Abstract Background 18F-FDG PET/CT is widely utilized in the management of cancer patients. The aim of this paper was to comprehensively describe the specific methodology utilized in our single-institution cumulative retrospective experience with a multimodal imaging and detection approach to 18F-FDG-directed surgery for known/suspected malignancies. Methods From June 2005-June 2010, 145 patients were injected with 18F-FDG in anticipation of surgical exploration, biopsy, and possible resection of known/suspected malignancy. Each patient underwent one or more of the following: (1) same-day preoperative patient diagnostic PET/CT imaging, (2) intraoperative gamma probe assessment, (3) clinical PET/CT specimen scanning of whole surgically resected specimens (WSRS), research designated tissues (RDT), and/or sectioned research designated tissues (SRDT), (4) micro PET/CT specimen scanning of WSRS, RDT, and/or SRDT, (5) total radioactivity counting of each SRDT piece by an automatic gamma well counter, and (6) same-day postoperative patient diagnostic PET/CT imaging. Results Same-day 18F-FDG injection dose was 15.1 (± 3.5, 4.6-26.1) mCi. Fifty-five same-day preoperative patient diagnostic PET/CT scans were performed. One hundred forty-two patients were taken to surgery. Three of the same-day preoperative patient diagnostic PET/CT scans led to the cancellation of the anticipated surgical procedure. One hundred forty-one cases utilized intraoperative gamma probe assessment. Sixty-two same-day postoperative patient diagnostic PET/CT scans were performed. WSRS, RDT, and SRDT were scanned by clinical PET/CT imaging and micro PET/CT imaging in 109 and 32 cases, 33 and 22 cases, and 49 and 26 cases, respectively. Time from 18F-FDG injection to same-day preoperative patient diagnostic PET/CT scan, intraoperative gamma probe assessment, and same-day postoperative patient diagnostic PET/CT scan were 73 (± 9, 53-114), 286 (± 93, 176-532), and 516 (± 134, 178-853) minutes, respectively. Time from 18F-FDG injection to scanning of WSRS, RDT, and SRDT by clinical PET/CT imaging and micro PET/CT imaging were 389 (± 148, 86-741) and 458 (± 97, 272-656) minutes, 619 (± 119, 253-846) and 661 (± 117, 433-835) minutes, and 674 (± 186, 299-1068) and 752 (± 127, 499-976) minutes, respectively. Conclusions Our multimodal imaging and detection approach to 18F-FDG-directed surgery for known/suspected malignancies is technically and logistically feasible and may allow for real-time intraoperative staging, surgical planning and execution, and determination of completeness of surgical resection.

Abstract Background 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography (18F-FDG-PET) is widely used in diagnostic cancer imaging. However, the use of 18F-FDG in PET-based imaging is limited by its specificity and sensitivity. In contrast, anti-TAG (tumor associated glycoprotein)-72 monoclonal antibodies are highly specific for binding to a variety of adenocarcinomas, including colorectal cancer. The aim of this preliminary study was to evaluate a complimentary determining region (CDR)-grafted humanized CH2-domain-deleted anti-TAG-72 monoclonal antibody (HuCC49deltaCH2), radiolabeled with iodine-124 (124I), as an antigen-directed and cancer-specific targeting agent for PET-based imaging. Methods HuCC49deltaCH2 was radiolabeled with 124I. Subcutaneous tumor implants of LS174T colon adenocarcinoma cells, which express TAG-72 antigen, were grown on athymic Nu/Nu nude mice as the xenograft model. Intravascular (i.v.) and intraperitoneal (i.p.) administration of 124I-HuCC49deltaCH2 was then evaluated in this xenograft mouse model at various time points from approximately 1 hour to 24 hours after injection using microPET imaging. This was compared to i.v. injection of 18F-FDG in the same xenograft mouse model using microPET imaging at 50 minutes after injection. Results At approximately 1 hour after i.v. injection, 124I-HuCC49deltaCH2 was distributed within the systemic circulation, while at approximately 1 hour after i.p. injection, 124I-HuCC49deltaCH2 was distributed within the peritoneal cavity. At time points from 18 hours to 24 hours after i.v. and i.p. injection, 124I-HuCC49deltaCH2 demonstrated a significantly increased level of specific localization to LS174T tumor implants (p = 0.001) when compared to the 1 hour images. In contrast, approximately 50 minutes after i.v. injection, 18F-FDG failed to demonstrate any increased level of specific localization to a LS174T tumor implant, but showed the propensity toward more nonspecific uptake within the heart, Harderian glands of the bony orbits of the eyes, brown fat of the posterior neck, kidneys, and bladder. Conclusions On microPET imaging, 124I-HuCC49deltaCH2 demonstrates an increased level of specific localization to tumor implants of LS174T colon adenocarcinoma cells in the xenograft mouse model on delayed imaging, while 18F-FDG failed to demonstrate this. The antigen-directed and cancer-specific 124I-radiolabled anti-TAG-72 monoclonal antibody conjugate, 124I-HuCC49deltaCH2, holds future potential for use in human clinical trials for preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative PET-based imaging strategies, including fused-modality PET-based imaging platforms.

Abstract The concept of radioguided surgery, which was first developed some 60 years ago, involves the use of a radiation detection probe system for the intraoperative detection of radionuclides. The use of gamma detection probe technology in radioguided surgery has tremendously expanded and has evolved into what is now considered an established discipline within the practice of surgery, revolutionizing the surgical management of many malignancies, including breast cancer, melanoma, and colorectal cancer, as well as the surgical management of parathyroid disease. The impact of radioguided surgery on the surgical management of cancer patients includes providing vital and real-time information to the surgeon regarding the location and extent of disease, as well as regarding the assessment of surgical resection margins. Additionally, it has allowed the surgeon to minimize the surgical invasiveness of many diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, while still maintaining maximum benefit to the cancer patient. In the current review, we have attempted to comprehensively evaluate the history, technical aspects, and clinical applications of radioguided surgery using gamma detection probe technology.

Abstract Background 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose (18F-FDG) positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) has become an established method for detecting hypermetabolic sites of known and occult disease and is widely used in oncology surgical planning. Intraoperatively, it is often difficult to localize tumors and verify complete resection of tumors that have been previously detected on diagnostic PET/CT at the time of the original evaluation of the cancer patient. Therefore, we propose an innovative approach for intraoperative tumor localization and verification of complete tumor resection utilizing 18F-FDG for perioperative PET/CT imaging and intraoperative gamma probe detection. Methods Two breast cancer patients were evaluated. 18F-FDG was administered and PET/CT was acquired immediately prior to surgery. Intraoperatively, tumors were localized and resected with the assistance of a handheld gamma probe. Resected tumors were scanned with specimen PET/CT prior to pathologic processing. Shortly after the surgical procedure, patients were re-imaged with PET/CT utilizing the same preoperatively administered 18F-FDG dose. Results One patient had primary carcinoma of breast and a metastatic axillary lymph node. The second patient had a solitary metastatic liver lesion. In both cases, preoperative PET/CT verified these findings and demonstrated no additional suspicious hypermetabolic lesions. Furthermore, intraoperative gamma probe detection, specimen PET/CT, and postoperative PET/CT verified complete resection of the hypermetabolic lesions. Conclusion Immediate preoperative and postoperative PET/CT imaging, utilizing the same 18F-FDG injection dose, is feasible and image quality is acceptable. Such perioperative PET/CT imaging, along with intraoperative gamma probe detection and specimen PET/CT, can be used to verify complete tumor resection. This innovative approach demonstrates promise for assisting the oncologic surgeon in localizing and verifying resection of 18F-FDG positive tumors and may ultimately positively impact upon long-term patient outcomes.

Abstract Background The purpose of this study was to combine intraoperative gamma probe (GP) detection with preoperative fluorine 18-fluoro-2-deoxy-glucose positron emission tomography (18F FDG-PET) imaging in order to improve detection of tumor recurrence in colorectal cancer (CRC) patients. Methods Twenty-one patients (12 females, 9 males) with a mean age of 54 years (range 31–78) were enrolled. Patients were suspected to have recurrent CRC by elevated CEA (n = 11), suspicious CT findings (n = 1), and clinically suspicious findings (n = 9). Preoperative FDG-PET scan and intraoperative GP study were performed in all patients. Mean time interval between preoperative FDG-PET scan and surgery was 16 days (range 1–41 days) in 19 patients. For intraoperative GP studies, 19 patients were injected with a dose of 10–15 mCi 18F FDG at approximately 30 minutes before the planned surgery time. In two patients, the intraoperative GP study was performed immediately after preoperative FDG-PET scan. Results Preoperative FDG-PET and intraoperative GP detected 48 and 45 lesions, respectively. A total of 50 presumed site of recurrent disease from 20 patients were resected. Thirty-seven of 50 presumed sites of recurrent disease were histological-proven tumor positive and 13 of 50 presumed sites of recurrent disease were histological-proven tumor negative. When correlated with final histopathology, the number of true positive lesions and false positive lesions by preoperative FDG-PET and intraoperative GP were 31/9 and 35/8, respectively. Both preoperative FDG-PET and intraoperative GP were true positive in 29 lesions. Intraoperative GP detected additional small lesions in the omentum and pelvis which were not seen on preoperative FDG-PET scan. FDG-PET scan demonstrated additional liver metastases which were not detected by intraoperative GP. Preoperative FDG-PET detected distant metastasis in the lung in one patient. The estimated radiation dose received by a surgeon during a single 18F FDG GP surgery was below the occupational limit. Conclusion The combined use of preoperative FDG-PET and intraoperative GP is potentially helpful to the surgeon as a roadmap for accurately locating and determining the extent of tumor recurrence in patients with CRC. While intraoperative GP appears to be more sensitive in detecting the extent of abdominal and pelvic recurrence, preoperative FDG-PET appears to be more sensitive in detecting liver metastases. FDG-PET is also a valuable method in detecting distant metastases.

Abstract Background Although frequently used for tumor surveillance, the sensitivity of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) to detect recurrent colorectal cancer (CRC) is not optimal. Fluorine 18-fluoro-2-deoxy-glucose-positron emission tomography (18F FDG-PET) scans promise to improve recurrent CRC detection. We aimed to review PET scans of patients with clinically and/or radiologically suspicious tumor recurrence but normal CEA. Methods A retrospective review of an electronic database of 308 patients with CRC who had PET scans was performed. Only PET studies of patients with normal CEAs and suspected tumor recurrence who had pathological verification were selected for further analysis. Thirty-nine patients met the inclusion criteria. Results PET was positive in 26 patients (67%) and normal in 13 (33%). Histopathologic evidence of tumor recurrence was seen in 27 of the 39 patients (69%). When correlated with histopathology, PET was true positive in 22 patients, false positive in 4, true negative in 8 and false negative in 5. Overall, the accuracy of PET was 76.9%, negative predictive value (NPV) was 61.5%, and positive predictive value (PPV) was 84.6%. PPV value of PET for liver metastases was 88.8% compared to 73.3% for local recurrence. In two patients with confirmed recurrence, CEA became positive 2 months after PET scan indicating earlier detection of disease with PET. The false positive PET findings were mainly in the bowel and were secondary to acute/chronic inflammation and granulation tissue. In 3 patients with false negative PET, histopathology was consistent with mucinous adenocarcinoma. Conclusion PET yields high PPV for recurrent CRC, particularly for liver metastases, in spite of normal CEA levels and should be considered early in the evaluation of patients with suspected tumor recurrence.

BACKGROUND: Craniopharyngiomas, primary brain tumors of the pituitary-hypothalamic axis, can cause clinically significant sequelae. Treatment with the use of surgery, radiation, or both is often associated with substantial morbidity related to vision loss, neuroendocrine dysfunction, and memory loss. Genotyping has shown that more than 90% of papillary craniopharyngiomas carry BRAF V600E mutations, but data are lacking with regard to the safety and efficacy of BRAF-MEK inhibition in patients with papillary craniopharyngiomas who have not undergone previous radiation therapy. METHODS: Eligible patients who had papillary craniopharyngiomas that tested positive for BRAF mutations, had not undergone radiation therapy previously, and had measurable disease received the BRAF-MEK inhibitor combination vemurafenib-cobimetinib in 28-day cycles. The primary end point of this single-group, phase 2 study was objective response at 4 months as determined with the use of centrally determined volumetric data. RESULTS: Of the 16 patients in the study, 15 (94%; 95% confidence interval [CI], 70 to 100) had a durable objective partial response or better to therapy. The median reduction in the volume of the tumor was 91% (range, 68 to 99). The median follow-up was 22 months (95% CI, 19 to 30) and the median number of treatment cycles was 8. Progression-free survival was 87% (95% CI, 57 to 98) at 12 months and 58% (95% CI, 10 to 89) at 24 months. Three patients had disease progression during followup after therapy had been discontinued; none have died. The sole patient who did not have a response stopped treatment after 8 days owing to toxic effects. Grade 3 adverse events that were at least possibly related to treatment occurred in 12 patients, including rash in 6 patients. In 2 patients, grade 4 adverse events (hyperglycemia in 1 patient and increased creatine kinase levels in 1 patient) were reported; 3 patients discontinued treatment owing to adverse events. CONCLUSIONS: In this small, single-group study involving patients with papillary craniopharyngiomas, 15 of 16 patients had a partial response or better to the BRAF-MEK inhibitor combination vemurafenib-cobimetinib. Introduction: Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) is characterized by impaired memory and preserved activities of daily living. fMRI shows increased medial temporal lobe (MTL) activation during memory tasks in MCI patients as compared to lower activation in normal and dementia controls. Recent research has investigated patients with cognitive decline that is insufficient for MCI criteria, but who also appear to be at increased risk for developing MCI and dementia, known as pre-MCI. We compared pre-MCI subjects with matched normal controls using fMRI memory, visual, verbal, and problem solving tasks in an attempt to improve early identification of pre-MCI subjects. Methods: Right-handed, English speaking pre-MCI patients were age and education matched with normal controls. Each subject completed the National Adult Reading Test (NART) and the Self-Administered Georcognitive Examination (SAGE). fMRI scanning was performed on a 3 T Achieva Philips scanner using an Invivo IFIS-SA fMRI System. Four cognitive tasks were performed during and after fMRI imaging testing: [1] Attention, [2] Verbal fluency, [3] Visuospatial problem solving (VPS), and [4] Memory. Single subject and group functional analysis was performed. Results: Sixteen subjects (8 pre-MCI, ages 66-82y, and 8 matched normal controls) participated. Pre-MCI subjects showed numerically worse cognitive performance on the verbal fluency, problem solving and attention tasks than controls. While performing these tasks, pre-MCI subjects had reduced activation in the visual cortex during the attention task and in the frontal cortex during the verbal fluency task. Conclusions: While more research is needed, specific fMRI activation tasks appear to differentiate pre-MCI from normals and may aid both in the initial identification of pre-MCI and possibly in follow-up evaluations looking for progression to dementia. Abstract: Very high resolution images can be achieved in small animal PET systems utilizing solid state silicon pad detectors. As these systems approach sub-millimeter resolutions, the range of the positron is becoming the dominant contribution to image blur. The size of the positron range effect depends on the initial positron energy and hence the radioactive tracer used. For higher energy positron emitters, such as and , which are gaining importance in small animal studies, the width of the annihilation point distribution dominates the spatial resolution. This positron range effect can be reduced by embedding the field of view of the PET scanner in a strong magnetic field. In order to confirm this effect experimentally, we developed a high resolution PET instrument based on silicon pad detectors that can operate in a 7T magnetic field. This study was planned as an open-label, single-centre trial with blinded evaluations by two independent radiologists, aimed at the intra-individual comparison of single-dose and double-dose Gd-DTPA-enhanced MRA in the renal arterial territory. Ten healthy volunteers were included in the study. Renal MRAs were carried out on a clinical 1.5-T MR system using a body phased-array coil. Images were acquired with three-dimensional fast spoiled gradient echo sequence. Contrast agent was injected with a power injector keeping the injection time constant for single dose and double dose. Both readers found at least 96% of vascular segments evaluable. Median overall image quality was rated excellent, and diagnostic confidence was rated confident. No statistically significant difference between the dosage groups could be demonstrated. Signal intensity, SNR and CNR were significantly higher for the double-dose group. Our results demonstrate that while a double dose of contrast agent increases SNR, it does not lead to further improvement in visual and perceptual image quality. A single dosage of approximately 0.1 mmol/kg bw Gd-DTPA may be the preferable dosage to demonstrate the renal arteries. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The aim of this study was to assess stroke rate variability in elite female swimmers (200-m events, all four techniques) by comparing the semi-finalists at the Athens 2004 Olympic Games (n = 64) and semi-finalists at the French National 2004 Championship (n = 64). Since swimming speed (V) is the product of stroke rate (SR) and stroke length (SL), these three variables and the coefficient of variation of stroke rate (CVSR) of the first and second 100 m were determined (V1, V2; SR1, SR2; SL1, SL2; CVSR1, CVSR2) and differences between the two parts of the events were calculated (ΔV; ΔSR; ΔSL; ΔCVSR). When the results for the four 200-m events were analysed together, SR1, SR2, SL1, and SL2 were higher (α = 0.05, P < 0.001) and ΔV, ΔSR, and ΔCVSR were lower (P < 0.01) in the Olympic group than in the National group. The Olympic-standard swimmers exhibited faster backstrokes and longer freestyle strokes (P < 0.05). Both CVSR1 and CVSR2 were lower for freestyle and backstroke races in the Olympic group than in the National group (P < 0.001). Our results suggest that stroke rate variability is dependent on an interaction between the biomechanical requisites of the task (techniques) and the standard of the swimmer. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Purpose/objective(s): Primary tumor failure is common in patients treated with chemoradiation (CRT) for unresectable LA-NSCLC. Stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) yields high rates of primary tumor control in Stage I NSCLC. This trial tested an SBRT boost to the primary tumor prior to the start of CRT to improve primary tumor control (PTC).Materials/methods: Patients with LA-NSCLC with primary tumor ≤10 cm were enrolled on a prospective phase II trial testing an SBRT boost in 2 fractions (central 6 Gy x 2, peripheral 8 Gy x 2) immediately followed by standard concurrent CRT (60 Gy in 30 fractions). Patients were staged with PET-CT, brain MRI, and underwent 4D-CT simulation for radiation planning using a customized immobilization device that enabled radiation planning for the sequential delivery of the SBRT boost and conventionally-fractionated radiation from the same CT dataset. Chemotherapy was carboplatin/paclitaxel (C/P) or cisplatin/etoposide. For patients receiving C/P, consolidation C/P for 2 cycles was given at the discretion of the medical oncologist. The trial was later amended to allow for consolidation durvalumab. The primary objective was to estimate PTC rate at 1-year with a hypothesis that the 1-year PTC rate is ≥90%. Secondary objectives were to establish the safety, feasibility, objective response rate (ORR; RECISTv1.1), and rates of regional & distant control, disease-free survival (DFS), and overall survival (OS). Exploratory functional MRI (fMRI) scans before and within the first 30 hrs of the first SBRT fraction were performed in 11 patients.Results: The study enrolled 21 patients (10 male, 11 female), with median age 62 years (range 52-78). 16 patients received 6 Gy x 2 SBRT boost, while 5 patients received 8 Gy x 2 SBRT boost. 18 patients received C/P chemotherapy, of whom 9 patients received consolidation C/P. Six patients received consolidation durvalumab. Median pre-treatment primary tumor size was 5.0 cm (range 1.0-8.3). Median and mean follow-up were17.9 and 20.2 months, respectively. The most common toxicities were fatigue, neutropenia, leukopenia, lymphopenia, anemia, pneumonitis, fibrosis, dyspnea and esophagitis. Five grade 4 toxicities related to treatment occurred [lymphopenia (3), neutropenia (1), and leukopenia (1)], but no grade 5 toxicities related to treatment occurred. ORR at 3 and 6 months was 72.7% and 80.0%. The PTC rate was 100% and 92.3% at 1 and 2 years, respectively. The 2-year regional and distant control were 81.6% and 70.3%, respectively. Disease-free survival and overall survival at 2 yrs were 46.1% and 50.3%, respectively. Median survival was 37.8 months. fMRI detected a mean relative decrease in BOLD signal of -87.1% (P = 0.05).Conclusion: Dose escalation to the primary tumor utilizing upfront SBRT appears feasible and safe. PTC was high and other oncologic endpoints compared favorably with the literature. Through the use of 1 CT simulation dataset, accurate calculation of the planned dose through the 2 sequentially-delivered plans is achievable. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective: Despite growing evidence of distinct nutrition-related experiences and disparities, transgender and gender-diverse (TGD) youth and young adults are an underrepresented population in nutrition research. Corrinoids are cobalt-containing tetrapyrroles. They include adenosylcobalamin (vitamin B 12 ) and cobamides that function as cofactors and coenzymes for methyl transfer, radical-dependent and redox reactions. Though cobamides are the most complex cofactors in nature, they are essential in the acetyl-CoA pathway, thought to be the most ancient CO 2 -fixation pathway, where they perform a pterin-to-cobalt-to-nickel methyl transfer reaction catalyzed by the corrinoid iron-sulphur protein (CoFeS). CoFeS occurs in H 2 -dependent archaeal methanogens, the oldest microbial lineage by measure of physiology and carbon isotope data, dating corrinoids to ca. 3.5 billion years. However, CoFeS and cobamides are also essential in the acetyl-CoA pathway of H 2 -dependent bacterial acetogens. To determine whether corrin biosynthesis was established before archaea and bacteria diverged, whether the pathways arose independently or whether cobamide biosynthesis was transferred from the archaeal to the bacterial lineage (or vice versa) during evolution, we investigated phylogenies and structural data for 26 enzymes of corrin ring and lower ligand biosynthesis. The data trace cobamide synthesis to the common ancestor of bacteria and archaea, placing it in the last universal common ancestor of all lifeforms (LUCA), while pterin-dependent methyl synthesis pathways likely arose independently post-LUCA in the lineages leading to bacteria and archaea. Enzymes of corrin biosynthesis were recruited from preexisting ancient pathways. Evolutionary forerunners of CoFeS function were likely Fe-, Ni- and Co-containing solid-state surfaces, which, in the laboratory, catalyze the reactions of the acetyl-CoA pathway from CO 2 to pyruvate under serpentinizing hydrothermal conditions. The data suggest that enzymatic corrin biosynthesis replaced insoluble solid-state catalysts that tethered primordial CO 2 assimilation to the Earth's crust, suggesting a role for corrin synthesis in the origin of free-living cells., (© 2024 The Author(s). Purpose: Primary tumor failure is common in patients treated with chemoradiation (CRT) for locally advanced NSCLC (LA-NSCLC). Stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) yields high rates of primary tumor control (PTC) in early-stage NSCLC. This trial tested an SBRT boost to the primary tumor before the start of CRT to improve PTC., Methods and Materials: Patients with LA-NSCLC received an SBRT boost in 2 fractions (central location 12 Gy, peripheral location 16 Gy) to the primary tumor, followed by standard CRT (60 Gy in 30 fractions). The primary objective was PTC rate at 1 year, and the hypothesis was that the 1-year PTC rate would be ≥90%. Secondary objectives included objective response rate, regional and distant control, disease-free survival (DFS), and overall survival (OS). Correlative studies included functional magnetic resonance imaging and blood-based miRNA analysis., Results: The study enrolled 21 patients (10 men and 11 women); the median age was 62 years (range, 52-78). The median pretreatment primary tumor size was 5.0 cm (range, 1.0-8.3). The most common nonhematologic toxicities were pneumonitis, fatigue, esophagitis/dysphagia, dyspnea, and cough. Only 1 treatment-related grade 4 nonhematologic toxicity occurred (respiratory failure/radiation pneumonitis), and no grade 5 toxicities occurred. The objective response rate at 3 and 6 months was 72.7% and 80.0%, respectively, and PTC at 1 and 2 years was 100% and 92.3%, respectively. The 2-year regional and distant control rates were 81.6% and 70.3%, respectively. Disease-free survival and overall survival at 2 years were 46.1% and 50.3%, respectively, and median survival was 37.8 months. Functional magnetic resonance imaging detected a mean relative decrease in blood oxygenation level-dependent signal of -87.1% (P = .05), and miR.142.3p was correlated with increased risk of grade ≥3 pulmonary toxicity (P = .01)., Conclusions: Dose escalation to the primary tumor using upfront SBRT appears feasible and safe. PTC was high and other oncologic endpoints compared favorably to standard treatment. Functional magnetic resonance imaging suggested changes in oxygenation with the first SBRT boost dose, and miR.142.3p was correlated with pulmonary toxicity., (Copyright © 2024 Elsevier Inc.
