Recycling of spent lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) has attracted widespread attention because of their dual attributes to environmental protection and resource conservation. Utilization of strong corrosive acids is currently the preferred way to recover valuable metals from spent LIBs, but the extensive use of chemical reagents can pose serious environmental risks. Herein, this research proposes a green process for selective recovery of lithium using the material of spent LIBs itself without adding exogenous reagents, mechanochemistry induced phase transition. The leaching efficiency of Li can reach 94% by employing the copper foil separated from spent LIBs as the co-grinding additive during the mechanochemical reaction process. Patients with advanced gastric cancer experience rapid disease progression with limited survival, high mortality, and a lack of surgical options. Thus, radiochemotherapy or a combination of chemotherapeutics with targeted therapy is the mainstay of treatment. In comparison to the treatment of other malignant tumors, in gastric cancer, the development of molecularly targeted drugs has been relatively slow. Currently, there are two major classes of molecularly targeted drug regimens that have achieved a certain efficacy in clinical practice: anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (anti-VEGF) therapy and anti-epidermal growth factor receptor (anti-EGFR) therapy. Trastuzumab has been approved as the standard of care for first-line treatment in advanced human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-positive gastric cancer. Ramucirumab in combination with paclitaxel is the recommended regimen for second-line treatment, and apatinib is recommended as third-line treatment. This review summarizes the current status of targeted therapies in the treatment of gastric cancer and gives a perspective on the future.

The rate of resection R0, the effective rate, the complete pathological remission rate (pCR) and the rate of major pathological remission (MPR) were observed.Results: A total of 14 initially unresectable male patients with lung SCC were included and received neoadjuvant treatment after evaluation. Nine out of 14 patients (64.3%) experienced treatment-related adverse events (TRAE), among which 8 (57.1%) experienced grade (G) I–II TRAEs including nausea, vomiting, fatigue, constipation, elevated ALT and AST, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, rash, granulocytopenia, and thrombocytopenia, and 1 (7.1%) experienced grade III–V TRAEs (G), including granulocytopenia and atelectasis. Thirteen patients (92.86%) achieved RECIST-assessed partial remission (PR), while 1 patient (7.14%) achieved stable disease (SD) on imaging assessment after neoadjuvant treatment and continued to be progression-free for 26 months. Of the 11 patients who underwent resection, all were alive and recurrence/progression-free. MPR and pCR were observed in 2 (18.18%) and 9 (81.82%), respectively. IHC results exhibited that all NSCLC patients exhibited positive PD-L1 expression (9/14, TPS ≥ 50% or greater; 5/14, 1% < TPS < 50%). Two were negative for ALK, EGFR, and ros-1, and the rest were not examined for driver oncogene mutation.Conclusion: The neoadjuvant therapy of the PD-1 inhibitor combined with nab-PTX and NED demonstrated remarkable therapeutic efficacy and good safety on stage III lung SCC without increasing the risk of TRAE, mortality and surgery-related complications, or impede surgery feasibility.Keywords: lung squamous cell lung cancer, neoadjuvant therapy, immunotherapy, complete pathological remission, pCR, major pathological remission, MPR

Mass spectrometry (MS) is by far the most used experimental approach in high-throughput proteomics. The ProteomeXchange (PX) consortium of proteomics resources (http://www.proteomexchange.org) was originally set up to standardize data submission and dissemination of public MS proteomics data. It is now 10 years since the initial data workflow was implemented. In this manuscript, we describe the main developments in PX since the previous update manuscript in Nucleic Acids Research was published in 2020. The six members of the Consortium are PRIDE, PeptideAtlas (including PASSEL), MassIVE, jPOST, iProX and Panorama Public. We report the current data submission statistics, showcasing that the number of datasets submitted to PX resources has continued to increase every year. As of June 2022, more than 34 233 datasets had been submitted to PX resources, and from those, 20 062 (58.6%) just in the last three years. We also report the development of the Universal Spectrum Identifiers and the improvements in capturing the experimental metadata annotations. In parallel, we highlight that data re-use activities of public datasets continue to increase, enabling connections between PX resources and other popular bioinformatics resources, novel research and also new data resources. Finally, we summarise the current state-of-the-art in data management practices for sensitive human (clinical) proteomics data.

目前, 火箭橇试验是飞行器空气动力学重要试验手段, 然而强烈的地面与轨道干扰会影响试验的精度, 甚至导致试验失败。采用尺度自适应SAS方法和基于铺层算法的动网格技术对不同马赫数下的超声速火箭橇滑行过程进行数值模拟, 探究了超声速火箭橇的气动力致振机理。采用了数值风洞模拟方法对超声速火箭橇无限空间绕流和仅包含地面的橇体绕流进行仿真, 分析了不同环境条件下的激波特征。结果表明: 超声速火箭橇的头激波传播至轨道和地面时会发生激波反射, 反射激波的存在会导致超声速火箭橇产生升力, 并带来阻力的略微增加; 反射激波与轨道扣件的周期性碰撞使得其尾迹区具有非定常特征; 火箭橇的气动力激励振动频率与尾迹波动频率一致, 即气动力激励振动对非定常尾迹具有锁频现象。此外, 压力信号的功率谱密度分析表明气动力激励振动存在谐声现象, 这与锁频现象密切相关。

Vincosamide (Vinco) was first identified in the methanolic extract of the leaves ofMTT (3-(4, 5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2, 5-diphenyl-tetrazolium bromide), trypan blue exclusion assay, the Cell Counting Kit (CCK)-8 and flow cytometric analysis were applied to detect the proliferation and apoptosis of HCC cells; electron microscopy was performed to observe the change of cellular mitochondrial morphology; scratch repair and Transwell assays were used to analyze the migration and invasion of HCC cells; expression and localization of proteins were detected by laser confocal microscopy and Western blotting; the growth of the cancer cellsAt a dose of 10 - 80 µg/mL, Vinco inhibited the proliferation, migration, invasion and promoted apoptosis of HCC cells in a dose-dependent manner but had low cytotoxicity effect on normal liver cells. Additionally, 80 µg/mL of Vinco could significantly disrupt the morphology of mitochondria, suppress the migration and invasion of HCC cells. The growth of HCC cells in the animal tumorous model was significantly inhibited after treatment with Vinco (10 mg/kg/day) for 3 days. The results of the present study indicated that Vinco (10 - 80 µg/mL) played a role in activating caspase-3, promoting the expression of phosphate and tension homology deleted on chromosome 10 (PTEN), and inhibiting the phosphorylation of AKT (Ser473) and mTOR (Thr2448); Vinco also has a trait for suppressing the expression of CXCR4, Src, MMP9, EpCAM, Ras, Oct4 and cancer stem cell "stemness markers" CD133 and CD44 in HCC cells.Vinco has a role in inhibiting the malignant behaviors of HCC cells; the role molecular mechanism of Vinco may be involved in restraining expression of the growth-, metastasis-related factors, such as Src, Ras, MMP9, EpCAM, CXCR4; activating the activity of caspase-3 and blocking PI3K/AKT signaling pathway. Thus, Vinco should be considered as a new chemotherapy agent for HCC patients.
