201. Robust Optimal Scheduling of Integrated Energy Systems Considering the Uncertainty of Power Supply and Load in the Power Market

Abstract

The integrated energy system is a complex energy system that involves multi-stakeholder and multi-energy coordinated operations. The key to improving its scale and sustainable development is to construct a better-integrated energy system dispatching method which is suitable for the power market. However, the randomness of the supply side and load side of the integrated energy system brings further challenges to system planning and scheduling. Therefore, the optimal scheduling method of an integrated energy system considering the uncertainty of supply and demand in the market environment is studied in this paper. Firstly, the uncertainty models of the supply side and load side of the integrated energy system are established. Then, the optimal scheduling model based on robust chance constraint is established. The reserve capacity constraint is set as a chance constraint with a certain confidence level to maximize the system profit in the power market. Finally, simulations show that the proposed method not only guarantees the robustness of the system but also improves the economy of the system. The method provides ideas for exploring the development mechanism and strategy of integrated energy systems in the electricity market environment.

203. Two Triacylglycerol Lipases Are Negative Regulators of Chilling Stress Tolerance in Arabidopsis

Abstract

Cold stress is one of the abiotic stress conditions that severely limit plant growth and development and productivity. Triacylglycerol lipases are important metabolic enzymes for the catabolism of triacylglycerols and, therefore, play important roles in cellular activities including seed germination and early seedling establishment. However, whether they play a role in cold stress responses remains unknown. In this study, we characterized two Arabidopsis triacylglycerol lipases, MPL1 and LIP1 and defined their role in cold stress. The expression of MPL1 and LIP1 is reduced by cold stress, suggesting that they may be negative factors related to cold stress. Indeed, we found that loss-of-function of MPL1 and LIP1 resulted in increased cold tolerance and that the mpl1lip1 double mutant displayed an additive effect on cold tolerance. We performed RNA-seq analysis to reveal the global effect of the mpl1 and lip1 mutations on gene expression under cold stress. The mpl1 mutation had a small effect on gene expression under both under control and cold stress conditions whereas the lip1 mutation caused a much stronger effect on gene expression under control and cold stress conditions. The mpl1lip1 double mutant had a moderate effect on gene expression under control and cold stress conditions. Together, our results indicate that MPL1 and LIP1 triacylglycerol lipases are negative regulators of cold tolerance without any side effects on growth in Arabidopsis and that they might be ideal candidates for breeding cold-tolerant crops through genome editing technology.

The expression of PD-1 and CTLA-4 on T lymphocyte subsets was detected by flow cytometry, and the severity of sepsis was assessed using the SOFA score.Results: The expression of PD-1 on CD4+T cells, PD-1 on Tregs, and CTLA-4 on Tregs increased with the severity of the disease (P< 0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that PD-1 expression on CD4+T cells, CTLA-4 expression on Tregs, and the SOFA score were independent risk factors for 28-day mortality in patients with sepsis (P< 0.05). The area under the curve of the SOFA score combined with the expression of PD-1 on CD4+T cells and CTLA-4 on Treg cells was significantly higher than any single indicator (P< 0.05). Patients with high expression of PD-1 on CD4+T cells (> 31.25%) and CTLA-4 on Tregs (> 12.64%) had a lower 28-day survival rate (P< 0.05).Conclusion: The i

Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is one of the most commonly reported mental health consequences, followed by disasters and traumatic events, either natural or man-made. At present, there are no unified results for the prevalence rate of PTSD in patients suffering from acute trauma and related influencing factors. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to systematically evaluate the existing literatures, thus obtaining a comprehensive estimation of the combined prevalence rate of PTSD and related factors in trauma patients, so as to provide evidence support for clinical disease prediction models and intervention strategies.
