With the increase of the operation environment requirements for aero-engine, the thermal barrier coating technology is difficult to satisfy the development requirement of aero-engine in the aspects of thermo-physical properties and thermo-stability. The preparation techniques of thermal barrier coating, design and selection of thermal barrier coating material, and failure mechanism of thermal barrier coating are introduced. The up-to-date research of material for better thermo-physical properties and better performance in CMAS(CaO-MyO-Al2O3-SiO2) resistance are discussed, which provide a direction for further research on thermal barrier coatings.

A content analysis of "JLSC"'s publications in 2007-2016 was conducted to investigate its publication patterns and research topics. Elements such as article titles, keywords, authors' affiliations, titles, disciplines, author collaboration and grant-funded projects were coded and examined. Findings indicate that libraries, information services, cataloging and classification, knowledge management and information retrieval were the most frequently discussed topics. Over 50% of the authors were LIS faculty members with librarian practitioners and LIS graduate students each representing about one-quarter of the total authorship. The percentage of case studies was not significant. Over half of the articles resulted from grant-funded projects. Collaborative writing was active.

Catechol, which has a high toxicity and low degradability, poses significant risks to both human health and the environment. Tracking of catechol residues is essential to protect human health and to assess the safety of the environment. We constructed sensing platforms to detect catechol based on the conductive metal–organic frameworks [Ni3(HITP)2] and their nanosilver composites. The reduction process of catechol at the Ni3(HITP)2/AgNP electrode is chemically irreversible as a result of the difference in compatibility of the oxidation stability and conductivity between the Ni3(HITP)2/AgNS and Ni3(HITP)2/AgNP electrodes. The electrochemical results show that the Ni3(HITP)2/AgNS electrode presents a lower detection limit of 0.053 μM and better sensitivity, reproducibility and repeatability than the Ni3(HITP)2/AgNP electrode. The kinetic mechanism of the catechol electrooxidation at the surface of the electrode is controlled by diffusion through a 2H+/2e− process. The transfer coefficient is the key factor used to illustrate this process. During the electrochemical conversion of phenol to ketone, more than half of ΔG is used to change the activation energy. The power system operation and control data are from a wide range of sources. The relevant data acquisition equipment is disturbed by the complex electromagnetic environment on the power system operation and control lines, resulting in data errors and affecting the application and analysis of data. Therefore, a power data integrity verification method based on chameleon authentication tree algorithm and missing trend value is proposed. Get 2D data from different sensors and place it in the space environment. After data conversion, convert heterogeneous data into the same structure, expand the scope of power data acquisition, and conduct power system operation and control node layout and integrity data acquisition; The chameleon authentication tree algorithm is used to deal with the heterogeneous information of the power data, and the true value of the data is determined in the heterogeneous conflict of the power data at the same site; Query the integrity data based on the power system operation and control positioning node, creatively calculate the missing trend value of power data, evaluate the importance of data integrity, obtain the priority of power data integrity verification, and complete the integrity verification of power data. The experimental results show that the optimal clustering number is 9.05, the distribution coefficient is 16.30, the absolute error of validity analysis is 2.80, all test indicators are close to the preset standard, and the trend of the validation curve is close to the trend of the set demand covariance curve. The new intelligent factory introduces Time-Sensitive Network into industrial Ethernet to provide real time and deterministic guarantee communication for production system. Since the problem pertaining to data leakage or damage during transmission has increasingly become pronounced, security protection technology has been introduced, but this technology will bring about a delay in user response and a decline in the quality of service. Meanwhile, ensuring the deterministic mixed transmission of time-sensitive and large-bandwidth data traffic supported by the same switching device is a still challenging problem. Therefore, this study proposes a hybrid security scheduling scheme which combines Time-Aware Shaper and cycle specified queuing and forwarding (CSQF). Specifically, the mechanism first adopts various encryption methods for different traffic, and afterward, it reduces its resource occupation by adjusting the sampling period of the time-sensitive traffic. At the same time, it adopts CSQF to schedule the large-bandwidth data traffic, thereby improving the scheduling success rate. According to the experimental results, this scheme enhances network security and network scheduling success rate by up to 51%. Anthracyclines and cytarabine have comprised standard induction therapy for acute myeloid leukemia (AML) for decades. Low overall survival of AML is due to non-remission or relapse after remission. Hypomethylating agent (HMA) decitabine combined with low-dose chemotherapy or other targeted agents has shown promising effect for AML in clinical trials, especially in t(8;21) acute myeloid leukemia. We previously investigated histone deacetylase inhibitor (HDACi) chidamide could regulate Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway in leukemia cell lines. Adult patients with de novo or relapsed/refractory AML who were treated with chidamide and decitabine in combination with chemotherapy (chidamide group, n = 23) or only decitabine combination with chemotherapy (decitabine group, n = 17) were analyzed. Chidamide group represented higher complete response rate (82.6% and 52.9%, p = 0.0430, vs. decitabine group), progression-free survival and overall survival rates (p = 0.0088 and p = 0.0139, respectively), especially for patients with de novo AML. Hematological toxicity and infections were the most common adverse events (AEs) in both groups, and they were manageable by supportive treatments. This HDACi- and HMA-based protocol is an effective and tolerable therapy for patients with AML. The comprehensive mechanism and effects of chidamide in combination with decitabine are worth to be further explored in AML. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
