Background and Study Aim. As technology's role in education grows, assessing its efficacy in sports curriculum becomes increasingly crucial. In light of potential limitations in traditional teaching methods, exploring innovative approaches becomes imperative to enhance the learning experience. This study investigates the impact of multimedia usage in teaching the theoretical aspects of volleyball rules within faculties of physical education and sports sciences. Material and Methods. The research included a total of 87 students. From this pool, 20 students were selected to form two groups, each consisting of 10 students. This study compared two groups using two different teaching methods: a multimedia-based program group and a traditional program group. The research employed a descriptive approach and the causal-comparative study method. Results. The results indicated that the use of multimedia had a positive impact on teaching the theoretical aspects of volleyball rules courses. There were statistically significant differences between the pre- and post-measurements of the traditional program group, with the post-measurement being superior. Furthermore, significant differences were observed between the two post-measurements of the two groups, with the multimedia-based program group showing a superior outcome. Conclusions. These results emphasize the potential of multimedia as an effective tool for enriching sports curriculum within faculties of physical education and sports sciences. Further exploration of multimedia's role in education is warranted to harness its full potential for pedagogical enhancement.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of teaching techniques based on neurocognitive, multimedia, socio-cultural, metacognitive, neurocognitive, and multimedia theories on EFL learners’ ability to recall and identify English vocabulary. The semi-experimental method used was pre-test-post-test with a control group constituted the semi-experimental design. All pupils enrolled in English language educational institutions in Qom city in 2021 comprised the statistical population.The statistical sample for this study was comprised of male language learners from two institutions who were selected at random; sixteen experimental groups and 17 control groups were formed. In eight 45-minute sessions, the experimental group was instructed using visual/pictorial methods, the multi-sensory method, circle rotation, narration, and note-taking. In contrast, the control group received instruction using the standard method. Data for the study were obtained from both the experimental and control groups through the administration of a test developed by the instructors. The statistical analysis of covariance and split plot was conducted utilizing version 22 of the SPSS software. It was determined, following the analysis, that techniques based on the proposed domains increase the rate of recall and vocabulary recognition both within and between groups. The findings indicate that the implementation of strategies significantly impacts both the recall and recognition of vocabulary.

In the era of modernisation, mastering modern technologies and innovative working methods is an important aspect of any business. Modern technologies are no less relevant in the work of future directors, because, having mastered them, a specialist can adapt to modern professional trends and improve the quality of their projects. The purpose of this study was to cover the aspects of the use of modern technologies in the training of future directors and to prove that mastering them is necessary for successful professional activity. To fulfil this purpose, the methods of analysis and synthesis, comparison, generalisation, induction and deduction were used. The study revealed the need to use innovative technologies in the work of modern specialists, namely in the activities of future directors. The paper described the specific features of preparing future directors for professional activity in higher education institutions. The study analysed aspects of directing activity in the era of modernisation. The authors described modern technologies and the possibilities of their application in filmmaking. The importance of modern technologies for future specialists in terms of distance education and blended education was covered. The authors described the prospects for the development of film and theatre art if future directors use modern technologies. Positive and negative aspects of the use of modern technologies in filmmaking were covered. Recommendations for improving the process of mastering modern technologies in higher education institutions were provided. It was concluded that future directors need to master modern technologies to develop Ukrainian theatre and cinema. The results of this study can be used by the management of art higher education institutions to develop curricula, by teachers to improve the educational process, and by students when studying and preparing for professional activities.

This paper investigates the integration of augmented reality (AR) technology into English translation teaching for college students, emphasizing the pivotal role of innovative teaching methods in enhancing students' translation skills and learning experiences. To address the issue of insufficient interest in English translation teaching, the paper initially assesses the purpose and significance of learning English translation through a questionnaire survey, elucidating challenges encountered in English language acquisition. Subsequently, adhering to AR principles, a teaching demonstration platform rooted in AR technology is conceived and developed, intricately aligned with English translation instruction. The platform serves as a solution to issues in English learning, such as inadequate course comprehension, low utilization of teaching resources, and instructors' lack of experience. The research culminates in the analysis of survey results, wherein the quantitative disparities in translation ability between students utilizing the research platform and those subjected to traditional teaching methods are examined. The findings underscore the positive impact of the AR-based research platform on improving students' translation proficiency. The AR platform heightens learners' engagement in the learning process, contributes to constructing a robust knowledge framework, and enhances overall learning outcomes. The platform offers educators opportunities to optimize experimental courses and elevate teaching standards. The paper's outcomes present novel pedagogical scenarios for learners, propose technical solutions for other technical disciplines and furnish a theoretical foundation and application model for a new generation of experimental demonstration platforms.

Introducción: las tecnologías de la información en salud pueden estimular la innovación del conocimiento mediante dispositivos y equipos. Las multimedias educativas constituyen un recurso de aprendizaje enfocadas al mejoramiento de la calidad y eficiencia en las Ciencias Médicas. Objetivo: confeccionar una multimedia educativa sobre la Cardiopatía Isquémica para el desarrollo del conocimiento en estudiantes de Medicina. Método: la multimedia es informativa, educativa, que gestiona contenidos dinámicos en diversos formatos y apoya el proceso investigativo para los estudiantes de Medicina. La plataforma que se utiliza es WordPress, gestor de contenidos web, con servidor Xampp. Es una plataforma versátil y ligera, con un diseño minimalista que permite su acceso a nivel local e internacional a través de una URL Web y disponible en todos los dispositivos informáticos. Resultados: la multimedia favoreció el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje proporcionando información, incentivando el interés investigativo, consta de varias secciones que permitieron agrupar los conocimientos teóricos sobre la Cardiopatía Isquémica. Conclusiones: resultó ser una herramienta de aprendizaje dinámico, de fácil manejo por su cientificidad, facilita y proporciona habilidades educacionales en la formación de estudiantes de Medicina.

Introduction Chalk talks are effective teaching tools in the clinical setting. However, data on optimal strategies for teaching medical educators how to develop and deliver them are limited. We designed and implemented two 50-minute workshops to help subspecialty fellows across GME create and deliver a chalk talk. Methods The first workshop comprised a demonstration of an effective chalk talk and a discussion of best practices for creating chalk talks; the second was a practice session where fellows presented their chalk talks and received feedback from faculty and peers. We evaluated pre- and postworkshop confidence in the ability to create and deliver a chalk talk and develop learning objectives. Secondary outcomes were faculty and peer evaluations of the chalk talks. Results Eighteen of 33 participants (54% response rate) completed both pre- and postsession surveys. Fellows reported improved confidence in their ability to create a chalk talk (22% vs. 83%, p < .001), deliver a chalk talk (17% vs. 83%, p < .001), and develop well-written learning objectives (11% vs. 83%, p < .001). After the workshop, participants were more likely to correctly identify a chalk talk that made use of an advanced organizer (67% vs. 89%, p < .05). Thirty-eight faculty and peers completed feedback evaluations of participants’ chalk talks; most rated fellows’ chalk talks highly in domains of content, delivery, design, learning objectives, and engagement. Discussion The incorporation of these workshop within a course on medical education can effectively develop clinical teaching skills among subspecialty fellows in GME.

The aim of this research is to develop an interactive, interesting, effective, and fun multimedia-based e-module for the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) course, which can be accessed online so that it can improve student learning outcomes in e-learning via Moodle LMS. The research method employed is the Research and Development (R&D) method. The research method used is the research and development method, which has been modified by Sukmadinata and consists of a preliminary study stage, a model development stage, and a model test stage. The data used in this research is primary data, a population of teaching lecturers who are experts in teaching Geographic Information Systems courses as an e-module trial. The second primary data is the respondent population of ITB STIKOM Bali students who took the Geographic Information Systems course. The sample used in this study was a simple random sample of students registered to take these courses. The data collection technique used in this research used a Likert scale questionnaire instrument for e-module testing. The questionnaire analysis technique uses the feasibility percentage formula. To determine the effectiveness of the e-module, give a test to a sample of students before and after using the e-module by using the N-gain formula in data analysis. The research findings indicate that the e-module is suitable for use as a learning resource, as it received a positive evaluation from the lecturers who used it, with an average score of 48.5 or 88.2% in the "excellent" category based on Likert scale responses in the questionnaire. Additionally, the e-module is effective for student learning, as evidenced by the N-Gain score of 0.74, with a value greater than 0.7, indicating a high level of effectiveness.

This article discusses the issues of interdisciplinarity and intermediality of art(s). The author has been exploring this subject for many years. Her artistic works, which constitute a kind of spatial-movement visualizations, have been recently enhanced with an additional medium: multimedia. The article broadly refers to the history of the Eurhythmics method creation by its inventor, Emil Jaques-Dalcroze. Music in this method is an inspiration for creative solutions, such as choreography music, in which Dalcroze was heavily inspired by the tradition of Greek chorea - the unity of three. The author highlights the connotations between Dalcroze's concept of music in movement and Dick Higgins’ intermedia art theory. Her original music choreographies are deeply rooted in the contemporary artistic and aesthetic theories, such as: the concept brought forward by William B. Worthen and Manuel DeLanda's theory. The artistic works discussed below present the interdisciplinary and integrative approach to choreography. They were created to be performed with two musical pieces by contemporary Polish composers. The two pieces considerably differ in terms of sound generation, creation techniques, genre, cast of performers, and general nature of music. They have one thing in common, though: the synergy of music, movement and technology.

Security of multimedia content on the Cloud has emerged as the major research area in today's era of the internet. Most exchange of multimedia content across the globe is done over the Cloud. Such communication is done openly in a cloud environment where anyone can quickly access the data. Therefore, it should provide reliable security mechanisms and standards for the shared multimedia data for users. This study highlights better protection of multimedia data over the Cloud than the existing approaches, where the information cannot be unwrapped reasonably. The encryption process is speedup using the multiple VMs over the Cloud for parallel processing of the chunks of the data. The proposed algorithm is well-designed and suited for efficient computation with limited resources,as most wireless devices come with limited bandwidth and computational power. The qualitative and quantitative evaluation is performed to compare the performance of the proposed S-Method model with the state-of-the-art models. The rapid development of live e-commerce in China in recent years has been accompanied by a change in consumer shopping behavior and a general upgrading of consumption in China. The rise and development of e-commerce live shopping mainly stem from the fact that the multimedia live stream provides consumers with a different shopping experience. Based on this, this paper outlines the meaning and application of multimedia, introduces the application of multimedia technology in live e-commerce platforms, constructs a model of the influence of visibility, authenticity, and interactivity of live platforms on consumers' purchase intention, and explores the role of trust in influencing both, using a questionnaire survey for empirical research. The results show that the characteristics of visibility, authenticity, and interactivity have significant positive effects on consumers' purchase intentions, and that trust partially mediates the relationship between the three characteristics of the live streaming platform and consumers' purchase intentions. In summary, the results of this study not only explore the formation mechanism of consumers' purchase intention from the perspective of the characteristics of multimedia e-commerce live streaming platforms, but also provide developers with further improvement ideas for the design of e-commerce live streaming platforms. In the context of a video-based learning environment, the present study examined how to support learners by auditory and visual instructional cues in learning complex materials. Against the background of theories of multimedia learning, we analyzed the effects of cues on cognitive load, learning outcomes, and eye movements. In an experimental between-subjects design with pre- and post-test, 46 participants learned by the support of instructional visual (n = 23) or auditory (n = 23) cues. The learning environment consisted of diagrams of electrical circuits, which were used as cognitive tools for solving physical tasks. There were no significant differences in cognitive load and learning outcomes (.00 ≤ ηp2 ≤.08) between the experimental conditions. However, measures of cognitive load were significant predictors of the learning outcomes. In addition, there were significant influences of prior knowledge on retention (R 2 =.213) and transfer of knowledge (R 2 =.257). A qualitative study delved deeper into gaze pattern of persons with low and high prior knowledge. Here, we found similar effects for both modalities: learners with low prior knowledge tended to show a more detail-oriented gaze pattern towards single elements of the circuits and learners with high prior knowledge tended to show a gaze pattern towards the circuits as a whole. With regard to the differences in the gaze pattern depending on prior knowledge and the complexity of the learning object, both a temporal and an instructional adaptability of the learning environment for learners with low prior knowledge in both modalities appear meaningful. For future research, it seems to be useful to relate the processes and results of learning in terms of a mixed-method approach to gain deeper insight into the use and effects of instructional cueing. The use of animations and images in technology‐based assessments (TBAs) represents a significant change in assessment design. To ensure that appropriate inferences can be drawn from assessments that use multimedia stimuli, their impact on test‐taker performance and behaviour must be investigated. To achieve this, an experiment was conducted with 251 Irish post‐primary students using an animated and text‐image version of the same TBA of scientific literacy. Eye movement (n = 33) and interview data (n = 12) were also collected as a measure of test‐taker attentional behaviour. Overall, there was no significant difference in test‐taker performance when identical items used animated or text‐image stimuli. However, items with dynamic stimuli often had higher discrimination indices indicating that these items were better at distinguishing between those with differing levels of knowledge. Eye movement data also revealed that dynamic item stimuli encouraged longer average fixation durations on the response area of an item. These findings indicate that multimedia stimuli may potentially affect how test‐takers interact with online assessments. This has implications for what claims can be made about a learner's performance on an assessment. Recommendations for policy, practice and future research are considered. Clear, detailed instructional procedures have an important role to play in laboratory teaching to not only produce consistent results but also ensure safe practices. Student success in using these procedures can be strengthened through the use of video resources. However, not all video content will have the same impact. Videos must have sufficient relevance and focus to connect with the user's experience level. Achieving this target can be a challenge for a subject matter expert because they have come a long way from first learning the relevant lab skills. As a result, drawing on the fresh perspective of recent trainees to generate instructional video content can make a difference in the effectiveness of the final product. Trainees' heightened awareness of new experiences can better focus the content on the most straightforward essentials and shape the content into a storylike format, amplifying the power to connect with future users. In this article, we identify and explain elements that contribute to the development of robust student-generated video resources, including principles of cognition, instructional design, and social networking. The significance of Technological and Vocational Education (TVE) lies in producing professionals with competencies that are required to support the academic community. The aim of this study was to build an Information System of Laboratory (ISLab) that would improve the performance of the technical and vocational educational laboratory. The proposed information system was built based on multimedia featuring text, graphics, 3D images, grassroots access, and top-down reviews. The study used the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) technique, and the data was analyzed using descriptive, gain-score, and inferential factorial design. The study findings proved that ISLab operated in accordance with laboratory standards and achieved a performance of 90.3% according to user needs. Furthermore, laboratory management using ISLab was found more effective than conventional management system, and the proposed method of management enabled interaction with user groups that led to an increase in performance of laboratory staff and lecturers. In the context of a full-scale war, participants in the educational process are implementing innovative strategies for adapting to new realities, based on the development and application of models of blended learning. The purpose of the academic paper is to study the features of the blended learning methodology in crisis situations with the identification of advantages and risks. The research was conducted using general scientific methods of cognition: analysis, synthesis, comparison, abstraction, specification, generalization, and formalization. In the course of the research, the existing models of the mixed type of educational process and the means of their practical implementation in educational institutions were analyzed. The problems of blended learning in the crisis period of military conflict are actualized, its features are presented. The risks accompanying the process of implementing the blended learning methodology are identified, and variations of measures to prevent them are proposed. It has been proven that the quality of the blended learning process depends on the teacher’s digital competencies in the online process. It has been established that the trend under study enriches the students’ learning experience and stimulates their motivation to study. The level of efficiency of blended learning is analyzed in comparison with distance and traditional learning. It has been determined that blended learning is much more effective than traditional and distance learning subject to careful planning of the educational process and a reasonable selection of tools. The essence of the methodology of blended learning as an innovative technology of the educational process and its effective anti-crisis format is proven. The practical significance of the research results lies in the possibility of their productive use in the process of optimizing the system of education in war conditions by improving existing and developing new methods and algorithms of blended learning. Augmented reality has promised a new paradigm in medical education. Multimedia videos are the most preferred assent for augmentation. So, this study aimed to assess the effect of using an augmented reality infographic poster for delivering micro-videos on the knowledge and satisfaction of medical students in cardiology rotation. Sixty students participated in this quasi-experimental study and were allocated to three study groups; namely routine method, routine method plus offline micro-video delivery, and routine method plus micro-video delivery in an augmented reality infographic poster. The students' knowledge and satisfaction were evaluated through a multiple-choice question pre and post-test and a satisfaction questionnaire respectively. Within-group comparison of pre and post-test scores showed a significant increase in each study group (all p-values = 0.000). The highest post-test score was for the offline micro-video delivery group and pairwise comparisons of post-test scores showed a significant difference between this group and the control one (p-value = 0.013). Additionally, the augmented reality infographic poster group had the highest satisfaction score (p-value = 0.000). This experience showed the positive effect of micro-videos in clinical education. Although students were satisfied with accessing these videos through an augmented reality infographic poster, their knowledge acquisition was better when they received them offline. With the continuous development of the social economy, multimedia has been valued more and more as a computer technology with strong professional technology and high application level. The quality of multimedia professionals is predicted and analyzed for multimedia professional talent through the Internet according to a Chinese keyword extraction algorithm. It realizes the extraction of keywords through Internet intelligence information acquisition for solving the problem of Internet information explosion, aiming to solve the talent quality prediction analysis. The prediction and analysis of multimedia professional talent quality play a crucial role in talent recruitment and development in the ever-evolving multimedia industry. This paper constructed a Fuzzy Secured Hybrid Search (FSHS) for keyword extraction in the Chinese Language. The proposed FSHS model computes the features in the text for the computation of the talent quality prediction for the extraction of the keywords. Through the utilization of the fuzzy logic model, the features in the text are computed and classification is performed classification and extraction of the features. The simulation results show that the Chinese keyword extraction algorithm has a high recall rate and precision rate, and can effectively predict the quality of professional talents. Growing network technology and computing facilities present greater opportunities for the e‐commerce industry to sell digital content on an easily assessable platform. However, digital content creators need help due to digital content easily copying and redistributing without quality degradation. Digital rights management (DRM) systems are built up to deal with content piracy and effective distribution. However, traditional two‐party DRM systems are client–server architecture, which may create a bottleneck situation for large networks. At the same time, a multidistributor DRM (MD‐DRM) system can offer content distribution more effectively. However, as the number of distributors increases, chances of security and privacy vulnerability may increase. Thus, a MD‐DRM system requires with an effective mechanism of privacy‐preserving and secure content distribution. We proposed a privacy‐preserving and authorized content distribution framework that remains compatible with multiple distributors and single‐distributor architecture to achieve basic security attributes. Besides, the proposed scheme does not breach the key parameters of accountability. This article describes the standardization trends in the International Organization for Standardization/International Electrotechnical Commission Joint Technical Committee 1 (ISO/IEC JTC 1)/Subcommittee 29 (SC 29), and International Telecommunication Union - Telecommunication Standardization Sector (ITU-T) Study Group 16 (SG16) as well as ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 27 and ITU-T SG17. Both SC 29 and SG16 deal with multimedia coding and transmission and are shaping the future of entertainment and business communication. Both SC 27 and SG17 work on standardization related to information security and communication security and are helping to strengthen the reliability and privacy protection of the rapidly evolving digital society. The advancement of technology has impacted how students learn, including the interaction between curriculum and multimedia integration. Counselor educators are positioned to integrate multimedia into curriculum to help facilitate professional and personal growth for counselors-in-training. However, it is imperative that culturally responsive pedagogical practices guide multimedia inclusion to effectively promote the development and learning of counselors-in-training. Currently, due to the radical transformations taking place in all spheres of education, the issue of improving the quality of education and the problems of training and educating specialists who meet all the needs of modern society is acute. The purpose of our research is to establish a theoretical substantiation of the use of new information technologies in the independent work of students and to conduct an experimental test of its effectiveness. We studied and analyzed the research experience of organizing independent work for students using the new information technologies through a pedagogical experiment, observations, a survey, testing, and statistical processing of the data we obtained during the study. The pedagogical experiment was carried out in three stages: a defining experiment, an organizational experiment, and a formative experiment. In total, 306 first-year students of K.I. Skryabin Kyrgyz National Agrarian University, Jusup Balasagyn Kyrgyz National University, and S. Naamatov Naryn State University participated in the study. During the implementation of each of the research stages, we identified the main components, i.e., the organizational, methodological, and controlling conditions, and the methods of developing and implementing web technologies, as well as technologies for developing educational and electronic tools for students' independent work in the conditions of using new information technologies. The relationship between active learning and student success, how technology-based educational tools can be designed to facilitate active learning, and how they positively impact student self-efficacy and self-regulation, including metacognitive awareness will be explicated. In today's society, the application of multimedia data is increasing, and the accompanying data security is also an important issue. This paper will analyze the data security of multimedia network based on routing algorithm. The advantages of wireless local area networks (WLAN) and ad hoc networks are combined in wireless mesh networks (WMNs), which have steadily grown to be a reliable method of wireless broadband access. The application of multi RF and multi-channel technology improves the performance of WMN. However, the limitation that includes the number of wireless network interface cards and channels in the network, results in the great challenges ofrouting and channel allocation in multi RF and multi-channel WMN. Based on AODV algorithm, this paper proposes a new cross layer routing algorithm which is JRCA-AODV algorithm. The simulation results demonstrate that the JRCA-AODValgorithm can successfully increase multiRF multi-channel WMN throughput while lowering packet loss rate and network delay. Take the packet rate of 8 Mbps as an example, the network throughput based on JRCA-AODV algorithm is 1.14 times that of MRMC-AODV algorithm, the packet loss rate based on JRCA-AODV algorithm is 14.06% lower than that of MRMC-AODV algorithm, and the network time delay based on JRCA-AODV algorithm is 14.27% lower than that of MRMC-AODV algorithm. At the same time, JRCA-AODV algorithm can effectively reduce the probability of data loss caused by the competitive and shared access mechanism of the channel, improve the success rate of data transmission, thus reduce the probability of data eavesdropping and tampering in the process of repeated transmission, and improve the security of multimedia network data.This will provide a new direction for promoting the idea of multimedia data security. Anatomists are facing a new generation of learners who will study and work in a technology‐rich environment. Indeed, digital technologies are tremendously changing how information and knowledge are communicated and retrieved. However, it remains unclear whether an anatomy assessment can be designed to promote contextual learning through integrating a digital communication strategy. To investigate this, assessment methods were diversified in the first‐year neuroanatomy and third‐year regional anatomy curricula through implementing a multimedia human anatomy group assignment integrating digital literacies and scientific communication. Through completing this multimedia assignment, students demonstrated their anatomy knowledge transfer using a range of approaches. The main mode of presentations chosen in the two anatomy units were non‐animated video presentations (~50%), animated video presentations (~30%), storyboards (~10%), podcasts (~3%), and filmed videos (~3%). A 5‐point Likert scale learning and teaching survey was conducted for a total of 195 undergraduate health science students to evaluate students' perception of this group assignment. The majority of students (70–80%) strongly agreed or agreed that the multimedia group assignment helped their teamwork skills. Students who produced animated videos significantly outperformed those who adopted the non‐animated presentations during the end‐of‐semester theory examination (p < 0.05). This study demonstrates that an anatomy group assignment integrating digital literacy and scientific communication is an effective assessment strategy associated with a positive learning experience and outcome. This inquiry‐based assignment promotes learning through assessment, allowing students to not only consolidate and extend anatomy knowledge but also developing effective digital communication skills, providing new insights into non‐didactic anatomy assessments. The study aimed to determine the Teachers' perception on the use of multimedia in teaching Mathematics at Sta. Cruz Elementary School District I - A, Division of Antipolo City during the School Year 2018 - 2019. The study found out that most of the respondents were young with the age bracket ranging from 31 - 40 years of age. Majority of the respondents were female and have been working with the school below 10 years. 47% of them are on Master's level, and no one is a doctorate graduate. The respondents' level in terms of their knowledge of using computers is found to be highly competent. The test for significant difference on the perception of teachers on the use of multimedia instructional materials with respect to their age, length of service, educational attainment and level of computer knowledge failed to reject the null hypothesis, while in terms of the gender, the null hypothesis is accepted. The teachers' perception of the use of multimedia instructional materials in teaching mathematics is very effective on pupils' motivation and much effective on lesson presentation and learning assessment. The test for the significant difference in the teachers' perception on the use of multimedia instructional materials and the academic performance of pupils rejected the null hypothesis. Technological innovation creates new opportunities for teachers to practice new methods of language teaching. Innovative teachers try to find new way for language teaching to improve their quality of teaching. Having sufficient information from teachers' technological innovation level is an effective predictor of language learners' achievements. Therefore, current research sought to assess Iranian English language teachers' level of technological innovation. The main data were collected from 375 EFL teachers compromising 125 university teachers, 125 high school teachers, and 125 institute teachers through a predesigned and validated questionnaire and interview. The results from the MANOVA indicated no significant differences among the high school, language institute, and university EFL teachers' overall means of technological innovation. Findings also revealed that most of the teachers are almost at the same level and have some information about technological innovations and try to apply them in their process of teaching in the classroom. 'The Face Between Us' investigates Otherness by examining the gaze and perceptions formed through embodied experiences. Initially focused on the neurotypical gaze on autism, particularly in relation to my brother with Asperger's syndrome, the research shifted to exploring self-perception and the concepts of 'us' and 'them'. Grounded in the theories of Mulvey, Levinas and Kristeva, and employing autoethnography, the project uses multimedia illustrations, such as animations on mirrors and fog screens, to create an immersive experience. This qualitative research aims to examine the basics of Chinese listening ability by organizing workload-based learning with multimedia for first-year students learning Chinese as a foreign language at different universities in Thailand. As a result of workload-based learning with multimedia, Chinese listeners are better equipped to develop their listening skills. Using workload-based learning management with multimedia, the development of Chinese listening ability has been evaluated and improved by implementing workload-based learning. As interview participants, we selected 20 first-year Chinese language students randomly from several universities in Thailand. The experimental model was additionally developed and 7 Chinese teachers and experts were invited to evaluate it. According to the results, Chinese listening ability combined with workload-oriented learning management and multimedia for students has a significant effectiveness and the Chinese listening ability model with workload-oriented learning management and multimedia for high-level students has shown greater effectiveness. Chinese listening abilities are also being explored using a variety of workload-oriented learning arrangements accompanied by multimedia. The findings provide valuable insights into how multimedia can be used to enhance learning outcomes and identify ways to better support students in their Chinese language learning. The research also highlights the importance of workload-based learning management for Chinese listening ability and provides a model for how it can be implemented in the classroom. The roots of misconceptions in mathematics among first-year students at Hashemite University can be traced back to a flaw in the foundation of their previous mathematics knowledge acquired over the course of their academic years. This flaw presents a significant challenge for them during their studies. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of multimedia and virtual environments in reducing misconceptions in mathematics among first-year students at Hashemite University, based on the conflict strategy. The study sample consisted of a random cluster sample of 109 male and female students from Hashemite University. The researcher observed the students and recorded their test scores. The researcher conducted face-to-face interviews to collect data for the study and performed statistical analysis using the t-test. The results showed that the percentage of misconceptions in mathematics among firstyear students at the Hashemite University for types 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, respectively, amounted to 23%, 8%, 13.8%, 14.7%, and 0%. And 13.8%. Background: Poor competence in clinical examination skills among nurses has been reported in practice, and there is a strong consensus that physical examination (PE) education must be improved. However, deficiencies cannot be resolved by theoretical training alone, and new training approaches are required to enable nursing students to perform PE accurately. This study aimed to determine and compare the effect of two new educational methods (mentorship and educational video methods) on the physical examination skills of Iranian nursing students. Methods: This study was a clinical audit with three group pretest posttest design. Eligible nursing students were recruited through the census method and assigned to three groups (mentorship, educational videos, and control group) using permuted block randomization. Students were taught PE skills in three vital systems through three approaches (mentors, educational videos, and routine educational methods). Data were collected using a two-part instrument consisting of a demographic information questionnaire and a 32-item checklist for assessing the students' skills in examining the respiratory system (10 items), cardiovascular system (13 items), and 12 cranial nerves (9 items). Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 16 and descriptive and analytical statistical tests. Results: At baseline, students in all groups scored less than half of the possible scores in all three systems, and the mean scores of the three groups were not statistically different (P > 0.05). After the intervention, the mean scores of students in the mentorship group increased significantly in all three systems (P < 0.001), whereas the mean scores of students in the educational video group and the control group did not change significantly (P > 0.05). Furthermore, after the intervention, the mean scores of the educational video group and the control group did not significantly differ in any of the three systems (P > 0.05). The ANCOVA showed that with posttest score as the covariate, PE skills in all three systems improved one week after the intervention in the mentor group compared to the control group and the educational video group. However, PE skills in all three systems did not improve one week after the intervention in the educational video group compared to the control group. Conclusions: The mentorship method is more effective than the educational video and routine methods for teaching PE skills to nursing students. Nursing schools can use the mentor method in training nursing students, and it is recommended to revise the PE lesson unit in the nursing curriculum and exchange it from a purely theoretical-based unit to a mixture of theoretical and clinical-based training. Educational videos alone cannot improve nursing students' PE skills; thus, if educational videos are used to teach clinical skills, it is necessary to hold hands-on sessions to provide feedback to students and correct their mistakes. Image security plays a vital role in communication networks. Despite advancements in encryption, securing protective image data remains a computationally challenging problem, requiring the use of a secure environment to secure data transmitted from the device through the network. Encryption is essential for safeguarding essential data against unauthorized access or malfunction, especially for images. The contribution of the proposed model is to provide an analytical hybrid Harris Hawk Optimization (HHO) with a chaotic map approach which can be used to improve the overall performance of standard encryption techniques in image-based encrypted communication. Previously, the algorithm computes numerous chaotic Logistic map and an encrypted images, where the pending plain image calculates the session key for the map's input parameters. Afterwards, encrypted images are presented as hawks and made to work well with HHO. The optimized ciphered image is expressed as a fitness function using correlation coefficients related to nearby pixels. When compared to existing algorithms, the proposed NPCR (99%), UACI (33%), and entropy (7.97) demonstrate superior performance. In the 2017 translation of his article "France-Japan: The Coral Writers," Michaël Ferrier explores the concept of the coral writer, or écrivain du corail. Echoing Fabien Arribert-Narce (2021), this article initially identifies Ferrier himself as an écrivain du corail and expands this concept further as it unearths resonances between creolization and Ferrier's own writing. This article revisits a multimedia project from the 2022 Winthrop-King conference Tokyo Stories: Writing the World with Michaël Ferrier in order to demonstrate that mirroring Ferrier's unique style allows for participation in and promotion of creolization. Using content from the collaborative project entitled "Poétique de la déroute chez Michaël Ferrier : une approche mimétique du fragment" and created with doctoral candidate Carine Schermann, this brief commentary accentuates the unexpected but beneficial discoveries that await if one interprets the world in the style of Ferrier: writing "from the inside" (Ferrier, "France-Japan" 19) and composing seismographically (Ferrier, "L'écrivain sismographe" 96). Aim: To assess the understanding and the recall of information using three communication tools: a video, a PowerPoint presentation and a flyer. Methods: We conducted a randomized clinical trial on a sample of 135 patients, divided into three groups (a) (b) and (c). Each group received a different form of information: a written pamphlet, a PowerPoint presentation and a video. The evaluation was conducted using a survey administered in two phases, in the short term (T1) and in the medium term (T2). Results: This study showed that all three tools were equally effective and valid in informing the patient. The results also showed that for some risks the audiovisual tools were better in terms of information including the risk of root resorption, and articular pain with a statistically significant difference. The effectiveness of these tools was different during the two stages T1 and T2 after one month of the first phase of information T1, the results showed no statistically significant difference between the information in the short and medium term. Conclusion: This study allowed us to verify the most effective information tool among the three tools used, which allows to establish a validated and reliable communication system within the care unit of Casablanca's department of orthopedics. With the advent of 5G+ services, it has become increasingly convenient for mobile users to enjoy high-quality multimedia content from CDN driven streaming and catch-up TV services (Netflix, iPlayer) in the (post-) COVID over-the-top (OTT) content rush. To relieve ISP owned fixed-line networks from CDN streamed multimedia traffic, system ideas (e.g., Wi-Stitch in [45]) have been proposed to (a) leverage 5G services and enable consumers to share cached multimedia content at the edge, and (b) consequently, and more importantly, reduce IP traffic at the core network. Unfortunately, given that contemporary multimedia content might be a monetized asset, these ideas do not take this important fact into account for shared content. We present EdgeMart--a content provider (CP) federated, and computationally sustainable networked (graphical) market economy for paid-sharing of cached licensed (OTT) content with autonomous users of a wireless edge network (WEN). EdgeMart is a unique oligopoly multimedia market (economy) that comprises competing networked sub-markets of non-cooperative content sellers/buyers--each sub-market consisting of a single buyer connected (networked) to only a subset of sellers. We prove that for any WEN-supported supply-demand topology, a pure strategy EdgeMart equilibrium exists that is (a) nearly efficient (in a microeconomic sense) indicating economy sustainability, (b) robust to edge user entry/exit, and (c) can be reached in poly-time (indicating computational sustainability). In addition, we experimentally show that for physical WENs of varying densities, a rationally selfish EdgeMart economy induces similar orders of multimedia IP traffic savings when compared to the ideal (relatively less practical), altruistic, and non-monetized "economy" implemented atop the recently introduced Wi-Stitch WEN-based content trading architecture. Background: Many educators have developed an interest in an emerging new concept called entertainment education (edutainment). Edutainment is a kind of tool that, in this age of technology, can be easily incorporated into education. Objectives: This study aimed to use edutainment for teaching orthodontic lateral cephalometric and dental cast analysis as well as to evaluate the dental students' attitudes towards it. Methods: In this cross-sectional study, the multimedia-enhanced with edutainmentwas designed using Articulate Storyline version 3.5. To evaluate the students' attitudes, 52 ninth-semester dental students doing their second semester in 2019 - 2020 were included in the study. Thenthey were asked to complete a standard questionnaire with a 7-point Likert scale fromstrongly disagree to strongly agree and including 26 items in eight domains of perceived self-efficacy, perceived satisfaction, understanding usefulness, behavioral concept, e-learning system quality, interactive learning activities, e-learning effectiveness, and multimedia instructions. Data were analyzed and expressed using independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, and descriptive statistics. Results: The majority of the studentshadpositive attitudes towards the areas of perceived self-efficacy(83.3%), perceived satisfaction (90.4%), perceived usefulness (96.8%), behavioral intention (91.7%), e-learning system quality (75%), interactive learning activities (73.1%), e-learning effectiveness (88.5%), and multimedia education (85.3%). Conclusions: In sum, the students' attitudes towards learning were positively and significantly influenced by the designed educational multimedia enhanced with edutainments to teach lateral cephalometric analysis in orthodontics. It was found that the application of edutainment as an educational tool together with traditional training may have been an effective method for teaching and, therefore, it was recommended that edutainment should be used as an alternative to traditional methods during crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic. The amount of visual content is increasing, and therefore, cognitive processes are adapting to new conditions. Technologies are changing, and needs are changing, which in turn leads to a new stage of technology development. Technologies are becoming more complex and at the same time becoming more understandable and familiar to users, simplifying the processes of perception and processing of information. Advances in the field of image creation and processing have significantly expanded the possibilities and ways of presenting visual information. There is a need to investigate the features of the processes of human perception of visual information from the standpoint of various theoretical approaches. The article contains the results of a study of the perception of visual information in the digital environment by people of different ages, the features of its processing, memorization, comprehension. Modern digital space forms new perceptual and cognitive styles of information processing, which are associated with the development of awareness of digital content consumption – depending on the goals of online activity – sometimes a thoughtful and contemplative perception and comprehension of data is necessary, and sometimes it is enough to identify keywords or images and, based on them, view certain data and draw conclusions. It is this awareness of digital content consumption that allows you to experience a unique cognitive experience in a digital environment, which allows you to experience emotional satisfaction from studying and perceiving data, and not just from studying them.
