscle pain and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) pain and sounds, and history of TMJ trauma were also assessed. The occlusal scheme of posterior teeth was analyzed according to the Eichner’s index. The frequency of condylar changes was calculated in the right and left sides, and their association with posterior permanent dentition was analyzed by the Chi-square test (alpha = 0.05). The frequency of flattening, muscle pain, TMJ sounds, and erosion was 11.7%, 9.7%, 5.7%, and 3.7% in the right side, respectively. The frequency of flattening, muscle pain, erosion, and subcortical cyst was 12%, 9.3%, 5%, and 5% in the left side, respectively. The frequency of bilateral muscle pain, flattening, TMJ sounds, and TMJ pain was 18%, 16.7%, 11.7%, and 9.3%, respectively. Cases with TMJ trauma, generalized sclerosis, and osteophytes were few. According to the Eichner’s index, most patients with condylar changes had classes A and B, and a smaller percentage had class C. No significant difference was noted between healthy individuals and those with condylar changes regarding dentition patterns. No relationship existed between condylar changes and posterior permanent dentition pattern.
