Changes in the composition of various chemical elements in ancient nephrite artifacts due to prolonged burial are critical factors that should not be underestimated. However, the increasingly stringent heritage management has made many techniques impractical. Consequently, portable X‐ray fluorescence (pXRF) has become an indispensable nondestructive field analysis method. This paper aims to make use of the pXRF dataset to distinguish which elements tested are endogenous or exogenous, as well as to gauge which elements have been affected by stronger burial effects. More specifically, we carry out this work on the example of 103 pieces of nephrite excavated from different cemeteries in the Nanyang area. In addition to traditional statistical techniques, a new tool, the concentration‐number (C‐N) fractal method can shed new light on the analysis of the distribution patterns of different elements in excavated nephrite. The anomalous boundaries generated by the method have clear geochemical significance and can be delineated between background zone and disturbed regions. The degree of resistance of different elements to fluctuations in external factors was assessed, which has a direct relationship with the content of the buried soil. Introduction: The aging of the skin, which is affected by both external and internal causes, can reflect the external age and the internal health status. While the aging characteristics differ across ethnic groups, the specific changes in skin aging within the Chinese population have been underexplored. Moreover, investigating the similarity of aging skin characteristics between parent-offspring pairs remains uncharted territory. This study aims to fill these gaps by examining the skin aging features of Chinese women and assessing the similarity in aging skin characteristics between mother-daughter pairs. Methods: A total of 40 mother-daughter pairs were recruited and analyzed. The perceived ages of the participants were evaluated, and their aging skin traits were systematically graded. Statistical methods were employed to discern the trends of the aging skin characteristics. By introducing a novel similarity parameter, we compared whether various skin aging characteristics have similar patterns between mothers and daughters. Results: Our findings indicate that age 50 represents a pivotal point in skin aging. Beyond this age, the increase in rhytides and laxity scores accelerated noticeably, whereas the escalation in dyschromia scores became less marked. By introducing similar parameters between mother-daughter pairs and the radar map, we discovered that the skin aging characteristics are remarkably consistent between mother-daughter pairs. Conclusion: Understanding the main aging skin characteristics of different age groups can allow caregivers to devise treatments for preventing skin aging in women of various ages. The mother's skin aging trend is also significant for the daughter's skin aging prevention. Remarkably, a consistent pattern of aging characteristics was observed between mother-daughter pairs, suggesting a potential genetic influence. This study not only sheds light on the specific skin aging patterns among Chinese women but also underscores the significance of genetic factors in shaping these patterns. Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP) is a rare cutaneous sarcoma characterized by the COL1A1‐PDGFB fusion gene. This study utilized single‐cell RNA sequencing to dissect the cellular and molecular landscape of primary DFSP. Distinct DFSP cell clusters, exhibiting fibroblast‐like traits, revealed variations in pathways associated with proliferation, inflammation and metabolism. Differential gene expression analysis during the differentiation from tumour stem cells to DFSP cells unveiled SMOC2, DCN and TGFBR3 as potential regulators of tumour invasion and immune infiltration through VEGF/TGF‐β signalling modulation. Cellular communication analysis highlighted interactions within DFSP cell clusters and with endothelial cells, implicating molecules such as NAMPT, ANGPT2 and PTN in pathogenesis and treatment resistance. Inspired by recent observations of T c s ¯ 0 (2900) 0 in the D s + π - invariant mass distribution of B 0 → D ¯ 0 D s + π - decay and T c s ¯ 0 (2900) + + in the D s + π + invariant mass distribution of B + → D - D s + π + decay, we investigate the T c s ¯ 0 (2900) + + contribution to the B + → K + D + D - decay in a molecular scenario, where we consider T c s ¯ 0 (2900) + + as a D ∗ + K ∗ + molecular state. Our estimations indicate that the fit fraction of T c s ¯ 0 (2900) + + in the B + → K + D + D - is about 13 % , and its signal is visible in the D + K + invariant mass distribution. With the involvement of T c s ¯ 0 (2900) + + , the fit fractions of χ c 0 (3915) and χ c 2 (3930) may be much different with the ones obtained by the amplitude analysis in Ref. [Aaij et al. Phys. Rev. D 102:112003, 2020], which may shed light on the long standing puzzle of χ c 0 (3915) as the conventional charmonium. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Debris flow is a common geological disaster in mountainous areas, which occurs frequently in the rainy season and has strong mobility and destructiveness, often bringing serious loss of life and property. Previous studies have focused more on single outbreaks of debris flow disasters, and less on multiple outbreaks of debris flow disasters in the same gully during the rainy season, which makes it more difficult to carry out prevention and control work for similar disasters. Because the occurrence of the disaster has its corresponding geomechanical model as the basis, which provides the necessary scientific basis for the prevention and control of the disaster. Through data collection, field investigation, drone aerial photography, modelling and rainfall data analysis, the geological environment of Yizhong River Basin and the frequent occurrence mechanism of debris flow disasters were investigated, and a conjugate shear-type disaster-inducing geomechanical model was proposed. With the help of RAMMS numerical simulation software, the dynamic mechanism of the disaster threatening the life and property safety of the residents in Deqin County was analysed to provide the necessary scientific basis for the prevention and control of the Yizhong River debris flow disaster. Base on the characteristics of the geological environment in alpine and gorge areas, the necessity and advantage of applying the nap-of-the- object photogrammetry technology to engineering geological survey in alpine and gorge areas are put forward. The blood brain barrier (BBB) limits the application of most therapeutic drugs for neurological diseases (NDs). Hybrid cell membrane‐coated nanoparticles derived from different cell types can mimic the surface properties and functionalities of the source cells, further enhancing their targeting precision and therapeutic efficacy. Neuroinflammation has been increasingly recognized as a critical factor in the pathogenesis of various NDs, especially Alzheimer's disease (AD). In this study, a novel cell membrane coating is designed by hybridizing the membrane from platelets and chemokine (C–C motif) receptor 2 (CCR2) cells are overexpressed to cross the BBB and target neuroinflammatory lesions. Past unsuccessful endeavors in AD drug development underscore the challenge of achieving favorable outcomes when utilizing single‐mechanism drugs.Two drugs with different mechanisms of actions into liposomes are successfully loaded to realize multitargeting treatment. In a transgenic mouse model for familial AD (5xFAD), the administration of these drug‐loaded hybrid cell membrane liposomes results in a significant reduction in amyloid plaque deposition, neuroinflammation, and cognitive impairments. Collectively, the hybrid cell membrane‐coated nanomaterials offer new opportunities for precise drug delivery and disease‐specific targeting, which represent a versatile platform for targeted therapy in AD. Objective We aimed to explore the clinical efficacy of precise electro-acupuncture stimulation in the pterygopalatine fossa for the treatment of chronic sinusitis. Methods In total, 40 patients with chronic sinusitis who visited the Xiyuan Hospital, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences between January 2022 and January 2023 were selected. The subjects were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group (receiving precise electro-acupuncture in the pterygopalatine fossa) and the control group (receiving standard western medical treatment), with 20 cases in each groups. The treatments were administered twice a week for a period of 12 weeks. The effectiveness of the treatments was evaluated through computed tomography(CT) of the sinus changes and the Lund-Mackay scoring system. Results In cases of total opacity and partial opacity, there were significant differences between the two patient groups before and after treatment (P < 0.05). Intra-group comparison revealed statistically significant improvements in both groups before and after treatment (P < 0.05). The treatment group exhibited significant improvement in various sinus conditions (P < 0.05), while in the control group, a significant improvement was only observed in the left maxillary sinus (P < 0.05). Inter-group comparison also demonstrated that the treatment group's improvements were superior to those of the control group across multiple indicators (P < 0.05). Conclusion The precise electro-acupuncture stimulation technique in the pterygopalatine fossa demonstrated significant therapeutic effects in the treatment of chronic sinusitis, with superior outcomes with respect to radiological changes compared to standard western medicine treatment. In the present work, the production of Ξ (1620) - in the K - p scattering process is investigated by using an effective Lagrangian approach, where Ξ (1620) - is considered as a K - Λ molecular state. Our estimations indicate that the cross sections for K - p → K + Ξ (1620) - are (1. 48 - 0.69 + 1.12) μ b at P K = 2.8 GeV , where the uncertainties are resulted from the variation of the model parameter. As for the K - p → π 0 Ξ - K + process, the cross sections are estimated to be (0. 61 - 0.29 + 0.47) μ b at P K = 2.87 GeV , which is consistent with the experimental measurements.
