Objective To compare the difference of different radio-chemotherapy modes and clinical characters for more than grade 2 radiation pneumonitis (RP) incidence in patients with lung cancer. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the 136 patients with lung cancer who were treated with radio-chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016. Following-up was undergone regularly after treatment. RTOG standard of acute radiation pneumonia was applied to evaluate lung injury grade. We also analyzed the effect of clinical character and treatment modes on RP. Results There were 36 cases diagnosed as ≥grade 2 RP, and the occurrence rate was 26.5%. The patients with dust exposure history(P=0.048) and NSCLC pathology type (P=0.047) had a higher RP incidence, while other characters had no statistical difference. Comparing between concomitant chemoradiation group and sequential chemoradiation group, there was statistical difference in the incidence of ≥grade 4 RP (6.7% vs. 0, P=0.05), however, no statistical difference in overall RP, grade 2 or grade 3 RP. There was no statistical difference among different chemotherapy regimens to ≥grade 2 RP. There was significantly positive correlation of RP severity with the total chemotherapy cycles or induction chemotherapy cycles(P=0.000). Conclusion Dust exposure history and pathology type are two clinical character factors to influence the incidence of RP. RP is closely related to the chemotherapy cycles, especially in total chemotherapy cycles or induction chemotherapy cycles.

Background The high accuracy and high stability of the T0 signal, taking from initial proton target time, are the prerequisite and basis for the efficient operation of the multi-physics spectrometer of Chinese spallation neutron source (CSNS). Purpose This study aims to develop a set of CSNS multi-physical spectrometer T0 trigger monitor system running on the experimental physics and industrial control system (EPICS) platform. Methods First of all, the T0 signal was fed into the T0 fan out device for high precise time stamp marking, and the high-throughput distributed publish-subscribe messaging system Kafka was used to achieve peak-shaving and asynchronous communication of big data traffic. Then, the monitored data was uploaded to the EPICS platform as a process variable (PV), and the Open-Falcon monitoring system and the visualization tool Grafana were used to realize the monitoring and visualization of the data. Results & Conclusions Implemented T0 signal monitoring system can monitor the frequency of the T0 signal of each node and the time delay of T0 in the fan-out and transmission process in real time. so as to ensure the normal operation of the CSNS multi-physics spectrometer.

Traditional electric springs can only stabilize the voltage of critical loads (CL), while sacrificing the operational stability of non‐critical loads (NCL), the status of these two loads is obviously unequal, exposure to fluctuating voltages for extended periods of time can be hazardous to NCL. To solve this problem, a control method based on electric spring (ES) with switchable smart load (SSL) that does not distinguish between CL and NCL is proposed. This paper briefly introduces first the definition, principle and control strategy of the ES with SSL. Then, the relationship between the working state control angle in this control strategy and the working state of ES is analysed in detail. A method to obtain reasonable value ranges of working state control angle by setting boundary conditions is studied. Finally, an experimental platform is built based on DSP TMS320F28069 for experiments, experimental results show that ES can stabilize the voltage of different loads in different time by adopting this control strategy, the working state of ES can be adjusted and the four‐quadrant operation of electric spring can be realized by changing the working state control angle. The cycloid pin wheel drive is essential to RV reducer. It is the basic point to determine the contact stiffness of cycloid and pin wheel. The equivalent contact stiffness is calculated based on Hertz contact theory. The parameters to solve the contact stiffness is checked and the stiffness model with teeth number in meshing simultaneously as a parameter is established. The dynamics simulation of RV reducer is processed based ADAMS to determine the pin numbers in meshing in consideration of modification of cycloid and dimension error of pin-wheel circle diameter,furthermore,the model of cycloid is treated as flexible body. It can be intuitive to observe the relations between load and number of pins in meshing or pin force.
