This study aimed to investigate the effects of different microwave radiation power and treatment time on the antioxidant enzyme activities and radical scavenging potency in Tartary buckwheat sprouts. The results indicated that the optimal microwave irradiation conditions for superoxide dismutase, catalase, peroxidise and ascorbate peroxidise antioxidant enzymes was the power 300 W for 75 s, and their activities were all higher than those of the control and the ungerminated seeds. In addition, under the above microwave conditions, the total reducing power and the ability to scavenge DPPH, ABTS, O(2)– and •OH were also optimal. These results indicated that suitable microwave treatment could effectively improve the antioxidant enzyme activity in Tartary buckwheat sprouts and enhance the antioxidant capacity of sprouts.

International audience; According to the UN, about 15% of humanity will migrate in the 21st century, that is, nearly one billion people. It is estimated that, over the last 20 years, nearly 180 million people have left their birthplace or home territory. Contrary to popular belief, a very small percentage of these migrants arrive in Western countries, and those who do arrive in France can sometimes suffer from a combination of medical, social and psychological vulnerabilities. Thus, the issue of medical care is a major factor upon arrival. But in a context where the health care system is itself in crisis, trying to solve the problem means asking more general questions about access to care for the most vulnerable part of the population, whoever they may be.Innovative practices show that active communication between caregivers - sometimes themselves from an immigrant background - and patients can make the most of the therapeutic skills and expertise of certain migrants to better facilitate this care. This is one of the lessons learned from this book, which is rich in testimonies and encounters.This book is based on surveys, observations and interviews conducted by a group of academics and researchers from a wide range of disciplines. Each text highlights the words of numerous witnesses involved in the health care system. Mais dans un contexte où le système de santé est lui-même en crise, essayer d’y répondre, c’est s’interroger plus globalement sur l’accès aux soins des plus fragiles, quels qu’ils soient.Des pratiques innovantes montrent qu’une communication active entre soignants – parfois eux-mêmes issus de l’immigration – et soignés permet de mettre à profit les compétences thérapeutiques et l’expertise de certains migrants pour mieux faciliter cette prise en charge. C’est là un des enseignements de cet ouvrage riche de témoignages et de rencontres.Ce livre s’est construit sur la base d’enquêtes, d’observations et d’entretiens menés par un groupe d’universitaires, de chercheuses et de chercheurs issus de champs disciplinaires les plus variés. Chaque texte met ainsi en valeur la parole de nombreux témoins intervenant dans le système de soins. (Premières lignes) Au départ, il y a une intuition... ou plutôt un sentiment, partagé par les autrices et les auteur de ce groupe éditorial, que les besoins de santé des migrant et des migrant·es ne sont pas à voir, comme souvent, par le prisme de problèmes ou de difficultés médicales. Chacun et chacune d’entre nous a partagé un ensemble de questions pour alimenter son propre espace professionnel de réflexions. Nous avons exploré diverses expériences de recherche sur le terrain français et avons été étonné·es par les capacités d’innovation de certaines équipes soignantes face à ces patient·es venu·es d’ailleurs. L’Institut convergences migrations (ICM) nous a permis de mettre en commun l’observation de ces expériences. Ce projet est donc né de ces nombreuses rencontres et de notre envie de saisir un sujet qui mérite bien plus que des raccourcis ou des slogans réducteurs.

Therefore，the purpose of this report is to compare China with the major countries of the Organization for economic Co-operation and Development （OECD） in terms of political，Economic，cultural，medical，demographic and other subjective and objective differences，based on a comprehensive analysis of the main factors affecting solidarity and cantainment cooperation，the prospect of global cooperation is put forward：first，the foundation of global cooperation based on Mutual Cultural Trust is established；second，the premise of global cooperation based on the development of science and technology industry is consolidated；third，adhere to the multilateral cooperation mechanism of the global cooperation platform., 在传染病威胁面前，没有一个国家可以独善其身，世界各国需要团结，才能共度危机、战胜疫情。然而，由于部分国家客观上缺乏对他国的政治制度、文化背景以及具体抗疫措施等细致和深入地理解，主观上对中国等国家的疫情防控经验进行臆断和无端指责，并非所有国家都认同“团结抗疫”这一理念，使得全球应对疫情危机难以形成合力。因此，本章旨在通过比较中国与经济合作与发展组织（Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development，简称“经合组织”或OECD）主要成员国在政治、经济、文化、医疗卫生、人口等方面的客观差异，综合分析影响全球团结抗疫的主观因素，进而提出全球开展抗疫合作的展望：一是建立文化互信是开展全球团结抗疫的基础，二是夯实科技产业发展是实施全球团结抗疫的前提，三是维护多边机制是开展全球抗疫合作的平台。
