According to the relevant problems of the limited torque type hydraulic coupling used in the 400 kW crusher in No.12123 working face of Liuta Coal Mine of Shendong Coal Group, the structural characteristics and principles of different magnetic coupling are analyzed. Through the comparison between the magnetic coupling and the hydraulic coupling, as well as the analysis of the actual application, the limited torque type magnetic coupling suitable for Liuta Coal Mine is studied. The performance parameters of the magnetic coupling are verified by the finite element analysis, and it is proved that the limited torque type magnetic coupling is fully matched with the mine-used crusher of Liuta Coal Mine.

Auricularia cornea, jelly mushroom, is a popular ingredient of traditional Chinese cuisine. This study aimed at evaluating the growth, yield, biological efficiency, total phenolic and flavonoid contents, the antioxidant activity, elemental composition, and molecular structure of the wild and domesticated strain Ac24 and the commercially cultivated edible mushroom A. cornea strains Ac1, Ac3 and Ac15. Based on the weight of the fresh fruiting bodies of A. cornea strains, the maximum yield was obtained from commercial strain Ac1 (237.10 g), followed by Ac3 (224.47 g), Ac15 (158 g) and Ac24 (132.37 g), while the biological efficiency range of A. cornea strains was 52.94–94.84%, with significant differences among the A. cornea strains. Our results revealed that Ac24 contained the highest phenolic content (20.10 mg GAE · g−1), while the highest flavonoid content was found in Ac1 (35.13 mg CE · g−1). The maximum mineral contents and the strains were as follows: copper (7.2 mg · kg−1) and zinc (310 mg · kg−1) in Ac1, manganese (788 mg · kg−1) in Ac3 and iron (310 mg · kg−1) in Ac24. DPPH assay found maximum antioxidant activity in Ac24 (IC50 0.233 mg TX · mL−1), FRAP (591 mg TX · g−1) in Ac15, and erythrocyte haemolysis in Ac24. SEM-EDX and FTIR analyses verified the differences among A. cornea strains. The results revealed that wild, domesticated A. cornea strain Ac24 is a promising dietary source of natural antioxidants and is of high nutritional value, compared to commercially cultivated strains.

To evaluate the perioperative nursing of total knee arthroplasty for patients with valgus deformity of the knee.

Due to the existence of obstacles, none-line-of-sight(NLOS) propagation is common in localization scenes like mines, which causes refraction, reflection, diffraction and scattering of localization signals, leads to the increase of ranging error, and further influences accuracy of object localization. The influence of NLOS propagation on localization methods is analyzed including TOA(Time of Arrival), TDOA(Time Difference of Arrival), AOA(Angle of Arrival), RSSI(Received Signal Strength Indication), etc. Then existing literatures are reviewed from four aspects: identification of NLOS propagation, suppression of NLOS propagation error, utilization of NLOS propagation and localization method design in NLOS scenes. For the identification of NLOS propagation, the residual test method, error statistics method, energy detection method, neural network algorithm and geometry relation method are focused on. For the suppression of NLOS propagation error, the filtering-based method, semi-parametric-based method, energy detection-based method and database-based method are mainly analyzed. For the utilization of NLOS propagation, the method of improving robustness of localization system and the one based on error learning and matching are summarized emphatically. For the localization method design in NLOS scenes, the literatures are reviewed from two situations: the LOS/NLOS mixed scenes and only NLOS scenes. The new research directions of NLOS propagation in object localization are discussed, which are improving localization accuracy by using multiple technologies together, improving localization accuracy in NLOS scenes through new technologies and realizing cooperative localization among different systems by introducing extra information of other information systems.

In this study, a weakly supervised classification method is proposed to classify the Polarimetric Synthetic Aperture Radar (PolSAR) images based on sample refinement using a Complex-Valued Convolutional Neural Network (CV-CNN) to solve the problem that the bounding-box labeled samples contain many heterogeneous components. First, CV-CNN is used for iteratively refining the bounding-box labeled samples, and the CV-CNN that can be used for direct classification is trained simultaneously. Then, the given PolSAR image is classified using the trained CV-CNN. The experimental results obtained using three actual PolSAR images demonstrate that the heterogeneous components can be effectively eliminated using the proposed method, obtaining significantly better classification results when compared with those obtained using the traditional fully supervised classification method in which original bounding-box labeled samples are used. Furthermore, the proposed method with CV-CNN is superior to those in which the classical Support Vector Machine(SVM) and Wishart classifier are used.

Based on the three-phase reaction experiments, taking CO2 as the main gas phase, the typical minerals in coal as solid phase and mine water rich in iron and sulfate as liquid phase, the water-rock-gas reaction simulation experiment of closed gassy mine is carried out. The changes of chemical composition of mine water and coal mineral composition are compared and analyzed. The results have showed that in the mine water-rock-gas reaction, the pH value of the mine water increases and the Eh decreases, and the dissolution of mineral phase resulted in the increase of the content of Ca2+, HCO3-, SO42- and soluble SiO2 in mine water, while the content of Mg2+ did not change significantly, the total Fe concentration decreased, and the salinity increased significantly. Typical minerals of coal and rock have different degrees of dissolution reactions. When calcite dissolves, new carbonate minerals will be generated in the reaction process, while pyrite dissolves with the generation of chlorite.

In this study, super paddy with moisture content of 14.6% in Yushu area of Jilin province was took as the research object. The paddy was stored under the conditions of 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35 ℃, respectively, and the changes of various quality indexes were detected by sampling regularly. The results showed that the various indicators of seed quality, storage quality, processing quality and appearance quality were greatly affected by the storage temperature. The higher the temperature, the worse quality of paddy. During short-term storage, the storage temperature should be controlled at 25 ℃ or lower to ensure that the storage quality, processing quality and appearance quality of the rice can meet relevant standards. The fatty acid value of high quality japonica paddy with 14.6% moisture content showed a binary nonlinear relationship with storage temperature and storage time, and the change could be predicted by the model FAV=EXP (2.218+0.025 T+0.003 T). On the basis of the changes of various quality indexes and the cost saving factor of grain storage, 25 ℃ quasi-low temperature is suggested as an economical and practical storage temperature, at which 14.6% high quality japonica paddy can be safely stored for 6 months and maintain good quality.

Abstract The aim of present study was to develop folic acid (FA)‐modified nonionic surfactant vesicles (NISVs, niosomes) as carrier systems for targeted delivery of gambogenic acid (GNA). The FA‐GNA‐NISVs exhibited a mean particle size of 180.77 ± 2.41 nm with a narrow poly dispersion index of 0.147 ± 0.08 determined by dynamic light scattering. Transmission electron microscopy also revealed that the FA‐GNA‐NISVs were spherical with double‐layer structure. Entrapment efficiency (EE%) and zeta potential of the optimal FA‐GNA‐NISVs were 87.84 ± 1.06% and −37.33 ± 0.33 mV, respectively. Differential scanning calorimetry demonstrated that the GNA was in a molecular or amorphous state inside the FA‐NISVs in vitro release profiles suggested that FA‐GNA‐NISVs could release GNA at a sustained manner, and less than 60% of GNA was released from the FA‐NISVs within 12 hours of dialysis. in vivo pharmacokinetic results illustrated that FA‐GNA‐NISVs had considerably higher Cmax, area under curve (AUC0 − t) and accumulation in lung. The cell proliferation study shown that the FA‐GNA‐NISVs significantly enhanced the in vitro cytotoxicity against A549 cells. Flow cytometry and fluorescence microscopy further demonstrated that the FA‐GNA‐NISVs increased apoptosis compared with nonmodified GNA‐NISVs and free GNA. Moreover, FA‐GNA‐NISVs induced A549 cell apoptosis in a dose‐dependent manner. In addition, cellular uptake assays showed a higher uptake of FA‐GNA‐NISVs than GNA‐NISVs as well as free GNA. Taken together, it could be concluded that FA‐GNA‐NISVs were proposed as a novel targeting carriers for efficient delivering of GNA to cancers cells.

BACKGROUND Isotope geochronology is a basic subject to explore the temporal and special evolution of geological bodies and geodynamics. The U-Pb dating technology of accessory minerals is the most widely used in isotope geochronology. Titanite has a relatively low closed temperature for U-Pb isotopic system and is common in magmatic rocks, metamorphic rocks, hydrothermal-related rocks and a few sedimentary rocks. This indicates that it is an ideal mineral for U-Pb dating to constrain the medium to high temperature geological event. OBJECTIVES To understand the element fractionation behavior during laser ablation-inductively coupled plasms-mass spectrometry (LA-ICP-MS) U-Pb dating and propose corresponding correction methods. METHODS In situ U-Pb dating were performed using a Geolas Pro laser-ablation system and a 7700x quadrupole ICP-MS. A stationary laser ablation spot with a beam diameter of 24μm was used for the analyses. The ablated aerosol was carried by helium and then combined with argon via a T-connector before being introduced to the ICP-MS plasma. After smoothed, the sample gas will go into quadrupole ICP-MS for U-Pb dating. Each analysis incorporated a background acquisition of approximately 10s (gas blank) followed by 40s data acquisition from the sample. After the experiments, the fractionation behavior of elements of titanite during the laser ablation were compared for using different fractionation correction methods to correct zircon, monazite and titanite separately. These correction methods were based on different mathematical model such as quadratic curve, power function and so on. The data was processed with different softwares such as GLITTER and BUSTER based on different mathematical equations, in order to look for the appropriate correction methods for different uranium-rich minerals based on different fractionation characteristics. RESULTS The inconsistent fractionation behavior of elements between different titanite particles was revealed. After comparison, it was proposed that the 'Exponential Function Method' and the 'Average Data method' can only be used for uranium-rich minerals minerals that have consistent fractionation behavior, but it was not pragmatic for inconsistent ones. For these uranium-rich minerals minerals such as tianite, the 'Intercept Method' was an improvement on the current method, in order to ascertain the correct age. CONCLUSIONS It is indicated that the 'Intercept Method' can avoid inaccurate correction caused by inconsistent fractionation behavior.

A systemic research on configuration design and kinematics analysis of a new 3-DOF translational parallel robot， Delta， which involved T-type hinges， is carried out based on Delta widely used in food fields， pharmaceutical fields， electronic fields and other light industry. The displacements characteristics of minimal branch are obtained based on analysis of the freedom constraints relationship. And some branch types 3T0R parallel mechanism may contain are selected prudently. And some 3-DOF translational parallel robot mechanisms are synthesized. New Delta parallel robot mechanism that contains T-type hinges is synthesized by mechanism evolution method， whose branch type is HSOC{-P(4R)-R⊥Ȓ//R⊥Ȓ-}. And based on the displacement parameter characteristics， the spatial degree of freedom is checked. Finally， the kinematics analysis of Delta parallel robot mechanism is carried out. And the inverse position model， forward position model and velocity model are built.

Aiming at the serious damage caused by the stress concentration in the isolated working face for a long time in the underground transportation roadway, the mining treatment of the isolated working face is carried out to reduce its influence on the stress concentration of the surrounding rock of the roadway.This paper compares and analyzes the stress transfer law of roof and floor of isolated working face before and after mining, and probes into the law of roof supporting pressure of isolated working face and the vertical distance between underlying transportation roadway and isolated working face floor by numerical simulation.It found that with the increase of the distance from the floor to the floor, the stress concentration of the surrounding rock of the roadway shows a decreasing trend.When the isolated island face is mined, the stress of the floor is obviously released.The stress concentration factor of surrounding rock of floor roadway is reduced by 52%~60%, and the shear failure of surrounding rock of floor roadway presents X failure, which provides theoretical basis for the optimization of surrounding rock support in subsequent roadway.

By establishing a distributed high complexity C/S architecture, coding CAD/GIS plug-in to achieve the export function, and based on the interactive visualization platform of 3D spatial data, 3DGIS platform was developed, and the virtual mine simulation platform was built by combining VR technology. The results show that the virtual mine simulation system can classify the internal operation program, separate the external display operation from the internal logic operation, and the system operation delay is low, efficient and stable. The system has a strong vertical transfixtion ability of spatial data and realizes the integration of different dimensional data. The system has unique advantages in dynamic visualization of mine objects. On the basis of restoring various physical and geographic information of mines, it can be independently set and select the information of simulated scenes.

A high linearity CMOS analog multiplier is designed and simulated. The input signal is preprocessed by active attenuator and the CMOS Gilbert multiplier is used for multiplication of the signal, and the bias circuit is designed meanwhile. When the supply voltage is ±1.8 V and the input range is ±0.6 V, the output range is less than ±25 mV and good linearity of the analog multiplier is obtained using optimized characteristics of transistors. The frequency doubling character of the analog multiplier is favorable since the -3 dB bandwidth of the analog multiplier is 181 MHz. Moreover, the temperature characteristic of multiplier is simulated and the layout of multiplier is designed optimally，and the relationship between linearity and output amplitude is discussed. The linearity of the multiplier during wider input range proposed herein is higher than that in the references.

Cancer stem cells (CSCs) are characterized by their self-renewal and differentiation abilities. CD44v6 is a novel CSC marker that can activate various signaling pathways. Here, we hypothesized that the HGF/Met signaling pathway promotes stemness properties in CD44v6+ hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cells via overexpression of the transcription factor, cJun, thus representing a valuable target for HCC therapy. Magnetic activated cell sorting was used to separate the CD44v6+ from CD44v6- cells, and Met levels were regulated using lentiviral particles and the selective Met inhibitor, PHA665752. An orthotopic liver xenograft tumor model was used to assess the self-renewal ability of CD44v6+ cells in immunodeficient NOD/SCID mice. Luciferase reporter and chromatin immunoprecipitation assays were also conducted using cJun-overexpressing 293 T cells to identify the exact binding site of cJun in the Nanog promoter. Our data demonstrate that CD44v6 is an ideal surface marker of liver CSCs. CD44v6+ HCC cells express higher levels of Met and possess self-renewal and tumor growth abilities. Xenograft liver tumors were smaller in nude mice injected with shMet HCC cells. Immunohistochemical analysis of liver tissue specimens revealed that high Met levels in HCC cells were associated with poor patient prognosis. Further, a cJun binding site was identified 1700 bp upstream of the Nanog transcription start site and mutation of the cJun binding site reduced Nanog expression. In conclusion, the HGF/Met signaling pathway is important for maintenance of stemness in CD44v6+ HCC cells by enhancing expression of cJun, which binds 1700 bp upstream of the Nanog transcription start site.

The current WSN is vulnerable to a variety of malicious attacks, resulting in the decline of its comprehensive performance. Multihop routing involves a number of safety and privacy issues. Problems such as snooping, sinkhole, manipulation, cloning, wormhole, spoofing, and so on affect the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of the WSNs. Therefore, this paper mainly studies the mathematical modeling of WSN multiattack behavior discrimination based on the incidence matrix. The WSN node model is used to collect relevant data and mark and map the disguised data, so as to determine the characteristics of multiattack behavior and establish the WSN multiattack behavior discrimination model based on the incidence matrix. The experimental results show that the designed multiattack behavior discrimination model can distinguish the attack type according to the characteristics, has high recognition ability, can spend a short time to effectively distinguish the attack behavior, has a low false positive rate, and can effectively improve the antiattack ability of the WSN.

Climate change has become one of the leading problems around the world. The transport sector is one of the major contributors to climate change. At the same time, climate change is also affecting transportation facilities and travel behaviour. This study proposed a bibliometric approach to explore the structure evolution development trends of this knowledge domain with a broader search scope and more objective results compared with a manual review. A total of 4073 peer-reviewed articles were collected from the WoS core collection database to conduct scientometric analysis. The collaboration analysis shows that the US, China, and European countries dominate this field, and international organisations’ and government agencies’ reports on climate change form the basis of this research field. A total of 14 co-citation clusters were identified, and the research on climate change and transportation primarily focused on the topics of policy options, travel behaviour, the COVID-19 lockdown, environmental cost, and air quality. Keyword co-occurrence evolution analysis was also conducted to track the latest research trends. Based on the results, we propose trends in four areas for future research. This study provides a holistic knowledge map for climate change and transportation research’s past, present, and future.

Computer-vision-based separation methods for coal gangue face challenges due to the harsh environmental conditions in the mines, leading to the reduction of separation accuracy. So, rather than purely depending on the image features to distinguish the coal gangue, it is meaningful to utilize fixed coal characteristics like density. This study achieves the classification of coal and gangue based on their mass, volume, and weight. A dataset of volume, weight and 3_side images is collected. By using 3_side images of coal gangue, the visual perception value of the volume is extracted (ExM) to represent the volume of the object. A Support Vector Machine (SVM) classifier receives (ExM) and the weight to perform the coal gangue classification. The proposed system eliminates computer vision problems like light intensity, dust, and heterogeneous coal sources. The proposed model was tested with a collected dataset and achieved high recognition accuracy (KNN 100%, Linear SVM 100%, RBF SVM 100%, Gaussian Process 100%, Decision Tree 98%, Random Forest 100%, MLP 100%, AdaBosst 100%, Naive Bayes 98%, and QDA 99%). A cross-validation test has been done to verify the generalization ability. The results also demonstrate high classification accuracy (KNN 96%, Linear SVM 100%, RBF SVM 96%, Gaussian Process 96%, Decision Tree 99%, Random Forest 99%, MLP 100%, AdaBosst 99%, Naive Bayes 99%, and QDA 99%). The results show the high ability of the proposed technique ExM-SVM in coal gangue classification tasks.

Labor education is a topic of the times, and the high-quality development of higher vocational education is a statutory duty. It is of great significance to effectively implement the cultivation of labor literacy in the widely implemented project-based teaching work. Starting from the analysis of the lack of attention and the expected state of the current project-based teaching on labor literacy, this paper elaborates the connotation of labor literacy cultivation in higher vocational schools, and explore the cultivation methods in terms of time arrangement, content connection, examination and assessment, so as to provide references for the enhancement of the effectiveness of the cultivation of labor literacy and the continuous optimization of project-based teaching.

A reservoir in Block A of an oil field is a new layer series in the new area, and a horizontal well has been deployed for the first time around the development of the target layer in the third section of the reservoir. Compared with the oil layers in the old area, the structure of the target layer in Block A is more complex, the reservoir changes rapidly, the prediction of sand-laden mud reservoir is difficult, and the tracking adjustment of horizontal wells while drilling is difficult. In view of the above problems, in order to ensure the drilling effect, we have carried out the basic geological research of the combination of well and earthquake, carried out the study of the correlation between rock and electricity and the combination of well and earthquake, carried out the multi-technology combination, innovatively formed the supporting technical methods of fine fault, micro-amplitude structure identification and reservoir prediction, established the fine three-dimensional geological model, optimized the well location and trajectory optimization design of favorable blocks, According to the technical process of “making plans before drilling, timely adjustment during drilling, and re-recognition after drilling”, 7 horizontal wells have been tracked and adjusted while drilling, with an average oil reservoir drilling rate of 85.3%, which has achieved good drilling results and increased geological reserves and productivity.

The design trajectory parameters of 3D horizontal wells in X gas field are not uniform, the construction is random, and the lack of standardization is not enough to achieve rapid drilling. Based on the analysis of the construction data and construction difficulties of the completed 3D horizontal well, according to the different design trajectory parameters and types, by standardizing the drilling tool assembly and well trajectory design, making full use of the characteristics of the drilling tool assembly and the formation law, and using the supporting tools to control the sand carrying and lubricity of the mud, control the solid content, and reduce the friction and torque of the 3D horizontal well, this paper studies and summarizes the 3D horizontal well rapid drilling technology. The field application shows that the 3D horizontal well rapid drilling technology can effectively reduce downhole faults, greatly improve the drilling speed, and achieve the effect of increasing speed and efficiency and saving costs. The 3D horizontal well rapid drilling technology plays a very good technical guarantee for the development of the gas field, and also provides a certain reference for peers.

The key to achieving peak carbon emissions and carbon neutrality lies in the low-carbon transformation of energy and power, which is crucial to China's overall economic and social development. With the intensification of global climate change, countries are actively exploring strategies to adapt to climate change. However, coal, as the main future energy source, is expected to remain dominant, making it urgent to advance the transformation of fossil energy towards low-carbonization. In this context, this paper comprehensively analyzes the timing of the reduction of fossil energy and the replacement of non-fossil energy in China through a comparative analysis of the international and domestic energy transformation status, taking into account the need to ensure energy supply security and achieve China's economic and social development goals. The paper proposes development suggestions for China's energy development path, including optimizing and upgrading the industrial structure, building a clean and low-carbon energy system, strengthening CCUS technology development, and leveraging market mechanisms. These recommendations provide a certain reference and guidance for China to achieve its energy transformation goals.

Stiffened plate has widely application in engineering, stiffened double-layered plate is one typical structure. In this work, research object is the stiffened double-layered plate, modal and forced vibration responses are studied through experimental work and numerical simulation with FEM software, and comparative analysis is also conducted. Numerical results show that, experimental results match well with numerical simulation results, the maximum difference for first four modal frequencies are less than 5%, so numerical simulation is verified to be correct. Conclusions here will help to support the further design and application of stiffened double-layered plate in engineering area.

Weld type between parts will make a difference on structural performance, which is especially important for a daouble-walled shell. To get clear this problem, numerical simulation is conducted to investigate the influence of weld plans between frame and out shell on structural stress and stability. Numerical results show that the change of weld plan between frame and out shell is small in case of a 15MPa external pressure, stress of shell is below the critical value, and the ultimate bearing capacity changes a little. Thus, the weld plan of point weld for frame and out shell could be applied while the double-walled shell is under construction.

Rectangular plate is one typical structure with wild application in engineering, and the force vibration is the basis for analysis of sound radiation of plate. In this work, numerical simulation is conducted for force vibration of rectangular plate, and the influence of external load is also studied. Numerical results show that, the rectangular plate will resonate under external load at certain driven frequency, and it’s strictly related to structural modal frequencies. Structural vibration response will change obvious with the change of location of external load. When the location is fixed, with the increase of action region of external load, the acceleration of plate will decrease and some new resonance frequencies will be observed. Conclusions here will lay foundation for further work on sound radiation of plate.

Cylindrical shell in engineering has different cross-section, i.e., circular section, oval section, rectangular section, and so on. In this work, numerical analysis is conducted on natural vibration of cylindrical shell with different cross-section, and the difference is studied between modal frequency and modal shape from different section shell. Numerical results show that, with the same length, width /thickness and boundary condition, the first 10 order modal frequency from circular section shell is nearly 60% bigger than that from the rectangular section shell. This indicates that the load carry ability of circular cylindrical shell is much better than rectangular cylindrical shell, which will help to support the design of cylindrical shell in engineering.

Madal performance is the basic characteristics of structures, which will help to further understand the vibration of structures. Besides, fluid (e.g. water) coupled with structure will strongly affact the modal performance of structure. To get clear the modal performance, Modal tests are conducted for two-layered plate both in air and in water, and modal frequency and mode shape are given. With comparative analysis of modal frequencies in these two cases, it’s shown that influence of fluid on structural vibration is obvious, which will results in significantly reduction of modal frequency, and the maximum reduction is the second mode, and it is more than 42%. But it’s also noted that influence of fluid on mode shape is little.

The response of structure under shock is very important. For sandwich structures, the foam of other material with good energy absorbing capacity is an effective way to enhance the ability to resist external shock. In this work, numerical shock analysis is conducted for double-layered plate with foamed aluminum. The deformation process is firstly studied in case of initial shock velocity of 8.9m/s, then comparative analysis is conducted on the influence of different shock velocity on structural response.

To get clear the vibration mechanism of sandwith shell using the experiment method, a double-layered plate is designed for the sandwich shell by matching the equivalent impedance. Numerical analysis is conducted, and In 10Hz-4000Hz, the differenceof impedance from double-layered plate and sandwich shell should be less than 10%. A new design is given for the double-layered plate, and which is quite simple for construction. Then, the double-layered plate could be applied to conduct series vibration tests to get clear the influence of sandwich core material on structural vibration, while it could also reduce the costs of money and construction time.

The implementation of environmental regulation policy by the government is usually an effective tool to reduce local pollution emissions. The super-efficient SBM model of unexpected output was used in this study to estimate green economy development levels in 30 Chinese provinces from 2010 to 2019 and constructed a panel econometric model. It empirically tested the theoretical hypothesis and mechanism of heterogeneous environmental regulation affecting green economy development by using the least squares estimation, the instrumental variable method, spatial panel regression, the mediating effect model, and further models. The relationship between command-controlled environmental regulation and green economy development was U-shaped, whereas green economy development was not significantly influenced by market-incentive environmental regulations. Command-controlled environmental regulation affected green economy development via the progress of pollution control technology and production technology. The strengthening of command-controlled environmental regulation progressed pollution control technology as regional enterprises continually improved, while production technology was initially suppressed, then promoted. Market-incentive environmental regulation mainly affected the green economy development level through pollution control technology progress, while the mediating effect of production technology progress was insignificant. This study provides some empirical support for the verification of Porter’s win-win hypothesis and the realization of green economic transformation in emerging countries such as China.

Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage (CCUS) technology has emerged as the bottom-line technology for achieving carbon neutrality goals in China. The development of Carbon Dioxide Enhanced Oil Recovery (CO2-EOR) not only increases revenue for high-investment CCUS projects but also enables permanent CO2 storage in the oil reservoir. However, the basin is used as the research object to evaluate the CO2 storage potential of the oil reservoir. The evaluation results are inaccurate and unable to support the implementation of later CCUS projects. Here, more accurate oil reservoir data is employed as the evaluation object. It is the first time at the national level to screen oil reservoirs to distinguish between CO2 miscible and immiscible, and evaluate the potential of CO2-EOR and CO2 storage in the reservoir. The research results show a total of 2570 suitable oil reservoirs in 4386 candidate oil reservoirs nationwide. About 1.26 billion tons of additional crude oil can be produced by CO2-EOR technology. This includes approximately 580 million tons of additional oil from CO2 miscible flooding and 680 million tons from CO2 immiscible flooding. The study further refines the CO2 geological utilization data and provides a theoretical basis for CCUS project site selection in China.

Polyurethane (PU) elastomers with their broad range of strength and elasticity are ideal materials for additive manufacturing of shapes with gradients of mechanical properties. By adjusting the mixing ratio of different polyurethane reactants during 3D-printing it is possible to change the mechanical properties. However, to guarantee intra- and inter-layer adhesion, it is essential to know the reaction kinetics of the polyurethane reaction, and to be able to influence the reaction speed in a wide range. In this study, the effect of adding three different catalysts and two inhibitors to the reaction of polyurethane elastomers were studied by comparing the time of crossover points between storage and loss modulus G′ and G′′ from time sweep tests of small amplitude oscillatory shear at 30°C. The time of crossover points is reduced with the increasing amount of catalysts, but only the reaction time with one inhibitor is significantly delayed. The reaction time of 90% NCO group conversion calculated from the FTIR-spectrum also demonstrates the kinetics of samples with different catalysts. In addition, the relation between the conversion as determined from FTIR spectroscopy and the mechanical properties of the materials was established. Based on these results, it is possible to select optimized catalysts and inhibitors for polyurethane 3D-printing of materials with gradients of mechanical properties.

The disposal of residues while manufacturing Chinese medicine has always been an issue that concerns pharmaceutical factories. Phanerochaete chrysosporium was inoculated into the residues of Magnolia officinalis for solid-phase fermentation to enzymatically hydrolyze the lignin in the residues and thus to improve the efficiency of removal of the copper ions from residues for the utilization of residues from Chinese medicine. With the increase in activities of lignin-degrading enzymes, especially during the fermentation days 6 to 9, the removal rate of copper ions using M. officinalis residues increased dramatically. The rate of removal reached the maximum on the 14th day and was 3.15 times higher than the initial value. The rate of adsorption of copper ions on the fermentation-modified M. officinalis residues followed the pseudo-second-order kinetics. The adsorption isotherms were consistent with the Freundlich models. The adsorption enthalpy was positive, indicating that it was endothermic and elevation in temperature was favorable to this adsorption process. The adsorption free energy was negative, implying the spontaneity of the process. The copper ions adsorbed could be effectively recovered using 0.2 M hydrochloric acid solution. After five successive cycles of adsorption-regeneration, the fermentation-modified M. officinalis residues exhibited a stable adsorption capacity and greater reusability. The M. officinalis residues fermented with P. chrysosporium are low-cost and environmentally friendly copper ions adsorbent, and this preparation technique realizes the optimum utilization of Chinese medicine residues.

Background: Whether probiotics helped the Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) eradication was still highly controversial. The non-bacterial Saccharomyces boulardii (S. boulardii) has demonstrated its efficacy in the treatment of antibiotic-associated and infectious diarrhea. We aimed to evaluate the effects of S. boulardii combined with quadruple therapy for H. pylori eradication and associated side effects.Methods: Three hundred and sixty H. pylori-infected patients were recruited in this multicenter, randomized controlled trial. The patients who underwent H. pylori eradication treatment were randomized in a ratio of 1:1 into two separate groups that received standard quadruple therapy (Group A) and quadruple therapy plus S. boulardii sachets (Group B) for 14 days. The everyday medication and side-effect records were collected for compliance and adverse effect analysis. All patients accepted 13C/14C-urea breath tests 4 weeks after the therapy completion.Results:Saccharomyces boulardii and quadruple therapy-combined intervention significantly reduced the incidences of overall side effects (27.8 vs. 38.5%, p = 0.034) and diarrhea (11.2 vs. 21.2%, p = 0.012) in Group B compared with quadruple therapy alone in Group A, especially reduced the diarrhea duration (5.0 days vs. 7.7 days, p = 0.032) and incidence of severe diarrhea (4.7 vs. 10.1%, p = 0.040). Intention-to-treat (ITT) analysis and per-protocol (PP) analysis both indicated no statistical differences of eradication rate between Groups A and B (ITT: 82.7 vs. 85.8%, p = 0.426; PP: 89.7 vs. 94.2%, p = 0.146). The joint use of S. boulardii and quadruple therapy markedly improved the overall pre-eradication alimentary symptoms (hazard ratio (HR): 2.507, 95% CI: 1.449–4.338) recovery.Conclusion:Saccharomyces boulardii ameliorated H. pylori eradication-induced antibiotic-associated side effects especially reduced the incidence of severe diarrhea and the duration of diarrhea. However, there was no significant effect of S. boulardii on the rate of H. pylori eradication.Trial Registration: The protocol had retrospectively registered at ClinicalTrails.gov, Unique identifier: NCT03688828, date of registration: September 27, 2018; https://clinicaltrials.gov/show/NCT03688828

Leadership plays an increasingly important role in construction projects, and numerous research studies have been conducted. This study aims to identify the structure evolution development trends of this knowledge domain using visualisation analysis with CiteSpace. A total of 1789 peer-reviewed articles are collected from Scopus and the WoS core collection database to conduct a scientometric analysis. The results indicate that the US dominates this field and that institutions from Australia have made greater contributions. However, international cooperation in this area is not active. A total of eight co-citation clusters were identified, and the research of leadership in construction primarily focused on the topics of transactional leadership, safety leadership, team performance, leadership interaction processes and actual leader behaviour. The keywords co-occurrence evolution analysis was also conducted to provide a holistic knowledge map. Based on the development of this field and its current status, we propose trends and innovative research areas for future research. The findings in this research would help scholars to understand the structure and future trends of this field. Meanwhile, the research results would provide a reference for construction enterprises to formulate project manager competency criteria.

Existing coal and gangue sorting methods mainly use image processing and pattern recognition technology to identify and sort coal and gangue according to texture characteristic values of coal and rock. The grain size of coal and gangue is 25-150 mm, while the coal and gangue above 150 mm still relies on manual sorting. In order to sort coal and gangue with large grain size, a multi-manipulator coal and gangue sorting robot system based on machine vision was proposed.The system uses machine vision to collect coal and gangue information and applies deep learning method to realize coal and gangue identification and grab feature extraction. After obtaining the sequence information of coal and gangue, the sorting work is carried out according to the position of coal and gangue, and the grasping task is assigned to the corresponding manipulator controller by multi-objective task assignment strategy. After the manipulator obtains the task, the target is dynamically monitored according to the acquired task. When the target enters the working space of the manipulator, the visual servo system drives the manipulator to complete the coal and gangue sorting. The test results show that the system can efficiently and quickly sort coal and gangue with grain size of 50-260 mm, and the adopted coal and gangue identification method and sorting strategy have good stability and accuracy under different belt speeds, and the comprehensive accuracy of coal and gangue identification and positioning can reach 93%, which verifies the feasibility of the system.

SERDES(serial de-serialization) technology has become the mainstream physical layer specification of high-speed interface due to its high transmission rate and strong capacity of resisting disturbance. However, the upper PCS(physical coding sublayer) needs to set elastic buffering, code, encode and do other functions, so the system transmission delay is high. SERDES cannot be directly applied to delay sensitive applications such as processor direct connection. This paper introduces a design of PCS architecture based on synchronous phase compensation buffer(SPCB), which can be applied to delay sensitive SERDES transmission system. This architecture features high throughput and ultra-low latency. With a custom SPCB, the transmission reception path delay is about 10 ns at 32 Gb/s per lane, which is about half of the typical PCS delay in the industry, reaching the level of Intel(QPI) and AMD(HT) interface. This PCS architecture can be realized through 28 nm/16 nm/7 nm chip manufacturing tech, and has been applied to a variety of domestic processor.

In recent years, Polarimetric Synthetic Aperture Radar (PolSAR) image classification has been investigated extensively. The traditional PolSAR image terrain classification methods result in a weak feature representation. To overcome this limitation, this study aims to propose a terrain classification method based on deep Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and Conditional Random Field (CRF). The pre-trained VGG-Net-16 model was used to extract more powerful image features, and then the terrain from the images was classified through the efficient use of multiple features and context information by conditional random fields. The experimental results show that the proposed method can extract more features effectively in comparison with the three methods using traditional classical features and it can also achieve a higher overall accuracy and Kappa coefficient.

Mitochondrial homeostasis is vital for the progression of lung cancer. Nurr1 has been identified as a novel mediator of mitochondrial homeostasis in several types of cancers. The aim of our study was to investigate whether Nurr1 modulates the viability of A549 lung cancer cells by inducing mitochondrial dysfunction, with a focus on the p53-Drp1 signaling pathway.

The objective of this research is to investigate the expression and function of SKA3 in lung adenocarcinoma.

Abstract Background Efficient HIV-1 replication depends on interaction of the viral capsid with the host protein cyclophilin A (CypA). CypA, a peptidylprolyl isomerase, binds to an exposed loop in the viral CA protein via the enzyme’s active site. Recent structural analysis of CypA in complex with CA tubes in conjunction with molecular dynamics simulations identified a secondary CA binding site on CypA that allows a bridging interaction with two hexameric subunits of the assembled CA lattice, leading to capsid stabilization (Liu et al. in Nat Commun 7:10714, 2016). Results We performed mutational analysis of residues that have been proposed to mediate CA binding at the secondary binding site on CypA (A25, K27, P29 and K30) and tested the effects of the amino acid substitutions using interaction assays and HIV-1 infection assays in cells. The binding of recombinant CypA to self-assembled CA tubes or native HIV-1 capsids was measured in vitro using a quantitative fluorescence microscopy binding assay revealing that affinity and stoichiometry of CypA to the CA lattice was not affected by the substitutions. To test for functionality of the CypA secondary CA-binding site in HIV-1 infection, mutant CypA proteins were expressed in cells in which endogenous CypA was deleted, and the effects on HIV-1 infection were assayed. In normal HeLa-P4 cells, infection with HIV-1 bearing the A92E substitution in CA is inhibited by endogenous CypA and was inhibited to the same extent by expression of CypA mutants in CypA-null HeLa-P4 cells. Expression of the mutant CypA proteins in CypA-null Jurkat cells restored their permissiveness to infection by wild type HIV-1. Conclusions The amino acid changes at A25, K27, P29 and K30 did not affect the affinity of CypA for the CA lattice and did not impair CypA function in infection assays suggesting that these residues are not part of a secondary CA binding site on CypA.

Methyltransferase-like 3 (METTL3) was originally known to be responsible for N6-methyladenosine (m6A) modification of mRNA. Recent studies have found that METTL3 plays important roles in a variety of tumors by regulating the translation of oncogenes. However, the functional and regulating mechanisms of METTL3 in human gastric cancer have not yet been understood. Here we knocked down METTL3 in human gastric cancer cell lines, AGS and MKN45, by using shRNA transfection. RT-qPCR assay and western blotting verified the effectiveness of RNA interference on mRNA and protein levels, respectively. Then we found that METTL3 knockdown inhibited cell proliferation, migration and invasion in AGS and MKN45 cells. Moreover, METTL3 knockdown decreased Bcl2 and increased Bax and active Caspase-3 in gastric cancer cells, which suggested the apoptotic pathway was activated. Mechanistic investigation suggested that METTL3 led to inactivation of the AKT signaling pathway in human gastric cancer cells, including decreased phosphorylation levels of AKT and expression of down-stream effectors p70S6K and Cyclin D1. In conclusion, our study reveals that down-regulation of METTL3 inhibits the proliferation and mobility of human gastric cancer cells and leads to inactivation of the AKT signaling pathway, suggesting that METTL3 may be a potential target for the treatment of human gastric cancer.

Liquid-phase selective oxidation of benzyl alcohol to benzaldehyde is one of the most important processes in both laboratory and chemical industry processes due to the remarkable values of benzaldehyde in the production of flavours, fragrances, and biologically active compounds. In the traditional processes for selective oxidation of benzyl alcohol using a stoichiometric or excessive amount of toxic and expensive inorganic oxidants, such as ammonium permanganate in aqueous acidic medium, a large amount of toxic waste is produced. A few studies on the benzyl alcohol-to-benzaldehyde oxidation by environmentally clean oxidants (O2 or H2O2) in the presence of organic solvents (e. g., toluene, p-xylene, and trifuorotoluene) have been reported; however, the usage of organic solvent is neither economical nor environmental friendly. Even though the solvent-free oxidation of benzyl alcohol to benzaldehyde using tert-butylhydroperoxide (TBHP) as oxidant has been reported, the co-product of tert-butanol from the consumption of TBHP will be left in the reaction solution, necessitating further separation. Therefore, various heterogeneous catalysts have been developed for solvent-free selective oxidation of benzyl alcohol using flowing air or oxygen; however, in most of these systems, the reaction temperature is still high (> 130 ℃) and/or conversion/selectivity is still low. Thus, the development of efficient heterogeneous catalysts for the solvent-free se-lective oxidation of benzyl alcohol with high selectivity and yield using molecular oxygen from air as the oxidant at low temperature is needed. In this study, Pd-doped α-MnO2 nanorods were prepared from Pd-doped δ-MnO2 precursors via a co-precipitation and in situ calcination transformation method. These catalysts were extensively characterized by various techniques, such as N2 adsorption, X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The SEM and TEM results indicate that there are no obvious Pd nanoparticles on the surface of α-MnO2 nanorods, signifying the possible doping of Pd into the lattice of α-MnO2. The reduction temperature of pureα-MnO2 is around 390 ℃, while the doped Pd could greatly promote α-MnO2 reduction to lower temperatures at around 200 ℃. The applications of Pd-doped α-MnO2 nanorods as catalysts for selective aerobic oxidation of benzyl alcohol to benzaldehyde under solventfree conditions with molecular oxygen were investigated. As compared with pure α-MnO2, the Pd-doped α-MnO2 nanorods show enhanced catalytic activity for selective oxidation of benzyl alcohol under solvent-free conditions with O2, which can be attributed to the beneficial presence of oxidized palladium species and enhanced oxygen mobility resulting from the doping Pd species. In these Pddoped α-MnO2 nanorods, when Pd (3%) -MnO2 was used as catalyst, a 39% conversion of benzyl alcohol was achieved. It is much higher than the 18. 3% conversion when pure α-MnO2 used as catalyst at 110 ℃ and reaction time of 4 h.

WCP/steel surface composites were endowed with gradient structure and prepared by powder metallurgy. The mechanical properties, thermal fatigue properties and microstructure of the composites with different W content in the transition layers were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy, metallographic microscope, compression and thermal shock tests, and the influence of W addition on the composites performances was examined. The results show that the composition and structure between the composite layer and the substrate layer are varied by adding tungsten powder in the transition layer, the conflicts in stress, strain, and thermal expansion between the composite layer and the substrate layer are decreased. With the mass fraction of tungsten powder increasing, the W can diffuse both into the substrate layer and the composite layer, which leads to a new phase appearing in the transition layer. The bond between the substrate layer and the composite layer is reinforced. When the W content in the transition layer reaches 30% in mass fraction, the compressive strength reaches 553MPa, and thermal fatigue resistance of WCP/steel surface composite is improved.
